The office is only open from 11am until 7pm. The key cards did not work half the time. NO towels were provided. Children ran up and down the hall and crying babies were next door. It was more like a housing project than a hotel.

The Office is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM and after it closes there is no person to call on the premises if you have a problem. The telephone in the room did not work and there was no-one to contact or to request help, except the property owner. The amenities were bad! There was no ice available at the Motel and the kitchen was totally bare of utensils or ice trays. There was no coffee maker in the kitchen and no food vending machines on the premises. The Lady at the check-in told me that there was a 3 day minimum stay for the price they were charging because they only cleaned the rooms after the third day. I told her that I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, so she said that she would allow me to stay & pay for one night. I trust that this is not the type of accommodations that Expedia promotes.

was not accommodated for the special needs request for my three year old autistic daughter and one of the sleeping arrangements we had no bedding sheets blankets or anything for it we were put on the second floor after we were requested to be on the first floor do to haven little children in the room and there were complaints management knocking on the door because the complaints once we put on the second floor I was told there would be no one under eyes so they won't be any complaints and I had someone banging on the door for management anyways because of a complaint about the children which is due tomorrow to take 3 year old who doesn't speak English really he's our own language either she motions with her hands or makes a loud noises with her mouth instead of a speaking actual words cuz that's all she can do right now she's still in therapy working on her speech I was told as long as there was someone 17 or older in the room with my other children that was fine so when me and my other adult cuz left to go to the store even out to the parking lot to bring more stuff in or just go have a cigarette break someone went straight up to the room after they seen as both go to the parking lot to proceed to bang on my room door requesting them to open the door so they can see that my 17 year old son was in there with his younger brother and sister. Find that quite rude and the kids found that hello frightening for someone to come banging on the door after I just left out of the room

I explained to her I did not receive a call and she didn't leave a voicemail. I was left without a room and i came from out of town. I had to end up going to another hotel to get a room. The property provides good accomodations at a reasonable cost. We stay there to visit our son in Fort Benning. The property in located in such a way that it is easy to reach the military base. It is also located in an area of easy access to many amenities but, you will need to use your car to drive the short distances. The facility have an office on site but, is not open all the time so plan accordingly.

The staff was very nice. The room was very outdated and had a horrible smell. The bathroom tub was clean however the floor was filthy. Beds were like sleeping on a table top. Our stay was Wednesday through Monday and room service came 1 day only and that was Thursday. I had to ask for fresh towels. The knob to use the stovetop to cook was broken & maintenance was off. I would not recommend unless it was the last resort.

Hotel wasn't that bad. Very disappointed when we got in late and went swimming about 8:55 since the sign says open until 10 p.m. Then the worker come out and said that they close the pool at 9 and that we have to get out. She was extremely blunt and not nice at all. The same lady next door got on to my eight-year-old year old grandson when he went out to the car with my daughter and didn't have any shoes on. All the while she sat underneath the no smoking sign on a bench, smoking a cigarette.

We went for a graduation and everything was sold out so we stayed here. It filled the role of a place to stay but there’s no extra perks. The kitchenette had absolutely zero utensils or dish ware. The carpets where very stained and bedding was very worn out. the The cable channels kept giving out but overall the parking was safe and halls were relatively quiet. I’d stay here if you’re in a pinch but next time i’ll Make sure to book earlier elsewhere!

The elevator was down for 2 weeks prior to our visit and was still down when we arrived. My husband is handicapped and cannot climb stairs without extreme pain. We were told about the elevator when we arrived instead of being notified so we could find different accommodations. We had prepaid for the visit and had no other choice at that time to get another hotel. The staff was great about helping us get to the room but it really took a toll on my husband. On Friday, June 22 he was trying to get to the door to the stairs and fell over a raised area on the sidewalk and landed on top of the hose and reel and onto the gravel. He was unable to leave the room until Sunday and is still hurting and passing blood in his urine.

The area is wonderful! However the great deal came at great discomfort. I was on a business trip this was an unexpected expense. The elevator didn’t work which was fine. They gave me the first floor Jacuzzi suite to compensate for the elevator being out. They told me the Jacuzzi didn’t work and that didn’t bother me. I didn’t complain about the children running over head or the loud music next-door because I didn’t pay much. However a working toilet is the minimal necessity! After three formal complaint and a couple informal complaints, and to add insult to injury, the same crap was in the toilet my last night of stay as it was that morning when I left for work! I believe they knew that room had drainage issues which is why the Jacuzzi didn’t work, but having never given it to an extended stay tenant they didn’t have to deal with it. I realize I paid hotels.com, but no compensation of any kind was offered by the hotel. And the elevator still not working!

I booked the room for a bridal party to use the weekend of a wedding including makeup, getting dressed, and photos all before the wedding. The AC unit did not work well so we were extremely hot and sweating the whole time. The elevators were broken so we had to go up and down the stairs in dresses and heels, including the bride in her big dress with a long train. There are no office staff on the weekends so if we ran into a problem it could have potentially ruined things for this wedding. The only saving grace was the space of the room for such and occasion and we found a great spot for pictures out back.

Got to the hotel @ 7:30 and the rude woman refused to check me in saying she couldn't. She then gave another room to another person who said their TV didn't work. I asked again and she said I can't give out rooms come back tomorrow after 11:00. After she had just given someone a room. So I had to go get another room at another hotel after paying for this one weeks in advance. We had confirmed reservations three weeks in advance when we got to hotel at 7 pm the staff already left and hotel was over booked . So we did not had a room even though we had confirmed reservations for 2 nights , this was not only done to us , there were 5 other families who were there with same problem 2 were there before we arrived and 3 more families came after us .No phone calls were made to us about any cancellations or over booking. There was only one lady working Dianne who refused us to give the number to manager or the owner or corporate, but she eventually gave us the manager number after we told her we will take them to court. Then we called the manager Brittany gaulde who told us there is nothing she can do and gave us the number of marketing manger chris Wilson , who was another joke. Only good thing happened that night was that we booked through Expedia and after staying on the phone for hour with rep they were able to secure us a room in another hotel 30 min away , and the other families that were there were also trying to get rooms at other hotel . Due to a event all the area hotel were fully booked and were charging ridiculous amount of money for rooms ., and we think the in town suites staff price gouging resulted in over booking the hotel . And the hotel only looks good from outside inside the lobby area , you can see mold on wall and ceiling and outdated carpet.

The hotel stunk! It is a non-smoking establishment that no one seems to follow. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke so bad that it seeped in under our door. We had to wash all of our things and disinfectant our suitcases when we got home because they smelled like stale cigarettes. No one in my family smokes. We also got to enjoy the scent of weed in the hallways, which was actually more pleasant then the stale and fresh cigarette smoke that never went away. This hotel seems to be used by people to live in long term, not just for business travel. So the smell of old fried food was also present. It’s too bad the guests just didn’t seem to care.

All the comforts of someone else's home, including stained carpet, smoke and other smells and bed spread with who knows what on it including cigarette burns. Towels are a real commodity as they provided only two. Sign said that guests must use only guest owned towels for the pool, suppose any extra towels not supplied as they may end up in the pool. Asked for two more and they provided. Self cleaning kitchen area was ok if you wanted to use it, because initially you have to clean it your self before using; and bring you own stuff as not one utensil is provided. Good side: the fridge kept the beer cold and the microwave worked. The internet service was pitiful. Speed was not much better than dial up modems (remember those?). Used own phone as hot spots to cover our network comm needs. To their credit, they did change the reservation from 4 nights to 1 because our travel plans changed, not that we would want to stay there any longer than the 1 night.

Worst ever! People were smoking dope and cigarettes in the motel. Management closed the office at 5PM on Wednesday and called us Thursday morning at 8:30 to tell us that we could just leave. The office was still closed when we left at 9:00 am. Not a single employee would answer the phone or show their face. I have COPD and emphysema and was not able to breathe good due to the smoke pollution in the hotel. Not one single person in employment cared. The television did not work properly and when I reported it on Wednesday they asked me when I was checking out. I replied on Friday morning. They told me that they would submit a work order and it might get fixed on Thursday, maybe. The first room they tried to put my wife and I in had holes in the bed sheets and no phone in the room. The only other room available was supposed to be a king size bed but was not and the personnel wanted to argue saying that it was. I am 6' 2" tall and my feet hang off of the end of the bed on a queen size mattress. My feet were hanging off of the bed. The stale cigarette ash tray smell that was soaked into eh bed clothes made it impossible for me to breathe laying down. I did not get very much sleep until shear exhaustion over took me around 5 in the morning. The numerous phone messages left with the front office went unreturned. No one came to the room to see about our welfare.

Extended stay does not mean NO amenities. Not even tissue or hangers, let alone a hair dryer! No one at office(no front desk) until 11 on Sat. and Sun. No one overnight at all. A provided number to call was not answered in 3 days. TV would not work until finding a setting for Hdmi3 and person in office could not help. My feet were black on the bottom after going barefoot on the carpet. Check in was fast only because office person was in office. Often during posted hours a note on door said they were gone to lunch or "helping a guest'-usually gone 30 minutes or more.

Not only was the hotel room dirty and unsanitary, the smell of POT all night long made us rather sleep In our car than in that room again! The staff walked around the hall and could smell it, but didn't do anything about it! The "full" kitchen didn't have an oven or any dishes to use. No one travels with a pan!!! We had to go buy a pan to even use the full kitchen! The pool was closed. Even though the advertising listed a pool. The bath tub had mold growing on the grout. The walls were stained. This "non-smoking" room had burn marks on the bed. So disgusting!!!!

This is the kind of place for a person to stay when all they need is a bed and a bathroom. Ideal for people doing tough jobs on the road and aren't concerned with frills. If that's you, you'll still need a bottle of Febreeze. If that's doesn't describe you, find another place to stay.

This is a good place for your money. However, a big concern of mine was guessing when I would have hot water.

Big TVs, comfortable bed, bathroom counter space, kitchen area are all great. Downsides are, no workout center, no breakfast, and after 8 they're noone at the front office. They don't have a "front counter" to check in at.

Name change to the hotel. Front desk staff person was rude on check in and absent on check out. Kitchenettes do not have any dishes, flatware, pans, etc. Be prepared to bring your own. Beds are not comfortable. Free breakfast? Where? Never saw it. No coffee pot either. Doors were never locked to the building after hours as stated they would be. Smelled like "weed" at night. Elevator sounds like it will quit with you in it. Not worth the amount charged to stay here. Totally disappointed. Stay somewhere else.

Want to install a lightbulb? Change your own sheets upon arrival? How about "build your own pillow from scratch" with a courtesy pillowcase? Then this is your place!! Oh, and remember to run your rangetop exhaust fan so as to not have the smell of "trees" waft into your room from upstairs.

Was unable to check out @ 6am . No alternative place to get towels. Dirty walls. People were unfriendly, unable to use military discount. Will not stay here again .

basic needs were met with a clean and spacious room

What can I say, if you are looking for a very basic room then this might suit your needs, the room was large and roomy and the bed was comfortable, that's it. They are changing their name and refurbishing the units but I don't know where this facility is in this process except the name change. The pillows (2) are very small, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no dishes or pots or anything (even though the unit has a kitchenette). One room had a burned out light in the toilet/shower so we had to use our iphones for light (this had been reported to the front desk but nothing was done) and the volume control for the tv didn't work. The phone in our second room didn't work (but we had our cell phones). Unless you are super tight on money, spend the extra bucks on the national chains where you'll get the normal things we've grown accustomed.

Mr. Stirling rude and nasty about refunding 1night. Paid for 3 nights, said we only reserved 2 days.Halls reeked of marijuana and people arguing across the hall.No towels, only 1 small pillow per person. Burn holes in comforters, no coffee pot, utensils, pots or pans in kitchen. Not liked advertised. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Great value for the price, but only if you book it a week out. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The only negatives were old carpet that smelled, and I had to keep the bathroom door closed due to the smell coming from the vent, (3rd floor.) It had a full-size refrigerator and sink, very helpful. Again, for the price it was a great find.
