I asked for a quiet room, it was noisy, next to parking and street, next morning walking to office, I see that it has rooms that overlook the interior courtyard. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, the breakfast was bad, eggs cold, potatoes cold, my waffle was OK, coffee was so so, it’s an old B W that needs a lot of rehab to bring it to todays standards.

To top it off, the breakfast was just so yummy! They had everything you could want including fresh fluffy eggs, grated cheese, salsa,yogurts, orange juice, sausage and make your own waffles! I can't wait to stay here again!

Loved the pool area and the BBQ offered to guests. Very inviting and comfortable for my special needs child. Staff was accommodating and ensures your safety and comfort is their top priorities when staying with them. There are transients within the immediate parking lot which makes guests uneasy but that is just a product of the environment. Nothing to do with the Hotel.

Enjoyed the stay. Pillows were comfy and breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean, the tv chanels were decent too.

Everything about this property was excellent with the exception of the some of the items in the room. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet itself was not secured to the floor completely. Also the sink was missing the stopper. I am still rating this experience high as these could have been an isolated issue they may not be aware of.

I do really like this hotel. The rooms are very nice with the bars in the middle and the rooms are fairly larger then normal rooms. Pool, jacuzzi, free breakfast, laundry room, locked gates to get inside. It's a maximum of 20 days stay. Weekdays are a good price but the weekends are way expensive. They always sell out on the weekend and it is a party atmosphere on Saturday nights. If you're going for a peace and quiet on a Saturday maybe not this one. Very fun place for family friends or couples. I do recommend.

It’s very noisy because there were a bunch of people having a pool party until almost midnight (tho the pool closed at 10:00) seems no staff was managing the situation.

This was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the outdoor courtyard was charming. The included breakfast was a good addition. I would stay here again.

I was not able to check in at 4:00pm. Was told to leave my phone number and I would get a call front front desk. I never got called. Checked in after 9:00pm.

Checking in was great breakfast was on point the room was very clean. The only thing that the pool water was very cold. I went to the front desk in the evening and the gentleman who helped me at the front desk was not very friendly he looked bothered with attitude like that I would not wanna stay at this property again

Not quite up to the usual best western standards. Was quite dirty. Room was missing pull out linen and instead of bringing it up to the room they expected me to come down and get it. Towels were not abundant in the room. Shower seemed like the pipes were going to explode.

Due to Bain Fire in Jurupa Valley, we were evacuated and we needed a pet friendly hotel. I called and reserved a room for two nights. It was pretty Quiet and I love that they have a courtyard and barbecue area. Everyone was friendly. The continental Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was big like the tub. I would recommend this to anyone.

The carpets smell like pet urine and are extremely stained, even though they are dark in color the dirt is very noticeable. I took off my shoes, walked barefoot, and my socks were left Black, I had to put a sheet on the carpet so I could walk without shoes, but the smell was unbearable. The smell of the carpets in the rooms makes the rest of the room look and It feels bad... I'm surprised. This hotel used to be one of the cleanest, but apparently it changed owners, and from what I saw, they're not well coordinated regarding room cleaning.They probably don't have enough staff, but my point of view would be to remove those carpets and put down flooring, since the carpets are heavily soaked with urine and even if they're washed they won't be clean. It's logical to know that when a carpet is frequently rented and pets are allowed, even after washing, the smell of urine is almost impossible to remove, especially in bedrooms In a hotel, the doors are always closed, there isn't enough air to ventilate the bad smells, and what happens after a poor cleaning of the room is that they spray air freshener Which mixes with the smell of the dirty carpet, they immediately close the door, and when the next guest arrives, the aroma inside the room is disappointing.

The carpets smelled terrible and were very stained, the rooms were dusty and the mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was good. The bathroom towels were very stained, not dirty. They were washed but very stained; the color didn't look white, rather they looked light brown.

The room smelled awful, it smelled like cat feces. The carpet was in terrible condition, all stained with what looked like urine. The mirrors in the room were very poorly cleaned and there was a lot of dust. It was a Terrible experience...the breakfast was okay, the person who checked me in was friendly. Previously, this hotel was one of the cleanest when it was called Aires Hotel; I think it changed owners. The place itself is good, it just needs better coordination regarding room cleaning. I think that if it's not possible for them to keep the carpets clean, they should put flooring in the rooms. The rooms... frankly, I'm not that picky; I don't expect miracles when I travel, but on these occasions I was very disappointed. I also stayed there in December, and upon entering... The refrigerator in the room wasn't working and there was water spilled around, so they moved me to another room. I didn't want to be too demanding, so I didn't complain; I had faith that the next time I stayed there, things would be better. Things would have been fine, but they weren't. The cleanliness of the premises itself was just lacking in details to be truly good; the main problem is the carpets. They accept pets there, and I even stayed there. With my pet in December, but from what I could tell, the carpets aren't properly cleaned after pets have stayed there. Inside the area is clean and amenities are great (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, bbq area with tables and chairs, etc.)! Breakfast was good: eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, bread, cereal, quick bite items. Outside the hotel wasn’t bad but there were homeless, and the area isn’t as high end.

Hot tub was great. They were pet friendly and the breakfast was excellent for the hotel's grade. We'd certainly choose to stay here again, except most places in LA are about an hour away and our trip included a lot of driving. Corona may be in the LA area but it's far from LA. But 5 stars for the hotel on all regards.

10 out of 10 for breakfast the safety outside of the hotel room well let’s just say what happened. There was a search for a subject and the police where there in the Lobby when we had breakfast because the subject ran into the prom grounds. Safe to walk alone I would say NO great deal and clean with a good breakfast YES.

The salsa is ON POINT. Parking is fair. I would recommend in a heartbeat. The only issue I had was the shower water flooding the floor when I took a shower because of the “access” shower. Other than that, Great stay!

Stayed for the weekend with my partner and it was really nice for the price compared to other hotels. Breakfast was typical hotel stuff and good for a little bite.

Hot tub was perfect, temperature perfect. Our room was quiet, away from noisy areas (as we requested). The only issue we had was the refrigerator stopped working late at night and some of our food didn't stay cold. They offered one other room that was available to switch too, but it was too late for us and we wanted to stay in a quieter area.

The Best Western Corona CA hotel is well kept and impressively clean for the age of the hotel. There is a sizable center courtyard and a pool/hot tub area. The room (231) was large with a king bed near the bathroom area, a center island kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, bar sink), a gas fireplace and a large 60” TV (with cable), and a sleeper couch. The room and contents were above average for cleanliness (dusted and wiped down well) and had no discernible odor, dust or mold. The HVAC worked well to heat and cool.The water pressure/hot water was good. They provided a great variety of breakfast food options, all plentiful and tasty.All the hotel staff (desk, breakfast and housecleaning) were friendly, attentive and helpful when needed.

I don’t know how this hotel has a high rating, it’s in a very bad neighborhood (I think I Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot) and the hotel is very dated. The room it shelf had a smell to it and definitely seen better days. The breakfast was okay but it could have been better. I’m not that picky of a person but I had to review this before based on the ratings/reviews this hotel should have been much better.

The continental breakfast was also really good and had a decent amount of options.

I told my husband this was a hidden gem. Loved the stay. Clean, comfortable room. Very pretty courtyard. Friendly staff. My husband said walking the dog outside the hotel was possibly questionable. That was the extent of our outside exploration of the area, so not sure if it was good just older or bad but it was not green grass and ponds for the dog to walk through so it never made my husbands top hotel for a dog list, but the room was great for my dog. Plenty of room and a nice spot to set up his bowls. Was hard floor, not carpet, so it just felt soooo much cleaner for all of us, but especially my dog.

This hotel is right next to a highway so it is a bit noisy but on the other hand convenient to get to the road right away. The reception was a bit confusing to find initially. Overall a convenient place to stay overnight for a trip to elsewhere.

A nice best western with a patio barbecue and fireplace area. The Jacuzzi is one of the best, the Jets hit both upper back and lower back! It was nice to have a warm cooked breakfast and a very pleasant staff!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a good night’s sleep, mostly because of the pillows. They were extremely thin, and I had to stack all of them just to make one comfortable pillow. Another issue was the flooring. At first glance it looked clean, but after walking barefoot (right after showering), the bottoms of my feet turned completely black — as if I had walked outside barefoot. It was pretty unpleasant, so housekeeping could definitely improve their mopping routine. Breakfast was decent; I enjoyed a waffle and a cheese omelet. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I’ll likely look elsewhere before considering this property again.

The hotel is nice looking outside and the rooms are beautiful. The TV is placed weird but beggars cant be choosers. The bathtub was relaxing and had shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Would stay here again if it wasnt so pricey.

Didn't get the room i booked, i booked a room with 2 queen beds for 3 people and got a room with 1 king and a sofa sleeper that was unmade and no sheets in the room and had a absolutely filthy mattress on it.

The hotel room itself was great. No complaints about that or staff. We did ask to be placed in a room on the quieter side. I don't think facing the parking lot is the quiet side but that's where we were. We are light sleepers but I don't think anyone could sleep to the lady screaming at her husband in the middle of the night. The parking lot side is not a place to be.

Excellent hotel - mom passed away and we needed a place to stay with our dog. Our stay kept extending. We did have to switch rooms once as we were in the accessible room and had to give it up from someone. They were very accommodating with giving us clean bath towels, new parking permits, rechecking us in as we kept having to extend our stay due to paperwork and the funeral. The laundry room was great, and we were able to go home with no dirty clothes. Felt incredibly safe. Parking is very close to your room. Excellent breakfast buffet.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s always been a good experience. The staff is always very friendly! The rooms are clean & it’s great that breakfast is included especially with multiple kids on a family trip. At first the area seems a little sketchy with some homeless roaming around but we’ve never had any issues. We definitely recommend this location 🙂

The hedge around the first floor rooms made it impossible to see room numbers so we could park by the room. The breakfast is fantastic. But the staff at the breakfast area were super unfriendly. Overall a decent motel with very unhappy staff.

We called and called front desk no one ever answered .had to walk to office and asked to get floor cleaned they said they would send some one down no one ever came . These rooms are really big. You also have an extra sink in the middle of the world room and a really large fridge. The pool is in the middle of the property and our room opened up to see the pool. Our kids really liked that. There were some noisy people there that night that did not calm down till midnight.

Not a great experience. Had to change rooms 2 times! Because of how moldy the bathroom was and bad odor. Cleanliness was horrible. The third room still had an odor but no visible mold so we settled for that.

Room is very spacious

Breakfast is FCFS. Staff was rude. My wife asked for towels at the front desk and was told they’re out and didn’t know when they’ll get some more. We ask for our room to be cleaned and was told if they had time they would but they never got to it.

Lots of homeless around the area

Had a great stay, clean, free beakfast and great location. Would recommend and stay again.

Everything was great

Hotel was so-so. Bad part was it was posted all over that there was security at night but in the morning out side window was broken out. Nothing was in car but our window needed to be replaced.

The property itself seemed nice but our room was full of flies.

Area had a LOT of homeless around, including some that were doing drugs in the parking lot. When i brought it up to management, they said they would look into it but that the police regularly drove by the second chance home right next door. Also witnessed police taking a guest out in handcuffs. Other guests at the time were of a party sort and were out at the pool past the posted hours. Didnt bother us so much as the children in our family that wanted to know why they couldnt go out to the pool too.

The room was clean. Breakfast was simple.

Staff was nice... could have been a bit more accommodating (I asked for a 1pm checkout and was wiling to pay and they said no). Area was only ok...but felt very safe in the hotel itself.

Good location, felt safe being just off a main street, very clean. Room nicely set up with plenty of room for 2. Bed very comfortable.

Hotel was great. Clean, friendly and in a good area lots of restaurants near. Also breakfast was very good in the morning. I just didn’t like that room

Only there for the night, but nice Property, clean and friendly staff.

Excellent location, will come again soon. Lots of restaurants, gas stations, and entertainment options in close proximity. Staff was warm, welcoming, and super helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was as expected. Can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Great facility!

Nothing was to like. Location sucked. I think there was a half-way house on an adjacent property and there was noise all night (people yelling, banging). A lot of unsavory characters milling about, I was concerned for my safety and the security of my vehicle. I booked Best Western because they are usually reasonable in price and quality. This was the worst BW I've stayed in.

Great hotel for the price. Its our second time staying here.

I like the hotel, clean. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was the WIFI, I couldn’t work because there were pretty much almost no signal. Other than that it was very convenient to what I needed at that moment.

I liked that the hotel was dog friendly and did not charge for parking. Not a fan of wall mounted HVAC rather than wall mounted thermostat. Noisy when they come on. best Western seems to have migrated to a different TV format and channel selection - I hate this - not easy to find a channel. Trash trucks outside woke us up at 5:30 am for trash pick up - very noisy. Dog relief area very small.
