When checking on prices I pushed the wrong button and accidentally reserved the rooms 2 minutes later tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com both said they couldn't do nothing about it that I would still have to pay for it ridiculous

The noise levels are very high, I heard everything the people next to me.

Location It was very dirty and the mattresses were stained with what look like old blood stains and when brought to the staff's attention was told that they were trying to get new mattresses but the hotel was broke and could not afford new mattresses.

The staff is amazing. Mr. Patel remembered us from our stay in December! Our only "complaint" is the pillows--they have no support.

Not much of a breakfast. For 100 a night I wasn’t expecting much. If you want to save some money and skip a lot of the extras this isn’t bad.

The property offers dog friendly however they charged another 25.00 for the stay non refundable. Would have been nice to know that prior to staying . Also no meat on the complimentary breakfast . Staff was nice and friendly, place was clean .

This hotel is a regular stay for us in Conway. The staff is friendly and address any issues. The sheets and linens are consistently fresh and crisp. The breakfast has less variety than some other places we have stayed in our travels, but we have never left hungry. Great value for accommodations!

My stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conway from March 22 to March 23 was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location in Conway is also very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!

After getting to the desk and to check the rates of the hotel, Expedia was half the rate. with numerous available rooms and being encouraged by the clerk to use Expedia the clock struck 12am midnight and the clerk refused us a room until check in time at 3pm

The staff was very helpful and courteous. We have stayed at the hotel several times and plan to use it regularly in our visits to Conway. It offers a good value for clean and comfortable accommodations.

First time they put us in was extremely loud fan on the heater, but they moved this and it was wonderful. I just made my deposit back a lot sooner than they’re getting it.

We stay at this hotel regularly. It is very clean, conveniently located, and the staff is especially helpful and friendly. The breakfast consists of cheese omelet, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and coffee/juices. Highly recommended. Excellent value!

Initially we checked in and were approached by an homeless man on a bicycle which was disconcerting. Then discovered our room had a weird smell. The hostess advised it was due to the heater being turned on. We disagreed and came back later asking again for the room to be changed. The manager checked our trim and agreed it definitely smelled strange, and gave us a new room. We found the beds to be comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast not exactly up to par.

It exceeded my expectations for comfort. The rooms were clean, with comfortable. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, keeping the room at an ideal temperature. Which has not been the case with some higher end hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially appreciated how quiet the rooms and hotel in general were, offering a peaceful and restful stay. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a no-frills, relaxing experience.

There were a couple of maintenance things I mentioned to staff… nothing that takes anything from the stay. Just something to fix. I’ll be here again.

Had a late check-in (around 930pm). People of questionable character were sitting outside on the poorly lit side of the hotel. The evening attendant was very pleasant upon arrival. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like a dirty diaper pail. The room itself was okay. The tub in the bathroom had a terrible slow drain; there was murky water standing almost to the top of the drain when i moved the plug out of the way. Water pressure was poor, too. The shower head was an adjustable head that we had a terrible time keeping afixed to the pole it was attached to. No counter space with the sink; it was a pedestal sink, so there was a metal shelf next to it to set down your toiletries. There was only one working ice machine out of 4 available and the only working one had mold. I dumped ice three times and mold was still coming out on the ice. The morning attendant didn't speak to us. Didn't even know who he was until he started using an electric sweeper. Breakfast options were a few pieces of bread, a few containers of yogurt, greasy cheddar omelets (frozen), and a questionable waffle maker.

The air conditioning could have been better. Both nights we stayed we were woken up to the air smelling like smoke or like someone had turned the heater on

The room also had a smell of a cheap disinfectant. We did not bring this up during our stay because these are not quick-fix items, and we were gone for most of the day.

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was not what I would have like. The yogurt was lowfat with preservatives. Sugary cereal. The orange juice tasted bad. Nothing healthy or organic.

We had a very nice stay here. I would definitely stay here again. Our room was decorated nicely. The a/c worked well. Would have liked a little more choice in the hot food department at breakfast but overall it was okay.

I was charge 3 times for my room

Some maintenance due in room 420. Tub coating peeling. Chipped tub. Water has seemed to have seeped and caused a tile to come off in the corner near the tub. But. Small issues compared to many other places. And. This didn’t impact my stay as much as something would if it wasn’t clean. Maintenance can lag behind a bit. Cleanliness shouldn’t. And it didn’t, here.

This is the second time i have stayed at the Microtel. I found the hotel very nice. The staff are very friendly and answer your questions. I will be staying there again. It is in my price range. I do wish they had more to choose from for breakfast and the coffee cups need to be larger.

They two downfalls of my room was this: I had a handicap room, but when I went to take a shower the handicap chair for the shower was cracked and I was able to sit in it without pinching my legs. Also the noise upstairs in the morning was loud on my ceiling of the room. Very clean facilities and nice staff otherwise

The mattresses Carpet that are in the rooms are disgusting. It’s a hotel you check for bedbugs. I haven’t seen any yet, but it would not surprise me if I have bites. Sheets would not stay on the bed hey baby, you wanna get don’t

When I first arrived it had a foul odor in the lobby. I don't know if someone passed gas or not but it wasn't there. The next day my room was a king sweet and it was nice. The only complaint that I would have is the sofa looked old and dirty. But the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the greatest and I wish the parking was better but overall it's a good hotel for the price

I don’t ever write reviews on places but I chose this this hotel because it had good ratings and it was awful. The sheets smelled like the had been washed with feces and the room smelled unpleasant as well. Not worth the price and wouldn’t recommend for family stays.

Stay was fine. Tom clean and quit, with nice large TV. Older bathroom, but all was clean and worked well. Coffee good, breakfast just so-so. Convenient to a variety of restaurants and a WalMart - nice when you need last minute could medicine! Would definitely stay again.

2 night Stay was great, other than the fact that when I checked in and gave them my card for the hold for incidentals they ran two different payments of $130. So now I have $260 that’s missing from my account after I had already paid for the room ahead of time. So for 2 nights the rate was $128, and I’m currently out $388. Front desk staff have been absolutely helpless with this matter, they tell me they will check with their corporate office and find out what happened and call me to let me know, still have not got an answer out of them.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom and TV were fine. The breakfast was suitable - some cereal, fruit, muffins, and pancakes. I could not have asked for a better stay for the price.

Great central location, super clean, friendly staff. Our door battery went out and they fixed it immediately. Would definitely recommend to others. Cons: Breakfast was pretty meh. Cold omlettes and make your own pancakes that had a strange aftertaste. Oj was very sour so I threw it out. There were a few homeless we saw in and near the parking lot.

We arrived at about 9PM because of a funeral in the area. I had reserved (2) rooms for my wife and I, and another for our daughter and and our niece. Initially they were told their room hadn't been paid for, but that was cleared up really quickly. When they got to their room there was standing water in the tub when they arrived, and it never did drain even though the plug was open so it could drain.. My wife and I had to switch rooms as there was something in the ceiling that was emmitting a very high pitched buzzing and was really annoying. There was also pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom and hair in the bed. When we went to the 2nd room, there was hair in the sink, and hair on the sheets. The "hot" breakfast was simply an egg and cheese omlette, and a pancake maker. The omlette has hard and difficult to cut. It had no flavor, either. All in all I will not stay here, again.

When we told them we had been here all day. Checked in since 2. Then they front desk called and asked it was really our room. Really! You have a computer system for a reason. Be careful if you stay here. Lock your doors!

They were renovating. So I get why it was noisy but some things such as walls being dirty or the floors looking like they never clean them. I would try them out again after they get done with renovations though
