Good breakfast. Friendly staff! It was a busy weekend for them so we weren't able to check at 3pm. Room was very spacious! We were right next to the stairs, so there was alot of noise here and there but that's about the only negative thing. I would definitely come back if I'm ever on that side again!

I found the political news on the big screen in my face at breakfast a very unpleasant way to greet the morning. My feeling is that if you're going to have a big screen that is imposing to everyone, then put a pleasant nature scene loop or something other than the awful news that dominates. For this reason, this will be my last stay at this hotel, next time we travel to the area we will try another property.

Room in the first floor are newly renovated nice and clean, not sure about the other rooms. Staff are great, there’s a restaurant close by.

We had a quick one night stop. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was fine.

Room was so big and clean. I loved that it had a mini fridge and microwave. The shower was a dream, lived the pressure on it. My father in law really enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms were clean, the staff vary friendly, breakfast was excellent, parking excellent, the room was vary expensive, vary noisy at night all night, the hotel third part booking said that holiday express had complimentary pets up to two included in the price, when booked, it was supposed to cost under $300.00 for three nights including our dog and ended up costing $547.00 instead, make sure you call them and check before you show up for the surprise.

I didn’t like the that the room booked was advertised as having a seperate sleeping area and labeled as a suite when it really is not set up that way. Additionally oversized trucks should not be taking up 1/3 of the only parking on the premises. The area smells of cigarette smoke and patrons have to walk through it to get to the lobby. The rooms do not smell fresh. The smell of dirty carpet.

Hotel was a bit pricey for a Holiday Inn, but the staff was excellent. Check-in was seamless, and the breakfast was great. Its location right off the highway made it very convenient for travel.

Overpriced for the location. Overall clean room but didnt get a room cleaning all 3 days. Staff starts cleaning rooms very early and have no respect for guests still sleeping. All 3 mornings heard them in the hallways talking to each other from different rooms. A/C in the room is very loud as it runs almost like a generator.

Breakfast is always the same everyday. We were put on the second floor and smells cigarette smoke, which the front desk immediate change our room per our request on the 3rd floor. Do not like the second floor rooms, only like the 3rd floor.

Small cozy property. Was close to our venue. Very spacious and loved the balcony and door to get fresh outdoor air during the day. So nice to have breakfast included. All the staff was helpful and very nice. I give them five stars. It is so nice to be greeted by a Hello or good morning from all workers as I treat everyone from managers to cleaning & preparing team members alike. Water pressure was very low. I would say if the property owners could complain to city and state to build a sound wall, as you can hear the freeway traffic very clear. If a guest is a light sleeper it would be VERY loud and was loud for us.

The hotel was nice, service was great & the breakfast was good but unfortunately the bed had bugs. Woke up with bug bites all over my arms the next morning so was very disappointed since I had stayed due to not feeling week & needed a goods nights rest.

I booked this hotel room and rate specifically for a whirlpool tub. The whirlpool was out of service and has been for months according to the hotel staff. The listing I booked did not match what I was given, however I paid for it. Can you adjust my rate?

The place was great as far as comfort and very clean HOWEVER…. We were not able to get much sleep! The person upstairs from us sounded like they had a kid running all night and loud music. You can hear the loud traffic from the highway all night long. I would never stay here again. It was just too loud even if the people upstairs would finally stop running around or doing cartwheels whatever they were doing the highway is just so loud and it doesn’t matter what room you get the hotels are very small location in the angle your at each room. I’m sure you would hear Inglewood

The property was clean. The room was clean, friendly receptionist the only thing for breakfast it was 730 and they didn’t want to cook more eggs because it was a bother to turn on the stove.

Actually pleasantly surprised with this property. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The walls in the room could use some cleaning. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. The only downside is you can hear folks that are upstairs above your room or running up and down the hallway. And if you’re on the second floor and there’s a bunch of teenagers staying at the hotel like when I was there, you’ll hear the gym door slam about 50 times late into the night. Otherwise, everything was great. It’s just unfortunate that teenagers were running around inside the hotel, slamming the doors until 11 PM and their parents weren’t parenting.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was sub par. There was urine from another guest at the base of the toilet and hair clippings on the floor. Grossed us out.

As for my room, the TV remote didn't work properly, coffee maker didn't work and someone hawked a massive lugie on the wall and housekeeping failed to clean it prior to our checkin. I've stayed at the location before and didn't have issues. That said, still not a bad place.

Great room set up for large families. Fantastic breakfast and super nice employees. Close to all highways.

Staff was quite unwelcoming. No greeting upon arrival and when we requested bedding, the response we got was, "Well come down and get it". It's a shame though because the property was decent for a last minute overnight stay. Don't be fooled by the "suite". It is just a average room, no suite at all.

The room was next to the gym so it was a bit noisy at night around 10-11pm. Our view from the window was to the parking lot and the freeway. The only issue was on Saturday night where we were heading up to our room and waiting for the elevator, a random lady went up to my husband and she must’ve been drunk or on something else, but was claiming that someone took her against her will, she was muttering and then walked out of the hotel. Perhaps there should be security checking whether people inside hotel are truly guests or not. Overall though it was a decent room.

The man at the front desk was amazing, he dealt with a Karen on the phone better than I ever coukd and still gave myself and 2 other families excellent service. We initially had booked and prepaid at another hotel but they jad overbooked. This was one of 2 hotels that still had rooms and our kids LOVED it so now its our go-to! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!

Our stay was overall good, the breakfast is the best. The only issue was the first night we were there, there was a party in the lobby that went until 2am. Our room was close to the lobby, so we did not get much sleep that night.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the 15 freeway. Comfy beds and bedding. Excellent continental breakfast. REALLY CLEAN! Air conditioner was noisy but we didn’t need it and reported to staff for maintenance check. We would stay there again.

We got in late and slept right away. We woke up and found ants all over in the bathroom area. We packed up and decided to grab breakfast and go ASAP. Pancake machine wasn’t working. Apple juice was very watered down (We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express 2 nights prior, so we immediately noticed the difference). I would not stay here ever again. The front desk was not surprised to hear about the ants. They said sorry and basically shrugged their shoulders.

The staff at the front desk was great! She is was considerate, asked me about my stay, and I felt welcomed. Unfortunately that was the best part of my stay. The hotel looks run down from the outside and appears to possibly be somewhere people are staying in between places. I did not feel safe as it is tucked away behind the freeway. My room was somewhat modern but smelled like cleaning products ( which a lot of hotels do when you first walk in) but this place more than usual. It was very humid in my room and curtains were pretty dated. The air conditioner was super loud all night and my room was right next to the freeway so I heard the train and freeway all night. The door in the room had a hatch lock and being a solo female traveler on the second floor, it was just not safe. They really need to add a deadbolt there. The wifi was good but the tv was super old. The bed was fantastic as all holiday inn bedding is! I would not stay here again.

Everything was good my only two complaints, the air conditioner is noisy and I woke up every single time the air conditioner would turn on. One of the kitchen staff when I was having a conversation with my family and made us move to a diffrent table.

We went to the pool area, which the signage was lacking in identifying. A sign pointed down the hall where our room was, but didn't point to 'enter the stairwell, then enter the outside door'. On the pool deck, we put our things on the ground (lack of tables, cubby holes). When picking up our items after 20 minutes, noticed ants all over our things. Managed to get one in bed an hour later, not cool Breakfast... overall, not bad. The veggie omelet was actually delicious, the turkey sausage was cooked to death and had not a bit of moisture left in it. The sausage gravy was delicious, a great selection of breads, butter, cream cheese, fruit, juices, pancakes, etc. One hypocrisy item... Paper straws... then.. styrofoam plates, plastic utensils wrapped in plastic, and plastic cups. For CA, a big fail (I love plastic) The bed was comfy, the TV channels absolutely sucked. The TV interaction was slow and not useful. It would be nice to be able to stream, using my own account to avoid all of that. For the price of 225.00 for a single night, I would never reserve again, through IHG or through hotels.com. Really just not worth the money. You can get a king suite in Vegas for the same price.

As far as being comfortable, I have no complaints. My biggest gripes are that it was noisy and the overall cleanliness of the room. The jetted tub in the room was less than clean. One of the covers of the jet was missing, revealing a dark and grimy coating. I fear what may have been underneath all the others. There was a dark colored coating on the underside of the tub drain as well, which I was careful not to touch. I would imagine that with charging extra for a room with a tub like that that there would be proper cleaning implemented. The blinds in the room were also filthy and stained. The remote for the TV had dirt crusted into it and the phone was also very dirty. I didn’t touch them to avoid whatever was lurking behind. I know that rooms are not cleaned every day but when they are, it’s hoped that they would be done so in detail to avoid spreading disease and mold.

It was excellent the pool and Jacuzzi were fresh and clean.
