    My housekeeper left a cute note and chocolates in my room one day, which I thought was so personal and lovely. I know this is a very minor detail but the shower has absolutely no storage space or shelf. I had to store my shower supplies on the floor of the shower, which is just dissatisfying to me. There also isn’t much to eat in the vicinity of the hotel.

    The property location is great. Good breakfast and overall a clean place. The air-condition in the room did not work for at all during my stay. I have personally complained several times in person and also calling from the room. There was no body soap or the conditioner. I have to ask for it. The room on 30 May was not cleaned or made. I had to complain about that. All these experiences was documented by the front desk personnel Amir. He was the only person who took care of me and seen the situation. The parking is not that friendly

    The location was ideal for me, that's why I chose to stay here. The room needs more lighting. It's quite dark in the evening time. The AC was unadjustable. It was locked at 60 degrees which would make the room very cold at times. Had to turn on and off. Rooms are a bit old. Restrooms need better cleaning.

    What makes this hotel fantastic is the staff! They were extremely helpful in every sense. They helped with printing documents, arranging airport transport …I had the best nights sleep. Ah! And chocolate chip cookies, citrus water and coffee in the lobby ALL DAY.

    The room itself was clean and the check-in process initially seemed straightforward since I was given my keys earlier in the day because I had a late appointment. My late-night arrival experience was completely unacceptable and honestly felt unsafe. I arrived at approximately 2:20 AM and had been told to park on the 2nd floor, where I would have access to the elevator to reach my room. However, that access was locked. I tried other entrances, went up to the 3rd floor, and attempted to enter through the lobby, but no one responded. I repeatedly called the number provided for assistance and no one answered. As a checked-in guest, being locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night for nearly an hour was incredibly stressful and concerning, especially as a woman traveling alone. Eventually, after waiting until after 3:00 AM and parking in front of the lobby hoping someone would notice, a receptionist finally came out—but instead of apologizing or helping professionally, she was rude and dismissive. This level of poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and disregard for guest safety is unacceptable.

    Nice property The lack of organization. When I arrived at 11pm, tired, after about 15-20 minutes they said there were no more rooms available. Luckily I stayed at the lobby to try to find another hotel when the lady from the reception called me and told me they had found a room. So at the end I was able to stay there.

    From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome baggy and a friendly smile. My room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was included with my room and it was very nice!     Our climate control was broken; we got to our room, and it was set at 60 F. I tried to increase the temperature, but the wall controller didn't respond, so I contacted the front desk. They sent someone up who confirmed the unit was malfunctioning. And they would fix it next day, which they didn't. I had to turn the unit off and let the room heat up, then turn it back on again when the room got too hot. Up and down all night for two nights. I guarantee they never fixed it.

    The AC was broken. We had to get a new room, causing us much inconvenience, when we were ready to shower and get dressed to visit family on Christmas Eve. The other room was much better, except for the lack of lighting and weak water pressure. The parking structure is very tight, especially when opposing vehicles pass. At least they comped us the $20/day parking fee, for the room hassles. If you stay here, avoid rooms with the low numbers, like 602-610, 702-710, etc. Those rooms are close to busy streets and there's lots of vehicle noise. The breakfast is better than most chains, with regard to food choices and quality.

    There was a problem with the thermostat. The airconditioning was eithor on or off. If it was on, it would not shut off at the set temperature but just keep cooling. Walked into the room when I first got there and it was 62 degrees. shut it off and never turned it on until the next day.

    I had previously booked another room elsewhere. I changed it to the Sheridan because it had a pool when I checked in. They said the pool was shut down for maintenance. It was very disappointing. They also had no food available in the afternoon the staff at the front desk was accommodating, and the chamber maids were wonderful.

    Front desk personnel outstanding, particularly Diana and Lizi. Breakfast was hearty and good. They offer made to order eggs as well, a real plus. The only thing I found to be somewhat of a problem was the lighting in the room. It was very dim. They were in the process of installing new carpet throughout the hotel but handled it professionally with no interruption to service. Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when in Miami.

    The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very convenient to Coral Gables consulates and other business. The pool area is fantastic! It was hot because of the Florida weather! The only complaint is that the pool bar was closed. However, we had a wonderful time! Staff is very nice and attentive. Parking was not an issue at all! Food restaurant is very good, specially the salmon and the fish and chips. The cuban waitress at the restaurant was very polite. It was a great experience!

    The hotel is in a great location in Coral Gables. Short drive to most everything. As a Marriott member, we were fortunate to get free parking and breakfast daily. The housekeeping was wonderful, they kept our room so nice and clean. Thank you.

    The property is centrally located near the University, the Merrick Park Mall and the city of Miami. The property is very clean and quiet. Only issue was getting out of parking garage during rush hour.

    I liked it was quiet and clean for the most part. Staff was friendly. Cons: I prepaid through Expedia for breakfast for both mornings. We ended up needing to leave for the airport at 6:30 AM and their breakfast does not open until 7 AM. They don’t do room service either so we just took the loss. However the staff was helpful with helping us figure out when to leave for the airport (concerned about heavy Miami traffic). no transportation provided. The room appeared clean but some mold in the bathroom sink.

    Check in was easy. Staff are nice but most don’t speak English. The breakfast was good. The common areas were clean but my room had blood spots on the bathroom wall upon arrival. The rest of the room was fairly clean. It’s a small room. Parking is right but convenient. I thought parking was free but I was charged $20 per night.

    Our stay was very short, but the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We had an appointment at the Italian consulate which ran hours longer than expected. The front desk managers extended our check out time to accommodate our needs. They were also helpful in printing a needed form for us.

    The shower's water pressure was weak. The pump also was very noisy and literally shaking the wall. I took a video to document and showed it to the front desk and I was told that's just "normal" whereas I would not ever put a guest in that room without fixing it. During check-in, the front desk staff was present and helpful, it was the opposite when I tried to check out - I had to wait for the front desk staff to finally show up, and it took several tries for them to send me the right receipt. The surrounding area has limited dining options but that's not the fault of the hotel of course, but just a FYI.

    The thermostat in the room stayed at 78 degrees which was very hot. Dining in the restaurant area was aggravating. The “supervisor” who was tending bar completely ignored my husband and I. I had to ask her for menus and then ask her again to take our order after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes with two other patrons in the dining area who were already served dinner.

    Overall great! There was one surprise $5 charge on my bill, for something at the restaurant but I did not use the restaurant on the date of that charge. AND, on my checkout day I called the front desk to ask what time the breakfast buffet closed at 9:06am, when the person on the phone told me it closed at 9. Yet when I walked down to see if anything was still available, it was still operating, with newly filled food service containers. So, obviously doesn’t close at 9.

    Check in was very easy, my problem with the property was that the walls were paper thin. Me and my guest were woken up a bunch of times in the middle of the night because we could hear employees slamming doors or what not . We were on the 8th floor 813 to be specific so idk if that’s why I had that experience.

    I stayed at the Four Points to be near my surgeon; the location was convenient, the room was clean, spacious; the pool area was lovely and the in room dining options were very good. My only complaint about the room was there was only a hanging closet and no drawers to put away clothing. Also, there is no shelf in tht shower which was a problem for me.
