Clean room easy parking

The bathroom was not updated!!! No fan either … the room was to humid, breakfast close to early by 9:00am was close. Next time for sure I’m going to look for different place to stay. 😒

The bedding was old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet took a long time to fill with water. The shower drain was also very slow. The floor was carpeted and looked old; if you walked barefoot, the carpet felt disgusting. It wasn't even that cheap because for $125 dollars a night, it should at least have bedding in good condition. The only good thing was the included breakfast and the lady who made it, who was very attentive, and everything tasted great. Other than that, if you have the chance to find a better place than this, do it without a second thought

Nothing. It’s old and rough “Disabled” persons room was not handicap friendly at all. Other room booked was 70s style with giant jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room with giant mirrors. Gross!!! Didn’t even work.

Staff was very nice!! Room was clean, slept well. Water pressure in the shower was not great, at all. Hotel could certainly use some updates and fresh coat of paint on the interior. Breakfast was fair. Location of the hotel felt safe and was close to places to eat and things to do.

It was convenient and close to downtown. It was not cleaned. Bath tub was dirty and had a lot of rust by the drain. Most of the lamps in the room did not work. The fridge in the room was not cold.

We had a pleasant stay, the area was great and in a great location. Was a little annoyed because the control panel for the AC was not working probably so during the day it was too warm and at night too cold. Two of the lamps did not work and was disgusted because we had opened the sofa sleeper and the mattress had black stains and a lot of junk. Either than that everything else was good.

The front office has a bad attitude you need to retrain them and especially the lady Marie in front office The pool wasn’t open and no notice that it was closed

The hotel was nice but all ice makers didnt work. Plus they need to specify to take extra blanket. There was only one sheet on bed and I requested another one and they didnt give any extra. Plus we were 3 in the room and they only had 2 towels. Also requested more and nothing. Disappointed.

Rome was clean but the lights did not work until we plugged the lights into the broken outlet. The refrigerator was not functioning and the night stand had a broken handle. There were probably other items that needed attention or repairs but the bed was good…

AC worked great! There were ants in the bathroom and also some bugs in the room. Large room but definitely had some repairs that needed to be corrected. I would not stay here again!

Our room had a jacuzzi that didn't work. No hand soap was provided. Toilet paper holder was broken and they just stuck the toilet paper on the one holder arm left. Shampoo and conditioner bottles provided were so tiny it would be hard to clean and condition short hair. Blanket was so thin we had to ask for another blanket to keep warm. Coffee pot and 2 styrofoam cups and 2 coffee pods were provided, but no sugar or sugar substitute or creamer or stirrers were provided. TV had limited channels working. Breakfast bar was ok but would have been nice if they had bagels and cream cheese besides just bread and muffins. Coffee at breakfast bar was good. Air conditioning worked great, but was set at 61° degrees when we arrived and room was freezing. For the quality of the premises the rate should have been cheaper. Reasonable on pets. We had 2 dogs and it was only $20 per night for both.

The room was very spacious but we did kill two roaches in the bathroom. There was low water pressure at the shower. The exhaust vent at the bathroom was really dirty.

The room was a very nice one. It was clean. Fresh towels. The staff was great! Parking was easy. It was a nice temperature when we came into our room.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. The detergent that they use at this location made us itchy (we usually use free & clear). Also there was a moldy smell in the room that made us feel sick. We feel good now that we’re back home.

We were in town for a rosary/funeral. The location was great. The room size was excellent. The ac worked well and we were comfortable all night. In the restroom, the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The continental breakfast was well kept and had many options. We reserved the room with Booking.com and were charged the fee for the night. Arriving at check-in I was told that I needed to be charged again- the same full price. Considering the reason we were in town, I didn’t have time to argue the situation but I don’t have that money to lose so now I’m stuck.

leaving staff checking in was not welcoming and was on personal call during the check in process, room was dirty to where i would not sleep under the comforter. bathroom was grungy, ac would not cool, TV would not work. No ice anywhere.

Hotel facilities & rooms weren’t clean. Had to request a new room after check in. First room had mold in tub, hair all over bed sheets, & a broken ac unit. Second room had part of the ceiling falling down in it & damaged light switches. Hotel seemed to be in disrepair badly.

I've been coming here for the past two years. And it seems to me the facility to be getting more and more run down. It has been for the past 4 stays here that I have had to ask for service instead of being provided service without being asked. An example is asking for soap, shampoo and conditioner every day when I have stayed for more than one night. On top of that, soap, shampoo, and conditioner seem to be an area you are getting more stingy with. I have found some bottles to be halfway full!

I like that the layout of the room I didn’t like that there was a it. It seemed like it had the room hadn’t been cleaned like properly like I had to clean it myself the first night I got there like there was a trash in the drawers stuff like that like make up on the pillows.

The air conditioner rattled loudly every time it kicked on. The stool ran constantly. There was a pillow with strong urine smell. The coffee maker was missing the pull out basket for the coffee packet. Even if it had worked, there were no coffee cups.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent not very busy traffic in that area so being comfortable and enjoying my stay i will book there again. Well you had a housekeeper who was rude older Hispanic lady. When my husband was going g to get ice for his small cooler she said he couldn't get any ice in it, now I've been to other places and they never said that , so yes she was rude she needs to learn how to speak to your customers.

My stay was great. There were two drawbacks. When checking in I utilized the guest bathroom. There were two German roaches running around in the bathroom (this hotel is in a costal town, so the city is prone to these pests). The second issue was with my room door. I was assigned a room that was designed for a handicap individual. I had no issue with being assigned this room. My issue was with the doors locking mechanism. It took me 7 minutes to be able to get the door open. The lock would up, but then you had to press the button for the door’s automatic door opener. The mechanism that was supposed to open the door malfunctioned. It would not open the door and the lock would reengage before the opening motor would kick in. I’d imagine this would be very frustrating for an individual that is handicapped and tired after a long day of traveling. The stay its self was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming. I would stay there again and probably will soon.

The room had an odd stuffy smell, the beds were not queen size even though I paid extra for queen size. I went to take a shower and there were long hairs stuck to the shower wall which means the shower hadn’t been clean since the last person’s stay. Our bathroom door had extreme water damage. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Breakfast was serviceable and standard, although the orange juice was semi thick and was told it was a brand, but I skipped it for the stay. The room was clean but an empty shot bottle was left from previous stay, but that was as bad as it got, everything was clean. In the room the alarm clock was not working and one lamp was out (I had a worry if I may be charged for something I didn’t do). WiFi was gone for a day but the owners/employees had it going the next day. You do have to request for a lot such as having the room cleaned (a day prior), new towels and toiletries; regardless it was done so with ease. Solid option for a stay and would come back.

The floors were so dirty upon arrival. We spilled a little bit of water by the front door. Cleaned it up with a white towel and the towel was absolutely brown and disgusting.

Our room had a very cold AC unit. Bring a blanket as the room was 61 degrees when we arrived. It was COLD. So be prepared. Not complaining. AC that works in Texas is required. Overall a good location, clean, safe, and good breakfast. The gym on the other hand was worn down and basically unusable. There were a couple of free weight but all the machines recumbent bike, treadmill, and weight machine were all broken. Dyer was also broken. But if you don’t need those things then it would be fine rooms are a good size too not cramped

The location is only ten mins rrom Shoreline Rd which is the beach area. The hotel was spotless and quiet. Front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Brekfast was more than adequate with hot and cold food and four choices of coffee. Pool, weight room with dumbbells and sits on a cprner with Subway, Burger King and Whataburger

The dinning options was very convenient, having a Subway, Burger King and a Whataburger at a walkable distance, the location is very good as well, the inconvenience is that they need more staff at the check in, there was a line waiting because there was only one person processing the check ins, regarding the cleaning, there were spiderwebs around and there was mold in the shower.

We did not like that at times people smoked out by pool. And they are having issues with TV, but willing to help. Could not control volumne.

The curtains were ripped, the bathroom fan was broken and the mirror was moldy, the bed has stains on it, and one of the tables were infested with ants. In the parking lot it seemed like a car was broken into because there was window glass on the ground. The neighboring guests were extremely loud and were making noise at 2am. Overall would not recommend.

Staff were very accommodating, place was easy to get to and nice looking on the outside and breakfast was nice and easy. Original room was disgusting, there was a flea on the bed, side lamp was burnt out, and then when I went to open the side table drawer and a baby roach crawled right out of it. We immediately called the front desk on our cell and informed the gentleman of the situation he said all they could do was change our room (was the room a few doors down) and while it was a bigger space which was nice to have the lounge chair off in the corner was disgusting with old stains from some kind of fluids most likely not sure and the clock in the room didn’t work. However bed and drawers were clean so in the end it worked out for the amount we paid so we’re thankful for that but we will definitely pay an extra couple bucks for a nicer hotel in the future. Very happy with the quick fix when we called to have it handled.

I was having breakfast at buffet the lady making the egg told us they were eating too much and you need to share with everybody else.

I booked two rooms and only one was available, Hotels.com did nothing to accommodate additional room paid for, ended up refunding me for that one room but the stress and inconvenience was not in any way compensated and wanted to downgrade my booking. Concierge advised me to never book through hotels.com again and will do that exactly,

Do not stay here! Woken up all 3 mornings we stayed at 7am by loud dog barking , I usually never care because I had dogs myself , but it was unbearable and went on for HOURS ! the same room where dogs were barking kids younger than 6 were left unattended for HOURS running up and down the hall yelling and hitting the dogs . This happened everyday at 7am even earlier sometimes and never ended . When we complained we were never offered a change of room or any type of accommodation. The last day when we complained again because the barking was too much and the lady across the hall and her boyfriend was arguing very loudly, we were told the owners would be contacted which was no help because we found out this woman who was responsible for the dogs and the kids alone left in the room was a HOTEL STAFF/ MAID for this hotel who was staying in the room across from ours . Nothing was done to help our stay which we figured was because the hotel staff were friends with this maid . The maid then came to our room cussing and knocking on our door and even yelled at the other hotel maid saying she handled the dog which I presume meant hitting it very hard. Do not stay here .

I stayed in a room below a pet-friendly room, and I could hear a dog barking and running around until late at night, which made it impossible to sleep. Even the room next door was noisy, despite not having any pets. On top of that, the bathtub looked old and dirty, which made me uncomfortable using it. I've never experienced such constant noise and poor conditions in a hotel before. I definitely won't be coming back.

This has actually been the worst I have ever stayed at .. shower had mold around tub .. electrical outlets broken and exposed no phone in room the tv was controlled by the switch by the door so in other words when the switch was off tv was off .. have no earthly explanation of why this is wired like that .. was too tired the night we checked in but in the morning had front desk come up and see what I was talking about he moved us to another room I just had one more night and I didn’t want to try and go to another hotel so that was ok room was better but I sure won’t be staying there anymore

Desk clerk at arrival on 4/19/25. Young man was excellent..Everything was to the t. Except no soap for hands… morning breakfast person boy lady has attitude problem. Poor people, could ask her nothing with out her giving them attitude. I didn’t had the privilege to eat. I turn around as soon as I saw her attitude

You can smell the humidity in the room, there was no toilet paper or soap, jad to ask for it. The medium towels that were hanging in the restroom next to the sink as clean had toothpaste on them and were dirty you can tell they were never washed

First tool was dirty, second room did not had the bedding, noise out of the highway is horrible but staff was kind and try to correct the issues.

A decent budget hotel stayed with family

The beds and room were clean. The dining area had good options. The staff was courteous. The TVS in our room and Fitness center didn’t work right (screen issues). There wasn’t any hand sanitizer or equipment wipes to clean after the use.

We refused to even spend a night here once we got our room! There was mold on the shower head we did not feel safe and the more we looked the more we found that was wrong about it!

The staff was wonderful, but I had to change rooms because the electricity in the bathroom didn't work in the first room. In the new room, the television didn't work. They got me a new one right away. Everything was fine until I turned off the light near the front door. When I did that the television turned off too. They were obviously on the same circuit. Then I had to change beds to the other side of the room so the light wasn't shining in my eyes; another annoyance. I got up the next morning to take a shower and had no soap. My room key card had to be reset 5 times. I kept getting locked out of my room. I can't say that I will stay there again. Way too many annoyances for a room I am paying for. I hope they learn to do better.

Good service and clean environment.

On arrival, walked into restroom and had toothpaste on the sink and hairs in the bath tub like the bathroom was not cleaned before we got there. Thankfully, the receptionist up front took it upon himself to clean it up. Overall good service but with the hiccup of walking into a dirty bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and nice at check in. We only stayed one night. Dropped our bags off then got in late to sleep. When i went into the bathroom the toilet was disgusting and not cleaned and there were little roaches crawling on the wall. Notified the front desk as we were leaving.

One of the beds was missing the white quilt, when went to ask for one they said none available due to being washed.

Black mold everywhere, heater did not work on a nigt that was 33 degrees. vents had not been cleaned, floors were not cleaned and sticky. broken lamp, wall plugs, handles.

It was such a clean and quiet environment. The staff was very helpful I like this place i'm gonna stay here more often
