The hotel being portrayed as a resort but it was a run down, smell and very dirty. It does not look like the picture being advertised.

Very old motel that smelled. Room had ants all over. Location did not feel like safe area.

Overall, we had a pretty decent stay at the hotel. It fit the bill for our soccer tournament since it was close to the venue, had a pool, and the rates were good for just one night. The place is a bit older and could definitely use some updates, and the rooms could have been cleaner too. But honestly, we expected that for a budget stay. It wasn't perfect, but it worked for us for the night.

The bathtub faucet was not working properly. The room door was in poor condition and did not close well. There was also a lot of noise from other guests at 2:00 and 3:00 a.m., with people talking loudly in the hallways. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

We checked in and we were assigned room # 127 and it had cockroaches went back to tell the staff member who didn’t card and tried to assign us the room right next to it. It was 12am and we couldn’t find some other hotel at that time with vacancies. All he did was send a worker to spray bug spray. Then he gave me another room and charged me extra. At this point I was upset. DO NOT STAY AT THIS NASTY HOTEL!!!!!!! They need to be shut DOWN PERMANENTLY

I travel a LOT and have stayed at $30 motels with my son that have had better tact and cleanliness than this place. i am so disappointed and disgusted. it’s filthy. the first room i stayed in, HAD SEWAGE ISSUES!!!!!! the toilet literally overflowed before we even used it. i have a son with disabilities and they moved us to a room that had mold. He had a seizure within the first 4 hours after being exposed. it’s absolutely abhorrent and dirty. cats and cat poop everywhere. people in the room next to us were loud as all can be at 2:30am. sounds like they were moving furniture and having a party. despite the no guest rule. i will be filling a complaint with someone higher up. i am so incredibly disappointed and disgusted. makeup on the wall, blood in the bathroom, mold EVERYWHERE. bugs flying out of the drain.

Well the pool was dirty and no towels were available. I paid for 2 nights of parking and I found no parking. They have a very small parking so if u get lucky you get lucky with a space. The staff did not want to be responsible for the parking situation so they kept saying talk to the manager in the morning. So yea it was a bit suckie. The rooms were nice but those details would had made a difference. Because of the parking I might not ever stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My expectations didn't meet what I experienced in the room. Went into the first room, Room 109. First, the "shower metal / rim cover" to the wall and shower head was detached from the wall & you could see through a hole into the wall area. Second, the wall behind the toilet seemed like it had a questionable clean up. Some sort of liquid cleaned up but not entirely successful (possible hemo??), it could be old paint, but idk.. Third, the latch to the door and wall was broken, and half was hanging off. I went to the front desk to request a room change and they immediately accommodated me and the family. The staff is 100% friendly/professional and maintain great customer service throughout the property! I was then moved to Room 105, the room was somewhat better. There was still some defects here, and there. The latch to the door was still broken but didn't want to bother front desk again about the same issue. I stayed the night in that room and the freeway was right behind my room and my window was open throughout the night and I have no complaints about noise. Nor anything else bothering me regarding the areas safety or neighborly noises. My mother and I came to the conclusion that the building is probably somewhat old and needs renovation in some of the rooms. We agree, if they do go through those possible changes hopefully they don't get rid of any of the staff everyone was great too my family and I. Thanks for reading this far and hopefully this helps in your future stay.

2nd. When I tried to call the front desk about the TV, the phone didn't work. 3rd. Jacuzzi was full of rocks at the bottom and had way too much chlorine in it. Which I'd rather have chlorine than the 8 kids ranging from 5-12 (guessing) that we had to wait for to get out. 4th. Got up in the morning and the outlet by the sink doesn't work. Had to move the coffee pot across the room and my wife couldn't dry her hair at the mirror. Which I guess is a necessity. 5th. The microwave doesn't work. It took it 20 minutes to warm up a 90 second pancake bowl. By warm up i mean Luke warm. We will not be staying here again. And if this is any indication of the standards that Travelodge by Wyndham holds we will be taking our business elsewhere. BY THE WAY ITS $100 DEPOSIT, MAJOR CARD ONLY, AND YOU DONT GET IT BACK FOR 5-7 DAYS. Also the free breakfast is a bold face lie. There's not even a BIBLE in the room

The property was very rundown, and the room was not cleaned a single time during our three night stay. The pricing was high considering the lack of a continental breakfast or fitness center (which was promised in the booking), and the $100 security deposit for essentially a budget motel seemed excessive. Would not stay here again.

Everything was sticky. No breakfast, no gym. The breakfast and gym rooms are creepy and full of trash, locked but able to be seen through windows. There was graffiti on our shower rail. Weird orange splatters on walls/ceiling of the room. Stains on EVERYTHING from sheets to lampshades. You get what you pay for :P

Central location not too far away from downtown LA, enough parking, close to Citadel outlets, basic room; unfortunately very uncomfortable mattress/bed (needs to be renewed) and clogged tub resulting in water draining very slowly

Hotel is right off on I-5 and close to the outlet! There are 2 gas stations next to the hotel with easy in&out access. Price is affordable with free parking. Thank you for good stay and not charging for parking. I will stay here again. The pillows could've been better. It's a bit soft and uncomfortable.

Cleaning staff was wonderful. Welcoming staff on the first night was very helpful. Office staff on my second/third night were terrible and some of the worst humans with the least compassion I've ever met in my life! I was in need of assistance and the the front desk clerk repeatability REFUSED to assist and REFUSED for me to speak to anyone that could assist me. As a medical professional who helps people on a daily basis in emergency situations, I will report this person and management who refused assistance on site at the time to the Better Business Bureau. I have photos and videos of the disgusting services provided by staff and conditions of the hotel room, lack of accommodations (despite reflecting them when booking online) such as gym, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, coffee, bathroom facilities, etc. I will continue to follow up with city and county agencies to assist me with this matter.

The property needs some work because even that the place is cheap and close to the freeway and Citadel. I think they need to invest some money on the rooms because at the room that I stayed in the bathroom the walls were peeling off and I think that’s not good. Other than that or room and bedding sets were clean, but they need to do some work or maybe hire a new maintenance crew as a person who work before in the hotel industry I think the maintenance crew is responsible for all of that.

When we entered the room noticed a puddle of water on the floor by the fridge. We asked for more towel to clean it and were given more towel. People would smoke outside near our room and the smell would come in the room. Could hear every noise from the room above. It wasn’t horrible but was not great. I don’t think we will book here again

The staff was friendly. They did accommodate me due to my pregnancy and their elevators were down during my stay. Unfortunately, the room that we got had a lot of trash under both beds from past guests.

The bathtub was so duty, thanks God I took my sandals, so I was able to shower, the room was too noisy, other customers and freeway was horrible, the pillows felt like rocks, so hard and or so soft. This stay was the worst stay I ever had, I didn’t know I had booked a handicap room, I asked can change the room they said no ,the room smells of urine , the bed is a torture bed from 50 years ago. Horrible prices. They had this crew come in and replace floor boards from 8 am to 10 pm at night both nights. 20 bucks to park per night?! When it’s already 400 for three nights plus the 100 dollar deposit. WORST PROPERTY OF ALL TIME!!! Do no waste your money on this place.

Expedia should take responsibility for the dishonesty in the way the hotel was listed. If i had known basic information before booking i would not have booked the hotel.

It looks poorly maintained in regards to their stairs, pool was not too clean, trash built up like crazy. Imone staff was great the other not so much. Room was clean no complaints there just wish it was betteraintained and cleaned outside too. Also leaving the hotel feels dangerous can't really see other cars coming.

The gym was closed down permanently. It advertised free breakfast, that was closed down too “for safety”. There was shotty patch jobs all over the grounds it felt like the hallways were literally falling. Our first room had ants everywhere. Our new room had spider webs hanging in the bathroom and a living spider in the shower. I def didn’t get what we paid for.

Some of things broken in the room, the socket in sink not working. It's dirty, has left trash around the refrigerator. But I don't havw time to say anything. Our vacation days so limited. Just wanted to rest right away and got up early.

They allowed people to break into our room and acess the roof to shoot us with Radiation

Cleanliness was average. Shower not working right; first the handle kept coming off and they fixed that the 2nd day; but never able to get hot water, only lukewarm to cool. The bathroom sink is mis-designed so that water keeps going over the countertop. All three nights people smoked smelly marijuana outside our room and the stink came in our room. The bed was too firm but maybe someone likes it that way. One ice machine was on the other side of the hotel.

Overall it was an ok experience. Was there for 6 days. The room was clean and in decent condition. Appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee in the room. The pool was ok. Felt safe enough on the property. It’s not a new place and the exterior is showing its age and is not the cleanest. There’s no breakfast provided. Keep your expectations low and you’ll find this to be an ok place at a reasonable price.

The shower head has a lot of buildup, The tub needs to be scrubbed not just wiped, And a suggestion it would be nice if the pool was kept open all night, the temperature was at 80 degrees that night and a dip in the pool would had helped.

Sheriffs were out front when we arrived arresting someone!

It’s usually a very clean hotel, but this last visit was horrible. There was old coffee in the coffee pot, with mold!!! Dirty box springs and water bottles left from the previous visitors in the shelf!!! Don’t know if we will be coming back!

The front desk clerk that checked me in was pretty welcoming, inviting. I asked if he could give me the best room and if the best room was the choice that he gave me then that was really sad. The room was OK. I immediately went and bought sandals to wear around the room and in the shower, the showerhead had a lot of lime scale, which was not appealing and the room had a certain old smell or mildew smell.

Staff was friendly and try to help in every case. However, the rooms, flooring is old style and need to be renewed. Noise from the main roads was terrible. But price is ok.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk check-in staff have a bad attitude. The rooms weren't cleaned or restocked during the entire 3 days we were there. Turns out we needed to request that at check-in. The second room we booked in JUNE wasn't ready, and we waited an additional 30 minutes after a 6-hour ride. We will never book a Travelodge again.

I love the location very convenient. The bathroom is in need of some work and the rooms need to be clean better, I had coffee spilled on the wall and the front door to my room.

This place is way over priced for what you get. No breakfast, they closed the gym, and they closed the laundromat. When I booked the room I wasn't told all these things were shut down or I would have booked somewhere else. And they are still charging full price. When you travel with kids breakfast is a huge bonus. My kids work out everyday and not having a gym screwed up there routine. When you stay at a hotel for 7 days with kids laundry is a huge must. Very disappointed with this place and I feel they should refund me a big chunk of the $738 dollars I wasted there. I won't even get into the terrible customer service, all I can say is awful!

The room was clean, nice and in a good size.

Very very loud at night. Freeway traffic is loud, constant sirens & big rigs & motorcycles. people talking all hours of the night, guy cleaning trash cans at 3 & 4 am using a walkie talkie. Police driving thru alot. Car alarms going off. Very busy & hectic!!! Also hot tub was not warm. Asked if they could turn it up they hung up on me!! Wouldn't stay again

After reading some of the reviews, I was prepared for the worst, but this was a generally nice place to stay. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, my son and I enjoyed the pool + hot tub, and the location (while not ideal for anyone without a car), was pretty central with easy access to the I-5. For the price, I don’t think you can do much better.

I had called about an early check in, where I was told I could come in an hour early at 2. Me and my girlfriend had been running around the city all day after getting off our flight and having driven all through the night prior. We showed up at 2 to check in and the receptionist, Rosa, very rudely denied us as well as another couple who had been told the same thing. She refused to elaborate or even apologize for the misunderstanding. About 45 minutes later we were told we could check in, after a member of the maintenance staff approached us outside of the hotel and asked if there would be any “issues”. We tried to pay for the room, but unfortunately the chip on my card is sensitive and doesn’t always work. The tap and swipe functions work just fine and I told this to Rosa. She told us that because of policy they only accepted the chip, which is ridiculous because the card reader literally said we could swipe or tap. I ended up having to send money to my girlfriend to use her card, changing the name on the reservation and nearly charging both me and her accounts and causing more stress. The staff here needs to be carefully reevaluated and Rosa most definitely needs to be terminated from her position. We heard another group of people complain about her I’m sure for similar reasons. They also stuck us in a handicap room, with fans and lights out of order, and in the 4 nights we spent there not once did housekeeping even knock.

Hotel stated free breakfast and gym available though they said it is unavailable until further notice. Bedroom was dirty, stains on the bed, towels were dirty, the room seemed it hadn’t been cleaned. Front desk was rude.

Hotel itself is good for the price, not close to downtown so if you don't have a car it's a long bus ride. Provided shampoo and bar soap, which a lot of cheaper hotels don't. The only thing I didn't like was the pool didn't open until 10a, I wanted to go for a dip before I checked out.

Sheets had stains on them, the pictures shown through Expedia look nothing like what the actual place looked like in person.

It was upsetting to see that there was no service for breakfast at the moment.

Horrible experience checking in the Charles or Alexis he would not give his real name. He didn’t give his manager real name and advised he didn’t have any but cards even though they were sitting on the counter. The lobby smelled horrible had spiders and Cobb webs on the window seal. The room sheets had stains. Water pressure sucked. The rooms are nothing like the picture. I reserved to rooms he insisted I only booked one. He made me contact hotel.com instead of looking up my itinerary number. He refused to apologize for his error and attitude.

One of our rooms was missing a shower handle and it took them 2 days to fix it. Floors were relly dirty to the point our feet were black from dirt.

My room was fine compared to my parents' room

A/C filters dirty, and the refrigerator had a block of ice in it. Had to be thawed out. The tub drained very slowly.

Things we disliked was the shower head was dirty and the light in the bathroom there was dust falling out where a fan was suppose to be. There were mold spots in the shower. And the pillows were very thin. Overall our stay was okay. The front desk was very attentive and nice and the parking was good.

I’ll stay again. It was decent.

Didn’t upset always welcoming

Horrible service, tv didn’t work for the 3 days we were staying, asked for a replacement 3 times and nobody got sent up until the third time.

First when I arrived to the property it was near train tracks with homeless camping out in front of this property as well as it looked nothing as in the advertising photos. Secondly once I received the key to my room and my daughter and I walked in we notice stains all over the bedding. This was more than enough to have me leave the room and cancel my stay at this place. I am not the type of person to be scared off easily but I really did not feel safe at this place. I thank the gentleman at the front desk for understanding after I showed him the photo of the bed.

I booked this stay weeks in advance , a guest in room 113, was trying to attack me and assault me. Because I was smoking in an area that only said “no liquor or food” . So as I called the office to help and they proceeded to tell me to call the police. When the police arrived they put me and my guest out of the room at midnight, due to us trying to deescalate the incident. I’m highly upset with this location, today was my 24th birthday. And it was a waste of time and money. The breakfast area has someone grandma living in there why there is no breakfast served, same with the gym. No washer and drying machines , and there I had extremely high hopes for this location. I wish they can do better next time. I took pictures of every sign there were no signs saying no smoking in this area.

Staff in front desk/ lobby were friendly and helpful. But there were a lot of ants in the room/ bathroom. Bathroom door paint was peeling from the constant humidity in the bathroom. Ceiling was full of bugs. Pillows were really flat. Soundproofing poor, could hear people going in and out pretty often. When we called maintenance for a plugged toilet, the guy came with a plunger and handed it to us with no other further interaction. Very interesting stay.

Doesnt look like the pictures. Bed had a flat squeaky matress. Toilet seat not fastened at all. Pee stains on bathroom wall. Debris around the toilet. Low water pressure, shower head decorative plate away from wall. Its Basic "somewhere to sleep". Expensive for what it cost. The lady to check me in was really nice though.

We were not allowed to check in so we lost the money we didn’t on the room because they wouldn’t accept s cash deposit for incidentals of the card we have they didn’t accept so we couldnt check in but we got chárged for the room i too of that we ende d up sleeping st the bus stop

Very fun time

The property has a pool & hot tub, my kids spent a lot of time at the pool. The laundry room was out of service during our stay-which was fine since we didn’t need it. But if it’s something you need you should probably call ahead of time to see if it’s working! Ozzie’s (a true 1950’s diner) is walking distance from the hotel and the food was really good! The hotel also has ample free parking! I definitely recommend!
