The staff was amazing, and the room was clean. The parking was tricky at night but overall it was pretty good.

We were kept up half the night by the room next door with noise and let management know and they said could not help in any way and had to contact you guys because booked through a third party

My grandson slipped and fell in the shower, door was locked. Response from staff was terrible, took over 5 minutes to come up and then did not have the key. The tub/ showers are dangerous, only 1 grab bar behind the shower head, useless. Staff was rude.

Had no milk for Granddaughter's cereal. No syrup for waffles. The person who was running the morning shift at Breakfast was so ill prepared. Just overall ruined our stay. Never again. Never received an apology from no one when told about all.

The staff was extremely courteous. The breakfast staff was very accommodating. The air conditioning kept the room. Very cool. However, it was not very clean. There were spots on the curtains and the desk chair was disgusting. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay.

The breakfast was by far the worst we have encountered at any hotel, ever. Sunday’s breakfast was marginally better than Monday’s, but overall the quality of the fare and selection were poor. My wife took one bite and threw away the rest. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room with a roll-in shower without being informed in advance. Had we known, we would have requested a standard room. In addition, the room was inadequately stocked. There was no shampoo available upon arrival, very little soap, and what little soap was provided quickly ran out. The sink stopper also did not work properly. After the first night, we expected at least basic room service or housekeeping attention on the second day, but none occurred. I ultimately had to request fresh towels for our second night from the lady at the front desk. The walls were extremely thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations throughout the stay, which made it difficult to relax. The fitness center equipment worked, but unlike many other Hilton properties, there was only one treadmill. My wife and I prefer to work out together, and other Hilton locations in the area have at least two treadmills. Having now stayed at three Hilton properties in the Concord area, this experience convinced me that I will avoid the Hamp

The only two emp I saw were the front office,Ryan and a maid who wanted to clean bathroom on ground floor who made me wait. Bed was comfy, quiet,and private which I liked.i liked that Ryan was able to text me . Tub was clogged? , had to call desk as wasn’t sure how to do the curtains, ice machine not working on my floor so I had to travel. When I booked on line, it was confusing. Price of it could had been lower. Not quite up to Hilton standards. No where to be found was breakfast person, was there several times ,had questions but no one to be found .never had that happen before .food was ok.

I had an early flight so I was not able to stay for breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming. I was DISAPPOINTED in the shuttle service as it only accommodates 9-5 travel. As I had an early 7 AM flight I had to find alternative travel to Concord Regional airport. I was fortunate that other early morning travelers were kind to offer me a ride. The shuttle service was the reason I chose to stay at this hotel and was NOT HAPPY with the resulting situation.

The suite was clean, plenty of towels and supplies. Breakfast was hot and coffee was good. Staff was very polite and kept everything neat and clean.

The hotel is old, but was clean. The water pipes made a banging noise when the shower was turned on. The shower handle was broken making it difficult to find the right water temperature; it was either cool or scalding hot. The toilet! We have never encountered such a low toilet anywhere. It was so incredibly low to the floor that we almost fell trying to sit down. Definitely toddler size! We blew a fuse simply using the blow dryer and the next day, the dryer would not work at all. The cabinet door housing the refrigerator was broken and could not close. Lastly, the sofa bed mattress has seen better days and should be replaced; it was not usable and did not even have a sheet, only a mattress cover. With so many other nicer and newer hotels in the immediate area, this was way overpriced and we would not recommend staying there.

A color violent domestic dispute happened in the hallway right outside of door. The telephone in our room was not working so we couldn’t call front desk. We had to call the police. It was scary and we had a hard time getting back to sleep.

The room was clean and eveything was in order. The only complaint I have is we were on the first floor across from what seemed to be the laundromat for the hotel so there was always carts of laundry out in the hallways with the employees making a ton of noise and banging things around and on the day of departure, they kept coming to the door and knocking asking had we left yet and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock. They started this at about 930 that morning.

The room was comfortable, but the smell of cleaning solution/bleach throughout when we arrived was overwhelming - our eyes were actually stinging.

Spent the weekend here and it was a really nice experience. The only thing that was a little frustrating was our in room mini fridge wasn’t working. But that wasn’t too big of an issue for myself.

The staff was really helpful, polite and accommodating. However, the hotel room was dirty and the carpet floor was very nasty and sticky. It was disgusting to walk in. The staff did change our room.

Our stay was very good. The only problem was with the breakfast selections. The food wasn’t fresh. It seemed the eggs were microwaved. The coffee was awful. Finally, the room was a handicapped room. The bathroom was for a handicapped person so the floor was one level throughout leaving shower water over half of the bathroom.

When we got to our room we noticed hairs all over one of the beds. We spoke to the person at the front desk and he said he would send someone up to change the sheets while we were out. When we got back 8 hours later it wasn't done. The new person at the front desk brought us to a new room, a suite, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, stiff, and hard, and we didn't get any sleep.

All staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfasts were very good, and the breakfast staff were friendly and prepared a variety of foods. I wasn't fond of the shower area.

He front desk rep was very professional and proficient with checking me into my room. However the cleanliness of the room is a lot to be desired. The under materials of the bed was worn and torn to be in mint condition. The toilet was so low I heard my knees cracked to sit or stand up. The corked substance around the toilet was so sloppy it looked like if a child was in charge to recork the toilet with silicone material. I also noticed a dead stink bug laying upside down on top of the air condition as well. I am so disgusted with my room I have filled out my comments and checked out very early. I did not trust eating breakfast at this establishment. Hampton Inn has given more than enough reasons for their guests to stay the hell out.

I booked this room because I had an early flight from the regional airport just 2 miles away. When booking the room one of the “perks” was an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, the shuttle is only available from 9 to 5 daily. Ended up getting Lyft for $11 so not a big deal.

Room was so clean, check in was simple and the staff was so nice. Will be staying again when we are in the area!

We have stayed here for many years for the NASCAR races. It’s very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We really enjoy the reception that they have Monday through Friday nights. It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel and plenty of parking. Near several restaurants. Updated room and was very clean. Our only complaint which is a minor one would be the pillows were not to comfy. Overall a nice place and close to the tracks.

There was a lot of mold visible on the a/c unit and we requested a room change. The new room was moldy as well and blood on the bed sheets . Requested to move hotels, but no vacancy available so we had to stay.

It was busy and I did not get double queen beds as I requested when I booked it. Ended up with a king and hideaway bed. Not the ideal sleeping arrangement.

There was weed smoke outside the front entrance. The people using the conference room were very unfriendly and did respect the facility. I didn’t feel safe traveling around the hotel.

We found this gem down the street from our first nightmare hotel experience. We walked in to find a clean and inviting environment. We stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament. They served breakfast at 6am! Perfect for our soccer players to eat before an 8am play time. Room was comfortable and clean.

I would like to see a small supply of things you forget or may need unexpectedly to purchase . Coolers could be more stocked with non alcoholic beverages . One last thing which staff did make an attempt to fix and it worked well. Our floor smelt like marajuana . The staff must of smelt as wel because they put a dehumidifier in the hall and it helped tremendously. So just a few small things . Over all very pleased. Clean good breakfast comfortable.

The property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. The room was nice, but there are definitely some areas where there could be some repainting specifically the bathroom door. However, the room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable. For the temperatures above 100 degrees outside, room 208 had incredible air conditioning! It wasn't humid in the room. Shower water pressure was outstanding. Pool was broken which was a bummer, though. Quiet floor even being close to the ice machine. Close to Concord Mills mall and PNC. Plenry of fast food options/shopping nearby. Food for hot breakfast for both days were okay but there was a waffle house close by. First morning had eggs and burned sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles, etc. The 2nd morning had "bagel topper" and chicken sausage. Coffee was great!

We showed up muddy and tired from running a nearby Spartan race a little after 2pm to see if we could check in early. We were told that our room was ready but if we wanted to check in 45 min early we would have to pay an extra $35. Really? What does it cost you to let us in our already cleaned room 45 min early? So instead we sat down in the lobby, getting the couches muddy until 3. I don't like being nickel and dimed and will not stay here again for this reason. Also, the entire 5th floor smells like smoke, but they wouldn't let us switch rooms. Breakfast was good.

Pretty basic rooms but clean and slept well.

Quick check-in; helpful pleasant employee at front desk; room was very nice clean; tons of towels; free continental breakfast was huge; and one cleaning lady had the nicest smile and told me “good-bye.” That was the first ever! I will stay there again when visiting my daughter.

Our stay was great except for when house keeping came nocking on our door at 8:30 wanting to know if we were checking out and then again at 9:30. We informed the lady at 9:30 we were trying to hurry up and get out even though check out time wasn’t till 11.

Entire hotel was spotless. Lobby. Grounds. Room. The bed was very comfortable, as were the chairs in the room. Great breakfast area, very very clean and well kept. Every staff member I met was extremely nice and welcoming. Great location if you're traveling for business to the convention center. Many food choices nearby and very close to mall and convention center.

We had stink bugs in the room. When I spoke to the front desk the next morning they said the bugs were getting in from the AC units and we weren’t the only ones complaining about it.

True it does have airport shuttle but wasn’t available until 9 am. 2 hrs after I needed to be at airport. Make sure you call before booking. Front desk did notify manager to see if they could arrange shuttle but they wouldn’t.

this property advertises as having an airport shuttle. They don't mention that this is only available from 9AM -5PM. I booked this room online, then called to find out about the shuttle, and they gave me the hours, and said they did not have a driver now. they are 20 MILES from the airport, so that is a substantial cab/uber/lyft fare - should definitely NOT be on the list as a Charlotte airport hotel option. I did not go to the hotel, just got stuck with the cost of the room, despite calling teh hotel and expedia less than 10 minutes of making the rez to try to cancel as soon as i found out the actual shuttle schedule. certainly i learned my lesson about due diligence. one would hope that expedia would be able to vet the businesses they are promoting, but this is still a buyer beware situation.

It would be nice if the advertised airport shuttle actually serviced CLT. Most of the gym equipment was not functional. However, very clean and comfortable, free evening light dinner and breakfast was above average, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would stay again if there was a CLT shuttle.

We landed after 9pm and it was easy to check in. The room was satisfactory. The shower head wasn’t great and wasn’t able to be adjusted while on the wall. Otherwise the hotel was quiet with a phenomenal breakfast. If needed I will stay here again.
