The bed was clean & comfy. The staff was nice and friendly The place was dusty & dark & the bathroom needs to be completely redone , also they need to clean the rooms more than once a week ! This place could really be nice if they really cleaned the place and fixed the bathroom

The cleanliness. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Towels and linens usually already stained or dirty. One night the room i checked into had been used already. Housekeeping a little lazy.

Convenient having a kitchenette in the room, but zero plates, flatware, or cooking utensils - just plastic cups.

Burn marks on tub, floors were dirty, bathtub wasn’t cleaned. I requested a smoke free room btw….Literally stayed for 15 minutes and my skin was crawling so I decided to leave. Now they won’t refund me for what was supposed to be a 3 night stay. Even though the manager said I would get a refund. The photos are entirely deceptive, and I’m pretty sure they are not from this specific motel. I’d say that’s fraudulent advertising. I was in MB to say goodbye to my grandmother who came home on hospice. Reporting to the BBB.

The location was not the greatest. The hotel needs better signage especially if you are a first time visitor. I was 1 hour late trying to find it. Also access from the road and within the confines of the surrounding area was very difficult.

Bath room floor soft and could step thru next to the tub; tub was slick and big step in and out.

The room was dirty. Towels were dirty. The floor seemed to be crooked. The shower seemed like the bottom was going to fall through.

People playing music most all night

the staff we were there from wed to mon and our bed was never made and the sheets were not changed….it said after 3 days, our sheets would be replaced….they came every day after the first day to take out the towels and replace them!

When checking in, I was on crutches. The staff, Forrest, was very nice and polite. He accommodated me and put us on the first floor. He shared details of the property and made sure we didn't need anything else.

Night clerk (Joe) was AWESOME! So nice and thoughtful. He did everything he could to help a bad situation. We reserved two rooms and one was completely filthy. Dog feces on the floor. Urine on the bathroom door. White stains and hair on the bed. Broken end table. Cobwebs all over. Other people’s things in the drawers. Toilet paper shoved into the peephole. After being told by the day clerk there was nothing they could do besides switching our room because we made reservations with bookings instead of them directly, we were then put into a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working.

Filthy. Cockroaches, Spiders, stains on sheets and bedspreads, including spray foam on the bedspread. Door to bathroom wouldn't close. Pictures will be posted. Staff was very rude!!!(except Johnathon). Would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Close to the university for our game. Cleanliness could have been better and atmosphere was sketchy.

The room was clean, and nice, the staff were great and very friendly and the breakfast was hot and tasty. The outside looks a little rundown.

Breakfast hours are 6:00a to 9:00a and will not allow you to take food out of the dining area. Meaning you can not take food back to your room. I was checking out after almost a month and they refused to allow me take a Danish with me as I left.

The customer service by a man at the front desk was by far the worst experience I have ever had. When I arrived he allowed people to cut me in the line. When I spoke up that I was here first I was ignored then when I advised I would.

Not the best kept up, needed more cosmetic things repaired.

Yes it didn¿t look the same way as it did when I seen the pictures and it wasn¿t cleaned, had holes in my sheets and floor was nasty. It said they gad a pool and they did but with no water inside the hotel was just so nasty and I wasn¿t satisfied.

Was arrested for disorderly conduct that was a scam. Booked 3 nights didn't stay at all. 100 cash deposit for room not returned. Items were stolen. Worst experience.

Also, the motel could not be easily identified, because the reservations were for Suburban Studios at the University, and the name on the hotel was Comfort Innn, with no visible address.

This was the perfect location for my family to stay. First floor made it especially easy to take care of our pet. great accommodations and close to our daughter who lives off campus. reasonable prices and great breakfast too!

It was very creepy to stay there as a woman and I was charged for something I don't even know what for on top of my initial charge. I also was left with dirty folded bath towels with pubic hair rolled up in all the towels. There were also spiders all around my door and inside the hotel all around the door and mirrors. It felt spooky during my stay. This place is also crawling with men everywhere and all they do is stare; it's very creepy for a woman.

Booked the hotel after being involved in a minor traffic accident involving hitting a deer and needing a place to stay for the night. The night manger was disrespectful and had an attitude with other customers waiting in line. The following morning we were awoken by the room above our room making excessively loud noise. We left the room at 9:30 to go eat breakfast which was horrible. The milk was room temperature, hot bar was empty, and flies in the pastry container. All that aside, went back to the room to wait for the transportation to find the maid had already stripped our beds and started cleaning the room. It was evident we were still occupying the room because our belongings were still in the room. I went to the front desk and told the clerk that we apparently were being forced to check out because our room was no longer available. Had to sit outside and wait for our ride that was coming from 3 hours away since our car was no longer drivable. By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and will never stay at this hotel or recommend it.

Had an issue with ac in room. Manager/owner bent over backwards to correct issue and get us into a room that was better. Will stay again.

This is an Econolodge… both names are on the sign, clean enough, nothing fancy, just expected more than a mini fridge and microwave for an efficiency.

There were dead roaches all around it and the whole room smelled overwhelmingly like bleach. We moved rooms, thankfully. The new room was better-ish, but all the furniture was either rusty or water damaged, including the lamps and fridge. The headboard lights didn't work, and there was a huge gap under the door which we had to cover up so, again, roaches didn't crawl under at night. Which, coming from NYC, we're used to roaches, but they were everywhere! This property needs an exterminator. Basically, the photos online look NOTHING like the actual rooms. Not sure how this place gets a 7/10..... The pool looked nice, but it rained, so I can't comment on the integrity of that part of the property.

The flooring, some type of hard surface that looks like wood, was spongy and bounced when we walked in it. The manager was an excellent communicator and was very helpful when our key did not work.

All in all, this was a pretty decent choice for our recent family vacation. The full breakfast with hot options was really nice. The room we stayed in looked nice. The sheets, blankets, pillows were clean. The room definitely looked a little worn out. Could use some updates. It was mostly the dresser, lamps, artwork, and appliances that looked well used. The floors were dirtier than I expected them to be. Our socks were almost black on the bottoms after just one day of walking on the floors. We had two people knock on our door 3 times to ask when we were leaving an hour before check out time. I told the guy at the first desk and he said they house keeping and maintenance. Which is ridiculous because they shouldn’t need to knock on occupied doors to find out when guest are leaving. They should get that info from the front desk and need to wait until after check out time to try to get inside rooms.

Very overpriced. Nice updates inside the room but not much of an offset for how gross and dirty the floors and bathroom were. Obvious it was not deep cleaned before our stay. Did not feel safe with the crowd attracted to this property hanging out in parking lot. Very strong smell of pot next door. Very loud bar patio right next to the motel. Not the same area it used to be 20 years ago for sure. Sad because it’s so close to beautiful CCU campus.

I liked the convenience of restaurants within walking distance. The facility was relatively clean with no bugs. Breakfast was ok most mornings. The rooms and facilities look like they’re been repaired multiple times. I could not get the coffee maker to work in the room.

Several of the guests staying in other rooms were enjoying quite a few blunts. The smoke permeated the room by the end of the night.

I arrived late since my flight didn’t land until 11pm. The front desk was friendly. I didn’t realize No elevator was available so had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs past a man sitting on the steps on his phone. After climbing the stairs and looking for my room another man was sitting on the floor outside one of the rooms, he was staring at me and then started saying “Hey, Hey” trying to get my attention. I immediately got in my room since by this time I’m a little nervous about my surroundings. I felt so uncomfortable and decided not to stay at this facility. The room was not exactly as shown on the pictures. The pictures look better. Since the door opens to the outside I was not comfortable with someone trying to open my door from the outside. I was not able to get my money back since I didn’t inform the front desk of my departure shortly after checking in. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean, but the bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close. Both outside access doors to the building I was in would not lock. The card readers didn't work. Management knows and didn't seem concerned. I didn't feel safe. Will not stay here again.

We originally were booked for the suburban extended stay in Conway. They had to direct us to the four seasons Marriott Because they had been over booked, the young man was the sweetest! When we got to the four seasons it was a great stay, clean and friendly

Of bedbugs. Kitchenette was absolutely awful. We were in building A which I heard after the fact from the manager that is the worst building. They were sold out so I couldn’t change Rooms.

Had to cut my stay short because there was a bug in my dad’s bed and I woke up with bug bites. Also had brown spots all over the bathroom. Don’t want to know what that was. Checked out a night early and they refused to refund me for one night. Terrible experience.
