The hotel needs to be renovated.

I liked cooperation of management staff. Some front desk staff are not polite.

Food selection below average. Small bar. Good gym, big pool . Staff unable to call Uber for us but could call a taxi which is more expensive. Also gave us a card to call an independent driver who was suppose to have better ride prices, He was just as expensive as a taxi.

I didn't like that you paid to stay at a hotel and you had to pay for parking each day you stayed. That was a first for me.

Impressed with the maintenance of the property, the politeness of the staff. But. I was a little uncomfortable that there were so many incidentals from charging for parking. No continental breakfast had to pay for breakfast, etc. otherwise I would stay there again no problem and I will stay there again on July 7.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, the complimentary breakfast buffet was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

In fact, I stayed at another Marriott property the night before this stay, where the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience at your property was quite different. To be fair, there were children running through the hallways, laughing, playing, and riding the elevators throughout portions of the evening. Honestly, that did not bother me at all they were simply children having fun and enjoying their stay. What did become problematic was a high-pitched alarm or tone, similar to a dog whistle, that appeared to be coming from a neighboring or connected building. The alarm remained active for approximately eight minutes at a time. Once it stopped, there were only about twelve minutes of quiet before it began again. This pattern repeated throughout the night. I first noticed the alarm shortly before midnight and, as I write this email after 4:00 AM, it is still occurring. After several hours of listening to an alarm for eight minutes and then receiving only twelve minutes of quiet before it started again, it be

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. I only had breakfast and it was very good. The only problem I had with this hotel was the front desk lady was not welcoming at all. She was not friendly. I moved to another staff member that was more friendly and took care of my reservation.

2nd time the smoke detectors went off. First time lasted about 30 minutes. Last night they blared for about an hour. Outside the fire alarm fiascos, great place.

This is the only correct lodging choice for Coral Springs. Helpful staff, everything is clean, and it is so nice. The breakfast is top tier. I forgot her name unfortunately, but I had the nicest lady assist me during breakfast who made me feel very at home. We had a great conversation, she was from Morocco. However she payed very good attention to the clients, giving myself and everyone a high level of positive customer service.

When I got to my room the floors was dusty and the bathroom floors was not clean

Room was nice and clean, convenient to where we needed to be for soccer, food was less than desirable expensive and cold didn’t eat anymore in hotel. There was a huge structure next door which went through a fire a huge eye sore, the main entrance was not appealing not maintained palm trees looked unhealthy. Staff was good. Would probably not stay again but it was good sleeping.

It was very bright and nice, the staff was very helpful and nice, the room was very clean except for the floor tiles , were sticky to walk on and I was surprised at that, the bed light switch did not work so they installed a extension cord/bar to plug it in and my cpap had to be plugged in there also , under the bed shelf!!! Not impressed!!! Also couldn’t call front desk from room phone, used my cell with a question.. And for this I did not give this resort a “10”

The doors are ridiculously loud. The neighbors I had would slam the door non stop all night. I didn’t get to sleep. But then I realized all the doors are like that in this place. It sounds nuanced but believe me they are so loud they’ll interrupt your sleep and feel like your door being slammed shut

me up. They added extras charges to my final bill that I had to challenge. They never apologise for it, and kept us waiting at the reception for 20 minutes to check the extra charges. Not sure if I'd stay there again.

Food was brilliant Drinks choice at the bar was good Outside terrace was lovely to enjoy our morning breakfast or our evening night cap. There was only 1 elevator working so it took a while for it to come when it was called.

Nice hotels but expensive and charged for parking and a basic breakfast buffet after you get your food. No signs or mention of $12 parking in a normal lot with no security. They seat you and let you get food and start eating then walk up with a bill.

The shower in the room had a faulty shower head as no water came out of it, only the hand held. The water was either freezing or extremely hot. The rolling shower door came off its hinges. A complete abomination.

Friendly staff, especially at morning breakfast. Both chef Harone (spelling?) and Zsanae (Bahama Mama) were super nice and attentive. They remembered us every morning, always smiling and generous. Cleanliness of room was good, however supply replenishment was iffy (coffee replenishment, new glasses, refilling conditioner/shampoo/shower gel) Also billing was not very clear, they charge you a deposit, but also they charged a breakfast, and then double charged for the breakfast again and no real explanation from front desk other than, you will see your credit in two weeks.

When i get in to the hotel i ask for a room but the receptionist immediately telle there's no room available and he not even take a time to check first and let me know that is no room so i look in to my phone and check in my Expedia app and it was show me that there's was rooms available and iake the reservation and i went to him and i show him that it was rooms available and i show him that i reserves the room that moment and he tell me oh wow there's was room for me he wasn't nice and not polite to me and my aunts

Unfortunately housekeeping was terrible .We gave house keeping a heads up when we were leaving and coming back to the room. The room wasn’t cleaned and we waited 45 minutes for them to bring us clean towels. Our sole purpose for this trip was for a wedding, and towel gate made us very late!!

Our room was unfinished (missing a handle on the bathroom door), had a light that blinked on&off constantly, and our room door wouldn’t even shut/lock unless it was slammed. The room was also unclean & unsafe with broken glass (found by stepping on!), toenails, wrappers, … on the floor. Even after reporting the broken glass to both the front desk and directly to housekeeping, it was not cleaned when we returned the following evening. So gross, unsafe, and poor resolution! Not to mention, there was a fire in the building next to the hotel. We just wanted a good nights rest and were awakened to the smell of smoke! In this scary situation, there was no communication to guests what was going on with all the fire trucks, police, and commotion… The smoke was so strong we could smell it in our room and then on our clothes & belongings after we left. After all of this, we have not heard from management to compensate our stay as was promised by the front desk staff. We were informed that booking through Expedia complicates the refund, but still have not received a call from the hotel management. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel!!

Convenience, spacious rooms, large and great gym with new equipment. Not clean at all in the rooms. There was things from past guests in our rooms. A piece of the toe kick by balcony was off the wall and the walls were covered in dirt.

Both the bathroom floor and room floor were not as clean as they should have been. The closet was an engineering disaster. The closet had a two bars to hang clothes and two shelves directly under the bars that render the clothes hanging bars totally useless. Engineered by an idiot and worse was not corrected by the manager. The room phone had a flashing red light that no one in the hotel knew how to shut off so I had to disconnect the phone. I would suggest replacing the manager with someone who is competent.

I did not like that the parking was not well lit, I walked in late and walked out early in the morning where there was no sunlight and used my phone as guidance.

I have loved this hotel. I've stayed here more than a dozen times and I'm a Bonvoy member; however, this last stay was not quite like the others and left me with a blah experience. When speaking to the front desk staff whether by phone or in person the customer service was mediocre, unfriendly, short and dismissive. The room I stayed in was nice, but the toilet seat definitely needed replacement. It was extremely worn and the plastic was borderline melted/deformed or defective. For this quality of a hotel I expected better, but the lack of customer service and subpar attitudes were really what stood out. They all seemed complacent and ready to go home.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean and very useful. Lots of restaurants locally. They had a list at the desk of local restaurants. Little Havana we found was outstanding when there’s several times in a row. It is very centrally located to where we needed to be. I plan to stay there the next time we go down. The only one thing I did not care for was the parking there were four handicap spots close to the building. There are a bunch of Marriott elite member spots, then regular parking, which was a distance from the front door. That would be my only complaint.

This hotel and staff are beyond top notch! We arrived exhausted from a 15 hour drive unexpectedly for our father's funeral. We were greeted warmly by Carolyn who was amazing and beyond sympathetic! Felicia was also an unbelievable help during our stay! Offers of free breakfast on the morning of my dad's funeral was a great comfort and the chef Hanang, who above being amazing in the kitchen was warm, and offered to make anything we wanted including whatever my son desired! Our server Zsane a.k.a Bahama Mamma made us laugh and was beyond attentive to us!! After the funeral we arrived back with some friends. We sat in the bar and the restaurant staff came out and handled everyone's drinks and food orders with grace and speed, it was overwhelming as we didn't anticipate having 20 people come to the hotel but it was beyond an amazing experience! This hotel is top tier and would not stay anywhere else when we return! The staff (too many to mention all) made a very sad time bearable and comfortable!

3 day weekend stay. Booked an accessible shower room for our non ambulatory Mom. The lobby and check in was quick and easy with an accommodating staff This was a convention type hotel but we did’t need that. The restaurant was less than impressive but there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location was ideal for our needs and I would recommend this place.

Our stay was amazing with exception of the night chef in the restaurant, the way he yelled at the service staff and the vulgar language was very offensive. We complained about him but other than that, our stay was amazing!!

The hotel is loud. The sounds from the lobby amplify up to the rooms. Add to this the sounds from the pool. There were a large number of children staying there who ran up and down the halls and stairwells all day and up to midnight. Hard to get any rest. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

Excellent hotel. Cook and staff at breakfast were fantastic. Daily cleaning was very prompt and thorough. Room was always clean and neat. Would recommend this hotel to others. Obvious management is excellent because never saw a line or complaints from other guests. Very nice and beautiful grounds.

Your staff is FIRST CLASS and always shines. Makes things very easy for all to navigate. Stay here often and will continue to do so.

It was a last minute stay…the hotel is very nice and big. Staff was friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room…was disappointing. The sheets had dry bloom all over…sheets and pillowcases. Shower floor and toilet looked like it was just wiped down. Floor was poorly cleaned too. Must wear socks.

I had a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and made with love. The night team was thoughtful, patient, and accommodating; especially with a full house of guests.

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent room and very clean plus a great shower. Dinner and breakfast were excellent ( not included) and everyone was very cordial and helpful.

The front desk was not very nice or accommodating when I checked in. The room was dirty and if you are staying I would skip the breakfast, better places nearby for way less.

Unbelievable that they charge $12 per night for parking!! No mention of this during booking and it is Florida - so much space everywhere!

Last room available. Door would not open, had to wait for engineering. Shower head didn’t function, so the only shower option was the handheld function which is not idea for kids.

The property needs to be updated… The rug is stained and dirty throughout and the tile looks worn and shabby. The outside needs to have a good scrubbing. It looks like it has had better days.

Things turned out okay, but if time had been critical, this delay would have been unacceptable. Don't know if there is a solution for this, but in case you haven't already been told of this, management needs to know. Service in the restaurant was excellent.
