Only complaint I have is the front counter staff were not very friendly especially the man. It was like we were troubling him if we went to the counter which was not often as it was not worth going to him as the couple times I did go to him he was never able to help us even if it was for a simple thing like asking for a blanket.

The staff was friendly, the upkeep was good and the hotel was very pleasant and inviting. The room was clean and plenty big with closet space and room to feel comfortable for our weekend stay.

My stay was amazing!

We are very disappointed with our stay from Friday through Monday. At no point did housekeeping come to clean the room, and when we requested fresh towels, we did not receive them. Additionally, we were not informed about the $18 per night fee. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Overall a bit outdated no fridge in our room. Convenient location with outlets and highways.

The room and restroom were very clean. Easy to check in and out. Customer service was excellent. Parking lot easy and accessible.

Got a free warm cookie at check in. Bed was upgraded to a king size since the initial room was located by the elevator. We were informed it would be too noisy. Much appreciated. Once we settled into the room the front desk called to check if we were pleased with our room and if we needed anything extra. Checked in and out with ease.

Great breakfast! Such a surprise having custom omelette available. Staff was super nice especially the breakfast staff and the reception.

The kitchen staff during our paid breakfasts were wonderful. We ran out of toilet paper, had to ask daily for clean towels and coffee refills. The bathroom was not clean and had moldy looking corners. The sink in the public downstairs bathroom did not work. After checking out, we were charged $18/day for parking when we were told upon checking in that the first 6 rows of parking was free!

I picked this hotel because of it's proximity to Citadel Outlets. I moved here from the Commerce Casino and Lodge because of the location. I was able to enjoy a variety of food choices at the outlet mall which were all within walking distance of the hotel. The facilities are clean and they give you a daily bag of snacks and water which was a nice touch. I also liked the little courtyard in between the two buildings. On nice days, I could sit and work in the courtyard. While the breakfast buffet wasn't bad, I don't think it was worth the $27 asking price. I didn't try anything else on the menu but next time, I might go with an ala carte dish.

Friday we had neighbors that were extremely loud all night we asked them to quiet down they got louder. Saturday night we had someone that allowed their child to run up and down the halls screaming and laughing until 3-4 am. Other than all that it was great.

I didn't like that the rooms were not cleaned daily. And I had to take the trash out myself daily and ask for trash bags. Very low hospitality.

I accidentally selected the hotel down the street. The staff was too busy talking to each other and seemed annoyed that we asked for help so we just went to the other Double Tree (which was significantly better and their restaurants were open). All in all not a great experience with this hotel.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: They charged 2 USD additional from my credit card, without any reason, only discovered when checking my card account. Not serious!!

We have stayed at this location for many years and, unfortunately, this will be our last. I complained to the front desk that the toilet wasn't flushing and the bathroom door was near impossible to open once inside the bathroom. A maintenance worker was sent up to plunge the toilet but that didn't come with any improvements and nothing was ever done about the door handle.

The location is also good, because the outlets are right across the parking lot. I will try the restaurant next time I come. The menu had a nice selection of options, but I had already decided to grab some tacos elsewhere. Jason checked in with me by text message during my visit to make sure everything was good and to let me know he was available to help me with anything. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that did this so that was cool. Overall this is definitely my go to when I’m in the area. Great value for the money, and service that makes you smile. There was an emergency when checking in. The staff handled the entire situation professionally and still provided great service to us. The stay was nice and quiet. Would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the grounds more.

The restroom staff sink was clogged. The shower faucet was broken. Very bad experience.

The hotel was fine but the room and bathroom could have been cleaner (stains on carpet, curtains and dirty spots in shower).

Simple to find and get to, easy freeway access, everything about what you'd expect for a hotel.

For one night it was fine. Breakfast was very tasty. Glad I pre payed for it online though as I saved $15.

Nice and clean hotel , not much in the area just shopping outlets. But i didnt like that my room didnt have a refrigerator or a microwave and they are very strict with bringing breakfast to room . Tried to bring my fruit that i didnt finish at breakfast and she caught me walking towards the door and stopped me an said no food allowed in the rooms but i ordered take out so i was confused besides this everything else was great.

This is a fantastic hotel with both the property itself and the staff that are running it. Check in was quick and easy and check out was exactly the same. Will definitely be back on my next trip!

Only thing to be aware of is there is no fridge in the room rooms. We brought an ice chest with our drinks and just put ice daily. I highly recommend it whether traveling for business leisure, family, or a date.

It was good but I booked it for the breakfast only to find out the breakfast is not included in the cost. It is $27 per person and I can't even eat in my room as it was dine-in only. I was very disappointed with this. The rest of the service was great and the rooms and property were exceptionally clean.

All my years vacationing in LA this is my most favorite stay!! This property is located in middle of Disneyland & universal studios and best part it’s located in a huge plaza/galleria “Citadel outlets”. One of my most favorite outdoor malls in California!! Price & location you can’t beat!! It’s clean plus 24 hr gym & pool open till 10pm!! This will be my forever go to visiting LA from here on out they have made a life customer.

Safe place, very clean. I would definitely go back again. What I didn’t like was not having a fridge in the room and having to go thru a process to place my card on file again so my wife could check in before me.

Our stay was a 8 out of 10 the restroom can be a bit more clean and i didnt know and not even the front desk told us we can ask for a fridge and microwave in the room at no extra charge they told me till after i checked out and 18 dollars per night for parking is a bit ridiculous even though staying there

Have a little and not having a fridge in the hotel is a deal breaker. I love the location and how centralized it is, but as a hilton hotel, be better! We are paying money to stay here, at the least have a basic microwave.

My plans had changed. I booked through expedia for 4 days, needed to only stay one night. Front desk assured me that i could cancel but needed expedua to initiate. Expedia rep contacted front desk and was told i could cancel, however expedia was unable to complete the cancelation and issue refund.

Nicely located inside of a gated are with quick access to the nearby shopping outlet within walking distance. Hotel is clean, quiet and accessible, my room was large and quiet. And if you drive, plenty of parking - I will rent a car on my next trip.

The hotel does an excellent job in an area that is a bit less than desirable, I wouldn’t walk the greater area at night other than to walk across the parking lot to the mall.

My room air-conditioning kept making noises throughout my whole stay. The bathroom tub wouldn’t let water go down to drain. It will take about 15 minutes to go down.

Room was very good. A fridge would’ve been ideal to help keep our snacks cool but to be honest the kids didn’t let them last long. The selling point has to be that it’s close to the mall. So each evening we could do a little bit of shopping before calling it a night. Would recommend if your plans take you all around LA.
