Clean rooms

Not the worst, but definitely not the best stay. Little details should have had more attention paid to them. No outlets for cell phones to charge without charging adapters, one trash can for a whole suite, stains on the walls and peeling papers. Glass plate in microwave didn’t fit it. Breakfast was in limited supply with still 1 hour remaining. Coffee pot was empty. Check in and out, was easy. Good location, we’re able to walk over for dinner. Room was comfortable and clean but the overall condition of it could have used some upkeep.

Very clean room. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The first room we were given had 2 burn marks from an iron in the carpet. We asked for another room. It was in better shape but did have a burn mark about 2" by 1" on the sofa. Breakfast was ok.

The work out room was permanently closed. One of the lamps did not work, and the furniture was worn and had some spots on it. On the upsiide, the staff was nice.

Breakfast was very limited. There was no fresh fruit, no eggs, no toast. Only oatmeal packets, waffles, sausage, biscuits. The coffee was not good, either.

Location The hotel looked old and run down the room and coffee machine did not have the filter in it so I had to call the desk for a new one

The pool was down, the front desk did not know why. The exercise room had a sign that said "Permanently Closed". The shear curtains in our had the hems unsewn and were ripped. I had to look twice at the duvet and sheets to make sure they had been washed but it was just they had sat in a dryer and not been folded.

We didn't have a remote at first but the lady up front got us one. We couldn't change tge channels on it tho. Breakfast was great but i had to tell them that all the juice was actually water but tgey fixed it. Overall it was a good stay

There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel up to the mark. For the price, I expected at least the basic things to work properly. The stay experience definitely needs improvement, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

My room was not in good shape at all. It had a smell to it , the chair was in awful condition torn, very dirty I couldn’t even sit in it. I was visiting family and I wanted to have them over to swim in the pool and it was cloudy and green! The cabinet door that had the refrigerator in it was sprung. The shades on the lamps were in poor condition! I requested my room to be cleaned to remove the trash and it was never done the four nights I was there.I would not stay at this hotel again.

Don’t expect a hot shower! Morning, noon, or night was not hot! It’s almost as if you weren’t allowed to turn the hot water spout all the way on! No one seemed to be concerned and acted as if it wasn’t a known problem.

I understand spills happen, but these items need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Another issue was the mold above the shower. Bathrooms need proper ventilation, and mold should be addressed as soon as it appears. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness issues, I’ll be booking elsewhere from now on.

This hotel needs a makeover. Carpet was very dirty with stains, bathroom door could not shut, everything was old and needed to be replaced. It was quiet. Will not stay there again!

Hotel was OK. The first room refrigerator not working. Second Room refrigerator not working properly as well. Needed to refrigerate medication. Used ICE an cooler and called it a day.

I had booked three nights total but completely had to check out on the second day due to the bug bites all over my arms and legs, the beds we disgusting with human hair inbetween headboard and mattress the carpets filthy, it was musty and moldy smelling the air conditioning unit was hanging on the wall by tape. I asked for a extra sheet and and had to go and buy blankets to sleep on at the local tjmaxx, as well go to home depot and buy a 10$ can of HOT SHOT BED BUG SPRAY FOR OUR BLANKETS AND CLOTHES AND BAGS. The tv was blurry couldn’t see on it the pool was so cloudy and disgusting looking my child was NOT GOING NEAR IT. My vehicle was broken into the phone in the room had no cord, hair dryer had decided on it, I wasn’t not going to stay another day in that hotel.

Nice place however does need a fresh coat of paint in the rooms. Bathroom ceiling shows lots of water leaks. The front desk staff at night was very nice. Parking was good. The lobby was welcoming. Missed the hot tub but the pool was warm.

The check in person was not very friendly...felt like I was an inconvenience. The room needed a deep cleaning...carpet was stained and the extra chair in the room definitely showed its age. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Hotel was a little dated. Taking the stairs is faster than the elevator. Pool was cloudy. Our room was humid and smelled of chlorine as we were 2 floors above the pool. Did not meet my standards of clean as there were children’s toys behind the night stand and slime on the bedskirt. Ice machine only worked on one floor and vending machine on another. Parking was plenty. Best part of the stay was breakfast.

It was very clean and nice. My only complaint was that I was looking forward to just relaxing at the indoor pool and it was murky and gross looking in the next morning. There was a sign that it was currently not usable. So glad I decided not to take a dunk!

It was a day trip just to get out of town so I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. I was disappointed the pool was closed and the fitness center is closed permanently. Hot tub? Wasn’t recommended and I didn’t know it was one if there was anyway. The staff was nice. My room looked clean but the chair that sits in the corner needs a cleaning, lots of stains, I didn’t sit on it or trust sitting my belongings on it. The Wi-Fi works great, there was something I needed it for and was happy it was fast working. The blinds in the room don't close all the way, even on the third floor I like my privacy, but I tried my best to close them enough lol. I didn’t like breakfast, very “you get what you pay for” and there were no labels. I do not eat pork and the eggs had some meat in it that wasn’t labeled so I didn’t eat it when I got to my room. I also prefer no cheese and the eggs were cooked with cheese melted in the inside lol. The appliances, water, and AC work fine. For a longer stay, it wouldn’t be my go to, but for a cheap stay day trip it was fine.

The bathroom was a bit shabby. Toilet lid was loose. The tub was very slippery. The hair dryer was loose on the wall. The whole bathroom needs an update. HOWEVER, the rest of the room was just fine. The lobby and breakfast areas were nice. The front desk workers, both at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was usual hotel breakfast, but it was good!

The room was so dirty!! There was even gross spots on the sheets. They refused to switch me to a cleaner room, front desk clerk said "all our bathtubs look like that", after I showed her a picture of the dirty tub, there was trash from whoever was there before sticking out from under couch, the back of the hair dryer looked like a dirty lent trap. And then they refused to give a refund or even a partial refund.

A little older hotel but has nice staff and good breakfast included. Conveniently next to a shopping center.

The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. They had cameras in the parking lot that were monitored at the front desk, which was good. There were things missing in the room- no roll around chair (so no way to work or eat at the desk), no ironing board, no luggage holder. So the only chair in the room got to hold my luggage.

The staff was nice at check in. I stayed 5 nights, and was told that the room would only be cleaned on request. If I needed any additional towels I had to go ask for them at the front desk. The room was not cleaned very well at check in. The toilet seat had sticky splatters on it, there was tape on the ceiling and furniture, and silk flower petals here and there. It seemed like the guest before me had decorated the room and it was not cleaned up well afterwards. The towels were very thin, the pillows very small, and the mattress was not very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, the area was clean and well stocked, but the selection was very poor. No fruit or yogurt. Overall, I gave 3 stars because the price was ok for the size of the room. Some improvements with linens and breakfast would make it a better value.

Anyway, I digress... It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were very nice, the shower was to die for, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room temperature was easy to control and fast to respond. The breakfast could have more items- We stayed 4 nights and it was the very same each morning but one morning. Ketchup or hot sauce would have been nice for the scrambled eggs, but they said there was none.

The room was good and had the right amount of pillows and towels. Most of the staff was lovely, but the lady who checked us in was rude, she treated us as stupid among other things.

Room was clean and spacious. The shower/tub floor was extra slippery with no texturing which caused me to slip and fall against the tub edge. I developed a very large hematoma. I filled out an incident report and went to an urgent care clinic the next morning. They sent me to the nearest hospital for a pelvic cray. Thankfully there was no bone fracture, but the hematoma really hurt for a few days. I’ve never taken a fall in a tub or shower before and believe the slippery tub floor was at fault.

Cockroach in room, building clearly dirty and neglected, beds sloppily made, towels had makeup residue on them. Staff were kind and amenable but could not make up for uncleanliness.

Mold smell and mold present in the bathroom and by the AC unit. Probably could have got a different room but we were exhausted so just dealt with it. Dated interior but decent to stay there night would not want an extended stay.

It was okay...a place to sleep and a breakfast. My room had water damage stains on the ceiling above the tv. Also received a text to put dirty towels in hall because they had to towels to wash and give out. Bed and room temp. were comfortable...safe and clean.

This place is not what I expected. The outside is very deceiving in comparison to what is going on inside. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve been in. In the first room, the refrigerator was frozen over and the door wouldn’t close. The next room I was given had the most disgusting couch that I’ve ever seen. The third one I settled on was missing the ironing board,the phone didn’t work,nasty furniture the ice machine wasn't working on that floor and out of 4 floors it only worked on the second floor, the bathroom was nasty and only had 1 roll of toilet paper, and there was a stain and crusty stuff on the counter above the microwave that I had to scrub off. There are also spots on the ceiling above the tub which appears to be mold. The elevator was dirty and started to malfunction. The waffle mix was watery and when I attempted to make waffles, they didn't turn out right because when the waffle maker was flipped, the watery mix spilled out. Although breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30, the eggs and sausage were gone by 9. The pool water was murky, and black specks of something was all over some of the chairs and on the floor. There were only about 12 towels in the pool area, so when other people came in there weren’t any towels for them. Guests were told to place used towels outside of their doors because they were out of towels and needed to wash some in order to provide towels to everyone. The only thing I can say is deserving of a star is the staff who was very polite.

The stoppers in both the sink and tub would not stay open for the water to drain, room 305. The floor was dirty, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was comfortable as was the temp in the room.

Let me start off by saying the people who work there are great. People make mistakes, no biggie. They were wonderful and took care of everything. However, I was put into a room that wasn’t cleaned, so I got moved to another. Fine, that’s cool. When I checked out I noticed I was charged for that room we got moved into because it was a suite, not a standard. I was told about this when switching so I paid for the room online, and again at the hotel. I’m not sure who to contact about my money. But just because I was moved I don’t feel as if I should have been charged again for another room. Especially when it wasn’t my fault the room wasn’t cleaned. The rooms are very outdated also. Breakfast was okay. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again if I didn’t have to.

Staff was courteous. There was a lot of deferred maintenance throughout the common areas and in the room.

The stay was pretty good. The people were very nice, the room was fine, although showing its age a little. There was a desk/table in the room but no chair. The fitness facility had 4 pieces of equipment and 3 of them were broken, with only the treadmill operational. The complimentary breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall, the whole stay was a very good value even if there were some glitches.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and personable. Check-in was pretty straightforward and easy. My room: Bed was clean. Carpet was fairly clean (for hotel carpet), though did have a stain between the bed and the little refrigerator. Walls were empty with screws to hang stuff that wasn't there. Not a big deal. The floor to tub junction was in need of attention, both cleaning (was some black mold) and re-grouting. Oh - and why only a single, tiny trash can for the entire King "suite" - found in the bathroom? Still - when I return to Conway in the future, I will likely book here again.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. You feet stuck to the carpet in the room. Corners in the bathroom look like they have never been cleaned. If i could of got my money back i would have left. When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk when she arrived she was very rude. Bugs in the entrance when we came back from dinner.

Needs a definite update. The carpet in our room had some holes. Carpeting throughout needs replaced. The grout along the tub was black in places. The breakfast was adequate but didn’t offer many choices. The trash can in the dining room was nasty. The positive side is that the bed was clean and fairly comfortable and the room had lots of outlets for charging devices.

There was no Wi-Fi working in the hotel, even though they tried to reset it it did not work. The breakfast was disgusting and in short supply, and the staff for the breakfast came in late.

Needs “face lift” in bedrooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is OK - but nothing special. Breakfast area really needed “continuing” cleaning - I didn’t even want to touch the trash box door.

That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast was underwhelming and did not meet expectations. I also noticed that the stoppers had been removed from the sinks and tubs, which was inconvenient. Finally, while the pool area was nice, the chlorine was so strong it made it difficult to enjoy for long periods. With some adjustments in breakfast quality, amenities, and pool maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

After checking in we got to our room and noticed it had been propped open and was insure if someone was ontgere.

There was a odd smell in the building. It could use some upkeep. All of the equipment in the fitness room was inoperable.

The staff is always amazing whenever we stay. The property can use some upgrades, especially the bathroom and the carpet. The 1st room we were sent to had a smell (like in moldy wet carpet) Immediately they got us taken care of and apologized.

The checkin was quick. Holes in room curtains. Water stains and mold in bedroom ceiling. Water stains and lots of mold in bathroom ceiling. Breakfast counter wasn't monitored, 30 minutes after breakfast opened eggs were all gone and I had to alert a person at the desk. We had to wait for the eggs to be made. This is not a $100 plus hotel.

The room smells like stale cigarettes. Floor was wet, put a towel down to soak up water, towel turned filthy brown!

Staff is always very pleasant nice. They remember us each time we have made a reservation which says alot. If I had an issue there they have been very quick to resolve and that's what I love reason qe have remained returning customers.

This hotel has a wonderful environment for families. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and there is a nice pool to relax in. The. Breakfast is delicious and filling and the staff are friendly.

There was no chair for the desk, no bench/seat to place suitcases. The carpet in the room was stained and the carpet in the hall was coming up.

It had a water leak on the ceiling and also looked as if there was mold that had been painted over.

It was in a great location but you can hear everything in that hotel. We were put right next to the elevator and you could hear that going up and down all night. There were what I’m assuming kids running up down the hall way all night. The hotel room seemed pretty dated and could use some sprucing up.

I didnt like the moldy smell and the maintenance man has alot of unfinished work. CARPET coming loose at the elevator, missing tiles in the bathroom. Floors in bathroom needs steam cleaning.

Staff was great and accommodating however the property needs some attention. Grout gone in the bathroom, seat kept falling off, stopper gone in bath, dirt in the corners of rooms, trash and dust behind nightstand. Ive stayed at this property before and it has gone downhill in the last year. I don't think I'll be staying anymore.

Nice facility and it's not right on the interstate

Desk attendant remained seated while checking me in. Not sure why. Facility a bit dated room could have been cleaner. Stains in various places. Sink was full of cracks. Tub drain appeared to in poor condition. No shampoo Soaps in shower Only single use plastics on counter and old and not matching . Needs updating and better attention to cleaning details

We didn’t arrive until midnight and there was a staff person at the desk. Checking in and parking were very easy

Rooms were clean, beds were firm but not too hard. Convenient location. Can’t really speak on breakfast as we didn’t eat there. It was a great stay for the price. Will stay again.

We stayed at the Country Inn for a softball tournament. The location was GREAT! Close to the ballpark, restaurants, & shopping. Staff was extremely helpful & kind!

We've stayed here in the past but you can tell it's getting some age on the building. I believe they advertised an outdoor pool but only an indoor. Our room smelled like pot from the moment we walked in. We arrived for breakfast 40 minutes after it opened to our surprise, the eggs, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy were already gone so we had to inform the front desk. My wife couldn't drink her coffee due to taste. The caulking in the bathroom was dark from age and there was a lot of it. When you are sitting on the toilet, that's all you can see is aging, dark/black caulking. Other than all that, it was fine.

It’s a good hotel for the price. I always stay at this hotel when I go to Conway.

Decent stay. Bed was very firm, which my husband and I do not prefer due to back issues. Otherwise, good place to stay for the price. Decor was outdated, but it was not that big of a deal.

Very friendly, let us check in early, walkable dining options. Very comfortable.

We found a pimple band aid, a necklace, and other items that made it seem like our room wasn’t cleaned throughly.

Blood on my sheet. Had to ask for new sheet, everything is so old and run down looking no plugs hardly in room with bed stains on couch and chair like big stains. Musty smell in room. But the worst was the blood and the super rock hard uncomfortable beds. None of us got sleep. Why can’t hotels have new beds every couple years considering how much the rooms cost ?

Room was dated but clean. Nice neighborhood and we felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful

Convenient location, very clean. The mattress was too firm for my liking but otherwise decent place to rest overnight.

Bed nice and comfy staff was excellent. We stay here when we come to Conway to see the Conway symphony orchestra, but this particular room the fridge apparently was froze or something cuz the door was left open and they placed towels in it and I noticed the floor was wet (so gross) once I took of my shoes. Luckily I didn’t need the fridge I had a cooler.

We were short on wash cloths and they said they were busy and ran out. Seems like poor planning on managements part. We as for towels and cloths the next day and we didn't get them until it was time to leave. The hotel and area was nice I think this was simply poor management.

Room was very dirty. Bed bugs. Blood stains on the sofa. Soiled chair in suite. Left immediately. Will never go back.

It was fine. Everything about the hotel was fine. Nothing over the top. It was clean which is most important. During the night we couldn't get the temp right, it was either too cold for the thin blanket or too hot to sleep. Bed was fine except for the too thin blanket. It wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't bad. Bathroom was basic with a basic shower head in the tub and the toilet seat was almost too small for the toilet but it was fine. It was a Sunday and Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffle, banana muffins, cereal, and juice. I'm a picky coffee drinker and I didn't like the coffee. The small inside pool was warm according to my kid.

Have stayed there for many years, it is in need of upgrading. Stained furniture, faded draperies and worn carpet. Love the location.

Very clean slightly used without updates

Property needs to be updated. Rooms were ok but had thin walls and could hear everything.

I’ll start with the silliest thing….the elevator is slower than a turtle, so don’t be in a hurry lol. The room had a smell when we walked in. Had to go buy febreze to spray in there. It was just stinky. The bedskirt on one of the queen beds was for a king bed so it was hanging off and looked just tacky. The air unit had like a little stand under it, it was too the side of it and all crooked. Just again, very tacky. The phone in the room looked like a whole soda was spilled on it and it was previously used in a smoking room years ago. Looked very gross. There’s no fan in the bathroom so you can tell that water has built up in places and there’s black stuff in some of the corners and what not. Also the water in the sink took forever to get warm. That also was the same for the shower. Barely got warm…not hot in the slightest. The beds were alright. But the pillows were very flat. The breakfast is a very very basic continental breakfast. So if that’s your thing , there’s a couple of options. The lobby and the outside of the hotel are deceiving. They make the hotel look much nicer than what the rooms are. Unless they just gave me one of the oldest most beat up rooms. I don’t know. Front desk staff was nice, cleaning ladies were nice. No issues there.

Friendly staff, but wow do they need to replace the disgustingly outdated furniture that’s all over the hotel. All furniture was super stained all over! So gross. They need to take a vacuum attachment and hit those edges and corners!!

This hotel had obviously been one that allowed smoking at one time but is now non-smoking. The elevator, the hallway where our room was located, and our room had a distinct cigarette smoke smell. There was a comfy looking armchair and ottoman in the corner of the room, but it was so covered in spots and stains that we didn't want to sit on it. Some updating definitely needs to be done!

The service when we got there was excellent. The lady at the front desk was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean. One of the beds looked a little bit lumpy, but didn't feel that way at all. It was actually very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The parking lot is well lit. It's in a good location. I am not familiar with Conway, so was a little concerned that I picked a bad spot. But was very pleased with the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Dirty. Everything in the room was dirty or stained. Pulled the blankets back and even the sheets were dirty so that showed the maid didn't change the sheets... went down to the front desk to get new sheets. Half the pillows were brownish instead of white.. stains all over carpet, couch, chair and curtains. It just felt gross the whole time we were there. Pull out bed mattress had stains all over. I didn't want the kids to walk barefoot or set anything on the ground. We've stayed at other Country Inn & Suites that were great so this one has just been very neglected. I only took a couple photos but should have taken more
