    The front desk clerk was wonderful. Me and my children had came in late that night from a long drive. We came into town for a family funeral that we had to prepare for the next morning and we were conveniently placed on the first floor at the entrance door which was very helpful Only thing that was a dislike was that the plug in the bathroom didn’t work other than that everything was fine

    The Microtel by Wyndham look good on the outside, but on the inside did not feel welcoming. The front desk woman who helped us was great, however, the place didn’t feel welcoming. The continental breakfast was the most horrible I’ve ever seen and I stay at many hotels. The housekeeping did not even clean our rooms when we were out and about did not refresh our towels. It was the worst day at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived until my departure. Cleanliness was beyond my expectations in hotel and parking lot. I had no doubt with safety and the area I chose to lodge, which put me at ease dieting my trip there for 3 days as my son graduated from the National Guard.

    The lady that checked us in was super nice and the lady the next morning was nice. I did feel like they could’ve offered a better breakfast and kept it supplied better. Juices ran out and the boiled eggs and bread to but other then that it’s was good

    This entire place was EXCELLENT! All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. I stayed for 7 days to visit with my son while he graduated from the US Army Airborne School at Fort Benning. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

    Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel. Overall i wish i would have booked somewhere else or wished the website stated they were having issues so i could book elsewhere. Overall I am highly disappointed.

The breakfast was plentiful one morning and not so plentiful the next (could have been the worker on duty at the time). Check-in was a bit long but the front desk clerk was very nice.     Checked in to find that the pool was closed which should of been noted as thats one of the reasons I chose to stay there based on the amenities listed. They were also doing a remodel on the hotel that included alot of construction and loud noise going on directly above my room. Several times it sounded as if large things would come crashing down through my rooms ceiling and shook the room. Also the hotel photos of the room looked nothing like the room I received, im not sure if thats wishful thinking for when the remodel is done but definitely not accurately portrayed. Also heard room service knocking on doors but my room was never cleaned/ refreshed the room, stayed multiple nights. Also shared the room with a lizard of some kind. Although unwelcome, he was cool and didnt bother me, hope he was part of the bug deterrent. The good: Close to ft.benning, staff was friendly and they did have a free breakfast.

    Not a great experience. Staff was not very friendly. We checked in late and the lady at the front desk didn't even greet us or made eye contact once. She seemed bothered by our presence. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was not very clean. I saw hair on the floor and the hairdryer was missing. The TV didn't work and the breakfast they advertised was limited to cereal, store bought muffins and some hard boiled eggs. For $100 a night, I was expecting a little more. I would not return to this hotel.

    When I arrived, the room had several maintenance issues. There was no shower curtain, and I had to go to the front desk to report it. The same front desk employee had to come up and install it. The bathroom door had visible water damage at the bottom, and parts of the ceiling had peeling or missing paint. The room also had a noticeable musty smell. In addition, the TV had exposed cables, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was not working, which I also had to report. The towels were clean but mismatched and looked worn out, as if they were from different sets and had been used for a long time. Breakfast was very basic. There were boiled eggs, but they were cold, and there were no hot protein options like sausage or bacon. They do have an automatic pancake machine, which is nice, but overall the selection is limited. The breakfast area is also quite small. The hotel is currently under construction or renovation, but this was not communicated in advance. When you arrive, you are met with plastic barriers and restricted areas, which impacts the overall experience. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and in need of a major upgrade. With improvements, it could be a better stay, but in its current condition, I would not recommend it.

    Missie at check in was a delight very friendly and polite helpful on places to eat Parking was easy we are handicapped and plenty of spaces right in front. The room was clean and totally quiet zi was concerned as it faces the main road but heard absolutely no noise. The beds were vey comfortable and the pillows were outstanding! I definitely would stay there again!

    Location around stores etc Everything was filthy the Elevator floor needed mopping look like it’s been a few days since it’s been mopped my room needed wiping down finger prints covered everything no open trash bags in the trash cans and the toilet you can’t sit on peeling and look like it will hurt you to sit on it and the smell is horrible !! The fridge makes loud sounds like it need Freon in it I’ve never seen this hotel like this before I’ve stayed here before and the receptionist said it’s because of construction !! ??????

That I had to use perfume spray to get rid of the awful scent because I'm a nonsmoker. I confronted him and he stated he from Michigan and it's legal there but like I told him it's not legal at a work place with customers of a hotel..

    I didn't like the fact that I had the forfeit my $50 deposit for a spot of blood on a sheet. I was treated rudely by the staff at the front desk when trying to explain the reason for my $50 deposit being taken for a spot of blood on a sheet.     I looked at the reviews for this hotell and they where good, but one of the 2 rooms we where put in their was someone elses sandals in the room still, their was roaches we killed and left a day early because of that but they still changed us for the day we didn't say even though we left significantly early well before checkout time, they blamed Expedia for that and said the refund needed to go through them and since it was pay on arrival and no money went through them the hotell was responsible, they played games for days and hours today and im not even sure how they got all their reviews to be that good but they definitely dont deserve it

    Although there is room for improvement within the hotel rooms, I had a pleasant stay. The staff is always great , especially a younger African/American gentleman that worked the front desk, his name is James and I wish I could recall his last name. He is the embodiment of being polite, knowledgeable, and respectful towards everyone. Your company is fortunate to have him in your employment. I’ll also add the following , whatever his current salary is , it isn’t enough for the way he represents Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham .

    Went for a Army Graduation at Ft. Moore. After a 16 hour drive and we had finally got to the Hotel late at 1am I was exhausted. Once we arrived Nikki was Extremely helpful and super nice. Best customer service I've ever experienced and was quick about getting us checked in and into our room. OMG the Bed was Super comfortable to the point I didn't want to leave lol. Great Breakfast. Great Neighborhood also. If i could I'd leave 1Million star review. Definitely will be back in the future.

    Even though our room was clean, it had a strong smell of mildew every time you entered the room. We also paid our pet fee of $25/night, which we had a 8 year old Labrador with us. They kept our $50 deposit saying at first our dog shed too much hair on carpet, then changed their mind to our dog peed on the carpet, then changed to we spilled a drink on the carpet, to finally they didn’t realize we had paid in full our pet fee of $100(4 nights), which was on my receipt. Mind you, this was after the assistant manager “investigated” from 9:00AM to 9:00PM and me calling her 2x and texting her business phone. Would you call this a scam? Why were they “changing” their claim of what was on the carpet? Hmm… Never again! AND to think “Wyndham” hotel was a reputable brand. Beware, if you want to take your family pet to this hotel, especially a dog that sheds.

    The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt as if I was part of the "family". I traveled solo for a military graduation and had never been to Georgia. This place became my "home" for the trip. It's more a 4.5 rating. The price/value for the service was great.

    Amazing customer service I was flying in for my husband’s army graduation I arrived Tuesday 13th and I stayed until Monday 19th may and everyday the staff kept the lounge clean and organized. Super nice customer service I felt like home, such amazing staff. I will be back in Aug 2025 and I am so thankful I chose to come here because I was flying alone. Thank you staff at the Columbus ga location for the kindness and the professionalism. Perfect experience I felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you ❤️

    Christian at front desk was wonderful. I was exhausted and he put me in a very quiet room and I slept over 9 hours. I very much appreciated him accommodating this tired gal. Room was clean and comfortable and I’ll stay here again if passing this way.

    This is an older facility with maintenance items that can easily be corrected to present a better experience. Toilet handle needed to wiggled to work.. bathroom walls were plastered recently but not painted…

    Location isn’t bad. Price isn’t bad… but, needs a lot of TLC. Pool only has a foot of water in it and leaves. Towel still hanging on the back of bathroom door, bathroom ceiling missing texture, toilet seat lid slides side to side. Cracks in walls and along corner bead. Our rooms carpet wasn’t vacuumed and had lint, fuzz and paper on it with visible old dark stains. Room 101 on first floor. Staff dresses messy, but is very friendly and helpful. Bed slept comfortably. Needs a renovation for sure and the pool operable.

    We were seriously disappointed considering this was our second visit to the hotel. They gave away the room we booked. The room was dirty, not vacuumed, sticky floor in the bathroom, towels weren’t replenished. We found a condom under the bed and dirty clothes in the drawers. Very sad because this location was the most convenient for us to visit my son in the Army.

    I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where the staff was as friendly than at the Microtel. James was especially kind and always asked if our family needed anything. We will definitely return to the Microtel in Columbus.

    3 nights house cleaning never came in to clean or replace anything. There were roaches in my room and my friends rooms and 8 motorcycles blocking the front pull up entrance for 2 days and management never told them to move .

    Person at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but when we arrived at our room the door was open and there was only one towel in our room. Went down stairs and the front desk found us another towel, but the rest of the towels were being washed at 10.30 at night, Hotel was nice and clean.
