Room was basic and clean. We were there only one night and it was just what we needed. Breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t count on it being enough if you want more than a bagel. There was no liquid creamer which was odd to me but the dining area was clean.

The location only Literally most everything. The $100 deposit is actually ridiculous. I’ve worked in hotels and I know for a fact you keep a card on file for that reason. Taking my money prematurely is CRIMINAL. I have plenty of pictures of what was not done in our room upon arriving. Coffee pot was so dirty like they just dumped the grounds out and let it dry. There was no coffee left in the room. Wash clothes had yellow stains on them. Black mold in the bathroom, crusty soap on the soap dispenser in the bathroom (on the counter and the dispenser) dust on the headboard, and the ledge of the sink, pool wasn’t open even though it’s beginning of the season, the trash can out side the door of our room was never changed out so we were assaulted with garbage smell every time we opened the door. The mattress needs to be replaced. And the AC UNIT also needs to be looked at. What looked to be blood on the under the cushions on the couch. I have been a housekeeper myself and have run cabin cleaning and laundry for multiple facilities in my area which is a tourist town. I can assure you this is not how any of this should have gone

When we booked the room we called to make sure the pool was open for our 3 night stay, they said yes, but when we got there the pool was not opened.

My only problem was there was no soap for the shower but luckily I had a bar from another motel. This shower only has a liquid dispenser and it was out of soap when I tried it

Perfect location for our trip. Easy off 81- close by food and coffee. Good food options for healthy eating. The room was okay but not very clean. My dogs were with me and it was inexpensive to have them! WONDERFUL! My husband stepped in dog poop outside and brought it in- I cleaned it up with rags we had and the floor was disgustingly dirty, black! Yuck! No excuses for that - dog friendly or not. Just swiffer wet! The sink had hair from someone shaving I think- gross! I appreciate the value but clean isn’t expensive! Just clean please!

There was black mold covering the entire ceiling, the shower curtain smelled really sour, there was someone’s boogers on the wall in front of the toilet, there was absolutely no hand soap in the soap dispenser, there was a previously used roll of toilet paper in the dispenser instead of a fresh one, and maybe 4 tissues in the tissue box. My parents and brothers stayed in another room on the first floor, and they said that there was black mold all over their ceiling as well. That really needs to be addressed before somebody ends up getting sick from it. We also found multiple live insects around the room. Something else disappointing was there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. But considering the cleanliness of what I listed above, I’m not sure I would trust the condition of the coffee maker, so it might be a good thing there isn’t one.

The nightly rate was identical.Expedia would not allow any changes so I drove for 7 hours and arrived at the motel at 10:30pm. I won't book through Expedia and I won't stay at this motel in the future. It was very noisy. Heard traffic and other reservation holders late into the evening. Walls are paper thin.

The location The bathroom in 214 has black mold all over the ceiling. We stayed for 6 days and our tv did not work one time. When we arrived on Monday we were told it might be working. We called and asked about it the day after and the next day. No one ever came to check it out or get it working. I would have never stayed here if I knew. The breakfast was lacking. Cold coffee and the bagels weren’t anything to write home about. The bed is absolutely awful and made your whole body sore.

The bed was metal and every time i moved it was loud enough to keep me awake. The TV does not have a guide and I was told it was too much money for the company, the tub was so high I had to sit on the side and swing my legs over to get in. The fridge was not cold, the electrical plates were not screwed shut. Breakfast was cereal, muffins and bread

The bed frame was metal and kept making a loud bang when sat on. Also there was a group of men outside our door at 1:30am talking and laughing loudly. Woke us up. Called the front desk and they handled it properly and took care of the situation.

The room clean but a bit smallish. Also no coffee maker. You get coffee with breakfast but that's it.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing. Then the bed….the metal around the base was bumped into too easily and gave a loud sound. Not appreciated during the night. Also, the bed squeaked and creaked. Needless to say, we won’t book at the Red Roof again. On the plus side, the bed was comfy and we didn’t have to sleep in the car.

ALSO, there is a $100 incidental authorization that is not listed anywhere when booking.

Checking in and out were wonderful. Front desk personnel was very nice. The bed was extremely loud. Every time I shifted it sounded like metal gears grinding. The room was descent. It could have been cleaner. Overall it was an alright place to stay.

I had to leave a day early because of a medical emergency, i checked out around 2:30 pm and they still charged me for the full night, including the pet fee even though we werent in the room past 9:30 am, because "checkout it at 11 am". Disappointed. Im disabled and on a budget, so paying $150 for a room i didnt use is hard.

My experience overall with the motel was initially the front desk, clerk was polite when I initially checked in, however, after that, the room service far as housekeeping, it took my personal belongings which when I return from sightseeing, I noticed my wallet was missing and some other items, and when I confront the front desk regarding the situation They said they were going to do an investigation Never got back to me regarding my personal belongings. I was a terrible experience.

stayed due to hurricane damage and issues. When it was safe to return home, we tried to cancel a 2nd night and free up the room for someone else. They refused to cancel. We are dealing with a rough situation in the area and this business could have helped and chose not to.

The room condition is okay: new furniture modern and good condition but the bathroom is very outdated and the shower doesn't drain. the shell of the room needs upgrade from the walls, bathroom, front door, etc…

Website said pool.was open. It was closed. Only had 4 tv channels. The ac didnt keep the room cool. The manager complained about a child staying over one night. Asked for extra clean sheets/ blanket. We never got these. The front desk associates were nice. They also kept my deposit. We even cleaned the room before we left.

The man who checked us in was so rude like we were an imposition to him They put me in a room that clearly smelled of cigarette smoke there was someone smoking outside ! When I specifically stated non smoking and my friend has asthma!!

In general it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room on the back and you could hear all the highway traffic. I would recommend asking for a room on the front. Maybe it would be quieter.

Customer service was amazing

Very noisy all night due to the freeway 600 ft away … Air conditioner was noisy to .. but covered some of the freeway noise ..Next time I’ll stay on the opposite side of the building

This hotel is older but super clean and the staff is so friendly. Lots of things nearby and quiet neighborhood.
