Hotel was under remodel. The pool was unavailable in hotel; however, we could use hotel pool next door. My room was not cleaned properly; however, staff were attentive and took immediate action on cleaning it. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were friendly. Once remodeled, I am sure that this will be a much better experience for guests.

Pool and laundry room were both broken and I literally booked this hotel for these two items. Since booking through Expedia the staff would note provide me compensation for their garbage facility.

No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash.

One of my main points of comparison was my previous night's stay at a Comfort Inn, where I paid roughly the same price but found the accommodations to be significantly nicer. The room at the Hilton Garden Inn felt a bit dated, and I was particularly disappointed with the size of the bathtub—it was quite small and not very comfortable for a relaxing soak after a long day. Additionally, I found the food and drink prices at the hotel restaurant to be on the high side. I ordered a drink at the bar that was priced at $18, which felt excessive. Given the price point, I expected a presentation that would impress, but it fell flat and left me feeling underwhelmed. Overall, I felt that the Hilton Garden Inn did not quite meet my expectations, especially considering the circumstances of my stay. While it served its purpose, I would recommend exploring other options in the area that might offer a better experience for the same price.

Once we got in bed, I kept scratching my foot on something and initially I thought it was crumbs which is gross because it would have come from the previous person, but when I pulled the sheets back, it was a dried booger. On top of the bugs, booger and dirt, a moldy smell was coming from the bathroom. There was mold in the shower. I wanted to check out and switch hotels but I couldn't afford take a chance on the $100 hold not being released for me to have another hold with a new hotel tying up funds. We were in town to visit my mother in law before she passed away, so having to deal with possible confrontation was a lot. I contacted the hotel once we made it back home and gave my feedback and asked that I either receive a refund or a Hilton credit and was told I would receive a refund. Never received it.

The TV’s throughout the entire hotel was not working. The employees were very nice/professional, but were very frustrated that the TV’s had not worked for about 2 weeks. We use the TV’s as sleep noise, so for the 2 nights we were there, we couldn’t sleep very well.

Then, after I got back from working at my Ensono office that day, my card key no longer worked. They had turned it off... told me they had to reset their card key system, for some unknown reason. What realky upsets me is they acknowledged me when I entered the lobby, but said nothing about the room key not working until after I had gone up, failed to enter my room, and then had to come back to the front desk. Probably the worst stay I have ever had at a Hilton hotel. Won't stay there again.

The area seemed safe and the hotel parking was full. I was not happy with the price considering the WIFI was an extra cost. I had driven about 14 hours that day so I was pretty worn out. It was easy access off of Interstate 40.

The AC unit was cooling the air but not dehumidifying it so the room felt clammy. The coffee machine did not work. the toilet broke on our last day. And the satellite TV had these static lines running through the image the whole time we were there. Also I have stayed at many different hotel chains but Hilton is the only one that charges me for morning breakfast.

Sheets felt wet from the AC all night that it was hard to sleep. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. The chair in our room was ripped up. Very disappointed in the room. Constant noise buzzing and beeping all night in the entire hotel. Don’t sleep at all.

We booked here specifically for the indoor pool. It was ENTIRELY too cold. We could tolerate it for probably 5 minutes before our lips were turning blue and we just went back to our room.

This location is always nice every time I come to rown to visit family.Thw room is large, neat and clean, and easy to use. My grandkids always end up joining me to enjoy pool time. They also love ordering breakfast, and all the yumny snacks.

Restaurant was excellent. Card system was down. Had to sign up to Hilton Honors to get digital key. Then a group was placed next to us that played loud music until after midnight. It made for a stressful and uncomfortable stay.

When I booked the reservation, I thought they had a dog area. That’s the only reason I booked the reservation and they don’t have a dog park at all so I’m super disappointed plus the carpet is in the rooms who has carpet with dogs? I think they need to do a better job on website. The Porter that helped me said yeah they don’t have a dog park and they need to fix that on their website. You just have to walk in wherever you can.I told him I had ESA dogs. Also, the sink in my bathroom doesn’t work all in all. I’m happy that I have a room, but I’m really disappointed for the rate not worth it.

Staff was very nice, but the condition of the rooms weren't so good we change rooms three times, do to heat not working in to the television not working down to the commode not flushing. But in the end they find a room which was a little worth our stay there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a very nice place for the price. I had not one issue staying there... Wifi is great! Everything is clean. I always look for bed bugs when i check in but it didn't even cross my mind at this hotel. I travel 300 days of the year and for the price it is wonderful. I hope they dont renovate it in the next couple of years because then the price will go up. It is nice just like it is and the staff were awesome. Hot!!! Water also. I loved it.

Very disappointed. We have stayed here in the past but will not stay here again. The room was damp possibly due to lack of vent in bathroom. Comforter was dirty and had small black hairs on it which did not belong to myself or my daughter. Mattress cover had an old stain on it. Lamp bases were rusty. Curtain was actually hanging down off wall about to fall . Microwave had not been cleaned. I do not like to complain so we simply stayed the night and did not use comforter, microwave, or shower. We will not be back. In need of serious updating and remodel

We booked for 3 nights. After the first nights stay there was no room service, making the bed, replacing clean towels, emptying the trash, etc. When we asked at the desk about this we were told that since Covid their facility didn't provide that service. We were told that maybe Hilton 4 star hotels still did but this Hilton Garden Inn did not. After two nights we checked out and went to the Hampton down the street where service was much excellent.

While the lobby and seating area were quite nice, the room was outdated and not as advertised. We reserved a 2 queen room and the beds were fulls. Additionally, the rooms were quite humid. There was no vent fan on the restrooms. So, showering only causes the room to become more damp.

The facility is nice but run down. The carpet was badly stained in our room. We later found out that the carpet stains were caused by a leak that caused the carpet to be wet. We would stay here again but would carefully check the room prior to unloading our luggage.

I was charged $30 more than the amount I booked for on Expedia. Receptionist did not communicate this with me. Did not give me the total that was being charged or the breakdown of the cost. Said I couldn’t get a receipt with the breakdown until checkout.

Our room had a toilet issue and we reported it upon checkout. There was also a problem with a neighboring room where the guest kept slamming their door numerous times. We never saw them but they were very noisy guest.

This hotel is our preferred place to stay in Conway; however, the 4th floor hallway carpet needs a thorough cleaning as it’s quite dirty. The real disappointment is the bar. Over the last few years, the bar has been woefully understocked. We stayed on Friday night and I wasn’t able to get the cocktail I ordered because they were out of all the ingredients except the bourbon. We ended up walking across the parking lot to another restaurant for our drinks. Please get your act together! After all, this is a Hilton.
