Everything was perfect, from the early check I was able to do and the sleep I got in the comfortable king sized bed. I will definitely reserve another room in the future.

We didn’t get the room we reserved. I assume due to us checking in late, approx. 10pm. We reserve a king but were told they only had double queen available. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Initially noticed how nice and clean the hotel was upon entry. The check-in was lengthy, with about 3 to 4 different people ahead of us checking in. It took approximately 30 minutes for us to get to the desk. They were utilizing 2 desks but only 1 card reader. The concierges were very helpful and kind. We were made aware the pool was closed for renovations. This was highly disappointing since it was a key part in my hotel choice. The pool was also heavily marketed through the hotel summary and as the first picture. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a musty, moldy smell consistently in the hall of the second floor. Breakfast was wonderful and the waitress was joyful and kind. Check out was quick. Overall, it was a good experience. Any time staff were encountered, we were greeted and received smiles.

We just went here this weekend for a couple days to get away and do some antiquing. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean! The staff was amazing! The only thing that I was upset about was that the pool was closed. I didn't see anything about that when I booked the room. Also, the television in the bar leaves little to be desired. They need to really upgrade that or connect it to the internet. Other than that it was wonderful!

Our room wasn't visited by housekeeping at all on our Friday through Sunday stay. No trash emptied, no linens changed, no clean towels or wash cloths, NOTHING AT ALL, they didn't visit the room. Booked the room specifically for the indoor pool as I was traveling with 3 children booked the room to arrive and the pool is COMPLETELY drained and "under maintenance". We were offered to go next door and use the OUTDOOR swimming pool that was ICE cold. Ask for a crib as it was listed on the site as available. We asked when we arrived and were told "sorry they are gone for the night it will need to be tomorrow". Okay, no big deal I understand, so 9am Saturday I asked again and was told it would be brought to the room. At 11pm we arrive with a sleepy baby and no crib, had to ask the front desk who gave me the runaround until I pointed out in his log book I had asked for the crib already and no one bothered to get it. For the money paid it was a BIG RIP OFF AND DISAPPOINTMENT!

The staff wasn’t very courteous when we got there. It was almost as if I was bothering the lady at check in. I also had requested a rollaway when I made the reservations but when I got there, the girl said she didn’t have the key to where they are kept. There was hair in our shower. The room and indoor pool were too cold to swim in. That had been one of the main reasons to stay there as I had promised my autistic brother. He was very disappointed.

It was excellent very clean room Staff was excellent and amenities was so sufficient with the bar and grill. It made it like home. You didn’t want to even leave the room. It had food, beverage, baby and and everything. You need to have a good time.

Stayed there for the pool despite it being a 25 minute longer drive to my event the next day. Check in only to discover the pool was out of commission. As bad as that was, the worst was the terrible service when checking in. No one was at the front desk so I stood there approximately 10 minutes and then decided to call the front desk. Finally some grumpy gal comes out and rudely asks if I was the one calling. She gave me the bare minimum of talk - didnt even tell me which room or how to get to it. No eye contact and spoke at a barely audible level - not because she couldn’t, but because she didn’t want to show even close to the proper. Has zero business working with the public and Hilton did a rotten job of training and screening out the morons that work at that location. Rotten stay.

Very clean, refreshing smell, excellent service from staff, restaurant bar staff was great, really felt like a home away from home as we were snowed in, I always enjoy Hilton hotels as a member, and this seems to be 1 of the most well kept stays, zero complaints, restaurants and stores 6 minutes away, close proximity to the interstate, choose this hotel with no doubt.

The hotel was very expensive 266,00 for 1 night plus an additional 25.00 room charge incase of any damages. The check in was fast and staff was really nice, there was no luggage carts, and a long walk down a hall way to the only elevator in the lobby, with 6 floors and everyone checking in there was definitely a wait for elevator. The floors in the lobby were dirty and the elevators were not clean. The room was nice , small but clean, they take dogs at this hotel and the towels smelt like they had been washed in dog pee, they stunk bad, there were no washcloths in the room and the room temperature is set and locked, so you are unable to change room temperature. The food was absolutely horrible ,ordered for 7 and no-one could eat it there was seven of us 5 adult's 2 teenage kids in two double bed rooms, the bar service was slow only 4 people seated at the bar and i waited half an hour, was never greeted had to get her attention to please fix me a drink, she was sitting down in a long conversation with two other women . the drink was terrible so sweet just awful, I an not a picky person and i never complained to anyone there i just kept swiping my credit card paying and leaving, I don’t recommend anyone paying that amount of money for that hotel it is definitely a 1 or 2 star hotel. Oh yes and the breakfast buffets not good and it was cold, cost $13.00 person and they had no silverware had to wait 10 minutes for silverware before we could even eat.

Arrived for check in to a room booked 3 months prior, and told 2 queen bed rooms were overbooked. I saw why...they got greedy and took in 2 busses of students, with no concern for previous reservations. Told I could check out of a king bed room in the morning, and move to the ACTUAL room I booked. This was not only wildly inconvenient, but would not work for me as I was traveling with expensive, refrigerated medication and had no where to store it between check out and check in later at 3. Asked to speak to manager, and was told he (Carl?) was on the phone. Left my number and went to dinner. Upon return, told he left for the night without calling! There's no manager on property at night!! Asked for a manager to call in the morning. Called at 11:15am, long after arrangements for check out/check in/luggage/medication would have had to be made. Decided that I would have to deal with wrong room (imagine needing 2 queens and having to make a king work for 3 days) as I had no trust for manager/property. We travel to the area twice a year, and will NOT stay there ever again. What a shame...the property os lovely, but poorly managed.

This hotel is so lovely! From the entrance, to the rooms; everything was so quiet, clean, smelled great, and felt like home. The rooms were spacious, upgraded, and pretty. The location is perfect as well. It is close to the highway and there is no shortage of dining options near by.

The hotel charged me for the room at checkout when I was already charged at the booking. When I approached the front desk about the additional charge. The said I needed to contact Expedia. Expedia is doing their best to refund me my money for the additional charge, but the hotel staff seemed to not care at all about the additional charge. I wonder if they would feel that way if it was there money being stolen from them.

Excellent accommodations and great location. However, the power went out at around 8am and check out is at 12pm. No one came around to notify guests of what was going on, or to see if anyone needed any help. I was staying on the 6th floor in a mobility accessible room. Around 10am I had to manage my way down 6 flights of stairs that were poorly lit. They had 2 glow sticks on each landing but nothing on the stairs. When I got to the bottom floor and turned in my keys I asked if they were going to comp anything to the guests I was told to take the managers card because they hadn’t gotten in yet. A manager should have been on site as soon as they were notified of what was happening. Excellent hotel, but ill prepared for emergency situations.

Great place to stay. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and very helpful as soon as you walked through the door!! The only thing that I can kinda of complain about is the heating system wasn’t the best in that particular room. It worked but not that well. However we managed and remain comfortable.

Had to call before check in and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Never came back on the phone. When we got there they acted like it was my fault. Then said they don’t want people to do room service even though it is listed as an amenity. We came down to eat and the food was fine. In the room the tv remote didn’t work so I called down to ask for a new one. They hung up on me and never brought it. And I was very polite about all these issues so there was no reason to not be helpful. In the morning the lady called before checkout time and said we had a high balance and needed to pay now. It was only the bill from dinner which was less than $100. Of course we paid it at checkout. Just wouldn’t stay there again. Do not recommend

Every single staff member I encountered were super friendly and helpful, even just in passing every single staff member asked if everything was good with my stay from the front desk at check in til my last elevator ride for check out. Great hospitality! I WILL absolutely return here on my next stay in Charlotte. Oh yeah. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained of course. But the people made it top notch. Great job!

This is the second time we have stayed here after attending a concert at PNC . Excellent friendly staff. Very clean. Very convenient to eating and all the things. Try the breakfast , Mike makes the best grits in North Carolina .

The hotel is nice, modern and smelled clean. The lobby is quite nice. Our room was tidy, but obvious the hard floors hadn’t been cleaned and toilet base was certainly not cleaned after the last guest. We even found someone’s personal hairbrush on the floor near the bed. Free breakfast is also stated when booking, but only fruit, canned juice, granola bars and pastries were free. There was a $13 charge for a buffet, which consisted of 3 items on the hot bar. We were offered a menu to order from. Prices were reasonable, but not free. We each grabbed a piece of fruit and ate elsewhere. On the day of checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:50am to see if we’d checked out yet. (Our reservation lists checkout time as noon.)

Extremely disappointed!!! I spent 264 for one night, for two reasons. One it was my wife’s birthday two so that our 4 year old daughter could swim. Before I booked this room I specifically called the Hotel to verify that they had an indoor pool and it was in service! We arrived around 5pm to check in. I was then told they overbooked double queen rooms would we take a king bed with pull out couch. We said sure no problem. Then the bad news was given the pool was closed because all of the safety measures were not in place??? I am all about safety but I called that morning to ensure the pool was open and operational. Then we get to our room no and the cable isn’t even hooked up ? I managed to figure out that the HDMI cord wasn’t plugged in. I am extremely disappointed and not happy we could have stayed home slept in our own king size bed and played in the bathtub and saved $ 264.00!!!!

Been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for at the past 7-8 years . They are always remodeling . The restaurant has great food and is open til 10 pm. Breakfast is cook to order and really good . On the weekend they serve breakfast until 11 which is nice .

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and solved a connectivity issue (not due to hotel) quickly. The manager was welcoming and the Manager's Dinner was a welcome surprise after a day of traveling. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower noteworthy, and the kitchen was the best restaurant in the area. All in all, a wonderful 3 night stay.

Took my wife here for her birthday $200 a night 5 nights, Had to argue with the maids for toilet paper because I didn’t want house keeping only toilet paper they gave me a hard time. Then the elevator went out for 12 hours!! The side doors didn’t want to work which is a fire hazard, and the guest laundry was broken as well. For $200 a night was very disappointed with all the problems and rudeness of the staff
