Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Conway

This was a last minute decision to stay here. We were on our way home from a beach vacation and I booked this on the way there. I could not be more happier with this decision. The front desk gentleman was quick to get us checked in around 9pm, so we could make it to the restaurant up the road before they closed. The beds were like clouds to sleep on. The breakfast was great! I heard another guest ask the lady if breakfast would be the same tomorrow and she said no, that it’s something different everyday.

When booking asked for pool. Pool was out when we got there broke down. Had a king size room with pull out. Mattress on pull out a urine stains all over it. Person sleeping on got up itching all over. The breakfast was cold.

In a quiet area , close by eating places. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Property was clean and staff were friendly. Fairfield Conway had so many breakfast options. 10/10 recommend! Only complaint would be the bed pillows - they are small. Need more than 4 or larger.

The room smelled of pet urine, I know all the rooms are now pet friendly but for people like myself who do not own pets this was horrible.

First off, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The elevators, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were all clean. The breakfast was as expected. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The coffee was hot 24 hours a day. all in all, it was a very pleasant one night stay.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only odd thing was that the shampoo containers were bolted in way up high. I could barely reach them. And they were totally inaccessible to anyone taking a bath instead of a shower.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and the location ideal for our visit. We went for the annual Toad Suck Daze 5k with a large group. My only negative is that they start breakfast too late for anyone running in the race. They did compromise by offering us cold items, which was appreciated, but you'd think they would anticipate race attendees on this one day every year and have breakfast ready a bit earlier.

Honestly, I was disappointed with our stay. The property could be cleaner. We stayed in a king suite. The furniture was old, the bathroom was a little dingy, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible (were flat after an hour), but the room itself was clean. Our room was right beside the elevator, I will say that we did not hear any noise from the elevator or from occupants in other rooms. As far as breakfast, there was a variety of foods, but the things that were supposed to be hot were cold. I guess I expected more out of a Fairfield Inn. For those of you that a pool is high on your preference, It is still closed. Overall, I would NOT stay here agin. We were in room 312.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out

The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were just right, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing for a truly restful stay. The suite and lay out of the room was thought through, creating a relaxing environment for sleep and separate living room. The bathroom was nice. The hotel feels new and up to date. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, cereals, pancakes.

Everything was so very clean and nice! The staff was very friendly as we entered to check in and the lobby, breakfast area and our room was in pristine shape. Probably one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at and we will definitely stay again!

Phoebe at the front desk in customer service was a great first impression her smile and listening skills were excellent. You need more of people like her.

During our stay, we had to go to the front desk twice to ask for towels. Coffee cups were not replenished and I had to take the trash out twice to dump myself.

The room was very clean. The lady checking me in was very nice and let me know about a small nature trail nearby where I was able to walk my dogs. There are lots of places to go eat nearby and there is easy access off and on I-40.

From the moment we got there the front desk people were kind, friendly and helpful. When the place that we ordered food from didn’t send plates and silverware they got us some and not out of some weird nasty drawer either. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The place was quite to. Never heard a thing from inside or outside of the hotel. The ac had constant fan setting which is a must for us. 😊😊😊

Everything was nice. We enjoyed the free breakfast on our previous stay. There were many choices and healthy options too. The staff is always kind and helpful. Its quiet with a clean room and lobby area. There is a lot of parking around the hotel. It is convenient to a lot of shopping, businesses and restaurants.

Was upgraded to a king suite and it was very spacious, nice and comfortable! The room stayed cool as we set it. Upon waking into the hotel it had a nice pleasant smell. The only issue was at breakfast OJ was out, no bacon, real sausage, biscuits and gravy and no doughnuts. The breakfast was not great!

We came into town for a sister-in-law's memorial service. The quiet comfortable atmosphere and sleeping accommodations made this aspect of the trip enjoyable. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Conway Arkansas.

Super easy to find and very nice inside. The halls were extremely hot. Maybe their a/c was broken, I'm not sure. No one said anything to us. It was almost unbearable to walk in the halls and lobby with that much heat. Room was very nice. Thank goodness the a/c worked in there. Would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was top notch Except both nights had loud partying and it was very hard to go to sleep. Seems like an upscale hotel would have better control over boisterous noise in the courtyard.

Served its purpose friendly staff nice breakfast but had very small pillows and I woke up with bug bites all overs my legs and arms will not be returning.

Nice atmosphere the check in and clerk were pleasant. We went and bought sein wear for the pool but it looked a little dirty so we just sat out on the patio area for the evening and enjoyed the breeze. Fresh fruit for breakfast which I loved along with all the fixings. Overall 7/10....pool was the only 😔

Great stay!

We always stay here on our trips west. Their poor flag was in tatters and they assured me it was being replaced. When I asked them to take it down (flag protocol) they apologized and said they were unaware of that protocol.

Love the huge bed, and coffee maker in the room. Snack area is well stacked.

II was disappointed in the room for the price paid and didn’t like paying extra for changing the date of stay. It cost me over 600 for two nights in a mediocre room.

This area was nice place to stop on our roadtrip back home. The bed was super comfy. It’s an older hotel but clean. The free breakfast was good and everything fresh.

I prefer softer beds and these were most comfortable hotel beds I've perhaps ever slept on. Our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was ho-hum. Kiddos loved the pull out sofa bed. We didn't have any issues with our stay and everything was just like we expected. Great place.

We had an extremely short stay. We were just passing through on ur way from Birmingham to Chickasha, OK. However, the front desk person was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The room was clean & comfortable, but the shower was awesome!such great pressure & so hot!!

I didnt get my wake up call and i didnt have any light by the desk in the corner so it was dark. Also had limited parking. It was clean and staff friendly.

I've stayed in several other hotels in the area and this is by far the cleanest and best maintained I've been in to date. The staff is friendly and the room was comfortable. The walls are a little thin so you can hear other guests, but truthfully I think all modern hotels have the same issue. I'm in Conway several times a year and will likely stay here again.

I stayed only for 1 night to attend a wedding on Conway. I can't talk about the areas around the hotel but there are several stores and a movie theater close to the location. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
