Clean Room, Good Staff, Stayed 5 nights And Its A Good area, Good waffle house and ice cream shop to walk to and So many stores close by all walking distance, Pool was Open, Had a Good Time Overall with my stay, And Will Stay Again.

The hotel was good for a short 2 days. I definitely wouldn't stay longer then that. My kids wanted to swim and we didn't know the pool was outside and the water was so cold. The breakfast was definitely not something to be desired. It was the same danishes, bagels, cereal, and yogurt everyday. The staff was friendly. The surrounding area constantly smelled of drugs. It was a close walk to restaurants and a really good icecream shop.

The room was decent and close to where I needed to go all weekend Homeless was hanging around wanting a room. The bathroom tub had hair all in it and the water pressure was horrible

was told we could get an extended stay for half a day for half the regular price just to find out that no we indeed could not and we were charged for an entire day when we just needed a few extra hours extended to our already planned check out time.

Absolutely amazing place! Worth every penny. No problem getting deposit back. I stayed there to watch my lil bro graduate from fort benning which is only 8 mins from there! They had no issue with the family chilling in my room! Place was very nice an clean! Good spot an easy access to everything! Even got to swim in their pool with my 2 an 1 year old!! Bunch of military people stay there as well. Felt safety Absolutely nothing! Place was amazing!

If you have to Uber while here multiple of our drivers had issues getting to the property due to the hotel hides behind a pizza restaurant.

The entire property does not look like it does online. Needs a lot of upkeep! Windows on the rooms were so filthy. The rooms smelled funny. The water smelled like rust. Asked for toilet paper and towels many of times and never got any. The beds were hard. We made the best of it because most places were booked for graduation weekend.

They kept our reservation when we had a flight delay Old, poor repair, stained sheets, dirty furniture

Very nice rooms, may not be the prettiest but the bed is very comfortable and soft! The Housekeeping was also awesome with replacing towels daily! The front desk ladies were also awesome and so sweet and helpful! Also the pool was kept nicely, heated and very enjoyable! The floors in my room were not clean at all, walking around my feet and socks would turn black

The breakfast was spectacular! Best I’ve ever had! The waffles were especially delicious! The coffee was perfect! The muffins were out of this world!

Room was ok. Bed was too firm. I arrived around midnight. When I finally got someone to unlock the door, the clerk informed me there was a $50 deposit due. He told me to read a list of rules. He told me if I didn't follow the rules I wouldn't get my deposit back. When I booked with booking.com I paid $172. The receipt I got said $184. The hotel sits back from the road. When I parked there was a drug deal happening behind the hotel. While the room was ok, I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean and updated, staff was friendly. From the outside its nothing pretty, but room was nice. Heard alot of outside Nosie, area wasnt the best, but it was fine for a quick stay. We didnt take advantage of the continental breakfast, so no opinion on that. We arrived early and they let us check in early, which was a blessing. Close to stores, ice cream spot.

Only thing enjoyed out of stands pillows. The border under the sink was coming off the wall and the microwave had no handle on it to even use it and there was no hair conditioner in the room. Also the door had gap in between the frame even when locking it, had to use the chair to pry the door shut.

A/C was effective. Room was clean and shower pressure was amazing. Water got hot and stayed hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not what I excepted. We were provided waffles, cereal and yogurt but no protein like eggs or bacon. It was not a luxury hotel but for staying a couple of night at a fair rate it did well.

Location, easy access on and off Hwy, room was clean upon check in, towels and bedding smelled fresh and clean. A couple of improvements would be great like a new shower head and some fresh paint, however, would stay here again, pricing was excellent.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The manager however was just awful. He was yelling at an employee right in front of me and saying awful things to him and threatening him. The poor guy looked terrified. I was told that he was the manager by other employees and they too had bad experiences with him. He is an older Indian gentleman, didn’t get his name. He should be fired and have the lovely woman at the desk run the place. Also think about washing the windows and facade of the building. The dirt makes it look like a dump. They do a good job cleaning the rooms and breakfast area though.

The room were very clean. The staff was also very professional. The breakfast could have had a little better variety. I have stayed in different locations, and the variety choice was greater.

The staff was very responsive and helpful! They moved me into another room as soon as I had an issue with the first room. I was traveling with an infant. The first room I was placed in had bugs. It was on the ground floor.

I was guaranteed that $185.50 would be the total amount I would pay at the property. However, I was charged $235.50 instead. I feel that Booking.com owes me a refund of $50 due to this discrepancy. Additionally, I was placed in room 113, located on the first floor at the back of the hotel. The area was noisy, with people constantly walking around, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The ceiling was peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door and it took almost 30 minutes for the water to get warm it never got above Luke warm. Room was clean. That's about the only positive.

The receptionist was very rude!!! came a little bit early and asked if I could wait in the lobby. I was told no! The lobby & room needs to be cleaned . I had to leave and find another hotel. I wasn't staying here!

It was clean and comfortable. The clean up crew dragging garbage cans back and forth all day. The staff behind the desk were extremely rude. Didn’t give my $50 deposit back because I accidentally spilled some coffee on the bed. They were very ugly and nasty about it. I won’t go back there. They need to be replaced as they were extremely rude.

Bed was comfortable, but the room had not been cleaned for cobwebs, dusting/cleaning of baseboards and corners. Shower and toilet clean and beds also seemed clean. This hotel should be shut down. It’s awful, run down, dirty and unsafe. Nothing in this hotel matches the pictures presented or the description. It’s extremely loud, you feel like you’re sitting on the side of the freeway (even with your door closed and Tv on). I would rate it as zero stars if I could.

Called the front desk an hour later called again by them it was 9:00pm. I told them to get it stopped or I would call the police after that it stopped. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, waffles and coffee. that was all. It was very clean. beds were comfortable nice linens and towels. I liked that it had vinyl flooring. The room showed a lot of wear and tear.

My flight got in at 6am. At 4pm the lady at the front desk was nicer and answered all questions but it was also check in time. They changed my towels daily which is great cause while showering the water gets all over the floor a lot. We bought our own toilet paper cause we were left with half a roll daily until the last day. we got an extra roll it must have been a different person and our beds were made nicely possibly even clean sheets. My roommate saw a big bug going across the ceiling I think it might have been a beetle they think it was a cockroach. I completely understand that in warmer climates they are like ants are to us in Idaho

I believe my bed was not cleaned before I got there I found hair and stuff in the bed but I just removed the cover and it looks clean so I just sucked it up for the night and next day it was fresh

I didn't like when I went and reported water was not draining from the sink when I brush my teeth someone came around and said it was fixed but it continues to not draining properly I was supposed to been there from July 10th until the 22nd but check out earlier because of the sink in 217 was bad.

The staff was really nice during our stay here. As far as cleanliness, we did find a cigarette hole on one of the sheets and the ironing board had a really big stain on it like someone had spilled a red drink on it.

First room horrible leak switched rooms. It was OK, but they never made the bed only changed towels never cleaned anything at all the whole time ,we were there all three days. not recommended.

We booed this room for Thursday 6/12 to Sunday 6/15. We don’t smoke inside our house so I am not sure why I booked a smoking room. We stayed on the even side near highway 185. The highway noise was HORRIBLE. It was so loud we had to buy a fan to drown out some of the noise. Saturday night around 10:30 pm while playing cards with our kids, and son who had just had his green ceremony for the army, our room filled with the smell of marijuana. It was so strong it took all of our breath away. I immediately called the office asking for a new room or a refund for that night. I was met with a very rude front desk lady who laughed at me, mocked me, and said they didn’t have any other rooms and there was no way I was getting any money back. My husband went to the front office and we were moved to the odd side of the building. The pool is only open from 12pm-9pm. The pool will NOT open until the maintenance guy has checked the chlorine levels. Friday the 13th my two kids and myself were unable to get into the pool until 3pm. You have to have a pool pass and some staff only want to give out 4 passes per room. Their hot breakfast consists of two waffle makers, activia yogurt, very strong coffe, cereal, cold biscuits and bread, fresh apples once. Not all of the staff was bad. Pay the extra money go somewhere else.

I had read other reviews mentioning the traffic noise...if you're very tired that soon fades. It was easy to find and has good parking. It felt slightly sketchy but it was ok. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

The manager likes to fire up his leaf blower in the cool of the evenings--around 9 PM--and blow leaves right outside room doors. then screams at people thereafter. This makes it a bit hard to sleep.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and I suppose you get what you pay for. The hotel is very clean, but it can be quite noisy since the expressway is right next to the rooms. Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done about that. On the positive side, the location is excellent—just 10 minutes from everywhere, including the base, downtown, and local businesses. If you only need a place to sleep, this is a great spot to stay.

Our party had to move rooms twice due to the weee smell in our rooms and coming through the bathroom vent. There was a drug dealer next to us with clients coming in and out all hours of the night. There were loud parties above us. There was domestic fights going on around us. It was gross.

The staff were all friendly. I was awaken every night by other people staying at the hotel. Area didn’t feel very safe. Good options for breakfast but otherwise very basic. The hotel needs remodeling. Probably won’t be staying here again.

The only issues we had was one of the larger lamps didn’t work, we had issues with the microwave and didn't have the best interaction with one of the worker regarding breakfast time scheduling. Having a "impertinent" convenience with him caused us to look elsewhere. Got to try the Cracker Barrel and was very pleased there. Overall had a decent time here.

I left early morning and came back probably around 3-3pm and was very disappointed to see my room being left with door wide open and unattended, just like I went in the room anyone could have gone in and taken anything or everything without the service person noticing, I called the lobby and notified them and the receptionist had to go find the person to go back to the room, apparently she had gone to get clean sheets, there’s no excuse why the room should have been left with door wide open and attended..

The room was clean and the staff was very nice.

Hotel grounds were very cleas and the room was as well. Check-in was super easy.

Staff was amazing but housekeeping was lacking.

Cleanliness and great hospitality

Was nothing like the pictures on the site. Old ,worn down and dirty. As soon as we got to our room and saw it we left. Was willing to lose my money.

Pretty ghetto. You can’t have more then 2 towels at a time, when you ask for more towels they make you turn over your used towels. This has never happened to me using hotels/motels. Overall dirty facility

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel room was clean and the continental breakfast was decent. The powdered scrambled eggs weren't the best but hey, can't win them all I suppose.

Huge stain on blanket, only slept with sheets, that were extremely itchy. Didn’t seem like they were cleaned at all before giving us the room. Lights were peeking through as if someone was trying to look inside our room. Took forever to get someone at the door to even let us in at the time we told them we’d be there.

The rooms are recently renovated but at the minimum cost, they didn’t renovate the ceiling which makes it look very old, the chairs are dirty, the bed makes metallic noise (we guessed it had very old springs), it smells like mold, the AC units leak water on the halls so you always walk hoping puddles of water. There are small cockroaches in the rooms and the halls. I understand that it’s a cheap motel but this is an exaggeration. The lady at the reception did the minimum possible to help during our stay. The guy helping to clean and get things ready during the breakfast is very fast and kind. One day at about 10:30 pm we called reception to complain about a noisy group of young men on the next room and they immediately went quite so that was helpful. We paid $320 for our 3 day stay at the beginning of October.

my questions. Noisy vehicles in parking lot early in morning. Overall the place was Okay and the outside noises were not the fault of the motel.

Good rooms, pool was ok

Another guest was constantly sitting at the stairs, also right next to my room chain smoking & having phone calls on speaker or watching soccer games very loudly on the phone, even though I spoke to him about both. The last day I was there housekeeping just made my bed & replaced the towels. They did not take the trash, replace toiletries, did not clean anything & took a dump that smelled the room up & clogged the toilet. When I called to get the toilet fixed, the manager took over an hour to take care of it. Front desk staff was constantly watching tv and not paying attention & were always surprised to see you standing there. Coffee was very weak, the rest of the breakfast (aside from the waffles) was trash.

My stay was great.. the front staff is great to me every time I stay here. I really enjoyed my stay except when the housekeeping just knock and come in in your room that's not cool that's the only exception I have. I was not dressed and ready and they were at my door at 10: 40, check out is at 11:00. I may have wanted a late check out.

It should be closed down and completely repaired. Pool was very dirty even the outdoor furniture. I want a refund ASAP

Outdated, but convenient distance to Fort Moore , pool was nice, I found it decently clean, but saw a small cockroach in the room before we left. Overall was an ok experience at reasonable price.

I bought a hotels.com gift card for this particular hotel quality inn Macon road Columbus Georgia on May 13th 2024. I made reservations according to the rules in terms and conditions that was stated on your website. Upon arriving front desk clerk advised me that he was not going to let me stay because I had booked a day early which I told him the system would not let me book a day behind. The gentleman continue to slam the door in my face would not accept my hotels.com gift card and told me it's best if I find other lodging I was totally taken to have a asthma attack because I had never received such treatment for doing nothing wrong and now I can't get any representative on hotels.com and settle the app that I bought the gift card through tells me to come back to you and speak about it but I can get no one to the phone or no one to answer my emails this is absurd

The beds were extremely firm; there was rust on anything shiney; and I had a giant bubble on my wall- not sure what was in it. Our stay was ok and it was in the center of everything. Good choices on tv stations available too.
