Location was perfect. Housekeeping was great. The service elevator was always broken. I had to report it everyday. Very frustrating. Also room looked very dingy and outdated. Needs updating.

This property has always been excellent. This time, the A/C was freezing through the night and the shower never got hot, only warm.

I was unable to ajust the AC, IT WAS STUCK AT 66 fahrenheit. I was cold all night. There was no duvet only a thin blanket. The breakfast service was inattentive, and to make matters worse, when I got up myself to refill my coffee cup, the coffee dispenser was sitting right next to some cleaning supplies !!!!. the valet parking was outrageously expensive for coral gable, better going to downtown hotels. I do not recommend this hotel

Really lovely, stayed on pool level and was perfect for young kids to hang out at pool all day! Neighborhood was fun with lots of walkable options, would definitely stay there again.

Shower either worked the hand held option or shower head . Third room same problems with shower and the condition was not any better . Booked the standard King room as per the cruise booking . I was travelling with my wife and booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived, the hotel confirmed our booking then told us the only room available was two queen beds due to the fact that their loyalty program ranks ahead of Expedia bookings. Good to know.

The paid parking for cars is killing. Paid parking, it should be free.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The pullout bed was by far the most comfortable pullout we have ever used-that says alot! The Valet were professional, kind and prompt and the housekeeping team was phenomenal. no complaints

Excellent location to lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was nice with a bar for drinks and light snacks. The coffee maker didn’t work but they did replace it. The ice maker on our floor never worker so we had to go to another floor for ice. The patio needed a good hosing down.

Only complaint is that one morning the hotel staff was outside of my room at 7:30 am talking loudly amongst themselves. Other than that no complaints.

Beautiful property. Check in / first impressions were a bit rough though. Stingy amount of towels for a “luxury suite.” Literally only 6 hangars. And just two pods of coffee. Plus, the front desk manager who checked is in said while we were at dinner at the hotel restaurant that the sofa bed would be made up for our son. Nope. Called down for bedding. Nope. Had to call again and finally…yep. Also, didn’t get our Expedia VIP coupon until the next day. Would have come in handy at dinner the night before. But Tammy and Liser at the restaurant were wonderful. As was the food. The pool is lovely and the room and facility was clean. Valet parking / greeters were also very nice. Mixed bag, but would stay here again. Management…see above for opportunities for improvement.

We stayed in a suite on the Pool Level, with direct access to the pool. Only they forgot to mention that the pool was under repair, the pool area was closed.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were extremely clean. Air conditioning was very loud. Beds had automatic lights attached to base and they wouldn't shut off. Watching TV was challenging - it kept on turning off. No security to get up to floors so anyone could get to your room.

Hotels.com said there would be an additional $28 charge at check-in--it was actually $78 and no receipt. Hyatt said free water --just tap water available. Hyatt said we'd get a $15 credit at the bar. --My bar bill was $21.80 plus tip.

The hotel itself is beautiful on the outside. Location was fantastic for our needs. However, our room 733 smelled horribly of mold. If not staying one night, we would've changed rooms. My other room had challenges with the toilet flushing. For a beautiful hotel and area, expected rooms to be fresh, clean, and working properly.

Overall it was a very nice property. My only complaint was the condition/cleanliness of the room's balcony. The room itself was very nice, but the balcony, that we paid extra for, was filthy. It was filled with leaves, trash and dirt that washed out of the planters. The door frame, siding and furniture were covered in soot. Twenty minutes of cleaning up the balcony would have made all the difference!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I felt safe and secure here, parking was easy, the staff was insanely nice and accommodating and the whole experience was just awesome. The Cobb salad at the pool bar was delicious! I’ll definitely be back.

Had a great time at this hotel stayed here a couple of times before my grandson lives close by love this hotel didn’t understand why I had a $50 resort fee and the person I was traveling with who booked his room separately did not have a $50 resort fee I don’t get it. But everything else was great.

The gentleman who runs the coffee shop is a great guy. Made the morning coffee enjoyable, good conversation and even better service. Little things matter and he did a fantastic job all week.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The location is a plus, the area is full of restaurants and shopping option with a walking distance.

The room wasn’t what expected, the palms block the balcony view. The bed too firm and the pillows the same. A/C licking.

Only stayed here one night but had a nice stay. The surrounding area is quiet and room/main areas were clean. Checkin was a breeze and valet parking was easy though pricey. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon to utilize the pool and restaurant.

Gables. Although it wasn’t vacation, this hotel certainly helped it feel this way. Clean, beautiful common areas and everything you needed in the room.

I really didn’t appreciate that one of the 7 days I stayed from Saturday to Saturday on Thursday the missed fixing my room and after 12 hours of hard work, that was very disappointment!!! Other thing was that the first day I entered I had a set of towels, next day it changed to less towels next day less towels

Beautiful property and rooms. Unfortunately the staff has about as much hospitality as a Comfort Inn. Scratch that- low end motels do better than them. They are missing the mark at Regency and should retrain all of their staff- especially the front desk. Rude, “sharp” toned and limited are the first words that come to mind. I sent a text to management text number, but they didn’t reply that anything was being done.

The self parking is very useful you can move easily every time you need

Arrived late at night. The AC made a lot of noise when it kicked in to cool again. We called front desk in the morning and they promised to fix it. We were out all day & came back early evening but it was not fixed. We called front desk & they sent nice young man but it as not fixed. When we checked out we told lady about the issue & we were awaken by the AC noise every night we were there & all we got was; “We’re sorry”. It would have been nice to comp at least one night or something. Staying there was not cheap and we came to relax, but had bad nights from the AC noise.

The food from Bar 50 was tasty and prepared with class! The heated pool was a plus factor too!

Clean hotel, in a very good location, can walk to restaurants, shops. The only negative is having to pay for parking which is very pricey at $35/ night even though you are a hotel guest. Guess that’s common for Miami, though. Would definitely stay again
