The location was exactly where I needed it to be The air would not stay on. It was 80 degrees when I got there. I kept trying to make it work. I called down to ask if there was a trick. Guy at front desk came to look. He did the same thing I had been doing and said it was working fine and left. It was not. It eventually climbed to 89 degrees. My friend who owns a hvac co came to look at it and he said it needed Freon and that I needed another room. The guy at desk argued with my friend but I finally got a new room and the air worked fine.

Pancake maker was broke, it was kind of musty in our room

Convent, close to highway, next to restaurants. Neat remote shade closures. Hot tub was cold and jets don’t work. We booked the room knowing we wanted to use the hot tub and were sadly disappointed. Only one elevator was working, leading to delays in going between floors.

Excellent hotel and we have stayed there several times; especially we appreciate being able to charge our Tesla with the free charging available there!

Check in was slow due to the person in front of us, also the staff there (two different people across the evening) both smelled heavily of smoke. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, great linens, and very comfortable beds. The hot tub was lukewarm - disappointing. Breakfast was fabulous. Much more appealing options than most hotels - and everything tasted very good.

The hotel was excellent and room was in excellent shape. The staff was kind and extremely friendly. I want recognize a staff member that extremely friendly and great interactions with some of the guests, myself especially. His name is Terry and I want to him to be recognized for his generosity, kindness, being respectful, extremely kind and is more than willing to interact with the guests.

I do wish coffee bar in lobby had fresh coffee. It was always cold.

I loved how beautiful everything was. It wasn’t the cleanest… dirt on the counters… hair, band-aides, finger nails… by the pool… no towels were stocked at the pool our whole 24 hours there… front desk man super nice… the lady not so much and the maid were rude when I asked about towels for the pool ?

Horel did not have a reservation for us. Had to call you. They wanted to charge a higher rate than we were quoted.

Breakfast was standard. Coffee was good. Wi-Fi didn’t work and after the third call about it. My wife and 5 boys I was traveling with, I got aggravated and decided to use my own personal WiFi box. Which doesn’t really work well between 3 rooms.

There was black mold in the corners of the shower, nothing to write with, note pad or pen, no bedside table had to use a chair. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. It sure didn't feel like the price we paid was worth it, could have stayed at a motel six and had better accomodations.

Bed had bugs, microwave didn’t work, domestic dispute next door, doors slamming all night. Breakfast was disgusting, rude front desk staff, dirty bathroom. They called me the day before and told me if I didn’t prepay for my room the reservation would be canceled THEN charged another reservation incidental fee at check in.

My family and I were in town for a football camp, so the property served its purpose. Extra towels were not readily available but overall out stay was nice.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, AC worked great! Lots of options for breakfast. Newer equipment in workout facility, nice indoor pool and hot tub.

A few hours passed and I walked down to try and get another remote. waited for about 10 mins with some other folks in line and no one came to the desk. Left and came back 30 minutes later and grabbed another remote for the TV. same problem, went back down and again said they would call someone. Next day again reported issues to new front desk manager and again was told " I'll call someone ". No one ever came and neither was fixed in the 3 days I was there. These may seem like trivial issues but for what we paid for the room for the stay I'd expect everything to either work 100% or for a serious effort to fix them once the issues were reported. Neither was the case here. With so many hotel options in Conway, my next trip out we will not be staying at this Holiday Inn. Just wasn't a great value top to bottom for the price.

Was in town for graduation! The room was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was an added touch of luxury. Beds are very high and difficult to get into especially being so short.

We were able to get some relaxing and pool time with the kiddos on their spring break. It was nice to travel right down the road to stay for 2 nights! The hot tub is a HUGE bonus to this hotel! We had a great stay and breakfast was great both mornings!

Front desk was friendly and helpful. However, Housekeeping ran out of towels for the room and there were no towels at the pool. When I asked, I was told that laundry was behind and there were no clean towels available.

Not so good. Nowhere to pull in to get out of the rain, drapes do not close so you have to sleep with a light shining in your face. The recliner was worn and looked tacky. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Very comfy beds! Walmart is almost in the parking lot if you need anything. Check in staff was friendly. There was a $10 incidental charge required at check in. The pull out sofa slept two of my children, 11 and 13 comfortably. Several restaurants nearby.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn a few times before. Unfortunately this wasn't the best experience. I got a suite because I was bringing my mother. The room was supposed to have a balcony, it didn't and the TV wasn't working. I don't think the TV was the hotels fault but paying more, we expected more. The breakfast wasn't very good either. The room was clean and the staff were nice. I always love the beds at any Holiday Inn. I do think the rooms are overpriced for being behind a Walmart. When the hotel next to it is so much cheaper.

The hotel seemed very new. It was clean with comfortable beds, good pillows and awesome sheets.

Love this place will definitely stay again

We had a room on the second floor. We had what sounded like a herd of buffalo in the room above us. We waited until after 10:00 to call the front desk only to find out the phone in the room didn't work. We called from cell phone and they said they would take care of it. This went on until approx 1:00 AM and then started again approx 6:30 AM. We were very disappointed in the hotel allowing this behavior. We stay at Holiday Inns regularly, but this will be the last time.

We had a sleepover next door and it was very loud even after calling the office. We were there for a volleyball tournament and had to get up at 5:30. Breakfast was still not ready at 6:45 even though it was supposed to be available at 6:30.

The Hotel is in a location that is perfect for the area. Dinning, shoping and movies

Chakira at the front desk was particularly helpful in locating a room that had very little fragrance. Fragrance triggers asthma in a member of our family. The hot breakfast in the morning featured biscuits/gravy, egg/cheese omelet, vege omelet, bacon, turkey sausage, and pancakes.

Great Staff and rooms were ready and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The worst check in! I arrived at 3.30pm, was told the room wasn’t ready yet and it would take just about 15 minutes! By 5pm I was so annoyed that I requested a room any room so it was given to me but not the room I requested when I made the reservation 5 weeks before my trip!

From the outside it appears to be a new vibrant hotel, once inside your greeted with subpar remodeling and lackluster service. The rooms are decent, clean and cool, however nothing is built correct likely due too cheap labor. If your just staying one night and moving on, then it's not bad.

Under construction and also got a screw in my tire from there. My tires weren’t a week old yet. The stored everything at every opening.

Overall, nice. Breakfast was pretty good. However, they aren't scoring high on the eco-friendliness portion of the review. All the plates and cups at breakfast were styrofoam and the utensils were all one-time use, plastic. I expect more out of a hotel with such a good reputation.

The property is under construction, not a nice smell , I tripped on tile in breakfast area, not to safe .

We enjoyed our stay.

This is an okay place to stay but the smell was odd and the bathroom had a broken drain. If was adequate but definitely not exceptional.

The property is being renovated but the smell is terrible. It smells like mildew from the time we walked in. Even in the room we stayed in was subpar. They said it had everything new but it still smelled like mildew and mold. There was only an uncomfortable bed and chair at the desk. No recliner. The room looked unfinished. Will not stay again

It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were renovations being done on our 4th floor. We were left with empty light sockets in our room and dirty hallways. Please advise people ahead of time, as I booked this as part of a getaway for a very special event and got low class instead

I love that I can always count on a Holiday Inn Express! Always comfy beds too.

The floor we were staying on is being remodeled so there were about 4 rooms being used, the rest were open and there was plaster all over the place with the plastic on the carpet. Being the world we live in today, that was just a little eerie—thankfully no one seemed to be hiding behind those doors in the rooms being remodeled. But I didn’t feel completely safe.

The hotel itself and staff were nice. We woke up with backs hurting because the beds were sooooooo hard and uncomfortable. We prefer to stay at an Embassy because it’s so much more comfortable but there wasn’t one in the area. Def need to put some money into better beds.
