The room hasn't been cleaned in a good while. The hair dryer had stains on it like someone used it with dirty hands. My husband had 2 small spiders on his side of the bed that he killed. The furniture needs to be wiped off. Apparently they never vacum under the bed even though it has a board along the edge. There was trash under the bed and behind the bedside table. The young lady that gave us keys was nice but the older lady when we checked out didn't say anything. The inside of door needs a deep cleaning. They need to wipe down everything. We will never stay there again.😡

I woke up with multiple insect bites and decided to cut my stay short due to this. I asked if I could get a refund for the day I had left and they refused to give it to me.

Stay away! Heat did not work, tv didn’t work, no ice machine or coke machine they were stolen and washer and dryer don’t work. Maintenance man is out of the country! We’ll close the hotel then before you try and welcome guests

They had no breakfast It stated in review really clean and it was not clean at all. Sheets were all burnt with cigarette burnings restroom toilet seat was broken and sink also had burnings. Microwave was burnt and fridge was nasty dirty. I have pictures of it all.

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was quiet and had great ac had some roaches ad dusty dressers and the door key would stop working sometimes and the 24/7 customer service was not 24/7 at all. Luckily I shared the room with someone otherwise , when I got off of work , I would have been locked out.

We had 2 roaches in our room and when we used the pool i had to tell my wife and daughter to get out because some teenagers came into the area i dont think they were staying there and we didn't feel safe

there was mold where you’re meant to iron your laundry, found silverfish, bath towels were stained, shower was not properly cleaned there was soap residue

We brought it up to the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do about it. We asked that she at least replace the towels and she refused to do that. We roughed it for the night and bought our own towels from Walmart. The next day my husband was able to speak with a manager and he was VERY helpful. He was apologetic of the situation and upgraded us (at no charge) to a suite with all the things the room prior lacked. So it definitely turned our experience around. But by far the best thing about our stay was the pool. It was small but VERY clean. We stayed in the pool for hours! Overall experience is s a 7/10.

It was a good experience. We were a large group. We rented about 12 rooms. The only thing I did not like was that they did not have breakfast even though they mentioned it on the amenities. There was only a honey bun I believe.

The staff was awesome. Loved the location my overall experience was good but could’ve been better. This site needs a facelift, new features and sleepwear (sheet, blankets and pillows)Our blanks and sheets were cleaned but stained with a burnt mark. We had to purchase pillows for a stay and towels

We payed for 4 days and only stayed for 2 hours. They did not want to refund my money and basically called me a liar even when I have pics.

I got a suite with a king sizr bed.. i love that the bedroom has it own door away from the living room and the restroom in the middle.. the only thing i didn't like is that the TV outlet wiring is connected to the lights so the BRIGHT light had to stay on in order to watch TV.. lol other then that bright light everything was clean and in good condition. The pool was working gated, perfect for smaller kids not running into the parking lot..

For the price the stay was overall well & comfortable for my family and i. 2 beds and a restroom, restroom was a little hot and the mirrors were very streaky but over all clean and the pool was nice my kids enjoyed the pool!

I liked that the manager was polite and kept the parking lot clean, receptionist was helpful and kind as well

The piece was reasonable. The area that was in was in a one-way area. No lighting in the ceiling. The switch on the was connected to the lamp. Lab covers were torn on the top. Flat sheets had old faded blood stains that have been trying to take off. The other sheet that was on top of it had cigarette holes on it and the top comforter had grease stains and white stains on it. Air conditioning was okay but was not cold enough it would turn off at night. Breakfast was just packaged but it was okay. Saff were nice.

Didn't like the fact the phone was cut from the back so u couldn't call someone, the a/c went out instead of doing anything to fix the problem they just gave us a fan an told me that all they got they never checked on us the rest of the trip.the smoke detector was cut in our room too.

Glad we didn’t pay full-price for this stay as it was somewhat disappointing.

The room was not clean.. sheets were not changed.. bathroom door was rubbing on edge of toilet. Hard to close and open.. vanity drain was clogged.. sink faucet was disconnected.. will not stay here again..

Room was dirty, stains on the walls on the beds. There was fruit flys in the room. Front staff was friendly tho

What pressure in the shower was horrible, taking a shower via a water hose would have been better. The room wasnt filthy but it wasnt clean either. And the overnight lady had an attitude that definitely makes you not not want to come back to this hotel. Breakfast that is served is prepackaged donuts and little cakes .

The worst experience I had at a hotel, the rooms I was assigned were 108 and 117. 108 was filthy, the restroom had pee on the floor, and the sheets were dirty. 117 was filthy and had a horrible smell to humidity. It was also next door to the washer and dryer room; therefore, I could hear them.

Room was dirty, my daughter got locked in bathroom, tv only played loud on Spanish station. Bugs inside of bathroom. Horrible experiences, did not feel safe. I complained to office and she said the corporate office doesn’t care about location. I want my money back.

I did come in pretty late at night and had to call to wake up the assistant. When we got into our room it was very dark and a bit outdated. We found other peoples belongings next to the bed and dust on the night stands and the tv stand.

If I hadn't arrived so late, I probably would have changed hotels.

Room was dirty and falling apart, service was good.

The room smells like dog. The refrigerator doesn’t work. The bedding on one of the beds smells like dog and looks like it was not changed. We found hair on it that was not ours. The outlet on the wall between the two beds did not seem safe to use and it caused me to have to sleep in an uncomfortable position so that I could plug in my bi-pap machine, which is very crucial for me to use while I sleep. We did not call front desk because the phone in the room wasn’t working. We were not about to pack up and go to the front desk not knowing if there was another room that met our reservation request. We have stayed here before and we did not encounter any issues in the past, hence the reason for coming back.

Overcharge

Could not get when we arrived at 10:00pm. Number rang but answering machine asked for access code had no access code. Tried twice. Had to call Hôtel.com for assistance. First lady tried to help but got same results after calling twice. She then connected me to a specialist. She tried calling and received the same message. She finally was able to make contact and instructed us back to motel. After checking in and entering the room noticed that the easy chair had a large burn spot on on arm and the whole chair was trashy looking. I must say the room was clean but needed updating. Their breakfast was very poor. A couple of cellophane rapped heat up in the micro wave honey buns. Their drink dispenser only had water.

It was terrible, no ice bucket in room say they were out , cigarettes burns in bed cover , breakfast was otis muffins , rug so dirty had to walk on towels, worst of all SMOKE DETECTER WAS DISABLE , somebody should alert the fire Marshall

Thought the pool was bigger but it was still ok. The breakfast needs big improvement needs waffles

We walked in it smelled, the comforters were all stained i removed them thank goodness the sheets were clean, the bathroom door wouldn't close it was too big for the fram and the floors were all sticky. They never cleaned during our weekend stay, and they didn’t bother to leave towels we had to walk to the office to get more towels throughout the weekend and we finally decided to try the free breakfast on Sunday morning and there was no breakfast. I don't suggest anyone stay there.

Was totally disappointed with the condition of the hotel and room. The chair in the room looked like it was retrieved from the dump. I was glad to leave.

The room felt very dirty. All the walls were dirty and smudged with dark spots. The bathroom walls were not fully done and it did not looo like it was hnder construction. The room also smelled.

Free WiFi but couldn't pick up in room. I could use it in lobby and parking lot.

The floor was not clean. It turned my feet black. There were long black hairs in the bathroom around the shower. I do not have long or black hair. One night that I was there the room was not touched.

Very nasty. Cigarette butt plastic container outside room, roach inside the room, peep hole is an actual hole in the door, breakfast was not good, no linens for pull out couch, mattress on pull out was terrible,ice machine was broken, and very humid.

It's old. 2 stars. Comparable to the Best Value Inn down the road. No early checkin. Allows a noon checkout instead, which is dumb.

Some areas of the hotel lack lighting

It needs to be updated. Our rooms the blankets had burn marks and holes in them.
