Would not stay again. Filthy & gross! Not sure how it’s not shut down by the board of health. We only stayed one night just to sleep and if it wasn’t so late, I would have gone somewhere else.

They kept the grass cut and picked up any littler When I would go to ask for stuff like bed sheets or even towels there was on receptionist that had an attitude about giving the stuff I need. The wall are super thin and can hear your neighbors snoring.

While beds were made properly it's clear that the room was poorly cleaned toilet and faucet hardware had clear signs of use from water and soap scum. The tub was unsafe to use in my opinion due to black residue that looked like mold and red stains. Bathroom tiles had clear indications that it was not washed as there were soap scum marks and water marks on the walls. Due these findings we only spent the night and checked out after day 1 of a 3 night stay. Hotel would not respond to Expedias calls to process a refund. Will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Would not recommend. Especially if booking through a third party like expedia.

Everything was great. Once again, June and the other staff took care of everything we needed and were very attentive. We'd definitely stay here again.

Unless you have no other alternative, I would advise not to stay at this property. The condition of the room was very dirty. Toilet ran, and the handle was broken. Tub would not drain properly. The room smelled of pets, we would not take our shoes off at no time because of the condition of the floors.I mentioned it to the front desk person about someone coming in and cleaning the floors and fixing the bathroom problems but they never came and we stayed there three nights and basically just stayed there to sleep.

The young lady at the front desk was super kind and understanding. I booked for two nights due to heavy flight cancellations at Ft Lauderdale airport March 16th 2026. From previous reviews we choose two rooms for the two nights we were to be in Ft. Lauderdale. Took arrival at the rooms it just didn’t seem right but we tried to work it out because everything near and far was sold out. But after that first night I couldn’t do it or anyone in my party the rooms had a horrible smell the beds we damped but the bathrooms is what took the cake the tubs were HORRIBLE hair everywhere toilet in one room of the two wasn’t working at all and the tub is indescribable. We checked out the sweet lady at the front desk mentioned that her and another person had just taken over the property and was trying to get it up to standards I was very understanding and not mad with her at all because you do get what you pay for but this was something different. We got our refund receipt papers and parted ways. Until they get everything remodeled and updated I do not recommend we all slept with our clothes on and on top of the sheets

Run down and poorly maintained property. We reserved a room advertised as having two queen beds. Upon arrival we learned the rooms only had two double beds. Inquiring at the front desk I was told they had no queen beds in any of the rooms and the clerk said she didn't know why the rooms are listed as having queen beds. I will look elsewhere for our next visit to this area.

My "new room " had just been cleaned but it was also disgusting. Despite being freshly mopped, there was a brown film on all of the floors. The tub was nasty, the walls had smears and spots, the fridge was filthy, i refused to bring food there, there were no plates or silverware etc... Everything was a disappointment. Finally despite a late chech out, the house keeper was banging on my door at 11 am sharp telling its time to check out.

Very clean, except our floor needed a solid washing. There is a kitchenette, but ours was bare (no glasses, plates, utensils, or anything else. As we were only staying 1 night, it didn't impact our stay. The neighbourhood is convenient, and appeared to be safe. It was convenient, by car, to shopping malls and restaurants.

This place wasn’t what I expected, and I was surprised on how certain things were. I did see roaches in both rooms from the room that I switched out of to another room.

My first room had leaves on the floor, we shrugged it off. Shower and tub was full of rust we tried to shrug that off. I notice hair on my bed spread and pull my sheets back, there was DIRT AND HAIR AND SOME SORT OF SUBSTANCE on my BED SHEETS AND PILLOW. I cant call concierge because theres no phone, check the other bed and theres hair there too. I call from my cell they say are you sure? They send the assistant property manager in and she asks to see it. I show her and get asked if I ME MYSELF MADE THE MESS?! NO! They say theyll give us a new room I wait thirty minutes and then have to go to the front desk to find out what room and get a new room key? Other room has clean beds but dirt on the table and chairs and counter. I cleaned it myself this time and gave up

First the bed head hair in the sheets, very dirty, the smell is terrible, so then taking a shower, the tub floods, the cabinets in the studio is falling apart, I would like to send you a picture of how they fix the countertop, in the Ven hood is nasty full of grease. Yes the room was neglected, and staff wasn't pleasant, worst hotel experience ever i would never recommend anyone to go there. The bathroom wasnt clean, Ac wasn't working, no garbage bin in the room and garbage pile up and running over next to the elevator on our floor and also the ground floor. The reason for the one star rating was for the bed it wasn't bad to sleep in.

Would give negative review if I could. After driving 14 hr we arrived to find out they had cancelled our reservation. No notice at all, no email, no text and no call to let us know that the reservation was canceled. The employee gave no recommendation as to where to go he said that he was also canceling 7 others due to overbooking.

Believe me. Only come here if you get the room for like $20. Moldy, smoke/marihuana odor, stained toilets, stained bathtubs, sticky floors.

The toilet was completely yellow on the inside; it took me three hours to remove all the buildup and get it into a minimally usable condition. The same happened with the bathtub and the floors—I had to scrub everything with strong cleaning products to get rid of the urine smell that had permeated the space. This level of hygiene is unacceptable in any housing situation. I hope they improve their cleaning and maintenance standards, because the experience was truly unpleasant and super expensive!!

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. There were roaches crawling on the floor and on the walls.. the room even smelled like roaches. There was no staff available at checkout office door was locked. Had to contact customer service and they didn't even help either.

It's obvious this hotel started renovations and then gave up halfway. Everything feels patched together in a rushed, careless way. The toilet and shower both have significant rust issues, which is unacceptable. The room was so humid that the floors were actually wet--everything felt damp, including bedding and now our clothes. The kitchenette is essentially useless. Yes, there's a fridge, microwave, and cooktop, but there are zero supplies. No pans. No utensils. No plates. Not even a fork or knife. Calling it a kitchenette is generous at best. We requested extra towels and had to ask two additional times before they were given. On day two, our door broke and we were locked out of our room--twice--until a manager could let us in while waiting for maintenance. That's not just inconvenient, it's a basic security issue. The overall vibe is grey, drab, and depressing. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing I can say. An extra blanket would have been appreciated--it is Florida, but it's still winter. To top it off, when I asked a staff member where to put our trash (since there is no housekeeping service), he was rude and dismissive. This place feels neglected, poorly managed, and nowhere near the experience the photos suggest. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Better hotels in the area for same or less

The property was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, but i asked for a extra blanket and the housekeeping didnt have any available right way because the machine was down. Overall the stay was good even though i didnt have an extra blanket for comfort.

Our room was comfortable. The heating and cooling unit worked great. The desk clerk when we arrived was gracious and cool under the pressure of a lot going on at once. She was kind and very helpful to us.

My booking was for 2 queen beds room but I was put in a room with 2 double beds (mind you it was for a family of 4). When questioned the staff about it, I was told they don't have rooms with 2 queen beds (apparently this is false advertisement). The room was no more than average. The shower tub is another story. It was painted. The hotel did not provide breakfast, neither hot coffee nor tea.

The room was pretty run down. There was no shower curtain in the tub/shower and didn’t seem to be any hot water after waiting about 5 mins with the tub faucet running. It didn’t feel like the safest spot to spend the night.

I booked online with Expedia and paid. No one from the facility called to tell me there was no room available, I called prior and someone told me they had my reservation as soon as I walked in I was told they are booked and no space. Im upset with the company and also Expedia.

Never get my business. Studio 6 coral springs fl overbooked so many rooms. Everyone was turned away with nowhere to go. At least 7 people booked through Expedia and were told too bad. Theres no room for you. You will need to call your booking agent and get a refund! What a debacle!

Air condition is acceptable, the laundry area need improvement, newer machine, plus additional 1 0r 2 more machine would be nice.

The area was nice and close to where I needed to be, but when I walked in the room, I smell a stench of mildew smell, wet and old. My towels were a little dirty, and my shower was dirty blankets are really thin, and even when I turned the air off, it was still really cold in the room Could be just a little bit cleaner and smell fresh. It’s also been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back yet, but we’ll give it a couple more days.

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in... For starters, they gave me a room key.I went to the room they gave me.Not only was the door not locked , but there were already people sleeping in the room... Then I went to another room itsmelled so extremely moldy and damp.. I went to the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and could not flush.I even tried a plunger

It was the grossest unsanitary place I’ve ever seen. I have pictures and video of the room. They were sold out. I had no choice. I want to send a video. There was black mold. There were outlet covers missing. The toilet lid was broken half was missing. The beds smelled. I went and bought blankets at Walmart. I could not shower. It was completely unexplainable!

Booked it in the morning, arrived and was told my booking was cancelled and that they have no rooms available at all. There were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot and I had no correspondence or notifications that it had been cancelled and for what reason as payment had already be ran and taken out of the account. The lady at the desk was very rude, did not care one bit

Not nearly as bad as some of the reviews have shown, it was comfy and quiet and as expected for cost and star rating of the hotel. No problems with my room, just a cheaper place to stay.

The rooms are filled with mold so strong you can smell it and see the mold on the curtains. The rooms also smell like cigarette. Both smells are so strong it can cause a headache and a sickness. Bathroom are either clogged , broken and or have a leak.

Internet was fine this is not a good place to stay. Locals say this has a lot of drug issues.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The only negative issue was the bathtub was clean but had a big hole near by the knob - rusty. Definitely needed replacement. It didn't affect my ability to shower but I wondered if bugs could come in or out of there. Hope they fixed it 😊.

The room was a no smoking room that smelled like smoked cigarettes. There was a piece of onions in the sink when I checked in. There was hair on the shower tile and tiolet. The tub in the shower had rust and some orher pink stains inside it. The room had no garbage basket. The hotel doesn't supply tissues so you need to bring your own. When you check in, you will need to pay an additional expense which is deposit of $100 which they don't tell you on Expedia or anywhere.

I picked this hotel because the area is very nice. My room smelled like a cigarette, the shower was so dirty. I kept my shoes on. There was also not a single trash receptacle in the room.

the room was not clean. the room equipment stove, refrigerator, microwave didnt work properly.

The girls at the desk are amazing so is Justin even the cleaners always greet you with a smile amazing quiet property
