Clean room Great Stay

Clean establishment. friendly staff. comfortable stay. Nothing that I didn't like. My Suggestion is that they make their breakfast omelet fluffier.

Everything was good.The breakfast needed maybe some hash browns or potatoes.Some bacon, maybe some biscuits and gravy.Everything else was good.

The outlets and bedside lamps in the room did not work and they made me wait until the next day to change the room. They gave my husband light bulbs and told him to try changing them. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The place smelled terrible. They refused to refund my reservation. Will never stay here again. If I could give them a 0 I would.

I booked my room for a 2 night stay. When I returned to my room from work for the second night , house keeping had entered my room and cleaned it even though I didn't request it. There is a sign on the bathroom mirror that says house keeping is only by request. When I left to go to work I left the " Do not Disturb sign on my door. All my food and beverages where no longer in my room and fridge when I returned even though I didn't request my room to be cleaned. I'm not rich and I feel like they should give me back some of my money because I am unable to eat tonight because I'm waiting for payday tomorrow and I am broke. Thanks A lot !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could not sleep. The sheets were dirty, hair in the bed, stains on the chair, and holes in the bathroom wall. Stayed for a half night & checked out immediately. If you’re looking for cleanliness this is not the place.

Always a comfortable place to stay when visiting Atlanta. Location great for nearby shops and restaurants. Room was clean but had a cigarette odor in the linens.

The convenience of the hotel is on point, directly off the hwy. Check-in was quick and easy, the front desk agent was very professional, yet courteous. The room as well as the the bathroom was extremely clean, which I was truly appreciate. I searched as well as read reviews of many reasonable priced hotel motels and inns , throughout Atlanta metro . Some of the reviews were quite alarming when it came to safety, cleanliness and pest control. Thank you Comforts Inn Conyers keep up the great work!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel everyone stories are different. I still do not have the refund and when I called the hotel, the lady was rude. She hung up on me. Then I called back spoke with the manager. They initially just picked up the phone and hung up without even talking to me and I called back yet another time and finally the manager did speak with me. He was a little better but still no resolution no refund or anything! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Overall good experience

There were also groups of men lingering outside late at night, which made me feel unsafe. The overall condition of the hotel appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Because of these issues, I chose not to stay and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that nothing could be done, which was extremely frustrating. I had no choice but to book another hotel elsewhere at my own expense. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, especially due to the lack of basic maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.

Room seemed clean. Shower had good pressure. Front desk was nice... but no hairdryer, the one vending machine was out of order and breakfast was pretty mid.

Breakfast was good and fresh. The breakfast area was clean. Parking was cool. QT literally across the street. The only thing I really have bad to say is the vending machines wasn’t working. I woke up in the middle of the night thirsty and had to drive to store. Other than that it was nice and clean and the price is good.

People outside the building smoking Marijuana. It so strong you could smell it in the lobby. Came to front desk and no staff. We waited and she hopped the elevator and ran to wait on us. Why would you leave front unmanned. The room need maintenance doors scrubbed when opened (room door and bathroom). Mangement needs to review the property there is lot happening there that shouldn't. DON'T STAY HERE!

In general, the facility was fine, especially for the price.

This hotel is in a horrible neighborhood and all sorts of nasty people hanging out in the parkinglot and lobby. Wallpaper falling off walls, place is not safe. I was traveling alone with my two daughters and did not feel safe at all and left the property and was told that I would not get a refund from the hotel or expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! it is not safe and I will be closing my expedia account.... DO NOT USE EXPEDIA they do not care about your safety!!!!

First time staying at Comfort Inn, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice if you get there early! I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless and smartly designed, and the views were stunning. Thoughtful touches, like a surprise anniversary cake, made the stay truly special. Great food, a rooftop bar, and overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly. My room as well as the hotel was clean. The morning breakfast was served to early and over at 9am. 10am would be better but that’s my personal thing the pool was not so bad. . It’s an out door pool so thing in the bottom of the water is sometimes to be expected. But these items was in the pool for two day. ( like tree branches some rocks)overall my stay was nice

I have stayed here several times when I visit Georgia. It has always been a pleasant experience.

The room was full of hair and dust. One of the bed was completely broken. The lady at the desk act as if she don’t have a clue when complained to her.

Was a decent place for an overnight stay. Evidence of “freshening up”, but work was amateurish in some areas, bathroom sheetrock, caulking, come to mind. Just an okay place for a quick overnight stay at a decent price. Had to contact my credit card company 6 days later to get common incidental hold charge removed, so be diligent in reviewing your credit card acct

Plumbing leaked into bathroom from above all night. I had to stand in it to use the toilet. My own shower clogged up, causing me to stand in the backed up water. Elevator was out of order. Had to carry all luggage ip the stairs to second floor. This is all regularly maintainable stuff that should not go wrong if properly maintained. None of these issued started with my stay, that night. They are ignored and allowed to persist. Do not patronize this business.

I wouldn’t recommend the Comfort Inn in Conyers to anyone. There was no elevator, no working Wi-Fi, and I had to deal with bugs in the room. But the worst part? The harassment and racial profiling. I was accused of having a cat in my room simply because I’m a Black woman who happened to be doing her hair. Completely unacceptable and discriminatory behavior. I felt targeted, uncomfortable, and disrespected my entire stay. Do better.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a restful night, but the air conditioning system completely disrupted my sleep. If I left it on, the noise was unbearable; if I turned it off, the room became uncomfortably hot. There was no in-between, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. I hope management considers better climate control solutions for future guests.

At nights there was no elevator service. Had to walk 4 flight of stairs with my 4 pieces of luggage.

The room was clean, well kept, fairly recently remodeled. It was very comfortable. We arrived fairly late and left about 6:30 in the morning so didn’t get to observe much of the property or surrounding areas.

the hotel is a tired old property in need of some love. Staff was great. Breakfast was fine. Rooms clean. exercise room was clean with tired old equipment. Lots of details broken in common areas, like the elevator light and damaged signage. Halls had a heavy air freshener smell.

Easy access from freeway and yet far enough to be quiet. Good location for meals out. Comfortable bed, reasonably clean, however immediately after a big storm, there were substantial puddles of water near heater/ac unit, which happened to have an electrical conduit on the floor of the room inches from the exterior wall near the water. Coffee and food flavorless and dry.

The room was extremely hot, heat was up high so it took a while to cool down. Shower had an uncomfortable amount of hair in it.

There was wear n tear here and there that could have been fixed but my room was clean my bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

The carpet was filthy, I didn't wanna take my socks off... lots of construction noise that woke me up at the crack of dawn.

The room was clean when we got there but we had a problem they never cleaned our room the second day the sink in the bathroom kept over flooding we had no electricity on one side of the room after reporting it he came in and got the electricity on one side of the room but never fix the sink problem we were ready to go in the bad part about it is that we were down for a funeral so we got heart broken twice
