The staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the cafeteria staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We plan to return next year. What a comfort to know there is a clean comfortable place for us to stay.

We like the fact that we COULD have checked in at 2 PM, which is earlier than other hotels and that there was a decent restaurant attached to the hotel. After having been the car most of the day we did not want to have to drive again. Technically it was clean. For starters when we arrived the Elevator was not working. We are seniors. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Fortunately by the time we finished dinner the elevator had been repaired. The Hotel is older and showing its age in spots. Caulking is yellowing on the seams in the bathroom, and bathroom was very small. Pillows on the King size bed were very small. Towels were on the thinner, rougher side. Breakfast was not horrible, the coffee was! The plastic silverware broke when I was trying to cut my sausage and the paper plates were the very cheap white ones . I am glad we were only spending one night.

Summer (agm) was great, She spent time answering our questions and gave helpful recommendations on food and activities in the area. Miss Kay prepared the breakfast buffet. Nice selection, strong coffee and helpful. Enjoyed that staff took time to talk with us. We plan to stay there again while visiting family!

It was very easy to find. The restaurant is excellent. The deadbolt lock was broken on the door, there was some stains on the carpet, the bed pillows are tiny and someone had wrote I hate my life on the air conditioner that wasn't cleaned off.

Everything was really nice. Very nice accommodations for the money being spent. Room was well maintained with a very nice bathroom and most everything that you could want. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good, with hot eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, etc. I would definitely stay here again

The room was super clean, everything was warm and inviting. The selling point for me was the bed. Hotel beds are not normally comfortable but I don’t know what kind of magic this hotel has but that bed was by far the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly, parking was simple and didn’t make me question whether my cat would be ok. Just overall a great experience. Will definitely be booking there again.

I am very particular (turns out) this hotel definitely met my needs!! Clean, safe, easy parking, breakfast 6-9, restaurant in hotel (that does room service)! Anthony checked me in very helpful! Elevator in good working order- will be back again!!

It appears that housekeeping does not iron the sheets anymore. How do you know that your sheets are clean if they are wrinkled? On my return trip, my sheets smelled like men's cologne. They were really wrinkled as was the bed spread. It made me think that housekeeping just pulled the dirty sheets up on the bed.

Staff didn't really care about us. When checking out no one cared and didn't ask "how was your stay?" etc. The room we stayed in needed some fixing.

Negative: The management is awful, they just don't care. Let me give you a few examples: We were there for a 4 day stay. It was stated that room cleaning service would be on request only. So on 2 separate days we requested housekeeping. We received none. NONE. The second day we were informed that they had 60 check-outs this day, so they were very busy. How is that my problem that they can't hire enough people? The person I was talking to seemed to be a relative of the owner, he did not even remove his ear buds to talk to me. Another thing: We travel for business, so every now and then we need to print a few pages. We choose hotels that offer a business center which provides us with a computer and a printer. First evening, the computer at the business center did not work. Screen was frozen, no mouse attached! We let the front desk know about this and the guy offered us to print a few pages if we send them to a gmail address. Well, our prints contain personal data of our customers so I prefer not to send them to a random email. I had to but I felt very uncomfortable doing it. Needless to say that we repeatedly requested this being fixed but to no avail. The management does not care. As long as you pay, they're good. But they managed to hang 4 signs up at the breakfast room to remind you not to remove any food items!

The breakfast was great! Eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages & bacon, also make your own wafffles. Juice, toast, & muffins were also available. Marque (sp) kept the breakfast area clean and stocked.

The ONLY thing I hated, we are not allowed to take our breakfast from the breakfast area, I was almost late for work because I didn't know that, if this HAS to be a rule, ensure the front desk associate lets the guests know upon arrival.

Lobby was big and spacious...clean. Person behind the counter at 9pm was informative and pleasant. Pillows and beds were comfy. Temperature was good. I did find 2 Q-tips in the bathroom trash that were not ours. It was a bit concerning but upon inspecting the rest of the room everything looked really good. The tub and counters were clean.

Right off the interstate The safety lock on room door was broken. I called down to the front desk and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I am a single older woman traveling by myself and I didn’t feel safe. The coffee pot was broken. Half of it was missing.

The bed was comfortable. The room ws spacious. I killed 2 baby roaches in the bathroom (pic provided of them squished). There was paint on the towel rod. The bathtub needs some upkeep, looked old & dirty. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed

The eggs were swimming in grease. Stayed next night in Quality Inn, much better price and better breakfast. The rating on line was excellent for this Comfort Inn. Not even close! I would not recommedn anyone stay here .

We came to the area for a Baseball Camp. Check-In was easy and the attendant was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and well maintained. They do serve breakfast but we did not have breakfast at the hotel because we did not have time. Check-out was easy and smooth and the morning attendant was very pleasant as well. The area is safe. I would stay again.

The pool had trash in it and dirty clothes around it. The bathrooms weren’t so clean and there was no toilet paper in the hall bathroom. The room smelled like smoke even though we got a smoke free room. Wasn’t the worst but definitely would not rebook.

Very loud a/c unit, cigarette butt on the carpet right outside our room. only 1 large towel in the bathroom for double occupancy room. Did not sleep well at all in the middle of a very long trip.

My grandsons enjoyed an evening in the pool. We had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was nice hot food. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, breakfast potatoes ,waffles. Beds were very comfortable.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay. The room would not get cool enough. Thepeople above me were awake and partying until 6 AM, I called the front desk for assistance and the loud music and talking continued. I booked and paid for two nights, but left after the first night. I would not stay again unless there was not another option.

I was there because of a family members passing, and with my driving alone in unfamiliar territory with a rental car, I was so relieved and grateful for the generous hospitality of Ravi, Bobby, Anthony and Anna who all went "above and behond" to help me navigate my way during a stessful time. They are "angels."

Hotel seemed ok at check-in. Later in evening after coming back from dinner, there were 2 people at edge of parking lot doing drugs. The elevator was not working, so we took the stairs. There was dried bits of throw up on the landing and a strong smell of marijuana. Sketchy to say the least. Once we did go to bed, a dog barked periodically through the night in the room next door. Tried knocking and talking to dog owner, but no answer and dog barked louder from my knocking. Called the front desk, but no one picked up. Decided to just try to sleep in between barking. In the morning I told the staff about the dog and they seemed like they already knew the issue saying, "Not again...we need to have that dog removed". I said no one was answering the door, but no comment from staff. I ended up cancelling our second night for all these reasons. Front desk staff did oblige and refund the second night. Not sure how this got the high rating it did on the Hotels.com site, or maybe we just had the perfect storm of unfortunate circumstances.

Easy access off the interstate. Had plenty of dining options within 10 minutes of hotel. Shopping was also close. Hotel seemed to be have been undated in some areas.

Property was nice. No communication regarding pool access. Did not know the pool was closed for the day we intended to utilize the amenity. Very disappointing!

Hotel room and bedding smelled like cigarettesmoke. Sheetswere dirty and no towels in room. Not sanitary.

I would never stay there again dirty room and dirty towel!!! I had to buy my own towels. I didn’t leave cuz it was too late to booked another hotel .

Not bad in a pinch but wouldn’t stay again. Stayed because of a hurricane. First night had loud Latin music at 2:30 am. Front desk did fix it but it took a while. Then they lost power. Understandable it was a hurricane. But when we tried to extend our stay we were told we were all set when the guy never actually extended the stay. Then we get a call telling us that they were going to put our stuff in storage because we were supposed to be out and they acted like they didn’t even know who we were talking about. They need more training

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and even if you showed up within 30 minutes of closing time they would bring out food so there was enough.

Pleasant workers

People partying all night didn’t get rest . People smoking pot outside door of hotel. Sounded like people messing with door handle of room . My son left early and drove a 5 hour drive back home didn’t stay overnight .

The place was quiet and breakfast was good. Chair (furniture) has stains that needs to be clean. Dresser in room does not close when i close it couple times.

Seems like ownership is skimping on maintaining the place. One of the two elevators wasn't working. Handicap shower stall had a foul odor that they tried to hide with bleach. When the bleach washed away the odor came back. Won't be returning.

The hotel lobby smelled strongly of urine and was unclean. Quickly determined that I needed to stay elsewhere and booked at another hotel nearby.

Worn out electrical outlets. 110v power strips running behind entertainment center with everything plugged up to it including the refrigerator which is a no no. Shower head leaking water and not secured. Basically a pvc pipe coming out of the wall without anchors of any kind. Totally worn out everything in these rooms

i thing for the price was very good.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick & easy. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Good location with several nearby restaurants.

I checked out shortly after arriving.

The trash cans in front of the hotel were overflowing when we arrived around 7:00 pm and were more than overflowing when we checked out the next morning. There was also broken glass in the parking lot. Someone placed a caution sign over it rather than cleaning it up. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly!

Nice gym facility, friendly staff, super clean facility, great restaurant on location.

Clean rooms and neat. Buy some brighter lightbulbs for the halls and room. In the days of LED LIGHTS there is no reason for darkness.

We had trouble with elwxtrical plug and could not get operator (front desk) to answerr. Sheets were ripped!!

I got to the hotel at 4am I planned to stop and sleep and they wouldn’t allow me to check in at all and charged me $100

2. No complimentary shampoo. Two conditioners. 3. As I was sitting on the toilet I noticed the rim on the sink was dirty. As a compulsive person I proceed to clean that area.

There was a lot of rust on the bathroom fixtures. The deadbolt did not work on our door. All doors seemed to stick and did not want to close all the way (this was the case in all 3 of the rooms people in our party had reserved). Another person we were traveling with had reserved a handicap accessible room and weren’t given one, unfortunately, there wasn’t one available they could provide.
