I had a flight out of CMH the next morning so this location was perfect.

The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom was gross. The staff were ok. The parking was ok. We stayed here two nights and was woken up all hours of the night by people. We would never stay here again.

It was very clean beds were very comfortable. We will be staying there again when we come back to visit our family.

Everything in the hotel from the front desk, to the room was excellent. It bugs me to think that I have to pay five dollars for a cup of coffee in the morning. The breakfast offerings were in my mind, very overpriced and not very attractive.

The door to our room had to be pulled outward aggressively and lifted up in order for the key to work and open up. Front desk person was in apporpriately dressed with a suit with her stomach hanging out... It was a lot. The stay overall was what we needed for our quick turnaround.

Its location was perfect for the base of our visit. We never saw housekeeping after our arrival, when we were checked into a room that hadn’t been prepared. I found housekeeping so they cleaned the room and prepared it for us while we ran an errand. The laundry room was close by so we helped ourselves to clean towels twice during our four day stay.

Great location with many dining options. We stay during a golf tournament and dealing with entitled golfers was the most tedious part of our stay. The staff was awesome - keeping a great attitude and always helpful. Hats off to the new staff at Starbucks dealing with golfers demands of filling their ice chest (really you can't find the ice machines on each floor?) They have more patience than I would have! Rooms were clean and had everything you could need. Restaurant choices close by was great! Convenient parking too.
