The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Our room was very clean and beautifully designed/decorated. It’s located in a safe area that has nice dining and shopping options that are within walking distance.

The breakfast is yummy and a nice variety of foods. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and in a great location, close to OSU and not in a hugely congested area. Easy to Uber from place to place or use my car, as the parking was plentiful and close to the buildings and well lit. The single rooms could be a little bigger- there is a lot in a small area, if my husband had come with me on this trip- I would have felt crowded. Each way says exit in the hallways but I had a hard time remembering which was stairs and which was the elevator, since they are in opposite directions.
