I didn’t like there was no carpet on the floor and there was no jaccuzi in the room as pictured on the website. 3 days before you clean is too long. We had to request the room be cleaned.

The room was very clean and the staff at the hotel were super friendly! The ladies at breakfast greeted us each morning with a smile. We also enjoyed the hot tub!

Staff very nice and welcoming Room was humid and floor and sheets felt damp. Too expensive for the experience.

This completely ruined my experience and comfort. I expected a basic standard of cleanliness, and this fell completely short. I have taken photographic evidence of the condition of the bed. I want management to contact me immediately regarding a full refund or a voucher for a future free night stay to make this right. Do not ignore this.

The room was what we expected.

It was a very nice looking property and our room was spacious and comfortable. It was a great location for us. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The flooring in our room was some kind of manufactured wood flooring. It was sticky to walk on. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk and she was aware of the issue. She said it was the disinfectant that they used that made the floors feel sticky.

Room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, sofa for relaxing, desk for writing or using your laptop, nice sized TV. In room, hot tub for those long days. Everything was perfect.
