The smell was horrible. No internet. People outside all hours of the night playing loud music in vehicles with bass. The shower curtain had grime on it and the floor was disgusting. No plug in to use near the bed so I could have my alarm.

The room was clean enough but and I mean a huge but. Outlets barely worked if at all. Tv issues no wifi unless you paid for it from an outside company. The picture on expedia wasn't accurate whatsoever. Noisy guests up all night making sleep impossible at least for the first night and 2nd a slight improvement however 3rd night was great because the other guest's checked out. Overall this place and or expedia wasn't representing what it really was, and other than those things it was acceptable.

The room had no Wifi, no microwave, no WORKING refrigerator, no hair dryer. The bathroom door had been beat in and was repaired in the most bizarre way, instead of being replaced. I don't recommend this hotel - room was still almost $100/night.

Parking was easy, pretty much drive to your room door within the gated area (nice). The hotel staff was very helpful and polite.

Good value. Room had a refrigerator and a nice hot shower. Beds were fairly comfortable. The pool and hot tub were cleaned by staff each morning. Very nice laundry and vending machine room with a microwave. Very good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Room was a little dirty. Bathroom floor had dirt on it, blankets and sheets had some stains. Outdoor walkways to rooms were in very bad shape. Overall just needed a good refresh and could be a pretty nice place.

The house keeper are very lovely and attentive.The management isn’t so great ,our room wasn’t cleaned in a week by the managers instructions because it’s an Expedia cheaper rate Reservation.Drug users didn’t let us sleep Friday night.

The tv didn't work when I arrived at the room, and the manager said that I must have damaged it and wanted to charge me for it. Even accused me of taking the tv remote and wanting to charge me for that too. I told him I wouldn't go and show him where the remote is in the room, and then he said no , I'll just take your word for it.

I mainly liked the staff, cleanliness of the room, facilities were maintained, and I liked that the location was close to the freeway. I did notice there were some sketchy people staying in one of the rooms, but they did not bother me. Another thing I did not like was the wood put by the window to keep people from breaking in. It made me think the area was not safe. Afterwards, I did hear from a friend that the city of Concord can be dangerous.

Nothing. We arrive at the hotel and check in. Upon going to the room we notice it has a really bad odor, the sheet have multiple stains, the lights by the bed do not work, the outlets are not functional, and the fridge is not working. Our stay was for 2 nights so we decided we needed to stay elsewhere because this was not what we expected. I call the front desk (Deanna Gonzalez) and ask what the process is in starting a refund because we cannot stay there. Rudely, she says call booking.com because that’s who we booked through. We got on the phone with booking.com then she calls our hotel phone and she starts yelling telling us we needa get out of the room and hangs up on me. At that point im so confused so we gather our things and go to the front office and she is being rude and saying we’re complaining about everything. She continues to say gang related things and says “F””” Fresno Bulldogs, that’s where you’re from”. Fresno Bulldogs is a gang in our hometown but at no point did we mention gangs, or the city we’re from. She says she knows where we’re from because she took pictures of our IDs on her personal phone. The whole time we’re recording her because she is acting out of control then she flips off my camera. We leave immediately and the following day we call to speak to the manager. He is not very helpful and did not hold her accountable for her actions because until this day I feel like we were treated very poorly and she is still employed there. The lady who helped me was very polite and made me smile at a time I was honestly feeling pain. That was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

The bathroom door wouldn't shut and we couldn't find the room at first. There was no coffee and only had 1 pillow per person and only 1 towel for 2 people. No disabled rooms at all. Not very friendly at all!

The air conditioner made loud noises, the bathroom still had hair on the floor when we checked in, and the bathtoom ceiling tiles were peeling. The neighboring rooms were very loud on our first night & last night of our stay. It’s very obvious that this place is used as an extended stay.

Dirty dirty floor

Floor was filthy. Like candy smashed into the carpets. Beds are as uncomfortable as can be. But lowet level wasnt like this.

Someone attempted to hot wire and steal my truck. It caught on fire and burned to the ground. I got woke by the police who informed me the hotel has no cameras on that side of the parking lot

This is not a RESORT it is a motel so if you're expecting RESORT status you're looking in the wrong place. It was perfect for our over night trip and I will be booking again if I am ever out this way.

The beds felt like you were going yo fall out of them. High in the middle and low on the edges. On Saturday morning around 330 am there was someone banging on the door and window for a good half hour next room over. Check in was rough. The clerk didnt soeak up where i could hear them thru the glass and got very upset because i kept saying i cant hear you. They never came and cleaned the rooms and gave us fresh towels during our 5 night stay.

We frequently stay here, when needed. Staff is always great. Very friendly. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors…. But otherwise. It’s a great place.

Just an old motel catering to low income folks like myself. No place to hang clothes. Prices lower than all corporate so they have a steady market. I was on pilgrimage so I was not interested in the experience. Just a place to bath and sleep.

If you are staying for a night and by yourself for few hours its probably okay. The lady at front desk seems very angry all the time for no reason. Even a simple answer to the question comes out with anger or frustration 😃 I didn't have an issue, but something to be aware of. Close to restaurants and downtown. Rooms were very clean. Needs a lot of ugrade. Picture doesnt seem to justify the actual property.

The staff was not very friendly toward disabled people. Also, the actual website for this property does not have accurate descriptions to help somebody with a disability. Decide if they want to stay there. Also, I’ve heard a lot of people say that this place has been racial profiling, even people outside my room door.

Came in asking for a Non smoking room, guy at the front desk didn’t understand what I was asking. We got a smoking room and on top of that, the furniture was dirty and also bits and piece’s were broken off of certain furniture. Would recommend too just spend the $40-$50 extra for a better hotel!

It is a budget property so I had low expectations. Room is basic. I had a noisy neighbor after 4am. Not great sleep. Staff is ok

Checkin was slow but friendly. I was the only one at the reception desk and it still took 15 minutes.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shower didn’t work. My wife washed her hair by dumping water over her head using the ice bucket. The bed only had sheets on it with one blanket folded up in the end that was barely large enough to cover two people. The pillows were beyond firm. The walls were paper thin and we heard every conversation of people walking by outside the room and plumbing noises from other rooms. The room was much less expensive than surrounding lodging options for a reason.

The area has become a little sketchy but I never felt unsafe. The staff was great…very friendly and accommodating.

They did not have my reservation, i had to pay to get the room, The TV was not connected, there were only 2 small towels in the room.

As I was waiting in line to check in, a person in front of me complained about his key card no longer working. Later on the same thing happened to me. So it doesn't seem like a coincidence. That made my stay less pleasant.

I love their location. It is a safe area, quiet, nice staff! Great rooms. Love the hot tub, pool. Love dogs are allowed. Close to downtown, restaurants, park, library, coffee shops, gas stations, freeway. I highly recommend!!

Speed bumps throughout property, you scrape your under carriage every bump (Nisan Altima), very dusty dirty outside grounds, terrible access off busy 3 lane major road….homeless walking around at night…noisy guests on 2 sides….

The building & amenities were older & basic, but the room was clean, the surroundings were quiet & the price was right. That was all I needed and expected for a short stay during a business trip.

Around 3am was woken up by bites on arm, found bed bugs, contacted front desk, was given another room, but did not sleep after that.

Excellent bargain for those on a budget. No Microwave or coffeemaker, but important things like mini-fridge & room AC were well-maintained (defrosted even!) & worked well. Card-key function a little squirrely, but with practice 1 can get the timing right to open the room door.

The rooms are not in great condition. My bathroom door was so damaged and bad paint and patch job. I felt I was in a dump! More importantly the shower head broke. I couldn’t take a shower. I asked the manager for a discount in next visit. He refused! He said I should have told him. I would have had I tried to take one earlier! But I didn’t have time to stay and have them fix. They are not flexible at all. I’ve stayed there before and always a good customer. Never again now, and hit or miss on whether you get a decent room and a dumpy, damaged room.

First time I have stayed here and I had roaches in my room completely different experience. I bought raid and sprayed yet they were coming out of behind the bed and tv, the dresser and pictures on the walls. Other than that my stay would have been fine. I think I should be compensated for my inconvenience for my loyalty to this business is consistent.
