The location The plain customer service, the roach in the sink, the smell of the place, just funky, the dirty towels, no Wifi, and lastly, the very inappropriate neighbors.

Horrendous place! Not save at all!! Very unprofessional staff. Rooms smell bad, dirty and Roaches and bugs everywhere!!! No housekeeping services so rooms were filthy dirty! Would not even bother to throw out the trash! No soap nor shampoo! Please do NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

The beds are super comfortable and clean. I had a non-smoking room however there were cigarette marks all over the bathroom. The carpet had an awful odor that we smelled all night even after spraying Febreeze. I saw 3 roaches crawling on the wall and in the bathroom. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff were nice and thats the only good thing about this hotel. This is the worst extended hotel I have ever stayed in. I think that i was given the worst room available because of the low price that i paid for the room which is unacceptable. I could see another room from a higher floor when i went outside and their TV was mounted . I think that room was in much better condition that what i had. There was a used honey pack left in the drawer from whoever stayed before me. My toilet did not work, and i had to use a plunger. My bathtub looked as if the paint were peeling. The exhaust hood of the stove was rusted and the blinds were caked with dust and did not close all the way. I had to take a black tablecloth that i had with me to cover the window because i felt unsafe. As i tried to cover the window the blind fell as a result of it not being properly installed. My bed looked like a metal cot. I used air freshener, pinesol and bleach just to sanitize the room. I then placed some trash outside the door in a trash bag to be picked up and was told i had to take out my own trash. This hotel does not even have irons, but its called LIKE HOME. There are no utensils or cookware as well. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to stay here unless you are desperate . I didnt stay the following night even though i paid for it. I packed my things and left and found other accommodations. I give this hotel an F for failure, filth, and false advertising.

This hotel was NASTY!!!! Roaches crawling everywhere, the smell was unbearable. Blood was all over the walls and bathroom. The refrigerator couldn't have ever been cleaned.

Absolutely nothing. It was horrible! We didn’t even stay here! We got a refund and went somewhere else! The rooms were disgusting and smelled liked something had died in them.

The place was acquired because we had been on the road all week and wanted a place to relax ,cook a home cooked meal and watch football Saturday and Sunday. Everything would have been fine until the roach invasion at 11pm at night. We packed up in the middle of the night on the 1st night, slept in the truck

The hallways and common areas often smelled like burnt popcorn and cigars, which wasn’t ideal but tolerable. That said, for the price, it was okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here, but if I needed a place again, I’d consider it.

There were roach droppings in the photo frame. The fridge looked like they killed roaches all over it. The beds look like cots. The lock was not working when I arrived.I was relocated to another room but it didn’t change my opinion about the appearance.

After making my reservation through Hotels. Com, i had trouble finding the direct number to the hotel. I had to go back through Hotels.com. The bed was metal with a very uncomfortable mattress and no cleaning crew changed out our bath towels.

Property was very nice and room had everything needed for an extended stay.

I didn’t like the service and the option to check in between 5am and 6am wasn’t available at the property but available on the booking app so I paid for a day and didn’t get to check in til the next day Being stuck outside the hotel for hours with my 5yr old daughter til an employee showed up 3 1/2 hours later

Nothing. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the facility The facility was a disgrace. My car was stolen. False advertising. The picture is not the real place. This should be rated as a 1 star hotel. Bad location Need removed from booking.com.

This place is disgusting. Rooms are dirty. There's roaches, bed bugs and who knows what else... the hallways stink.. appliances are rusted and old I disliked everything about this hotel.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE

Previous comments ALL TRUE. Roaches everywhere the moment we walk in and turn the lights they scattered EVERYWHERE from the counters, bed and AC unit all flew out when we adjusted setting. Every corner in the room has dead roaches. The bed had dead roaches skin, pillows straight YELLOW/BROWN. Within an hour we ran away this place is unsafe for children/people in general. I couldn’t believe what I witnessed. Worst experience ever.

Great property and staff. Only negative I can think of is the stench of marijuana in the hallway sometimes. The stench of marijuana in the halls.

Great room lay out, with fridge microwave and stove. Nice friendly staff!

After speaking with Ken about checking in, he informed us he had no rooms available. No fault to him, he said he had no housekeepers to get rooms ready. I asked for a refund and he stated he could not refund me my money because I went through a 3rd party, which is Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and chated with an agent who said he has to verify with Ken before he could refund my money. We were unable to stay at this hotel and I was forced to book another. As of today I have still not received any refund.

The first thing I was told on arrival was if I wanted to see the room. Never in my life have I been asked that! I was told because the room looks nothing like online and she was right! The room had crumbs and dirty footprints on the bed and people were living out of the room next door. We decided not to stay after seeing this and paid twice as much somewhere else and they are refusing to refund me my payment they took prior to arrival! DO NOT BOOK THIS hotel!

The lady at the front desk was really nice, though.

My 16 year-old dubbed this the Crack Shack. Although the person at the front desk was very nice, the place was a mess. This was one of several Hotels.com bookings where there were apparently permanent residents at the hotel -- some kind of government subsidy thing, it appears, because they don't seem to be employed. They just hang around the exits and lobby all day.
