They cleaned the room everyday while I stayed there

The room was cool with the ac. The bathroom toilet and bathtub were not clean. They definitely needed to clean toilet bowl and scrub the bathtub. They did provide a mini fridge in room and had access to ice.

Decent motel. Older but it’s been moderately kept up. Nothing fancy. Price matched the setting. Beds were in a “U” shape so didn’t sleep well. Fridge didn’t work in room at all.

It didn't have no breakfast it advertise breakfast but do not have any breakfast it was very disappointing the room was average

The owner would not let me stay anymore because s family members came to visit me with a challenge truck and it made him upset That I couldn't stay again

The price was not worth it it was not clean

The free breakfast was a bag with a bottle of juice, and apple and a granola bar that you take back to your room. There is no dining area or breakfast buffet. The staff was great. Friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The door to my room was a mess and would not actually latch unless it was slammed. The wood around the frame was damaged. Overall, this was a comfortable stay in a clean, peaceful older motel, and I would stay there again. No serious issues.

Dirt on bed, floor was dirty and it looked like bed bugs were going to greet me at the door. I knew there was no way I could stay in a nasty room. I was given a refund because I reserved it online. I read the reviews and I’m convinced that the owner paid people for good reviews or he made the reviews himself.

The location and the room

We didn't eat breakfast there. I liked it that it was all first floor rooms. It makes it so much easier to load and unload the car right outside our hotel room. And I have a bad knee. There were stains on the side of my mattress and on my pillowcase. I don't know if they were dirty or just stains, not sure. Also, there was only one outlet within reach of the two beds. We both use CPAP machines at night. But I also use an oxygen concentrator that requires an outlet. But we do carry a surge protector when we travel. So we had enough places to plug into, but that would be frustrating for guests who need more than one outlet.

This whole area (Conyers, I guess) is very run down. So many businesses old or closed. It took us a lot of driving around to find a restaurant that was open. And it was empty. Staff here were pleasant, place is quiet. Bed is comfortable. I slept good. You get what you pay for though though. The property is run down. Room is wore out. Bath tub is incredibly small and beat up. No breakfast. Luckily, I was only there one night

My stay was great enjoy it

My husband and i reserved a room here on the fly while making a 17 hour drive. We were just looking for a place to rest. The price was good and the reviews were good so we went for it. Someone that owns or works there HAS to be giving these high reviews. I could tell when we pulled in that it was an older establishment. No big deal. When we opened the door we could tell it was very dated. Again, no big deal. But when we stepped into the room the floor felt like it was going to fall thru and the smell was horrific. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep so we stayed. But we slept on top of the covers because we didnt trust the filthy bedding. The toilet took forever to flush and the room was generally just not clean. We got there about 1130pm at night and left as soon as we woke up. I didnt get much sleep becaue of the smell. I would avoid this place at all costs. Pay the extra 20 or 30 dollars and stay somewhere else.

Accustomed to “run down” America’s Best in western NYS. Bad reputations. Conyers America’s Best far surpassed the expectations of what I’m used to back home. Way to redeem yourself, America’s Best!

I was able to sleep in a bed. Albeit, a very nasty and uncomfortable one. Disgusting room. Property is terribly outdated for the price offered. Flies, gnats, used sheets with stains. Weird smell. Something must be done to either update and clean the facility, or bring the prices down to match the quality.

The furniture gave me pause… but the staff was nice. It was completely terrible, but it most certainly is an old property, definitely could benefit from some renovations, & definitely could be cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom/shower that didn’t belong to me. Although the area is quiet, I probably wouldn’t book there in the future; however, if you’re looking for a place to rest your head, if breakfast doesn’t matter to you, & you don’t need a long stay, you might be able to make this work.

Dirty floor, no breakfast as far as I could see

I've been staying here for a little over a month now. And it has been excellent

-- The Kleenex container was empty -- A small bottle of provided shampoo looked like it had been dropped in sticky dust and not washed off -- The floor needed sweeping -- The doorstop protector had fallen off the bottom of the door and was lying on the floor -- A table was placed between a bed and the A/C unit, effectively limiting its upward air flow into the room -- There were what appeared to be ashes in the sink in a non-smoking room (though it didn't smell of smoke) I left a note about these and hope they were addressed.

Quick, easy inconvenient

Old motel with some repairs. You get what you pay for. This was a business trip so wanted to keep cost down, just a bed and a shower. Bfast was a bag with an old banana, protein bar, small orange drink. Relatively clean, no bugs. My door would not latch from the outside, fine from inside. Owner worked on it but still wouldn't latch for me from outside. Door latch looked like someone had kicked it in and been repaired.

Room was filthy with mold and hair. Had to change rooms.

Clean bathroom properly

The people here are great and the room was clean but quite dated due to the age of the building. It served me well for a night but I could not stay there for any extended period of time due to the bed not being very good.

It was a smoking room The toilet was broke it rocked when you would sit down, no ashtrays in the room and it was a smoking room I verified staff was ineffective when talking to them

I came for the lrice and adequate reviews. It could use some updating, BUT it was overall good for the price! The lady at the check in was excellent. Incredibly nice and willing to accommodate. She even called our room after check in to make sure everything was okay. The room is simple. Everything was clean though. I would definitely come back if i ever needed.

I reported the condition of the room and was given another one. The 2nd room smelled better, was cleaner, but the towels were very dingy. Like they could have been a faded yellow or light brown color. The chair to the desk was in very poor condition. Again even with the door closed, you could see outside through the cracks. I didn’t mention that 5-6 cats were roaming the property with a guest feeding them. I asked for a refund and got a room at LaQuinta. Much more comfortable, clean and safe.

teh people was wonderful, only one thing was the chain lock from the inside did not work . I felt a little un easy , but the maint man came ythe said but i was sleep. I would go again becaus of the kindness of the staff .

The roaches were falling off the walls. They were everywhere. Even the dead ones. The toilets had cigarette burns. And the tub was nasty! They need to be ashamed!!!

Horribly uncomfortable, sheets had black specks all over them and lots of stains. Bed cover was full of cigarette burn holes, the lounge chair had nasty stains and was ugly and a nightmare to sit in. Everything was very dated there was ample evidence of excessive water damage at some time. The restroom was orderly but old with orange stains in places. The heat had not been turned on prior to my arrival so it was freezing cold in the room.

Overall it's an average place to stay

The front desk was great. I wanted something lower level and this was perfect for my visit.

Everything was except for the fact I was killing roaches all night long . Then I called the front desk and she offered to spray and move me . I’m how about you give me a refund . This is t my 1st time staying here and I’ve never seen bugs before .

The bed stinks and the tub was dirty

I couldn’t even get past the door way I was so unbelievably disgusted. It smells so old and just so Smokey in there. I didn’t even stay! I checked out right after I saw my room.

Was not what we expected. Property was not impressively clean. We were given a handicap room instead of regular room. No pool or spa facilities. No decent meals provided. Coffee maker was dirty and rusty. Bathroom was dirty with hair and bugs.

They need to remodel the rooms inside. I didn't like the color of the walls. The sheets I had I see there were stains that looks like it won't come off. The tv was small & the desk lamp didn't work. The bathtub painting was coming off & I was stretching & my hand hit the ceiling; the ceiling could've been higher. When I first got into the room, there was a step & I didn't know about it. I did trip but luckily I didn't fall down.

Quick check in, great staff! Clean room with comfortable beds. Could not ask for more.

I'm impressed. This place was clean AND comfortable. The staff was really helpful with any questions and provided useful information without hesitation. Only thing I would say to improve is the doors to the rooms. it was a bit difficult using the key cards and wondering if it was a faulty door or key. Overall, good stay.

Just a one-nighter, thankfully, while passing through. Main issues were dirty floor, I always travel with slippers though, but even worse was after I saw a big hair ball on the floor I found two long black hairs on the bedspread AND on two of the four pillows. Sheets seemed to be clean otherwise so assuming the cleaning person needs to wear a hair net. Think I'll stay somewhere else for a little more money next time. (This was my second time here so no issues before)

Room 107 had dirty bathroom floor and no cloths hangar on back of door. The main door to room is missing a chuck out of bottom right. You can see right through it. But again you get what you pay for. Nice location, quite, easy safe well lite parking, very nice staff. Anything needed they had. Laundry onsite botrom right

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the lack of cleanliness, although the bed and all linens were very clean, The floors, walls and table tops were not. We had spilt water in our room on our first night and after cleaning it up it had turned our white towel almost completely black. Gross

Had to clean the closet to hang my clothes, was to dusty. Bath curtain needs to be replace or rewash.

For the price of the room ot was better than what I expected. The room is outdated but it was clean and had a microwave and fridge something one of the expensive hotels didn't have.

The rooms were clean. The staff was awesome! They explained all the shooting locations to my mom and helped when our room keys deactivated themselves. We felt safe and secure. Will be returning.

Room was filthy, beds were stained and looked disgusting. My guys had a late checkin but decided to sleep in the truck, rather than that nasty bed. This hotel was a terrible experience.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Our room was dirty. The sheets were disgusting. There were a lot of yellow stains in and on the side of the bed where the sheet was.

Check in was fast. They are very accommodating. Needs a facelift on the outside,but the inside is clean and remodeled. Didn't have any problems. I think some people live here,but it was quiet. Will definitely stay again.
