Better than expected. Nice, VERY clean and might I add I am germiphob so I did a little extra cleaning lol…. Hot tub was a blessing.

There was a sour smell in the rom coming from the bathroom. Later I saw a water bug coming from being the toilet

N/A The room was moldy. Baseboards coming off. The room smelled musty. Soap scum on the shower. The toilet was low sitting, my wife who is handicapped had a hard time getting up. The hotel was rated a four star when I book it, but it was more like a two star. Not worth the $ 100.00 charge. Very disappointing

The check in female was friendly, but when I turned in the key in the morning, the male clerk could have been a bit more pleasurable. I handed him my key and he said nothing. The room was great and I liked the light breakfast. I ride my motorcycle and do not really like to eat heavy before I get on the bike.

The hot tub in the room was amazing. Anytime, we go to Conway, we book here.

I have stayed in this facility a few times over the past few weeks when I am in or through that area for business. It has been a good solid place to stay and I will continue to use that facility

Tried to book a Queen efficiency room or king suite and I was told they were all booked. I stayed 3 nights and only 7 rooms were rented. Would have been nice to have a kitchenette during a massive ice and snow blizzard. Man at the front desk had zero personality and was downright rude. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, black mold on bathroom ceiling, giant gal on bottom of entry door to room with a constant, frigid breeze and snow blowing in, sink and tub would not drain properly so I had to stand in dirty shower water and washing hands in sink was impossible because it took forever to drain, hairdryer was broken, filth around bathtub faucets and tub towel rack, missing towel rack in sink area. Rim of toilet was black and disgusting with foul odor. NO COFFEE MAKER. This is only some of the problems. I have time and dated photos. Me and all of my employees will never use this hotel again.

Everything was perfect except having the adjoining room allowed the people that stayed next to our room were up all night partying. Not the fault of this hotel. Just will always request not wanting this door to the next room! Did not get rest from a road trip with this happening!

easy online check-in and friendly front desk staff. Non smoking room smelled like smoke but I reported it immediately and was assured I would not be charged. ONly downside for the price was the breakfast was boring and my service dog did not have much greenspace to use.

We left! Did not stay. Seems like more of a cheap hook up place. Puub hairs in beds. Sticky stuff all over the phones. Pillows smelled like old sweaty men. Pictures are deceiving. Prices were too high for this place. Really nasty.

The bathroom was a bit older and small; however, the property manager was attentive and pleasant, and the stay was enjoyable.

Bed was good. There was not a comfortable chair in the room.

The staff were so friendly. Our bathtub had a leak and they came quickly to have it finished and did the repairs while we were out. Offered us a different room. Great service.

Poor continental breakfast

The chair in the room was broken and was hard to sit in. The room was quiet and there are many restaurants nearby to eat at. The breakfast at the hotel was a brunch. They had bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal and pancakes and coffee and orange juice, enough to get you going. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

The bathroom had mold, the fridge had mold, stained towels and covers, shower head sprayed over the shower curtain. It rained while there and the water came in under the door soaking the floor. We were on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was stale and old. When checking out to speak to a worker i could not get anyone to the counter with me ringing the bell. After about 15 minutes i left. The lady that checked me in was amazing. I will not be back.

The lady who did my check in was excellent. Kind and helpful. After I had been in my room about 30 minutes I was called by staff to make sure I was okay with my room and asked if I needed anything. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Staff was very considerate. I requested a room change and was helped immediately. I appreciated the service and helpful staff member at desk that evening.

I really didn't have a bad thing about my stay except I wanted to sit outside on one day cause I don't have anything planned and the pool area was closed but I get it but other than that it was great

The welcoming agent was incredibly kind. The room was clean and wonderful. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking is so easy and open.

This place is ghetto. The room was cold and the heater did not work. The person in the room next to us had a dog that wouldn't stop barking and a loud occupent that kept us awake all night. Finally at 3 am i went to the front desk and called the police because of the screaming and ultimately we left to go somewhere else at 4 am. No sleep,cold, no hot water, uncontrollable ghetto long term guests who dont have a home. Not a place for a professional or family.

Upset by the fact that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which is unsafe and gross and you can tell it’s not properly maintained. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Made reservations because it was inexpensive. Service was great. The room seemed clean, but from a condition standpoint the building had seen better days. About what I would expect from an inexpensive option.

Within 15 minutes, we saw 4 cockroaches. They refused to put us in another room or give a refund. I was told they wouldn’t hurt us! And, then offered to give us bug spray. We left.

When i checked in i had no problems. i went to my room and it smelled like cigarettes. i inspected the room and there were bugs in the tub and someone else’s hair. the cigarette smell was so strong i could not stay in the room for about 3 minutes. definitely do not recommend!!

Good place to stay on the road

Booked this visit due to my Husband having surgery early the next morning. Front office staff was very friendly. When we were getting ready for bed I noticed something nasty in the floor by the bed. I didn’t let the staff know because it was 10:00 pm and we were all ready for bed. I will not book here again.

This property need to hire an exterminator quickly. The overall property is dirty and littered with trash.

This place looked good until I seen bugs crawling everywhere. Not just one or two roaches it was an infestation. When I got home I had to leave my luggage on the porch and unpack as I could wash everything, then I had to buy roach spray and spray my suitcase down because I was afraid of packing them in. Horrible motel.

The sheets weren’t properly washed, the mattress were old! The smell and condition of the motel was very awful! The staff wasn’t good either, the place of the motel is in general not safe!

Booked a non smoking room according to the website and all they had was a smoking room.

Room was ok but smelled so bad Human odor really stinky and Bed so uncomfortable worst pillows ever not recommend it I regret no to stay at Microtel or something better save couple of Dollars but not trust the cleaning of the hotel room smells so bad was nasty

We reserved a room with two beds and one of the beds had large stains, looked like urine, also, the pillows were dirty and there were ants and cockaroches on the furniture.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and how updated the room was. The bed was comfortable. If in the area we will stay here again. No problems at all.

The first night of our stay the couple in the room right beside us had a violent altercation, complete with screaming obscenities, slamming doors, and hitting the walls. When we called the front desk they told us not to worry, and that they were homeless individuals who had been housed there by a local business. She stated that she would “revoke their vouchers if they didn’t learn how to act.” There were CONSTANTLY people in front of our door chain smoking, which lead to the smoke coming into our room because of a large gap between the door and the floor itself. They continued to fight and be rowdy, despite the front desks’ efforts. Finally, we ourselves were heckled by that same couple as we moved our things from the room. They called out to and berated my boyfriend because they believed that we had called the police (we didn’t!) earlier that morning. Thankfully we were able to go to a better hotel for the final days preceding our home being fixed.

I never checked in, I accidentally reserved the room on the wrong date, but because of your no cancellation policy, I basically just gave them free money

We got there an hour early and clerk refused to check us in so we drove around Conway and listened to talking book to kill time. I used to clerk at a travelodge, and if someone came just a little early and their room was ready I'd give them a key. Breakfast was barely adequate-no hot items except oatmeal.

The bathroom had roaches in the tub. The bedding had some stains and burn holes. The staff was friendly but probably will try somewhere else next time.

The room itself was good for the cheap price. The guests in surrounding rooms took away from the overall experience. We were in a non-smoking room, but the room was engulfed by the smell of cigarettes any time the guest staying above us smoked. In addition to smell, sound traveled between rooms to the extent that any noise made by guests in neighboring rooms or out side were clearly heard in our room. The structural issues causing the above disturbances decreased any sense privacy. However, the motel staff were very nice and accommodating. The convenient location allowed for easy access to food options and efficient travel.

they say breakfast !!! Cold Coffee ,and a COLD piece of something ! is not breakfast , otherwise ok , easy access off the interstate

Proximity to interstate was great. Restaurants close by. Lots of parking. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy parking for someone with a disability. My only complaint was breakfast didn't offer much variety.

This property is located close to interstate but does not have easy access to North traffic. Breakfast was good but no spoon for cereal and no plates for pancakes.

The staff was nice and friendly, decent price. The room had a hole in wall, there was a 1in gap under the entry door in our 2nd room, so we heard everything going on outside all through night. The 1st room was supposed to be non smoking but wasnt but they quickly moved us to other room.

The stay was ik but the room wasn't really in good shape. The chair was dirt looking, the bed top sheet wasn't as clean and the towels were from different hotels and dingy looking.

Service was great. Unfortunately, one of our two rooms smelled terrible of cigarettes. We had to change rooms.

Made reservation then called to confirm we had pets which person who answered phone said no problem there’s small fee which I said fine. When arrived at hotel they informed me they did have any pet rooms left and won’t be honoring my reservation. Usually wouldn’t be big deal to rebook a room but at 11pm at night on holiday weekend it wasn’t easy with pets. Don’t be surprised if you show up and no pet room available.

The front desk lady apologized and was very nice about it. Gave us a new room. The new room looked cleaner, but smelt terrible like smoke. On further inspection we found a huge gap between the door and frame, extremely dirty vents, and my son saw a roach on the wall. My son's feet were blackened with dirt from walking in the floor. The last at the desk was great but that was about the only thing.

The air did not work in my room. They had no other rooms available. It was 100 plus degrees that day and just miserable. They did bring a box fan to me but at that point it was just circulating hot air. The shower was gross. The liner had mildew all at the bottom.

there were tiny tiny ants in our room and the breakfast offering was 2 types of cereal, mini mini cinnamon rolls and the pancake machine was broken

Good experience

Bring a fly swatter and air freshener. Supposed to be a smoke-free room but it smelled like smoke. Lots of flies, bad smell. We couldn't wait to leave. I checked on the free breakfast, just to see what they had and it wasn't much.
