    Hotel has roaches, rat traps all over the outside, and the whole thing smells like damp w33d and mildew. We’re trying to save money while we get our new place set up and wanted a place to cook and store food. Fridge and freezer haven’t worked the whole time we’ve been here and flooded the kitchen area. Ive extended our stay a few days at the time as needed and even the GM has helped me do so. I always pay in advance. Today I try and go to extend a little further and they don’t want to. They claim I haven’t paid my pet fees. But if I pay in advance why are you not charging them at that time? So now I have a note on my account stating I have to pay new deposits and pet fees under a new reservation. We’ve been here since 5/23 and as of 6/12, still no working fridge. I asked the GM about a refund and he said corporate has to approve it. Corporate says it’s a privately owned location and it’s at the owner or GMs discretion. So who’s lying?! There’s always trash and old food in the stair wells, people’s dogs doing their business and leaving it all over the place and now they won’t let me extend my stay, they want a whole new reservation and more deposits from me for my dogs, that I take off premises to do their business and exercise. There is a case open with corporate, that’s your best bet to make sure some accountability is appropriately taken. Given the other reviews, it seems customary to give well

    The price They gave me the same room I had a couple of days ago. They gave me the room the same way I left it when I checked out that day. Came and got a room yesterday the same room no house keeping or anything. Had to remake the bed myself and went and bought cleaning supplies for the bathroom

    Rooms smells of cigarettes and weed along with a super potent musty smell like water has been trapped or something, floors were damp, bed uncomfortable. Stayed here a month or so ago as well and was told they were out of toilet paper when we ran out so had to go purchase some and was told the exact same thing this stay.

    I liked the location to a certain extent. The price for the stay was also great. The hallways and room had a really strange smell. Even after buying air refreshers and disinfectant wipes it still had a lingering smell. I woke up the next morning really stuffy as well

    I guess just the location What let's see, I had to wait two hours to get into my room because my room was not clean. And then in the room, then I paid for a king size to your suite was not the king size studio suite.It was a queen bed. I try to take pictures to show booking. But whatever format you argues for pictures, what now let me send the pictures. They kept saying, too large. And I shrunk them down as small as I could get them. There was dirt and grime in the refrigerator on top of the refrigerator inside the refrigerator in the doorway of the refrigerator. There was hair in the shower. There was hair on the bed. There was blink and dirt and mole inside of the ac.Unit. So it was just a horrible thing. When I asked for a refund that told me, I could not get one because of the deal with booking, and then there was no breakfast at all.When you said there was breakfast on booking. So truth be told, i'm so glad that my company will not be sending me back to columbus.To do any work, and I do not have to stay at that horrible hotel again.

They should’ve accommodated some kind of à la carte breakfast. The vending machine soda drinks was damn near three dollars, and it was just a horrible experience. Had a rose crawling next to me while I was laying down on the pillow. I asked for someone to sweep and mop and no one never came. All the day was come and spray a chemical to get rid of the roaches, but that didn’t get rid of them.

    Unless you are trying to save a couple of bucks, do not stay here. The property is disgusting. In order to turn on the shower we had to use pliers. Yes pliers. That were permanently fixed on. There were dirty socks in the room. Smelled like B.O. immediately when walking into the room. Staff was rude and seemed like they were being inconvenienced for us checking in. Do not recommend.

    this was by far the WORST stay in my life. roaches and spiders everywhere, mildew stench everywhere, holes in the wall smoke marks on every surface, the floor by the tub was completely lifted, the staff did not clean anything properly and was not professional in any way. charged my card an extra $430 and still trying to get the money back from them, crackheads in the lot tried to harm one of my family members and everyone doing drugs/smoking everywhere. do not come here ESPECIALLY if you have children/elderly people

    The bed was decent. That was really about it. The entire hotel stank of pot. The toilet ran constantly, the air conditioning was lousy, the refrigerator had a leak inside and the doors were put on backwards so they opened toward the wall. I was there for two weeks before I finally got my room cleaned… I was told that they only had two housekeepers on staff and they couldn’t get to everyone.

    I made a reservation on hotels at 11:30pm on a Saturday and went to check in and was told she gave the last room out few mins prior. I was told she didn’t see my payment and couldn’t give me a room, told me I needed to disput with my bank and didn’t offer any kind of refund! Terrible service, hotels.com was nice enough to offer a refund but this hotel sucks and the overnight check in staff!

    The room had a strong, overwhelming odor that appeared to be an attempt to mask something with bleach or harsh chemicals, which only made it worse. Even more concerning, there were roaches present throughout the room. The conditions were so unsanitary that we did not sit down, unpack, or stay even briefly. We immediately left the room. When I notified the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. Despite the obvious cleanliness and health concerns, I was informed that they would not issue a refund due to their “strict refund policy.” I escalated the issue and spoke with multiple staff members and management, yet received nothing more than the same generic policy response—not even a single apology for the situation. Because of this, after an exhausting 11-hour drive and arriving late, I was forced to search for another hotel last minute and pay for three additional nights elsewhere, on top of the money already paid here for a room that was completely unusable. It is now clear why this property relies so heavily on a “strict refund policy”—once guests actually see the room, I can’t imagine anyone willingly staying under those conditions. Cleanliness and basic customer care appear to be severely lacking. The manager and ownership should be ashamed to operate this

    The stay was horrible. The room had roaches. I went down stairs to let them know, the only thing that was told from clerks is that they have no available rooms and that the front desk closes in 30 min. I was never given info regarding the rates or a refund. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE

    So the front desk staff was not very personable. This is not a true hotel. This is more of a weekly/daily rental place. Parking lot is horrible and needs attention. Finding a dead roach was not all that thrilling. People were smoking weed in the parking lot on the tail gate of a truck. Making us do a towel exchange and only letting us have 2 towels for 3 people was very annoying. Over all. Spend the money and stay somewhere else.

    I had to go up to room twice because key card wouldn’t work and she had to give us a different room. Trash and pizza boxes outside the exit door.     Pictures are extremely outdated. The room we were first offered had both windows open and didn’t close all the way, bathroom and room smelled like vomit and whiskey, appliances were rusted out, and missing cabinet doors. Second room we were offered the windows still didn’t shut properly, the latch on the door was broken, and shower head was also broken and leaking. Oh and if you want a refund or to cancel your stay you can’t it’s against their policy.

    I was very disappointed with the amenities. A kitchenette was booked, but no dishes or pots and pans were available. Clean towels were only available for a $3 per person per day fee. The bathroom sink leeked water all over the counter. The tub appeared to be uncleaned. Even if you paid in full before arriving to the property no refunds if you leave early. I had a two night stay but only needed one night. Room was never cleaned during my stay. I have pictures but there's no place to upload them

    The person that checked me and my boyfriend in , took my phone number that I used to check in with and texted me , he is very weird , he blocked my phone number from the hotels phone so I could not call and make a complaint , for some reason he was staying in the room right next to ours , every time he would hear our door open he would open his door too. That is very weird and unsafe . Please fix this , I’m afraid he will do worse to others.

    My husband and I decided we needed some much needed alone time and didn't want to spend to much money cause we knew we couldn't stay all night we only had a few hours before we had to be back home with the our child ...as soon as we got there I noticed the floors had not been swept or moped hints the fish oil vitamins on the bathroom floor ...and I really dont know if the sheets where clean sheets or not because they looked wrinkled and had hair on the pillow cases ...so we just left the bed made and did what we came to do ...lol...and when we was done I removed all the sheets and pillow cases from the bed and three them In the bathtub ..your welcome ...

    The stay was not great but I made it work. Check-in was fine. However I soon found out they don’t do room cleaning unless you’re there for 10 days or more. Further more they don’t exchange your towels unless you pay $3 for them to switch it or else you have to wash it on your own if you want them cleaned. Not that they were soiled but I asked just to know. The box springs for the beds were exposed and not very appealing to the eyes is all I’m gonna say about that situation. I instantly regretted not listening to my sister about bringing my own bed linen. There’s also a microwave in the room but no plate inside it, maybe it was just the room I was it I couldn’t be sure. And the hallways from the elevator smelled strange to me. It’s okay for a short stay if you’re just needing a place to crash. Apart from that it was okay at best.

    This was probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. It's an extended stay "hotel" which usually has construction workers in it, but this one didn't. Anyway, we checked in around 1030 and the front desk was closed. We had to call a numbr on a sign to get someone to check us in. The guy responded quicly and was very nice. We took the elevator up to the third floor and when we got out, we entered a dark hallway, and walked to our room. We didn't feel safe at all. When we found our room and entered, we were greeted by the nastiest, foul odor which smelled like a cab driver's sweaty shirt after a long, hot day. It was too late to switch rooms, so we just tolerated it and stayed. The room was dirty, but the bathroom was ok. I had the worst night's sleep ever because the stench would wake me up, then I couldn't get back to sleep because I was thinking about the horrible smell, and worrying about my car being stolen. We checked out the next day even though we had one more night on the reservation. I didn't ask for a refund, we just wanted out of there.

    The staff at this property were very nice and welcoming. But the hotel itself was quiet disgusting, stains on the bed and walls, the carpets had for sure been stained forever not cleaned once seeing there was two giant red stains on the ground making it look like a murder scene, the windows to my room didn’t close, it was all and all terrible. I didn’t even stay the first night, saw my room and immediately looked for another hotel.

    Had to wait for room to be cleaned but that's fine. Room was very clean. Bed had clean fresh linens. Bathroom was freshly cleaned and stocked with towels but no "extras". The only toiletry I had was a shampoo/conditioner combo. No fancy little bottles like the high dollar places. Who needs them? Had a little trouble falling asleep because of the air conditioner and refrigerator noises. I put on some Sirius bedtime music and drifted off to sleep.

    As soon as I walked into the building, I smelled a strong odor of marijuana. The front desk said that if they find out which room the smell was coming from, they would kick them out. There was stain on the carpet in several spots, and stain on the chair. The material they used for the bathtub, made me NOT want to bath. It looked dirtier with the material they used. And whomever was listening to music and/or TV on, it was extremely loud and full of base. This NEVER STOPPED and no one said anything about the absolutely ridiculous bass!!! I did not sleep at all.

    There was dry blood splattered across the box spring of the bed, the covers and sheets were filled with dirt, the carpet had blood stains, and someone clearly threw up in the corner of the room by the bed (it’s dried up), the toilet and the bottom of the tub (not the top) were clean at least, and lastly this was not a hotel and the night shift crew are none existent. Thanks to Ashely for all her help. But this property is disgusting and everything promised on Expedia, they didn’t have. I couldn’t leave until 7 the next morning because I got in the room so late and all of the other hotels had done their night audit.

    I have stayed here many times over the last year for work and they allow pets. But it was ExtendStay now it’s Subarn and as a single traveling I felt very concerned for my safety. Only one lady on staff was extremely nice, she was there during the day when I checked in and out. Night staff could not be bothered. You no longer can get any dishes at all. They would not clean my room or at least change my sheets! The pillows were horrible and the bed smelled! I will never stay there again. I have to find a new place when I come in town.

    Saw a live roach and tried to kill it. It went under a chair/recliner. When the chair was move to find and kill the roach, the area was very dirty with a couple of other dead roaches under the chair. The chair itself was dusty. The restaurant looks clean, your room looks clean until you have to move something. Then wallah! There's the bs. The "Add photos of your stay" will not let me add photos.
