    Rooms look like a motel instead of a hotel, be mindful to keep your things off the floor, as soon as we got in the room here comes a spider and critters traveling around on the a blinds. The room also has a smell of mildew and rooms across the hall had signs that were unsafe for a person to stay in as well as hallway had a strong smell of fire smoke.

    It was good enough for a place to sleep. The room was very clean but had a little bit of a musty odor. The breakfast was minimal. The pool area and picnic area were still closed. The cleaning ladies were very nice.

    The rooms are clean and have good AC. Unfortunately all the bedding and towels smelled like old smoke. The hotel is non smoking. The room doesn’t smell like smoke. But when you get in bed the pillows smelled like old cigarettes and when you dry off your towels smell like cigarettes. I don’t know if the house keeping are all smoking while doing laundry or what but not exactly the smell you want on your clean body. I also had a room next to the elevator and ended waking up early than I wanted to because I could hear people talking and the ding of the elevator each time someone got on.

    The room didn't appear especially clean. There were stains on the comforter and a few on the sheets, but nothing that seemed new. Just permanently stained. Fan cover in the bathroom ceiling was missing and cracks in the ceiling. Air conditioner was working. Although the room did seem warm. Overall, it wasn't terrible just not completely updated.

    The hotel is clean. It could use some updaing and new paint. My husband and I are frequent travelers. I refuse to stay in a dirty unkempt hotel. My problem with our stay was the front desk staff. They are usually the first people that you encounter when checking in and the last when you are leaving. The front desk are usually welcoming and informing on details about the hotel (time when breakfast would be avaliable, pool open ect.) Not this front desk staff. I was asked my name, a credit card and if I wanted a receipt. NOTHING ELSE. No enjoy your stay, no thank you for being a Choice Hotel Rewards member. If you don't care about these pleasantries you should have a great stay! One big plus for the hotel the shower was hot and perfect settings! The bed was comfortable as well. The accessible room we rented was very spacious and had a sturdy shower chair.

    There was no access to wifi. Had to go to a coffee shop not close to the hotel to get online. Staff was aware of the wifi issue but did nothing to get it resolved. Limited hot water. If you didn’t shower at night, you got a lukewarm shower in the morning.

    The staff was extremely kind, only downside of staying here was that every hallway smelled like weed. The shower door isn’t completely connected to the wall so water goes everywhere when you shower. Room was fine, sadly the pool wasn’t open due to it being outside.

You'd think being a Diamond Elite member with Choice Hotels would get you a little special treatment, but nope. Most Choice Hotels are easy to deal with when using points, but the requirements at this location felt completely extreme. For starters, they demanded a $100 cash deposit from my field engineer who was staying on my points. I called them up, even sent my driver's license via a secure email—which they could see and take a photo of, but couldn't print—and the only solution they offered was for me to book through a third-party site like Hotels.com. After all that hassle, I'm just absolutely done and lost for words. We will never be returning, and they've completely lost our business.

    I have stayed there several times. The room is comfortable and clean. The water pressure needs improvement. There is no gym and the breakfast is basic. It starts at 6:30 am . Most of the time I need to start my day by 7 so that usually doesn't work for me.

    Some of the staff was very nice, some were not. I reported a leak in my room to two different staff members none of which mentioned it to maintenance until i did, two days after i initially reported it. Check in was also not great. Me, and at least 5 other people that i am aware of booked through expedia or hotels.com. that information was not received by the hotel. Not sure if it was a n internet thing or a hotel thing. The "what do you want me to do about it" attitude in regard to both check in and the leaking celling were rather disheartening.

    I honestly don't know where to begin. Check in took an hour because the Hotels.com reservation didn't come over. There were literally 4 other couples in the same predicament. We had to call India and try and find someone who could speak just enough English. Had to make 3 separate calls for that... now the room. Shower floor was stained, no door locks, the bed should have been replaced 10 years ago, room had a dingy smell, etc. Now breakfast was the best - literally had hard boiled eggs, 5-6 yogurt cups, waffle maker and that was it. No salt or pepper. It was like they did the minimal effort possible both for the infrastructure, the food and the overall look.

    This hotel removed all of the interior locks. The only lock was the electronic lock that anyone with the right equipment could break into. Traveling alone, I could not stay there. The greedy property owners refused to refund my stay even though it was graduation weekend at the local university and it was a sell-out weekend. Shame on you!

    What l didn’t like we had Roaches in the bathroom and in the beds! Our lights had to stay on all night cause the switches weren’t working! The towels wash clothes were dingy and so were the sheets looking yellow! I would not recommend for stay!!

    We checked in. Went to our room and it smelled of smoke. We cannot stay in such a room due to health reasons. We went to the desk and told them we couldn’t stay and asked to check out. Since it was beyond “cancellation” window, they charged us for the stay anyway! We spent a total of 5 minutes in the room. We are at a loss of $ for a 5 minute stay and haven’t heard from the manager as the desk clerk said. This was our first and last attempt to stay in a Quaiity Inn.

    Check in was fine. There was a plastic wrapper on the floor in the room. The inside door latch has been removed so I put a chair in front of the door for safety. The shower door does not have an inside handle. This property is convenient and clean but needs some maintenance badly.

    Front desk Denise took my card and ID all while getting info about my emotional support dog which I have federal registration for. She informed me (against the law to ask for papers) that she would have to ask her manager if I could stay or that maybe her manager would just charge me $30 daily pet fee which I agreeed to. Denise gave me my cards back and gave me two keys to the room. Then she said oh my manager said NODOGS. She then cancelled my reservation and refused to give me any paperwork or proof that I did not stay so I could get a refund from Expedia. Denise the. Informed me that Expedia needs to call the hotel manager and manager Anita will tell them to issue me a refund. I had to give the keys back. Denise informs me there is a $40 cancellation fee!!! I need a refund because I did not cancel my reservation the manager and Denise cancelled it. It took hours on chat to explain what happened. I was unable to find any other room in the city or nearby cities. I had to sleep in my CAR! I am a US Veteran and I have mental health diagnoses. I need my dog. I never had such rude treatment and Anitanwould not answer the phone when I tried to ask for refund of $40

I was unable to find any other room in the city or nearby cities. I had to sleep in my CAR! I am a US Veteran and I have mental health diagnoses. I need my dog. I never had such rude treatment and Anitanwould not answer the phone when I tried to ask for refund of $40

    We arrived the afternoon checkin was easy and the young lady that checked us in was super friendly and polite. Upon arriving in the room, we noticed that there was no security latch on the inside door and the door handle was missing items .     The hallways smelled like garbage. The room smelled badly like cigarette smoke. The room was not cleaned well. There was a water bottle and sunglasses under the chair from a previous guest. The pool did not look clean at all.

    The property appears to have been updated but part of our 1st floor ceiling seems to have water damage and is cracking/coming loose from the ceiling. The check in was smooth.     If you like the smell of like feet and mildew then this place is for you. They had NO SOAP. Literally could not wash your hands. The one time I forgot to pack my shower gel and they don’t even have a bar of soap. Gal at the front desk said the entire hotel was all out and that I could use shampoo. lol. Everything in the room was sticky. Door knobs, fridge handle , etc. The bathroom door barely closed. Ya, not great.

Having celiac disease the only thing I could eat was a refrigerated hard boiled egg. Cleaning agent used created medicinal smell everywhere Bed too high and asked for a step stool because of injured back but was told they had none. I had to go to Walmart to buy one so I could sleep in bed.

    The staff was amazing and helpful! The room was semi clean. The shower was in poor condition. Leaking from the shower head and water flowed on to the floor. It was not sealed correctly and mold present. The air conditioner did not cool properly.

    And they didn't even acknowledge those of us walking in to check in, or subsequently, standing there looking on. A simple, "We apologize for the wait and we will be right with you," would have been nice. The room was clean, fresh, and pleasant. It had just been cleaned, apparently a lot of chemicals/cleaning solution, or carpet powder had been used, so much so that it gave me a headache after being in the room only a few minutes. I requested an odor neutralizer and was given one to use immediately, which did the trick. The king bed was comfortable, but in the summer months, I wish they would provide a lightweight blanket, instead of the heavy comforter. As I have found in many hotels, the a/c was inadequate. Of course, it was very hot outside, but the room was cool, and the unit did run, but we were unable to change the fan speed, or allow the fan to run continually. The humidity was high in the room, and we would have preferred a fan that would stay on to diffuse some of the sounds outside and in the hall.

    We had relayed to hotel staff that we would have a very late hotel check in, as in after 11pm. They said they will make a note, but when we got there to check in, the lady at the desk was extremely rude stating that there are no rooms. I said we have a reservation. She repeated they have no rooms and that Expedia overbooked. What really happened was that Quality Inn rebooked our room even though they knew we were coming in late. Completely unacceptable.

    They will release your room after you paid for it online if you don't check in by their time. And charge you again for early check-in. I suggest calling hotel and documenting that call when you are to arrive otherwise you'll be paying again. Anytime this hotel can collect a fee from you expect them to do so.

    The room was dirty I didn’t want to touch anything let alone sleep there. The shower would not get warm and the water pressure was horrible I was standing under cold little droplets. I don’t ever complain but this was actually the worst place I’ve ever stayed. They never gave me a WiFi password barely said 2 words when they checked me in, there weren’t many cars in parking lot and still put me in a room on the side of hotel that faces a highway the trucks ran all night so loud barely slept… never again and I just want to save anyone else from having the same experience!

    The room smelled most when we walked in. There was plaster dust all over the desk from some repairs that looked fresh. There was no latch to lock the door at eye level (but there were holes in the door and frame where it should have been) only a dead bolt. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold…. No in the middle.

    Numerous broken features. I had not noted the 'wifi in public area' description regarding this place. The is sadly an accurate statement. There were lights flashing the entire night outside several parts of the facility. No breakfast.

    The list is long rude staff, didn't change sheets every day. People drinking in he halls. Did not feel safe there. Plus they charge additional fees over the prepaid amount, this hotel is off my list when traveling to Conway.

    The windows let in a ton of noise. The bed made so much noise whenever we adjusted ourselves and made it hard to sleep and stay asleep.

    Check in clerk was arrogant & rude to say the least. I would have FIRED HIM on the spot for his demeanor. Male, beard & moustache, glasses, medium height. Get rid of him

    Room not clean, carpet had lots of stains and was "crunchy" with crumbs? Bedspread was stained. The coffee maker was in the bathroom right next to the toilet instead of being kept on the room counter.Mold in the shower and orange?? on the wall. Extra fees

    Roaches in the room and hallway. Strong marijuana smell and smoke down hallway. Room was dirty, walls severely scuffed, dirt and hair on floor, mini fridge had foul odor. We did not stay, we left and unable to receive a refund. We slept in our car.
