FRIENDLY DESK CHECK IN WAS NICE.

The room had some refurbs done, but the bathroom could use some tlc. That term you get what you paid for is fluent with this hotel. Also, our request was for 2 queen beds and we got two full beds.

Yes, the lounge rest room floor solution used was too strong and I noticed the other bathroom strangely was out of order yet the employees was using it as if they had other breathing up chemicals from the strong solutions.

The room was very clean and I love the new up days. They did the room that decor. The bed is very comfortable.

Had to tiptoe the whole stay and with that anxiety couldnt relax so I probably will not be returning to this property.

Hotel is not the same color that’s on the website. Stay there for one night pay for two very nasty leaning on beds dirty the next morning housekeeping just walks into my room.

The employees are rude . I'm assuming because of bad experiences . They come out a little scary .

It was so dirty it was border line disgusting. The sheets were full of stains the floors were dirty it smelled like they have been smoking in it for years.

We got there @3 and room wasn’t ready, not until 3:30 I requested a nonsmoking room and room stink horrible like ashtray is very old furniture bathroom door didn’t even had a doorknob I hope we didn’t catch no bedbugs

For a non smoking room the bedding on both beds had a few cigarette burn holes and the smell of w**ed is to strong all over the property.

The bathroom door was broken and did not close. There were roaches and it smelled like roach spray and the linens were dirty. There are a lot of iffy people living there. People smoking weed outside.

Dirty rooms would like my money back because i had to walk away and rent somewere else

Stayed here for one night while we visited my in laws. We love only two cities over but didn’t want to drive home late durning a holiday. Room was decent. Comfortable. My kids had a blast.

Love this Hotel. The only thing is I wish the shower pressure was stronger.

Overall it was clean and quiet. The area is rather sketchy and I didn't feel secure about parking my car there overnight.

We arrived late and left early.. ok place to just sleep. But that’s it. It’s old and needs attention. Cleanish… I think there are people that live in some of the rooms… not sure I’d stay there again

The furniture in my room was broken & chewed up with gang graffiti inside the drawers. My door was busted didn't properly close you can still lock it but it had a gap. The smoke detector cover was off you could smell cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent from time to time. $100 a night was a bit steep under those conditions. I requested a room change was told there was no availability also requested late checkout because I was waiting for my driver to arrive the morning front desk guy knocked on my door& was quite rude. They should be more understanding especially since the conditions of their rooms were of substandard. Christopher the evening front desk clerk was the ONLY ONE who was pleasant and curious upon my arrival.

I've been to Roadways before and wasn't expecting much but I was impressed. If this one is a sign that they have begain to update and clean up there motels I might just try one again.

Did not stay there. Was told by a sheriff not to stay there. It was dirty and not safe according to the sheriff. Reported it to Expedia

Room was very much in need of some repairs. Ask for a wake up call and did not get it. No alarm clock in the room. Noisy all hours of the night. I will never stay there again.

I booked 2 queen beds, but the guy was trying to give me king beds. I have to fight for it. Then he gave me my two queen beds back. When I got to my room, they had no TV and no mirror. The room looks like it’s still under construction. I'm never going to stay in this hotel again.

The property was dirty. Limited parking. Scary area. Sketchy people coming and going. Police doing frequent drive byes. Our room had dirty tables and floors. I wiped down with Sanitizing wipes and the table tops were dirty. Our comforters on the bed had rips and stains. The sheets had black feet mark stains, dog feet mark stains that were black, blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Towels had black stains. If you walked barefoot your feet tuned black. It's noisy right next to a freeway. People smoking outside, but we requested no smoking. The smoke carries over. Did not feel safe walking to the car. Graffiti on the building walls. Shower water barely came out. Cracked sink. I would rate this place a 2.

Do not stay here. Asked for non smoking and the room had cigarette burns in the shower curtains and around the room. Does not look like the pictures in the adds. The surrounding area is filthy and unsafe.

Had to switch rooms because of all the hair in the bed. The second room had less hair, but later found what looked like blood on the light switches. Holes in the walls. Couch was torn and looked like it was found on the side of the road. Rooms smelled funky. Do not recommend at all. If I weren’t too exhausted to try and find a new hotel I would have left immediately.

Non smoking room stinks of heavy cigarettes. Then found butt under nitestand. Dirty tissue also. My wife was coughing from allergies. Last time we’ll stay here.

Great room number 124. Clean, comfy bed, great shower. Second time staying here, didn’t know they DO NOT serve breakfast in the morning. Only coffee and hot water for cocoa.

You definitely get what you pay for here. The front desk guy Christopher was great! He did his best to be accommodating. The towels were dirty, bring your own! The bedding was also dirty. The toilet was dirty and did not work very well. I would not stay here again

We reserved a non-smoking room and the first room that was assigned to us smelled like cigarettes. I spoke with the front desk rep and he assigned us another room that smelled like Marijuana, the restroom also smelled like cigarettes. He suggested for me to make a complaint with management.I told the front desk rep that I would stay in the room but didn’t want to be charged for a smoking fee that I had nothing to do with. When we entered the room we noticed there was a partially used toilet paper with blood on the outside proration of the toilet paper. I will never come back to this hotel again, very disappointing and disgusting.

my only complaint was i stayed in room 114 and none of the plugs worked. so i couldnt charge my phone. had to charge in my car.

DON'T book here!!!!! I booked 4 rooms, the rooms were disgusting! One of the rooms had beer cans and beds not done when we got there. Other rooms were extremely dirty, not cleaned-- dirty sheets,blood stains. We tried to make it work- even ask for supplies to clean room since no one was available to clean rooms. Many homeless around the area, cops were patroling around the hotel 4 times in less than 1 hour. Area is not safe. We ended up checking out & having to book else where last minute. We were EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!

People sleeping in cars in parking lot. People hanging out on the stairways, People smoking outside the rooms, LOUD party in the room above us at 1am - after the mgmt was asked to stop the party, LOUD stopping from the occupants for the next hour . No offer of anything but "this has never happened here before" from management. People leaving food for ferrel cats outside room doors. HORRIBLE conditions, room was dirty, smelly, just wanted a couple of hours sleep, but due to the noise couldn't even do that - had to leave to get some sleep elsewhere.

Not at all what expected considering the price point as well. Floors were dirty, sheets were stained, shower curtains stained, toilet paper holder broke, toilet seat loose, sink broken, very grungy and smelled inside. Loud streets. Definitely won't stay here again

Cleaning ladies were very nice and always gave us extra towels and TP as needed. However after asking for a plunger twice, we opted to keep it in our room and I did notify them that the room’s toilet’s flushing ability needed upgrading. However based on what we paid, we weren’t expecting a fancy place so except for the late night noise, we were satisfied with our stay since we were there for a kids’ soccer tournament at Silverlakes (7:45 am games).

This hotel was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, but I was shocked at how dirty and rundown it was. The lighting in the room felt like I was in a warehouse and I couldn’t tell if the sheets were dirty or stained. The furniture was falling apart and the windows were so dirty I couldn’t see clearly outside. The other guests and their intentions for staying at this hotel were questionable. Please don’t make the mistake we did by staying here!

Staff very poor

The rooms are huge the beds are so comfortable. We just enjoy our stay here. We rather stay here then anywhere else. The pool is also sparkling and clean. We don’t have to worry about going swimming and coming out itching as we do at other places we stayed at.

Lots of activity throughout the night and now a woman outside the door having a loud conversation on the phone at 3:00AM.

The overall stay was good the staff is either great and understanding. While every once in awhile rude, usually depending on someone’s looks.

My room was clean, but in poor condition. The mattress and chair were worn out, all furniture was badly chipped and damaged, a power outlet was ripped out of the wall, and the drawers did not close fully.

The shower stall was wet with full of water on the curtain, like someone just took a shower and left. The room was very smelly. A dog was barking in the next room. I would not recommend for the money.

When I checked in they had sprung an additional 50 dollar deposit for my room. No where did it say an additional deposit on the site nor when I called did they mention it .

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. He carried my bag upstairs for me, that was good. However, the property itself is not up-to-date. The people that were staying there were suspect at best. I did not feel safe and so I didn’t stay the night and went home. I had gotten a room because I was attending a wedding close by and I didn’t want to have to drive.

Front desk person was great, no problem there. Bathroom had holes in walls from water damage. Probably from shower leaking. Exhaust fan sounded like a helicopter overhead. Would probably not say there again.

Bed cover and blank all rip
