There was ample parking, there was a bed and running water. This place has the basics and was very affordable.. with that being said... everything was dirty. The walls look like they haven't been wiped off since 1972. The tub was atrocious. Water wouldn't drain and black stuff started coming out of it. I rinsed off and air dried because the towels didn't look clean either. The beds weren't very clean but did the job. I paid less than $100 so I won't complain to much. You get what you pay for.

Tried to check into a room that I had reserved for over a year and the employee said it was cancelled even though I still had the booking and confirmation on my end. He tried blaming hotel.com even though I use them for everything and never had an issue. I always select pay at property and this has never happened. Happened to the guy in front of me too. Employee didn’t care and seems to be a common thing. Everything else was full so had no where to stay that night. Thank you :)

Location was it. The AC did not work. I spoke to the managers 2x as we headed to our concert. They assured me it would be taken care of, returned to NO AC still. Asked for towels since we only had ONE for 3 people. They said they would put those in our rooms NOTHING. I had to beg for a fan. I have asked to be compensated and refunded. Our bathroom door was falling off the hinges. Only 3 pillows and the floor was gross.

I have stayed here in the past and it was never this bad. I booked 2 rooms, one for my mom and another myself and my partner. Both rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Our fridge was leaking all over the floor and by morning we had a puddle from the fridge to the other side of the wall. In both rooms the shower experience was the WORST! Your only choices were scalding hot or freezing. Not to mention they canceled my expedia bookings I had booked in advance to get the cheaper rate because I knew they would raise the rates due it being the weekend of The Ohio State graduation and it being Mother's Day as well. So i ended up paying another $30 for each room. Will never stay again.

First room the AC wasn't working but they quickly gave us another room. The room was much more comfortable but we found a roach the next morning.

The room and overall cleanliness were definitely not up to par, and the stay was disappointing. The staff and parking were basic, but the lack of cleanliness made the experience pretty bad. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have other options.

Was Clean and reasonably priced for a nights stay.

Very dated rooms, smelled,burn holes in blankets,shower didn't even have a shower curtain, staff was friendly, close to restaurants, shopping etc.

In a pinch and needed somewhere to stay during a cross country road trip, it was perfect. We did have to take the air conditioning apart and fix it because it was just blowing out stagnant air. But once we fixed it, it cooled down real quick. Also, the mini fridge didn't work. It was plugged in, but was broke I guess. All in all though it was in a safe area by the college, many places around to eat within walking distance, and in the parking lot of khols for those who like to shop lol! But 4 starts out of 5 just because of the maintenance we had to do and no workimg fridge. Safe, clean, and decently priced.
