Honestly probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Fire alarm went off several times throughout the two days we stayed. Stayed here for the convenience of the location next to the event we had the next morning. Fire alarm went off around 1:30 am which kept us up for the next couple of hours from how loud it was. Then when we finally managed to get back to sleep it went off again around 6am. The very next day it went off again before 7am. Only compensation was a few measly points just enough to get ourselves a free hand lotion if we wanted it.

Super clean. Perfect for a business trip. Restaurant was surprisingly good. The staff were all very very friendly and helpful

The rooms are very basic and small. The couch in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. Bathrooms are small. The property is in a convenient area.

I stayed at this hotel from Thursday (early morning arrival) and had a disappointing experience with housekeeping. My room was cleaned only once during my stay, on Saturday. When I raised this issue, the staff explained that there was a system error related to a Booking.com code, which caused my reservation not to appear correctly in their system. As a result, housekeeping did not service my room as scheduled. The hotel’s policy is to clean rooms on alternate days, but even with this policy, the service I received was clearly insufficient. This was inconvenient and below expectations.

New renovated room, the AC is loud though. Loved the restaurant and Starbucks. Friendly staff, clean room. Parking is additional and up to $30 a day. I’ve never paid for parking at their other locations.

Fantastic location. Even tho the hotel had renos going on the guests were not disturbed. The staff are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Great lobby and sitting area. Close to great restaurants and bars and Miracle Mile as well as the airport. Definitely my go to hotel from now on!!!

Zero information provided about check out time, pool hours, in house dining or housekeeping. Pool was out of service for construction unbeknownst to guests. Service simply fell a little short of expectations in comparison to previous "courtyard" stays and general Marriott stays at other locations.

The people who worked at the front desk are very helpful and kind.

The hotel has a nice big lobby. The room was comfortable, however the hotel hallways were very warm. The outdoor pool experience could have been easily improved if towels were made available and maybe a planter added with greenery or flowers. The lobby’s water dispensers were frequently out of water. The restaurant options were pricey, but the salad was fresh. There was garbage outside on the ground at the main entrance. Our two-night stay was made less comfortable by housekeeping not making the beds or changing towels we had left on the floor. That was surprising. The air conditioning worked well but was extremely loud. All in all, we were hoping for a better experience given the price and solid reputation of Marriott.

Hotel appears to be relatively new and well maintained. It is located within walking distance of downtown Coral Gables. It is a strong value, especially in Coral Gables, where hotels can be very expensive.

This is a beautiful property, its designed classically elegant. The girls at the desk were personable and knowledgable, they sighed me up to safe a few dollars, which is always appreciated. Everything was so clean. There is a Starbucks on premise. Our room was beautiful the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom...well I would like that in my home.

The property is located in an excellent area and is overpriced for the services offered! The premises are unkept, rooms are not clean, rugs are dirty, staff is nice, no room service for restaurant. Food menu extremally limited, no valet parking, no assistance with luggage to or from room when arriving or leaving premises. Overall the hotel does not appear to belong to the Marriott chain Corporation!

Requested twice in person at front desk to get our rooms cleaned as we were heading out for the day, Carlos at front desk made note, but room never got cleaned. We arrived late and asked for extra towels since room was not cleaned, it took us 4 reminders to call fri y desk as they did not deliver towels for 4 hours. When checking out no one was at front desk for a long while, we had to leave keys at the front desk to catch our flight

The bed needs to be replaced it was lumpy and saged on the edge. The carpet needs to be washed. There was a very strong perfume smell in the hall and room. The smell dissipated from obnoxious to strong by the second day. Customer service was friendly. The bathroom was clean and modern.

The front desk would not print out my room charges until I checked out, like they were saving paper. Also I felt I was being punished for purchasing my stay on Expedia.

I asked the front desk person for a catch up and he said he couldn’t walk 15 feet to go get it because there was nobody else at the desk. But several other times I had been to the desk and there was nobody there, There were stains on the rim of the toilet.

Convenient location in the heart of Coral Gables. The front desk person, (I think it was Carlos on duty that day) was excellent, polite, thoughtful and eager to provide great service. It was a business trip and I would highly recommend the hotel.

The shower must drain properly. If it does not it is unsanitary. And a Guest should NEVER have to use towels to mop the floor. When a Guest asks to change rooms for this reason it should have been handled on the spot. "We will have someone come up and fix it" is not correct solution. The housekeeper cleaning up all the towels does not fix the problem. And obviously a plumber was not called in. Just let the Guest change rooms. And the excuse "we are full" is untrue. This bad review could have been saved by the asst manager if he would do his job.

My husband and I often stay at Courtyard by Marriott when we travel. The facilities are consistently good, clean, and quiet. However I have to say that the staff at this hotel was over the top fantastic. Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly, but went clearly out of their way to help. The manager of the hotel was welcoming, the staff in the cafe were fantastic, the cleaning staff beyond accommodating. I can’t say enough what a wonderful stay we had. Thank you!
