Everything was awesome. We really enjoyed it. I wish we could stay longer. Breakfast was wonderful. The room we stayed in was big and comfortable. Love that It had a kitchen. We made cookies in the oven. Overall, it was a great experience and will be back. I did not like that. There was a parking fee. We stayed at other Residence Inns and there were no parking fees and to top it off when we first got there we got to park by our suite, but we went out for dinner when we came back. There were no parking whatsoever near us and I’m handicap so that would’ve been nice if they would have had a couple of handicap parking near our space. So I had to walk far. I did not like that at all. I asked him if they could waive the fee because I’m handicap and they said no no acceptance at all also breakfast should be at least till 10 AM on weekdays as well as weekends.

The staff is very welcoming to us and our pet, felt super comfortable and plus breakfast was amazing!! We were out there for Wienerfest definitely considering it again next year

Always have a great experience

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I like but someone was sent to fix it very promptly. Bed was not comfortable. Staff were very nice. I noticed pets, so must be pet friendly. Convenient location.

This place was a great set-up for the room. We requested a two bedroom suite however, there was no door for the second room, but it was upstairs in a loft type layout so we made it work. Staff was great with an early check-in. The location was close to shopping food places. The downside was the room, particularly the floor was dirty. We didn’t eat the free breakfast,‘or use the amenities, but there was a pool and basketball court onsite.

We stayed in a Penthouse. It's two levels and each level has their own bathroom which was great. The penthouse can use updating. There isn't any plugs in the downstairs bathroom which hard to do blow dry and straighten my hair. There is also a lack of waste bins in the room, which was hard to discard trash. There was an issue with the upstairs TV not working and lacking a remote. The front desk was very helpful in resolving the issue next day. We were only staying two nights. Cleanliness was fair. There are some things that can be updated/ replaced. Price was fair for the stay. There is a free breakfast and it was good for us to get the day started. They also have a basketball court which was a huge plus for my son! If booking a penthouse I would try not to stay in area #14 that was far from parking, basketball court and pool, also especially if you have a lot of luggage like we did. Also be aware that this hotel places a $300 hold for a room and a $500 hold for a penthouse!

The staff was so responsive and kind and upbeat. The room was fine, clean etc. But my rating is based on how easy it was for us to be there while our home was fumigated. Full kitchen great breakfast quiet and peaceful.

I liked that the property had so many amenities to offer and was nearby to food and so many stores. Safe location, breakfast included and over the top customer service without a doubt. I did not like that the unit we had was both outdated and run down, the room was either not cleaned properly or sat for a while without being rented as I had to clean both bathtubs and they were extremely dirty before even showering there. If I hadn’t booked for a special occasion and had all activities lined up I may have reconsidered my stay due to the uncertainty of cleanliness throughout especially the carpeted areas. I also wasn’t aware that they have long term rentals which doesn’t make or break my stay but would have been nice if we weren’t in a room near the long term renters as I feel like the quality of our room reflects as such. I expected a more modern room with it being 2026 and I think that management should invest into their property a bit more if they expect travelers to want to return.

Nice area for a family to stay

Overall it was great! I love the kitchenette area. The price and everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. Employees were friendly. My only complaint is that it said I was booking a king size bed and it seemed more of a full possibly a Queen.

The bed was very uncomfortable, we didn’t rest because the mattress was too soft and uneven, room 1613

I’m thankful we were able to check in early. The hotel was older and in need of updates. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were runny and the hashbrown potatoes were a bit stale. The manager Karen was very nice and accommodating.

Location, room was clean As usual since I book though booking com they have trouble either finding my reservation or my payment.

They location is set up like a very nice apartment complex. Our room was a two story suit with enough room for 6 people. This gave us enough privacy for my wife and I and daughter. The hotel is also located 20 minutes from Disney, Huntington beachs, or laguna beach. Lots of fine eating and shopping within 20 minutes too. Second time staying here. Greatly recommend.

Though the staff was friendly and professional, our room smelled like a very old apartment. No amount of cleaning could take the old smell out of it. It is long past due for an update.

I had to buy Clorox wipes, small space air fresheners, and Pet Febreze fabric freshener because our room smelled like terrible wet dog. Which was a waste of money because I couldn't bring them home with me on the plane carry on or checked - so I had to toss them at the airport.

All the employees are super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. My only concern was I was in the king room and the TV did not work and for my friend staying on the couch there is no pillows for her.

This is the place when I visit So Cal with my family.

Our room smelled of cat pee! I have a strong sense of smell, and my family checked in two days before I got there. My husband has no sense of smell since COVID, but as soon as I walked in the door, I could smell the cat pee. I didn’t know exactly where it was coming from, but after five days of putting my laundry under the vanity upstairs and needing to do laundry on the last day, I knew exactly where the smell was coming from because by clothes reeked of cat pee.

I think this spot is super clean and great staff. Only issue is that it’s very open someone could knock at your window if they wanted to. I had to travel for work and was on the first floor. On the second day after work I found a man near the bbq area just watching me and another woman who were walking by. Although I traveled with my dog it did leave me feeling uncomfortable. Great spot and just a short 15 min drive to beaches and Disneyland!

The pool was enjoyed and the area was well kept with extra places to relax. Washer/dryer facilities were clean and efficient. Only downside was that there wasn’t a Keurig or dip coffee pot in kitchen. Breakfast Buffett was good and we enjoyed it twice. Breakfast staff was on point. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

This place was not clean and you could tell they only do bare minimum when cleaning. My room smelt like a wet dog and even after a ton of cleaning and sanitizing myself I could not make the smell go away. The outside was not maintained at all. Stairs never get swept outside areas right outside your room not swept. I understand that because the facility is in enclosed you can’t control the elements but that doesn’t mean you should completely neglect the outside parts of the guest area. I had to change hotels the same day I checked in

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came by regularly to keep everything fresh. The location was super convenient, with plenty of food options nearby—perfect for grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal. Customer service was also great; the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Good for a two bedroom stay

Nice place, easy to stay with big family. Only complaint is beds aren’t that comfortable. We stay at other residence inns and the beds are usually better. Also curtains were quite dusty. Overall good experience and good value.

The front desk manager was very accommodating when we arrived early for check in. Daily breakfast was well done also. The mattresses were rather old and worn with lots of creases and not very comfortable. The “penthouse” is just the 2nd floor of an apartment type building where there is a downstairs and small loft upstairs. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Parking is difficult if you aren’t at the property by dinner time. We had to park quite a distance away from our place. It would be nice if each apartment had 1 designated spot especially if older guests are traveling with you.

Staff member Nicholas DiDodo was very professional and courteous. It was nice to be greeted with such gracious attitude after a long day.

It felt more like condos than a hotel. Own entrance from outside. Kitchen is great. A little cramped (couch very close to the TV, small toilet area) but extremely comfortable and clean. A very pleasant 2 night stay. Down the street from every shopping possibly there is. I will stay again!

The room had a distinct odor and I get migraines. We left early because I could not stand smell. It might be what they clean with. I have stayed here over the holidays for over 10 years.

I hate putting bad reviews but this hotel is pretty old. It’s is not very clean at all. The toilet was absolutely filthy. The outside and around it was really gross and dirty. The hotel itself was not very clean. And I have a hard time calling the pool an actual pool. You can reach both ends of the pool with your arm’s outstretched. And I definitely wouldn’t call this a beachfront hotel. It’s 45 min away from the beach. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Loved my five night stay. Room was clean and useful with kitchen. Used the well equipped gym daily. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Real plus was the amazing staff - each and everyone I connected with was warm and helpful would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay! My two girls like to have their own bed so it was plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. We played basketball and got in the pool, and went to the beach that was close by. We had a great time!

I would’ve preferred it to be a little cleaner. Outside door frames were dirty. They allow pets but don’t have pet specific rooms. The first room they gave us was dirty and still had dogfood in the cupboard that someone had left. The second room was better, but the mattresses looked worn. Also, when we asked for extra towels, one of the towels was brand new, but had clearly never been washed. It was the little things that made me question the cleanliness. BUT the staff and service was excellent. They responded quickly to any issue or question we had. Very friendly, from front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Breakfast was good and equivalent to what you would expect. Nothing extravagant, but I appreciated the hot sauce variety. Overall, I would give it a 4/5.

Housekeeping forgot to check drawers and I found people’s clothes in there. They could have done a little better with the cleaning. But overall was good. Very homelike.

We enjoyed the space that we had for all 6 of our family. It was like staying at a comfy condo for the weekend. The kids loved the bed upstairs in the loft area, while we had privacy downstairs.

We expected this to be a two bedroom townhouse for two families. Instead the bedroom downstairs provides no light or noise isolation and no second bedroom, only a loft with a dangerously steel staircase. Not at all what we expected. Adults wanted to hang out in the living room while the kids slept but with this arrangement we had to sit in the dark and whisper

Good location & nice stay, however, there was on-going construction noise and banging of the upstairs unit the day we checked in. The walls are not insulated well and therefore you can hear a lot of noises, footsteps, dogs barking in the area. The parking also gets sooo crowded in the evening. We enjoyed our stay but it was probably better that we didn't spend much time inside the room, as it was on the noisey side. The gym was great though, really enjoyed their common areas like the gym, free breakfast, and basketball court. Good value, they just need to work on sound-proofing the walls more.

Very affordable and comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and cozy. We were given the ADA room without being asked if that was what we wanted so showering was a bit interesting however aside from that staff and amenities were good.

I really liked that the penthouse was two stories. My sister, my two friends and I like that there were two bedrooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and a living room. It was very spacious. It was almost like being home, but away from home. One of our concerns was that the downstairs bathroom shower did not have hot water. The second concern was that the upstair bathroom shower/ bathroom didn't drain very well. We like the different things that were available for breakfast. We did not get to enjoy this swimming pool, the ping pong table or the bean bag toss, because it was raining during our stay.

I have stayed here many times and I didn’t know they started charging for parking. They didn’t even mention it, they asked if we were had a car and that’s it. No mention of it’s a $15. Fee. I noticed it after I saw the charge through my card.

The room was everything we were hoping for and more. The friendly front desk people made it even nicer. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room itself. We found a syringe cover in the main bedroom. My wife is a nurse, so she had a spare pair of gloves to pick it up. When she picked it up she got 5 or 6 dog hairs too. That experience ruined it for me. An otherwise wonderful stay was ruined because the housekeeping team didn’t do their job.

The room was older and in disrepair, with a railing to the loft area that was not properly secured as it was off the support brackets which seemed unsafe. The pool area had a lot of trash that hadn’t been picked up which looked tacky. Not worth the $350 plus dollars we paid for the night

It was quiet and comfortable. The property was for sure a bit dated and needed some updates but it was comfortable. It’s great for a family stay with the 2 separated rooms and breakfast was great.

Aside from house keeping stealing my thermos bottle I accidentally left behind and being told “nothing was found or turned in from our room after we checked out” the hotel and front desk staff was fine. Given there are several other option for hotels within a 5 mile radius from where this hotel is located, it’s unlikely I’ll stay here again.
