Avoid this hotel! Booked 6/5/26-6/7/26 for a softball tournament and discovered bed bugs on the second night. Management didn’t seem to think it was a big deal so I doubt they take care of the issue. The overall condition of the hotel was also very poor. Missing ceiling tiles in the lobby, and unpleasant/musty odor due to lack of a/c in the halls. Would NOT recommend.

Here’s the scoop. Wyndham is revamping this former Motel 6. They are trying to dehumidify the place, repair, repaint while guests are here. The shower was great. The toilet was from a childcare center, two bandwidths to the floor! The outside pool is not open (June). The breakfast was fine, normal, egg folds, sausage, waffles, juice, coffee, oatmeal… It is in an area of many hotels, so we wish them well. Our three day trip was to spend time with family, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Hotel totally catfished us. The pictures are not what they are on Expedia. They failed to mention the hotel was under going renovations. There was severe water damage on the ceiling with ceiling tiles missing or collapsed. The only decent thing about our room was the bathtub but the room was bad. They had dehumidifiers every where and it smelled like moisture. The only good thing about this hotel was the young lady who checked us in late Friday. Other then that don’t stay here

One room smelled of mold which I can not stay in. Bottom drawer area next to the refrigerator had mold from the refrigerator condensation. The second room showed wear on the furniture and condensation stains. Otherwise the room was clean, bathroom was clean, a/c worked well, short a lamp for one side of the king bed. Breakfast was well stocked and plenty of options, make your own waffles, eggs, bread products, juices, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, tea, cold cereal, bagels and muffins. Clean breakfast area and attendant was always restocking. I checked in the late evening, front desk staff was great. No issues changing rooms after first one wasnt going to work for me. Some ceiling tiles were missing or damaged in hallways. Carpeting in hallways looks new or freshly washed. Checkout was easy with online checkout available. Plenty of parking front and back of hotel.

Even though they were renovating, I found everyone helpful and the motel was very clean. They also had wonderful coffee and a good breakfast. I also liked the location.

Breakfast was good. I would not stay here again unless the hotel is fully remodeled and the pest issue is addressed.

Great staff...did not eat the breakfast had another breakfast engagement. Parking was convienient. No hotel stay is ever like home, but this was pretty close!

The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our bathroom although clean was in need of a new paint job. The bedding is also so old it didn’t feel clean. Please get new bedding at the very least. Overall , the room was comfortable but just felt so old and in need of some attention.

Older hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Hot shower, good fitness center and amazinly friendly and kind staff. (pm check in, am check out and breakfast cook all were kind said hello and smiled even when no one was warching)

I only stayed here for one night but my room was nice, clean, and it was quiet. The lobby is very stylish and there is room to sit down and use your laptop, sip a coffee, or take a break. 3 Things I appreciated: 1. The Breakfast had those pre-made cheesy egg omelets that I enjoy. Most motels/hotels either don't serve eggs anymore or they serve disgusting powdered, watery eggs. 2. The milk for breakfast was whole milk and not that 2% garbage. 3. Their coffee actually tasted like coffee and after breakfast they left it in the lobby for everyone to drink instead of hiding it after breakfast. In my 2 weeks of traveling, it has been the best motel/hotel coffee so far. If I am ever back in Conway I would stay here again.

This is an older property. The outside of building looked dirty and run down. Lobby and desk area where up to date and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was questionable. It had been painted but bedding was minimal and looked wore out. Curtains had wear holes in them chair was stained and looked dirty. The a/c worked fine. The toilet while updated was very low to ground definitely not good for someone with mobility problems.

Recent update project wasn't completed. Bathroom area was noticably not finished. Room was comfortable, parking was limited to to front & sides but convenient, breakfast was comparable to most that offer this. Price was lower than most properties like this

Room was just ok. Thin sheets, old mattress, busted furniture, rusted metal trim and door, bubbling wallpaper, big notches and missing paint on walls. All cosmetic concerns that could easily be fixed and make a world of difference. The room was clean and most staff was friendly.

The room stunk, we told front desk, she she completely ignored the comment. There was mold in the bathroom all around bottom of tub. Due to smelliness of the room we got very little sleep. I really think I should get a refund.

This property should be closed until it’s completely renovated. It’s old, dirty, trashy and renting those rooms is an act of fraud by the property owners.

Front desk staff was very kind. Room desperately needs updating. Carpet torn. Mismatched furniture. Walls had damage. Bathroom was nice though. Hallways were very warm. Lobby was very clean and updated. Breakfast was okay. The TV only had one channel. AC was very loud.

Check in clerk was very rude and condescending. Won’t go back to this hotel because of her.

Dylan checked us in and they were really nice. Our room was clean. The hotel was rather quiet. It's in a great location. Minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Everything in walking distance.

Room was adequate. However, they need to work a bit on communicating and staff development. They woke me up twice, even though I had paid for a late check out. They also had me come back to the desk after check in, because they'd forgotten something for me to sign.

Staff courteous. Only complaint was that they were painting in the lobby and the smell was in my room. Room was clean and was satisfied other than the paint smell

Room was not well taken care of…carpet torn, curtain torn, light cord was wrapped in electrical tape, tv would turn on but the cable was disconnected so you could not watch anything, no hair dryer, the room was very dusty.

I expected the typical Motel 6 with outdoor access to rooms, etc. but this one pleasantly surprised me. The hotel was in a great spot near a lot of restaurants and the highway. They changed brands the day before I got there but they honored my reservation and matched the price. The bed was a bit hard and there were loud people across from me but overall nothing really bad to say.

For the price this was an excellent Hotel the staff was helpful and the room was very clean well equipped and the shower was so great that I never wanted to get out of it I will definitely stay here again.

The room had a very musty smell upon entering. The biggest issue I had was that at 3am the second night I went to get up to use the bathroom and was greeted by a giant roach. I did manage to take a photo as he was scurrying away but I brought it to the attention of the front desk and checked out around 3:30am. They did not sound/look surprised by my statement which is truly alarming. I called to complain and the hotel said it was out of their hands since I booked third party. I had many back and forths with Expedia who got on record that the hotel manager said it was a “false claim” and denied a refund. I was confused by this because I had it in an email that the manager himself contradicted his claim saying he authorized a refund. Eventually I got it taken care of by Expedia after about 5 back and forth phone calls but I find it appalling how it was overall handled. I would advise from staying here unless you want a hassle.

Walked in and stood at the front counter for about 3 minutes before the person even looked up from their phone. Non-existent customer service. Had to change rooms because first one stunk so badly of cigarette smoke, and the lamp didn't work. No apologies, just attitude when I asked to change. The 2nd room smelled the same, if not worse, but at least we had a working lamp. By the time we left the motel, every bit of clothing we had taken, including what we had not worn had to be washed twice because the smell of cigarette was so embedded. We opted to not have house keeping in because we were only in the room for three nights, but did request clean towels everyday. They told me no. I had to bring them the dirty towels out so they could count them, before they would provide me with fresh ones. We had booked a room for three people, but the room only provided towels enough for two. Getting that across to them was a nightmare. Ending up at this motel 6 was my fault because I booked very last minute. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of weeks ahead. Save yourself

Hotel staff are very nice. Beds are not very comfortable and AC was very loud (turned it off). However we were only there to sleep and it was fine and a good value for a clean, inexpensive and convenient place to spend one night.

Would be nice for the animals to be on the ground floor so not as far to take them out.

Checkout was 11am, when I checked out at 10:30am I was met by a snappy check out clerk. The ice machine was broken and appeared to be for some time. Room has just been quick cleaned, trash take out and linen changes only, possibly bathroom cleaned. I didn’t take a shower there. I won't stay there again.

The lobby smelled like a cigarette, and the hallways smelled like marijuana. I had stayed here previously about a year ago and thought it was pretty nice, but it has definitely went downhill will not be returning.

Tired hotel with no amenities and lackluster staff

Clean hotel in a good area. The room smelled heavily of smoke when we arrived but cleared up by the next day. Nothing fancy but everything was adequate. Several good restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

This is by far the cleanest & friendliest Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed in. I loved that instead of having a continental breakfast, they just lowered the price. Waffle House was just a 2 minute walk. They do have coffee though! Oh! And I didn’t wake up with an achy back like I do at some hotels.

It was a clean hotel with decent bed, but they don’t provide with basic things like shampoo, conditioner, and a dryer. No coffee maker in the room, either. Breakfast wasn’t provided either, but Starbucks was right next door, so it didn’t bother me much. I would be more prepared if I ever use this hotel again.

We got there an hour early, OK we should have been able to check in, and they make sure the room is ready. She would not even discuss it. We camp and travel a lot, that was a first. When we did check in, the room --stunk--. OK it was a smoking room because I needed something cheap. We were there for my wife's medical treatment. But it should still smell good. We went back down to the desk. And another better manured person was there. Wife told her we wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. She did call the manager, who said he would get us the refund. We went to another hotel, now at home. We will see how long to get the refund.

After driving all day, the last thing we wanted to do was drive to get dinner. There were so many restaurants nearby and the weather was great so we walked. It was really nice.

It was clean but carpet ripped chair and table had chew marks rented 2 rooms was charged 200 deposit no problem was told would receive back when check out but when i checked out was told would receive it in 3 to 5 business days they don't wait for their money why should i beds very hard have pictures but it won't let me download ive never had to wait on my money any where else

Courteous staff. And great affordability. Only wish there was a hair dryer included and the option of a late check out. However it isn't a complaint. Overall stay was great. Rooms were clean and even had new linens provided without asking. Desk provided a courtesy reminder phone call 30 minutes before checkout time.

I never stay at motel 6 but reviews were good and I see why. Comfy beds spacious rooms and great housekeeping. The price is great for all this. They don't serve breakfast but that is ok. They are near alot of restaurants. My only complaint is the smell of pot in the hall ways I know so areas allow smoking but it was strong everyday. I will probably stay here again as long as the reviews stay positive.

Unfortunately my health was bad during my stay. And Unfortunately accidents happen and because of this i was charged more money. PLUS I'm not welcome at this location any more.

This is the nicest Motel 6 I have ever been to. Property and building are clean and quiet, room was clean and stocked, enjoying my stay. My only recommendation is to put coffee makers in the room. Great place!

Got in a room went to the bathroom to run some water in the sink took forever I mean forever for the water to get hot The longer the water ran the brown or the water got I was afraid to drink the water I was in afraid to take a shower in the water then I looked under the beds it was trash under the beds I wasn't for sure about the sheets or blanket so I just left I don't know what to do because there's money owed back to me because I didn't stay in the room because of the unsafeness and the water was undrinkable so it needs to be checked

The smell of pot on our non smoking floor was awful. It came into the rooms. When I asked staff to come and smell, the y said they couldn't do anything. It was so strong, that it have my wife and child a headache. They offered to move is, not the poor smell was on the whole floor. When I checked out, I brought it up again and and the clerk said they can't do anything about it.

The hall where our room was located as well as our "non smoking room" smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. The paint is coming off the walls in the bathroom and there was dirty grout around the tub. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. I realize it probably says it on their website, but they don't offer any kind of breakfast, only coffee. The only good thing was that the staff were nice.

The room was clean. No shampoo, hair dryer or coffee pot. Hallway smelled of smoke. No breakfast. They charge 100.00 deposit on your credit card. I had to contact Expedia to get help getting my deposit back. It took a week to get my deposit back. Would not recommend

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from highway. Took 15 minutes to check in because attendant was not at desk. Fitness room has been closed since our last stay here. Other than this it was a good stay.

The elevator smelled like mildew and grandma's house and was hard to breathe in. The bed was like sleeping on the floor, very worn sheets that should have been thrown out because they were full of holes. We were not provided enough towels for my husband and I to shower. Only one was provided and it was frayed and stained. We will never be returning to this establishment. Ever.

Maybe I read the description wrong, so I take responsibility for it. But I got a smoking room for two people who don't smoke. I don't remember smoking being on the description for the room I picked, and in order to change i would have had to call hotels.com and we'll.... it was almost 11 pm after driving all day. Luckily it smelled more like cigars than cigs, so we tolerated it. But ill def be paying more attention to details around this, as I can't stand smoke smell. Other than that, then crew were amazing! Still waiting on my deposit to be returned to me, but I'm giving them a few more days. Overall stay was good.

Motel was clean and we were able to bring our mountain bikes inside our room. Would have been nice to at least have some light snacks for breakfast.

This was a fantastic hotel and we got it for less then $70

The only thing I hated was that we were put in an extremely overpowering smelly smoking room! I absolutely did NoT request a smoking room! They could not change us because the hotel was full. Or so they said.

Such a great place for a short stay room clean, bed comfy, quiet. No coffee pot in room but Starbucks across the parking lot. Coffee downstairs in the morning only. No extra amenities but the price is so reasonable. This is our second stay and we have 3 more reservations in the future.

It’s an average motel. The lobby was clean and well lit. The parking was good and well lit. Our room smelled very musty and damp. The bed was average at best. There were no blankets/comforters on top. Just sheets and a thin blanket between them. The room was pretty large but mostly wasted space. The television was a plain 32” flat screen. For $50 we didn’t expect much, but I wouldn’t pay more.

Very inexpensive. Lots of shopping & restaurants close by. Good location. Old & dated. One of the cleaner "cheap" motels I've stayed in. My room door didn't seem very secure. Has probably been broken into before. The wall would shift some when locking the dead bolt & security latch. Service was friendly. Bed & linens were nice & clean. For the price I would stay again.

I reserved and paid with a card and was made to give an additional cash deposit of $100. Upon leaving i asked about the deposit. I waited for housekeeping to inspect the room and was told there was a wet stain on the sheet and i was not getting the deposit back. Given the sub par condition of the facility and lack of cars in the parking I assume this is their way of making an extra dollar. Would not reccomend thus property to anyone.

Clean well maintained friendly staff

When you book a room for a modest price you should know the room will be modest. Having said that the room was clean, fresh towels and linen. Shower clean. Fridge and microwave. No coffee in room and coffee only downstairs in the morning. Vending and soda machine on every floor and ice machine. No shampoo, amenities but for sale in the lobby for a modest price. We have several dates booked for the future. For the price it is a nice stay. The only downside is the young lady who was there in the afternoon and the morning was not very personable. Would not make coffee in the morning until her morning tasks were completed? We waited about 15 minutes.

Property is located in busy area. Rooms are fairly nice. Property used to be a Hampton Inn, Close to Restaurants and shopping. Property could stand a fresh coat of paint. But overall very good for the price. Would stay again.

I just need a place to spend the night. This was a fairly cheap option.

The carpet was sticky, the bathroom needs fixing, the order was terrible, no coffee pot or coffee for guests except in the am and when I told the girl the coffee was out she was very rude. I will not stay here again.!!

This hotel is one of the better Motel 6 facilities I've stayed in for the price. I've stayed here several times as a halfway point on a long drive to visit family. It's clean, comfortable, and good for the budget with a fair price. The front desk clerk is always nice and friendly. This hotel is perfect for my mid trip resting spot.
