The hotel front desk essentially gave away (2) of our rooms with no credit back. Stay away from this hotel. No customer service. Staff not qualified and no manager to reach out to.

We have been staying at this hotel for several months booking 6+ rooms. I left notes on the reservations for people that would be checking in late but wanted to block the rooms off regardless. Two of my rooms they stated were no shows and that they would need to purchase rooms again. I left notes on the reservation that they were checking in the next day. They essentially stole 2 weeks' worth of rooms with no help from the hotel or no way to reach a manager. We have spent thousands of dollars with this place and for them to do that is ridiculous. We are taking our business elsewhere. Customer service is horrible.

Clean, quiet, and well maintained property. Great breakfast bar with nice variety of items. Friendly and courteous staff. A very nice place to stay!

Loved everything about our room except the positioning of the tv?!?! Stayed in a room with a studio set up. Walk in to a general needs kitchenette, then right passed a nicely placed coat rack that kinda serves as a lil partition is the living area (couch, side table set along the rt. wall). A dining table placed under the flat screen TV takes up the middle area creating a lil divide for the AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE KING BED and 2 side tables which are a spacious ways away directly across from the couch ... only problem was the flat screen didn't swivel one way or the other. It was smack dab facing the bathroom entrance in the center of the room. Kinda made TV hard to enjoy but still the room was great price, great location and very clean so 9 outta 10.

Location was very good. Breakfast I enjoyed the waffle and egg Was constantly being cleaned. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Mattress could be better. For breakfast meat could be better quality.

It was quiet and extremely clean. I enjoyed everything about the property.

This is a relatively new hotel and therefore its amenities are good. However our stay started out with an issue. When we got there after check in time we were given a dirty room. I don’t mean filthy by no means just had not been tended to. It took sometime before we could unpack and get comfortable. It was a bit inconvenient and somewhat disappointing. Also the water pressure in the shower was terrible! Man why are hotels notorious for this kind of thing? Anyway the breakfast was decent and the staff was solid.

It’s close to relatives when we come in from out of town. No charge for self-parking like some suburban Marriotts.

We returned to our room after spending time at the beach and our room had not been cleaned. We had to go to the desk to get towels…no one to bring them up. And all we got was we’re sorry.

Wonderful stay. Highly recommended
