Our stay was largely uneventful - just as expected. However, I caution the reader to NEVER agree to room 216. It was clean. It was comfortable. It was in the elevator lobby! Every single spousal argument or alpha male contest was loudly amplified into our room. As entertaining as it was, we didn’t particularly enjoy it. Nevertheless, we’ll not hesitate to stop here again when next our travels find us in Conway. Just don’t look for me in 216.

Decent breakfast buffet, clean rooms, pool wasn’t overly chlorinated like some hotels where it burns your eyes just walking in - appreciated that. Could use some touch ups in rooms from normal wear and tear. Lobby and rooms had an odor to them. Not terrible but not great. Hotel is right next to Walmart and some restaurants - just walk across the street.

I've stayed at another place in Conway for years and years and years. This place was $9 cheaper a night and 90% better than what the other place was. I will never stay in Arkansas again and not in this hotel. I had my grandbabies with me 2 and 1/2 and 8 months old and this staff was so amazing. Child friendly, polite, kind, helpful all around. Great great environment. I highly recommend this place to anybody! Check-In was a breeze locating. Everything was superb. Breakfast was good. Hot and plenty. I have family members that work at other establishments in Conway and will pass them up to stay here. Well worth the money that they asked for a room. Sure it isn't a Hilton or a Marriott or a Disney resort, but for that area it's a perfect choice for anybody!

Me & my husband had bed bug bites on us that we noticed a few hours after checking out. We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. I called and let the lady know at the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. Took my info and even told her with room we stayed in but I still haven’t hear anything back from the manager. This was my 3rd time staying here over the pass 5 years. I choose there because I like the location. It’s by lots of restaurants and next door to Walmart. Never had any problems the last couple of stays until now.

The cleaning chemicals used to clean (maybe the floors?) was very overpowering and filled the air in the hallways and our room throughout our stay. That was very unfortunate. The floors in our room were sticky from what I’m guessing maybe was from cleaning residue.

Location is great $180 for one night was a bit excessive for my experience. The room are updated. However I can tell it wasn't cleaned. Every surface a had sticky beverage rings from the last guest. The elevator was out of service and I was assigned the 3rd floor. The AC was set at 66 and it was probably 75 in the room. There was a group of adults sitting outside in the parking lot tailgating really loudly that it woke me up at midnight and 1:30 am. I called the overnight attendant and told him what vehicle these 6 adults were sitting on and location. He told me no one was there when looking at his camera. He was looking at the wrong one as I was looking directly at this group. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he'd do about them partying in the parking lot. Funny, I had to agree to the terms of no parties but apparently they weren't held to the same standards. I was passing through for 1 night on a 17 hour drive and was looking for a night of rest. Quite disappointing.

Accessibility to free hot breakfast was a major plus! I would only like to recommend more hot selections. Add a different variety maybe two or three days a week. Two things I did not like were the limited breakfast items and the elevator not working. I initially had a room on the second floor. I had way too many items to carry to be on an upper level floor.

The breakfast was amazing, literally felt like we were at a restaurant. The parking lot was well lit which made me feel like my car was safe, and the hotel is located right by a Walmart and off the highway. When I went inside; The staff was on a personal phone call ( on speaker) and finished her phone call with who ever before acknowledging me. The hotel smelled a little strange by the pool and in the hallway which got better overnight.

Horrible experience. In town for a high school sporting event. This location is poorly managed and in terrible condition. The water in the indoor pool is hazy green, the rooms smell like smoke and the staff is strange to say the least. We suspected bed bugs but found none fortunately. The elevator was out and they put us in a room near the ground floor stair well. We had people going up and down at all hours and cigarette smells were pervasive. The coffee was terrible and food inedible even by economy hotel standards. The desk manager made odd jokes and laughed at our not understanding her jokes as she smiled at us with meth teeth. So weird.

Elevator was broke which means lugging suitcases, ball bags, wagons, chairs, canopies, cooler, etc up the stairs, there was not enough staff & the hotel was dirty. Called to ask if I could have more blankets brought up, receptionist told me she couldn’t leave the desk. When I got down there, she was running trying to accommodate everyone. I felt terrible for her. I talked to the manager the next day and was informed they didn’t have enough rooms filled to have anymore staff scheduled which was a lie, my team alone had half of us staying there. Then it turned too “well i can’t find people to work.” When asked about the elevator and why we weren’t told before he said it was on their page, when I told him I what site I booked through he told me it might not be on there. I was informed I didn’t know how hotel jobs works which is correct but as a nurse I do understand working short staffed. As a manager I’ve had to spend 22 hours in facility, just to leave and be on call & yes it sucks but once you take that title you take those responsibilities. I’ve stated in three hotels in three weeks and I will never stay in a comfort inn nor recommend one again (which is why I booked in the first place). Lesson learned. Only reason they are getting a two is because the receptionist never once complained

Checked in about 3:30pm on Thursday May 8th. Was told I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out! I asked if something else was available as I was old and fat (joking but not joking) and didn’t want the 3rd floor as I had luggage and a big bag and laptop to carry. Was moved to the 2nd floor. The room seemed clean. Part of 1 of the curtains was hanging off the rod, the office chair was peeling. I couldn’t get connected to WiFi. The employee on duty asked me to come to the lobby and he gave me employee access because guest WiFi wouldn’t work. Went to a wedding the next day. When I got back to my room, I noticed I had fresh towels. I didn’t expect that and thought that was nice. I stripped off to take a bath and saw there was no soap. I called the front desk and asked for soap. I was told she had several to check in and I would have to come get it myself. What I would have loved to of heard instead was “I will be happy to bring you some as soon as I finish checking in the guest here at the desk.” I normally stay at another name Hotel but choose this one because I had family staying there. I will NEVER return to this one again.

Absolutely horrible. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I am a disabled veteran and asked for a lower floor room and accessible shower. When I checked in, i was told the hotel was "full with no available rooms to change." I was advised the elevator was broken (found out later it’s been broken for 6+ months) and that our room was on the 2nd floor. The room our best friends stayed in had a HORRIBLE mildew/mold smell. Our room was "slanted" so much so that the bathroom door would get stuck open and objects would literally roll from one side of the room to another. Highly disappointed and would NEVER ever stay there again or never recommend anyone to stay there either.

Hard to believe that your Motel had so many problems with no resolution from your establishment , When we arrived we were told the elevator had been out for an extended period of time and not repaired and we had to climb stairs to 3rd Floor after telling hostess we would get a room somewhere else we were given Room on First Floor because we couldn’t climb stairs , The Room Smelled Horrible like a Wet Dog Smells , we had to go buy febreze and a sanitizer to help with the Odor , then the air conditioner would not cool the room off and after being told there were no other room to change to we had to endure that , then we had a shower head in bathroom room that had no pressure to get soap from my Wife’s hair I had to take a plastic Cup to catch water in to pour over her hair to get the soap out and this definitely took a while to do, and last but not least of problems the bed mattresses that were advertised as soft , they were hard and we slept very little, I can understand the mattress not being as advertised but everything together is ridiculous , the Room cost us $170.00 , the picture and description shows I was getting a suite but this room was standard, anyway I’m totally disappointed in your property and definitely will not stay there again, This is how you Lose Customers, we have always stayed at one of your properties but after this we will definitely start to look elsewhere, I personally feel my money should have been Returned , I hope you get your problems fixed

My husband, daughter and I stayed for one night. It was very comfortable and clean. The room was quiet. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The only complaint I have is that the use of single-use disposable utensils and plates was disconcerting; however, the food quality and options were amazing.

This place was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast with both hot and to-go options, easy location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking was free, and it was easy to find a good spot. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. Wifi worked well. As someone with a tricky neck, I appreciated that they had a variety of pillows on the bed with some flatter and fluffier options. Would definitely stay here again!

Will not stay here again. 1st room had roaches. Instead of refund, we accepted another room far away from that one. Room looked clean. No cold water therefore toilet would not flush. We were so tired we went to bed anyway. Sheets looked clean but stained. Furniture very used. The next morning it took 2 hours to get cold water to flush toilet and to take a shower. Lobby was under construction but not too much of a problem. Food was ok.

Their key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be reset. They were old and worn (I appreciate recycling/reusing functional things, but ewe needed to be tossed). Reset 4 times in 5 days. One lady was very snotty and I just got in. Took my stuff up on the dolly to the 3rd floor. Neither card worked. Went down stairs and got a lecture on how I demagnetized it with my phone in a snotty way. I assumed she was right but after the flight up the elevator and back down, i didn’t appreciate the lecture. The next time I got it “fixed” them, she politely said, just a heads up, keep them from your phone. I never kept it near anything “magnetic” after the first time, but she was polite. The hot water in the shower was like warm at best, which sucked coming in from the cold bc it didn’t warm me up. They were stingy when I asked for extra towels and wash cloths and said we will replace when needed. Funny my son and I were doing activities with our nieces and nephews and rather sweaty and smelly. Instead of arguing I just hung them up. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the guests tv on one side and the baby whimpering behind our room by the beds. It wasn’t screaming and crying, just whimpering. The lobby and 1st floor hallway had a weird smell, which I am usually not sensitive to. The 3rd floor smell was fine. Just not impressed.

Got to my room (Room 308) and settled in. I was very tired. But soon after I laid down (bed was harder than even I usually like), I saw movement… it was a bedbug! I jumped up, tossed the bug in the water cup, got dressed, gathered my stuff and went to the front desk. He put me in another room (Room 208) that inspected with a black light before settling in. But by then, the creeps had taken hold and I got very little sleep. This second room seemed cleaner (and didn’t have the stale, almost sick odor that the first room had, but I found that the clear water cups in this room- two had been opened and then put back in the plastic - certainly not sanitary. Really pretty disappointed in this experience. I won’t be staying at Comfort Inn & Suites again.

Construction at entrance...not as safe as it should be as well as interior lobby. Ac was noisy...trim work was loose on corners of the walls. No comfortable seating in the room. Had to obtain additional towels. Breakfast was ok saturday. Sunday wasnt fully supplied...coffee? No bagels no meat temperature of food was slightly warm. Will be trying another location as we have used this location before and we were willing to give it a second chance...but not again.

The room smelled a little musty when we first walked in. I also noticed a dried up residue from some sort of lid that left residue on the counter next to the sink which indicated that it had not been cleaned properly. Other than that no complaints, it was quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Property overall was good. Room on the other hand was pure mildew, possibly moldy funk. Nothing visible but the stink in the room was awful. Something that bad usually means there are other issues. Could have just been that room so maybe avoid the first floor.

Property charged $150 deposit because I lived within 60 miles of there. Elevator to 2nd floor came out in small, narrow hallway, making in difficult to maneuver luggage cart. Floor in room had noticeable dips in it. Bathroom had no counter space for personal items.

Nice hotel that has been remodeled. The room was average size. The sink area was outside the shower/water closet. No plug in outlets in the shower area. I guess that I am the only one that hates the small pillows. We brought our own, so didn't matter. Very good selections for breakfast. The attendant was very good and kept everything well stocked. There were some quirky things, like it was hard to get the luggage cart out of the elevator on the upper floors. Overall we would stay here again.

The elevator went out of order twice during our three night stay. The second time was when we were checking out. I have a heart condition and the three trips that I made with my belongings were difficult. My wife is not in as good of condition as my self and can not really do stairs. Another problem was the floor in our room. It slopes quite a bit. In fact, the bathroom door can only open about 90 degrees because the floor slopes so much. Is the floor stable and safe?

Stickers all over the room saying the room will only be serviced if you request it to be done. We stayed two days and three nights. Our room had a very pathetic clean up done each day. Evidence by new towels in bathroom and sheets pulled up on bed. We did not expect them in the room so didn’t really care how things were left in the room. We took our valuables with us so just clothes, some snack food items, and our toiletries. Did not expect on day 1 for them to come in. Really was not expecting them to decide to look through our stuff. I am sure they were disappointed not to find something of value or money left in the room. I do hope they enjoyed the cookies and bag of chips that they ate.
