The hotel was really nice the service was really good. What i didn't like about it was it's not a true casino it was only card games. No slots or anything else that a casino would have. Also didn't get my deposit back.

First time in L.A. I wasn’t sure where to book so I took a chance. I saw it had gotten some decent reviews but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The free valet parking was the best. The bed was vey comfortable. You had everything you needed in the room. My only disappointment was the spa was closed for most of the days that we were there. I will not hesitate to stay there again whenever I’m in L.A. Thank you Commerce

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Also while staying something bit me I woke up the next morning my body was covered in bites. Also the new towels that the housekeeper brought to the room had brown stains on 2 of them it looked like poop.

If you’re not a gambler don’t you stay in this hotel, the hotel have not a loving, only small desk to check in, no restaurant, ( only small cafeteria) that close at 8::pm, sometimes early , don’t offer airport service, like I said if you’re not a gambler don’t stay here, something also,yes it is a casino butt not slot machines

When I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM to check in, the staff informed me that I would not be able to access my room until after 4:00 PM; however, if I wished to check in early, I would have to pay an additional $60. I asked the staff member if she could kindly check to see if any rooms were currently available, but she simply replied, "No." I would like to ask: does that staff member earn $60 an hour to justify making such a demand? I felt that the employee displayed absolutely no courtesy whatsoever.

Great ‘hub’ location for visiting LA. Rooms made-up every day, clean and safe. Excellent value breakfasts and food available at their diner and other outlets serve food a good selection of food until late.

The Commerce Casino was well priced and parking wasn't too bad. My room was very spacious, and it's the biggest hotel room I've honestly ever been in. Staff were friendly and there was a bar and restaurant in the lobby.

The AC didn’t work. I called too late the first night, left early for a wedding can’t back and they didn’t look into it. I called again and again, too late. It was 76 degrees allllll night. The morning of check out, I talk to the manager who said he would compensate and then didn’t. It’s expensive, worn down and f*cking hot! I wish I had never booked.

Stayed here a couple nights with my girlfriend while she was visiting. Didn’t expect much, just a nice little spot outside of LA… what we got was such an accommodating experience, it felt like we ripped them off with the amount we paid and the quality of service given! Room service was quick and delicious, staff was very respectful and anticipatory, not to mention free valet. Wonderful spot for a little getaway!

No amenities except a bar of soap & towels. Even though the room had a sign “No smoking”. The room reeked of cigarette smoking. Too noisy, some vent was on 24 hrs.

This is primarily a casino and the focus is on gaming. That said, once we found the front desk to check in, we were pleased with our choice. Complimentary valet parking for hotel guests meant we didn't have to drag our bags from the distant self-park lot. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful. There's a Starbucks on property as well as a couple of options for quick snacks. The location was convenient for our travel and we would consider staying there again (we don't often have a need to stay in a hotel in/near L.A.).

No refrigerator in the room. No good restaurants on site. No assistance with luggage. Requested extra towels and had to go get them ourselves as they had no staff available to deliver the towels to the room.

The services was mediocre, have to change room, since the floor we were in smell, unfortunately for us the room they give us, was one of the ones no ones wanted, lots of noise.

The rooms were nice and roomy for my girlfriend and I. Had a great TV and liked the bathroom mirror with a bluetooth speaker built in! The only criticism is that the bed frame and headboard needed updating to a more modern style. It was a little ugly.

If you want to place to stay while you play card games, or have a great shopping experience at the Citadel this is the place to stay And I'm not one to complain at all but I wasn't impressed with this stay.

The room was a good size and clean but unfortunately there was a loud pipe/drain that was making quite a bit of noise throughout the day and the night. This woke up my wife multiple times at night. We were in room 609 so not sure if this only effects some rooms based on location or not but it did cause some issues with good sleep.

The room was spotless. ALL staff were friendly and helpful. The room rate was great. NO SMOKE SMELL in the Casino. The diner's food was a good value and tasty. The service for our meals was fantastic with generous portions. We definitely recommend staying at this location.

Limited staff, every time I needed something from the Front Desk I couldn’t get anyone to help, only one person always. The room was not being cleaned every day, we had to ask to be cleaned.

Room felt fresh and was cleaned well. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the prices looked decent in the diner, and valet was amazing. Hotel was 20 minutes away from Chinatown and 10 min away from other places we visited and right next store to the outlets for shopping. We will definitely be back since this location is central to places we stop at in Los Angeles

Whats so ever, the hotel is really old, and smelled like mold, mildew, my room was a horrible experience, there was dust ever, like mold on my pillows and the shower/tub was hair everywhere as well. The shower head was spraying all over the ground and outside the tub. Beds were old/ hard-to sleep on. amenities not to par- the place from what it seems just all around is completely outdated and i would never recommend this place to anyone to stay or visit while in the area. I have pictures and videos of it all. If I could post the video and pictures and I would!! Expedia Do not recommend this place ever!!

Sheets were dirty an toilet had smudge on seat. They first placed me in a room that looked nothing like the photos and told me I needed to upgrade which I had already done then they moved me. I didn’t feel like I needed to ask for that though considering I had originally booked the executive room. It is nice that they have a Starbucks downstairs an places to get a quick bite. The plus side they have valet service which was accommodating. The room could be cleaner that why I gave 3 stars.

The food at the hotel was very affordable especially with the player's card discount. Use of the business lounge was also very convenient and it was nice that the grab and go was open for late night snacks! I like the room showers being dedicated and not the combo bathtub/shower. The outside smoking area is adjacent to the valet pickup stand. So you have to endure the smoke from smokers while waiting for your car in the valet area. While the hotel location is convenient, you still need a car to get places. For example, the Citadel outlet is next door but it's quite a long walk. The air conditioner was set too cold for my preferences.

there was no breakfast. this is a poker hotel. If you want to eat the room servıce has optıons but it was mainly for asian customers. there could be more snacks, hamburger so on.. I thought there would be place to hang out like a lobby but everywhere there were poker tables. even outside there was no sitting area.

Yes, this was a great experience. Staff was awesome! The location was nice, although the casino games where in a different language. The restaurant downstairs had some great asian food. The jacuzzi was just what I needed the next morning. There is a huge smoking patio on the 2nd floor that I was grateful for. The spa was very nice, not crowded and had snacks. The jacuzzi was not hot though so , that was unfortunate. I will be returning to this location with friends for sure!

The room averaged 73 degrees no matter how low we put the thermostat. At one point the room felt hot. I paid extra for the executive room. Definitely was not worth it. I paid $550 for two nights and it felt like I was at a motel 6. This is my first online review which says a lot. I don’t usually do this but I want the person booking to know that their room will not be cold like a double tree or a Hilton. Book with the other hotels nearby. And since there was so much cigarette smoking it started to see through the room with the hot air blowing.

The facility feels a bit old. The check in desk is really small, which I guess it is because the hotel is secondary business to the casino. The parking system is a bit confusing at first, as you have to use valet and they are super busy. The room itself is spacious, but furniture definitely feels old. Staffs are nice. The overall experience is like old days at Las Vegas, with the business emphasizes definitely more for casino experience than the hotel. It is a ok choice, given the area and location.

Abraham and Alex are a great asset to this hotel. They made my stay one that insures I’ll be back. Actually I think I’m going to book again tonight!

Upon arrival, there was no bellhop. Asked for a bagged cart several times and yet had to wait 15 min even though I could see a few in an adjacent room. Requested wine glasses to be in the room. There were none. The remote control did not work properly. Would just stop working Was very frustrating. There was one restaurant in the whole hotel and one small pick up and go eatery. The furniture was outdated. Was not happy at all with this hotel.

By the way, not only did that initial pop up say any and all 'fees' as in 'resort fees' were included in the price they would quote me for the room, but when I clicked on Commerce Casino, there was a SECOND blurb that reminded me, 'what you see is what you pay', meaning I would not be charged any more than the price Hotels.com quoted me...But that was in fact not what happened when I got to Commerce. The check in clerk told me I would have to pay for 'resort fees'. I showed her AND I showed her manager the exact pop up msg that comes up saying 'fees' were guaranteed to be included in the price I paid booking the room, 'the price I saw was supposed to be what I paid' and I showed them both pop up msgs, and they both kept rudely asking me, 'didn't you read deeper and read the confirmation email?' I shouldn't have had to explain over and over that the confirmation msg was just confirming I booked the room, I should have been able to count on no further costs. They took half the resort fees off, but it should have been all taken off. They tried to tell me I had to get it from Hotels.com

I had high hopes, the pictures made this place look great. In reality it looks like it’s never been renovated, the countertops in our room clearly haven’t been wiped down in a while. It was dirty. Hair in the tub, nasty. Batteries were going out on the dirty TV remote. Bed & pillows were 5 star, but the stench of raw sewage in the elevators, hallways, & right by the front desk were enough to make us want to give negative 5 stars if we could. Not worth the money, won’t be staying here again. I want to add, the staff seemed pleasant & courteous.

Hotel staff was rude, the room was ridiculously loud every time water was turned on in other rooms. I didn’t even stay the full two days I paid for, I left after the first night it was that bad. Do not go here.

While playing blackjack in the casino, another player requested to look at our cards. The dealer said nothing and Javier had to tell the man no several times to get him to stop asking. It was an uncomfortable situation and we expected the dealer to intervene. We were satisfied but not happy enough with our stay to anticipate returning.

Did not have breakfast. I checked in first and just dropped my stuff and left. Came backca hit late. Noticed that my sheets are not new. Went to customer service about my concern. They sent me a new sheet. They just gave it to us without them changing. For a moment there i was a room service maid, not a guest in hotel.

Customer service is horrible and no professionalism. The pool and spa were closed, and the restroom are outdated and not what was shown in the pictures.

The staff were really kind here. The rooms are loud , really needs a rug or something to soften the sounds in the room.

Usually stay in 822. was unavailable. stayed in 722. bad shower. poor pressure. 822 was a walk in with a hand held shower wand. SO CONVENIENT. Valet, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, ALL STELLAR.

Spacious room and bathroom. The all important coffee maker—yay! Very comfortable stay. Restaurant a bit ho hum but definitely meets basic needs. No complaints.

I might just be a customer who just comes and stays at commerce not that often but I have stayed in plenty of hotels enough to know that I do not appreciate being put in a room that is unclean. TV is broken and staff service is just crappy. I do not know but I was not too happy with my stay.

Room was nice, lobby of hotel didn’t have a hotel feel at all, elevators are in need of maintenance, got stuck in one where the door barely opened then it moved to a different floor, entertainment options were none either then gambling

There are no cafes, shops etc anywhere near this hotel. Though it does have a few eating options and small shop and bar within it - reasonably priced. Pool is small and not the cleanest. Spa pool was out of order. Didn’t realise when we booked this hotel that it is the largest poker room in the world!!!

Easy parking and friendly wait staff

Took long time to find parking then walk to hotel from parking spot was 10-15 minutes. Not a real Casino only thing there is card tables no slots or other games so didn't attend

Excellent place to stay, even for a night. We initially parked far so it was tough trying to walk through the casino area, especially with a teen, then found out that the valet is complimentary! That was amazing. The front desk and valet were very polite. My stay was short so I can't say too much on other staff, the restaurant, or the cleaning services so everything was great for me.

Beautiful time and place

A very calm and welcoming environment at the Commerce. Most of guests are older due to the main attraction point being a casino but still a place where young adults can enjoy. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

Bed comfort and cleanliness

The staff was amazing and quick to assist from valet service to front desk staff.

Food service is SHOCKINGLY mediocre and without a lot of effort could be improved hugely! Hard to imagine ownerships d management can’t recognize this and make the necessary adjustments!

Great service and we love the Suites

The cleaning and front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.

My only complaint is that the lobby set up is terrible. The front desk consists of 2 tiny podiums tucked far away. I had to walk circles around the sea of poker tables to find it. Also the self parking situation isn’t the best, but at least it was free!

I would definitely be staying here again. Love how clean everything is& how the mall and convenience stores are near by

Rooms are Ok, had to request having our room cleaned they didn't clean it until we asked. Pool is very small and hot tub looks dirty.

One weird thing: the lights in both the casino and the hotel went out. that was scary. but they came on quickly.

Woke up to a sound from tbe bathroom in the middle of the night other than that it was good

Good overnight stay, but parking not convenient for self park options.

There was blood on the curtains and bathtub was black on bottom of it and found hair on the bed. Mattress made you sink in the middle you could feel the springs definitely needs a new mattress.

Other than the alarm in the middle of the night. "ATTENTION THIS IS AN EMERGENCY....." followed by loud sounds. Anyway, our stay was excellent food at the restaurant was delicious, front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room was comfy and clean. They will even drop off microwave and fridge if you request them. Second time here and would come back again.

So many people smoking everything smells like smoke, the pool area is not the absolute worst but still pretty unpleasant, the bed is uncomfortable and overall just a no for me it is definitely overpriced for what you get

I paid through a third party and still was being charged hidden fees like $30 daily properly resort fee, $10 daily valet parking fee, and the last day finding out about a food credit I didn’t use. Air condition in room had to be fixed second day in room and it still never worked properly throughout the stay. Not a very comfortable stay for my family.

Overall the property was nice. The hotel side seemed limited. The front desk/reception area was small and unwelcoming. The room was standard for an executive king...not sure if the bed was an actual king size. Hotel staff were great! Casino security decided to "randomly select" me to take a look inside my bag. I wasn't entering into the game floor, just walking by and somehow I was approached out of all the people.

Don’t like their resort fee

Overall great experience, clean and friendly staff. To my surprise this casino does not have roulette or slot machines. I will definitely do my homework to make sure the machines I like are available. Otherwise, it’s a comfy place to sleep.

One of my favorite things is the players card perks — they’re actually really cool, and you don’t even need to gamble to enjoy them, which is a nice bonus. The staff is always friendly, and I have to give a shoutout to Abraham — he’s usually the one who helps me when I fly in late, and he’s always so welcoming and attentive. It really makes a difference after a long travel day. They also offer free valet when you stay, which is super convenient, plus there’s a spa and a restaurant on site which is perfect if you don’t want to leave the property. The only complaint I have is that the TVs don’t have Netflix or any streaming apps — that would be a great update. But overall, I really enjoy staying here and always look forward to coming back.

Room had damages prior to arrival, elevator looked scurvy.

Had a rough experience, the staff tried to tell me we only reserved one bed (we reserved two), then acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us a roller bed. Our tv did not work, I told the front desk, they never came to fix it. We had a drunk smoking man in the elevator just in there, I also notified the staff they did not seem surprised.

the size of the rooms were great and clean. wooden floors are a bit noisy when the upstairs people drop something. but other then that, good accomodations

Great service! Loved our hotel, but entering the hotel, I understand it’s a casino but the smell of cigars are really strong all the way until your hotel. Other than that, no issues. I loved the spa, it was relaxing and quiet!
