Our room stunk like pee. they could only spray something on the carpet, it did not help. Would not let us change rooms, could only get a refund. Never again.

However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room upon arrival. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The restroom and shower area were dirty, the carpet had not been properly maintained, and there were visible cleanliness concerns with the walls. Overall, the room gave the impression that it had not received a proper cleaning. The linens and towels were the only areas that appeared to be clean. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but the condition of the room did not meet the expected standards for cleanliness.

We travel with our puppies. The deposit was a large amount, but most of it is refundable. It was quiet.

Elevator was in need of repair, vibrated allot when stop at floor, no breakfast 2 ND night stay, staff did not show, paid $165 night was to include breakfast, should get a refund credit, lobby area really hot, ac turned up allot to save money, one little bar soap per room, oh staff said Elevator been like that for some time, no displayed inspection sticker inside Elevator, hmmmm

Convenient location, friendly staff. Not the cleanest place. This is a newer hotel but it seems outdated. Floors are coming up in elevators. Grout in bathroom and on tile floor moldy looking.

The biggest concern was cleanliness. On our last night, I dropped something on the bathroom floor under the sink and discovered a pair of dirty underwear that did not belong to anyone in our group. Finding that left behind made me question how thoroughly the rooms are being cleaned between guests. The one positive was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There were also a lot of convenient amenities around the hotel, which was a plus.
