    Not too bad however when we arrived after the 3p check in around 430 we were told our room was not ready and had to wait an extra 30/45 minutes for the room to be ready. The only response I got was I’m sorry for the delay we are just so busy.

    The staff morning and night were wonderful!! The rooms were perfect, clean, plenty of towels, and everything you needed was onsite. I love that you do not have to check until noon especially after eating the complementary breakfast! Everything was perfect on our stay. Rooms were updated and so comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

    Not only the cleanness of the place and the nice workers that were there, the manager that was at the front desk, went out of way to get in touch with me because my daughter forgot her purse in the breakfast area and then when they were cleaning my room, she remembered I was looking for my glasses and she contact me to let me know she found my glasses, so yes, she went above and beyond. That I couldn’t stay longer.

    Location was good.. Staff and their families that were staying there had their kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. And then at breakfast, the guest had to wait for them , also had to wait for seating. You would think paying guest come first. The room was subpar. There was a patch in the cieling of the bathroom from a poor repair and there was an off smell in the bathroom that went thru the whole room.

    The hotel is nice, quiet, and comfortable. The parking is not super ideal, it’s just behind the building and you have to enter a back door. As a single mom traveling with kids, the safer the better. Everything else was great!

    I really liked my room. Heat did not work in living room but worked in the Bedroom. Biggest issue was parking. There is really no parkingto speak of at the building except 4 spaces and 4 handicap spaces everybody has to park in a Hilton Garden Inn and you're supposed to get in a door at the end of the hall. Didn't work had to walk around building to get in. Was freezing and a problem.

    Front desk staff left a little to be desired. Prior to check-in I was told by Kevin that if I signed up for Hilton Honor Points, they would give us an early check-in, when we arrived at the hotel at 2pm. I was told there were no rooms available for early check-in and that the statement made to me was not true.... Eventually the Mgr was notified and she was able to put us in a room that miraculously became available.

    1) This location was priced higher than the brand new location in Little Rock. That was strange to me. 2) The parking situation is not ideal at all with regard to where the front entrance is. 3) The night staff - Kevin - was great but morning staff not as pleasant. 4) Breakfast didn't seem fresh and orange juice was just water. 4)My room had an odor of mildew and the tv was so small and far away from the bed that I could barely see or hear it.

    Refused to return my money for a room I couldn’t stay in because of error made on my end when booking through Expedia I stupidly used my location but apparently the site can’t handle that and booked me this hotel in Conway Arkansas instead of Conway sc where I am. This hotel was uncooperative and unhelpful I had to pay double at the same hotel in my location. No compassion for exhausted people who make mistakes won’t book again. They steal money as I’m sure this mistake has happened to others when your sleep deprived and traveling

    Front desk was unattended when we arrived for check in about 4pm and I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come and help. Sidewalks and dog walk areas were not clean. A back entrance to the property close to the dog walking area was a non-working door with the key fob system and a stairwell exit door on the 3rd floor had no door knob. The ice machine on the 2nd and 3rd floors were out of order so we went to the first floor for ice. Overall poor experience. We've stayed at Home 2 Suites six times over the past 2 years and this experience is an outlier. Usually have a great experience--hope the Conway hotel can make improvements because we like the their pet friendly policies.

    The very best element of this stay was the super friendly folks running the establishment. From Clarence behind the desk at check-in to the sweet lady the next morning who, even though we were 20 minutes late getting to breakfast, saw to it that we had access to the breads, coffee, and then provided us each with a breakfast "kit" full of goodies to take back to the room. To be clear, they were not just NICE but they were COMPETENT! Highly recommend!

    Room was not ready for over 2 hours after check-in time. Carpet in room smelled like just shampooed and was very wet. Kitchen drawers had mold. A lot of dust and dirt on bathroom floor. Could here dog barking all night in room next door in bedroom. Lobby and breakfast were best part of hotel. Hallways and room need some attention.

    Pros: staff is very friendly and helpful, it is very conveniently located , the rooms had comfortable beds, and it was nice and quiet. Cons: we had no Toilet paper ( less than 1/4 a roll and no spares)upon checking in, and had to request some. Our sink and tub did not drain water and backed up. We called they fixed to tub. Said they had to get parts for the sink, they never came back to fix it and turned the water off to the sink. We ended up using the kitchenette sink for brushing teeth , washing face and hands etc. not a great fit. The carpet was gross felt sticky to bare feet and left my feet filthy, had to use shoes or at least socks always.

    Second time staying. First time was not good with ceiling leaks and cockroach issue. Staff was responsive. Others with my trip, who were in different rooms, had good experiences. So, I tried it again. Will not go back and cannot recommend to others. Staff was pleasant though!

    When we got there the staff was very friendly. Our room was not ready due to a large amount of check outs. When they did put us in a room that was only half clean. They finished cleaning but we didn’t get to really enjoy our room until about 5. The internet did not work the whole time we were there (all weekend) so I had to go to different places to try to get some work done. Also the light fixture in the bathroom did not work. Beds were firm if you like them that way. I do. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to internet and only one elevator working for the last 3 months.

    We had to go out and buy sheets and blanket. The sheets had pills all over them were extremely uncomfortable. The blanket only covered half the king bed. The check-in was very unorganized and extended 1 1/2 hours past the 3pm time. The hotel needs a little updating, it appears to have a lot of band-aids on things. We will not be staying here any more.

    Our family of 5, were traveling to Oklahoma from Georgia and Conway, AR Home2Suites was a really good stopping to rest point for our trip. The location is ideal since it is easy to find, right off the highway. Check-in was easy and swift. The staff were cordial and friendly. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was a decent size and fairly roomy, with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. We brought food back to our room and there was a nice long dining table that slides out from under the cabinet area, which was wonderful for dining in room. There was a tall skinny fridge and plates and utensils for dining also. The beds were pretty comfortable. In the morning, we had the hotel free breakfast , that had a good selection of premade breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cereal, coffee and juices. Overall, our stay was lovely. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Conway, Arkansas.

    The stay was ok. They never came to clean our room the 3 days we were here even after we asked. Had to ask for clean towels. They service from one employee, her attitude was terrible when checking in. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived.     We chose this hotel because I have 3 boys who love to swim and an indoor pool is a must. However the pool water was so frigid cold that they only made it 5 min before wanting to leave. The WiFi connection was poor as well, it would only connect in the lobby or pool area. The room was very clean and spacious however. We would chose a different hotel next time.

    Our first time staying at the Hone 2 in Conway AR. We would give it a 5 stars. Wonderful friendly hosts who welcomed us. Letting us know all about the complimentary items in the lobby. Great breakfast. Our room was wonderful. We will definitely return on our travels to Home 2 in Conway, AR.

    I already paid for my room through a third party and the front desk rep charged me again . I had to show her my receipt and it took awhile to straighten everything out before I could get my room keys. I didn’t like the front entrance . There was not enough room to park toward the front and we had to park on the side lot that was shared with Hilton Garden Inn. There was not enough parking lot light to feel safe. The lobby area was small but adequate . There was always coffee available 24/7 which was good. Breakfast was okay , the premade sandwiches were too dry. The lobby area was very loud on the night that we stayed there . Apparently , some of the guests were having some kind of drinking and eating party. It was too loud for 10:30pm. The front desk apparently was okay with that . I wanted to do some things on the computer but I couldn’t even concentrate . Also , people were still using the pool and being loud at 10:30 at night. People who come to a hotel to relax and not have to deal with loud noises and a “party”. I have stayed at better Home 2 Hilton hotels in the past. Hotel area had lots of restaurants and stores close by which was very convenient. My room was smaller than expected .

    We were sadly disappointed in the pool. It was honestly colder than our fridge. We didn't make it in past our knees. If you're into ice baths, this is the place for you! The breakfast was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and had several food options. It was an incredible addition to our stay.

    I chose this hotel because it was a Hilton and I have always been pleased with them. The service was excellent; however, due to my allergies the cleaning odors caused me to wake up with a sore throat which took a couple of days to go away. The stairways were highly perfumed! Also, under the bed was extremely dirty with both dust and litter.
