The front desk clerks tried to refund my money. I have a video. The first room was filthy. The stairwell to the second floor was filthy and a window was missing. The carpet in the hall was filthy. The walls were filthy. There were ticks in the bed. I tried to get another room, they were booked. I wanted to leave but could not get a refund because the clerks said booking.com does not have that option. We are remodeling our house and right now can not stay in the house. Moved to another room there was another tick and it bit me. Changed hotel and can't sleep for fear of ticks. One photo below is the bath mat. I washed my hands got a couple of drips of water on the floor. Wiped up with bath mat. The filth on the mat is from Lightly wiping up a small amount of water.

Cuando llegue el ascensor estaba dañado. Mi habitación estaba en el tercer piso donde llegar con el equipaje fue muy dificil. Despues de realizar la solicitud el personal del hotel me atendio muy bien cambiando mi habitación a la planta baja. La habitacion estaba muy limpia al igual que todo el hotel. El desayuno es bueno. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de restaurantes , bares, etc. y tambien cerca del lago Norman que es muy bello.

Some of the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is always a hit. The elevator was broken, so we had to manually carry our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. We have a handicap person in our group, which made it very difficult. Finally one of the staff moved us to the first floor.

Very easy to get to location, plenty of parking. Check-in was simple, staff was terrific. Room was excellent, bed was VERY comfortable. I really didn't want to leave, but real life beckons, Lol. Highly recommend.

Example a cup of coffee that was about 1/2 of a normal cup. I had large amounts of issues with the AC/fan. It wouldn’t barely work and when it did work it was only for a few minutes and then it would just stop. I had to be changed rooms, but the other room was just as bad. The fragrance they sprayed in the room after cleaning was awful. It was so strong and had the room smelling like a brothel.

Breakfast selection was awful. Waffle maker did not work. Watered down juice and coffee makers. The bread and bagels were stale. No type of hot food.

The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful, other then that, NOTHING was good. It was all awful; the room smelled, and the breakfast area was nasty. The entire room and bathroom were very dirty; the room was so filthy that I was scared to walk on the floor without shoes. The room smelled very bad! Nothing was cleaned at all.

This hotel was pretty ghetto. The room had a weird smell, and the walls were paper then. I could hear everything that was going on in other rooms including children crying literally all day. Then the day it was time to leave, check out was at 11 am, and my and my fiancé had over slept. We heard a knock at the door at 11 am on the dot, and there was this lady they’re saying that we needed to check out now and then when I said ok she rolled her eyes and walked out. Like don’t get me wrong we did wake up late, but 11 on the dot and we have someone there telling us we gotta get out like now. Naw this place was not it.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely stay here again! N/A

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly. My only complaint was the bed and pillows. Terrible! Pillows were so small and flat to be worthless and the bed was not very comfortable.

Although hairdryer was broken in bedroom the staff addressed the problem immediately. Replaced broken hairdryer and cleaned room. Very respectful and nice.

The front desk manager was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is ideally located. The beds are very uncomfortable however, and the hotel is very noisy.

The hotel is older but has been recently renovated. Room had a microwave and mini fridge, there was also a combo shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower (not sure of quality as I didn’t use these) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel is close to I77. There was a very strong air freshener smell in the lobby but I noticed upstairs in the hallway it smelled like garbage throughout the hall, it did not smell in the room so maybe it was just something on the day I was there. They did offer breakfast- I didn’t have it so I’m not sure what was included. Overall, the room was clean and it was good for a night or 2 but if you’re expecting a 5star hotel this isn’t it.

Easy check in and my room was clean. Nice place to stay. Everything in the room worked as it should and there was good water pressure. The guy at the front desk assured me if I needed anything he was here to help.

The window pillow cover was filthy, and so were the small bedspreads at the bottom of the bed. It made me wonder if the towels and sheets were not washed properly. It was OK for one night, but I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

The Wifi's terrible. I never ate their breakfast so I don't know about that. The elevator is always acting up, I was scared I would get stuck in there. I was able to do my ‘check in’ online which saved me tons of time. Once I arrived, the host was very polite and i checked in pretty quickly. The room was nice and quiet. Plus the heater kept the room toasty, which was perfect!

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good location, about 25 min from Charlotte Motoor Speedway. The breakfast was good, waffles, cereal, coffee etc. Great value for the money compared to other hotels closer to the race track.

This place is terrible. It is so filthy, there were brown stains on the towels and sheets; the room reeked and the air conditioner smelled like mold and the shower was disgusting. It was so bad that I left after an hour and slept on the floor in my sons dorm room.

Location was great and quiet. Parking was fine. Our room, 218 was missing shower liner, but had curtain part. Chair back was broke and TV was small and didn’t work properly. We came in late at night and only needed to sleep so it was fine for our purpose.

Came down from Michigan for the NASCAR race. We had booked a hotel in Charolette but it was so bad we left without even staying a night. We then got a hotel in Concord for one night but with race weekend they wanted to keep raising the price every night it got closer to race. We found this place and are very happy we did. The location is super nice. Unlike the first place we tried this felt safe. The hotel is a little older and not perfect but for the price I can’t complain a single bit after what we went through the places before. All the employees we seen were super nice. Will come back next time I’m in the area

The room was stinky. We had to go buy an air freshener. There were a couple critters crawling around in the room, not bed bugs but other types. Not what I expected it to be.

The room and common areas were cleaner than expected and the hotel is in a very safe area. The breakfast was basic with waffles, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Elevator wasn't working and could hear conversation in hallway and rooms next to us, plus traffic from highway. But very clean and friendly staff.

Comfortable, clean room in a convenient location. The window seat is a plus. Can't get too excited about the breakfast, but it was adequate. About the location, it's just off I-77, but entrance is on a street rather than right off the access road, which makes it a little quieter and calmer. Also liked that there's a small shopping center literally next door with a walkway so if you want to grab a beer or bite to eat you don't have to get back in your car.

Everytime I went downstairs to the reception no one was there and this morning the room next to us was smoking weed and the smell was seeping into our bathroom!

The hotel felt safe enough to leave our bikes locked on the back of our car.

I was woken up around 2-3 am by loud arguing in the hallway. Apparently the cops had to ha7l off a couple of drunks. And for a little annoyance. There wasn’t anything to hang a washcloth, face towel or bath towel from. No towel bar or hook. M8nor, but still an annoyance.

For the price, this was a very nice place to spend the night while traveling through the area. I liked that it did have the mini fridge and microwave.

It’s worth the price. The walls are paper thin and housekeeping could’ve did a better job cleaning around the toilet but overall i’d give it a 6/10.

We had 2 rooms. 1 was ok. But the other must have previously been a smoking room as it was a terrible smell. Hair found in bathroom Overall we only needed a place for the night. It worked but would probably chose somewhere else next time for slightly more. Staff were friendly and great. Morning breakfast was good.

Our room had a terrible odor to it. My wife and I couldn't figout what it was. We arrived very late and left early the next morning so I didn't feel the need to ask for a different room. Breakfast was included and was fine with myself sunce there was a waffle maker. Id five the hotel a 2 star rating. It was cheep and suited us fine. Nothing more

Gross. Filthy! Black mold around inside of windows and on floor grout in bathroom. Had a horrid odor of greasy food and weed. Left after first night of a two night stay.
