    Nice rooms with ample space and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful, but many times we found we had to wait for someone to come back to the front desk as they had stepped away, and there was normally only one person there when they were available. Pool was not clean and there was a pervasive natural gas smell outside near the pool and in parts of the back side of the lobby by the elevator.

    Breakfast was great, location was great. Room was huge. The women on day shift check in was great to talk about problem and house keeping did a great job. I got 3 charges,everyday even though I prepaid. I was told it would be 3 to 5 days to get back in my account. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. It shows restaurant in the hotel there is not. Bed are hard. The TV need to places so both bed could see it.

    The location was decent. Room not updated and it gives ancient! I plugged my charger up to the tv area and sparks came out. The elevators have black dried gum in them. It just didn’t give what I expected for the price!

    We booked a suite for a weekend. The room itself accommodated what we needed, the location was excellent but our toilet broke multiple times in the suite and was not flushing. At one point staff advised me not to use the toilet and go to the first floor for all bathroom needs. Luckily we were able to get it fixed 2 times but, would hope management would put in a work order.

    Clean spacious rooms My ONLY issue was the breakfast. My guest and husband approached to get potatoes but there were very little left. Not enough for them each have a decent amount. The kitchen staff was standing there EATING potatoes. My guest asked if the woman could please get some more potatoes and was told there were no more. She then asked if more could be made but was told they stop cooking at a certain time. This is problematic! Why is the lady who is supposed to be working EATING potato’s made for the hotel guests??? Maybe there would have been more for the guest if she wasn’t eating them!!! Horrible customer service.

    Toilet constantly running. Shower constantly dripping. Toilet rim had poop all splashed on it. Staff at check in was rude and dismissive. Staff at checkout was very pleasant. However the maid was yelling at us about having a pet and not a service animal. She refused to give us her name so I did take a picture of her. I'll need someone to contact me about this before I need to take an alternative route about the situation. This maid committed a federal offense.

    Staff was friendly, breakfast was the top tier. I told the front desk there was a huge dead roach in my room and they told me they would tell maintenance, maintenance came and didn’t want to clean it up.. found out they had multiple dead bugs up under the couch.. I only moved the couch because there was a beetle flying around in my room , I tried to kill it an it fell behind the couch, when I moved the couch I found multiple dead bugs.. we slept with the lights on for two days straight. I couldn’t wait to leave.

    Room smelled moldy and damp. Then we found a large wet spot of carpet near bathroom entrance. We had booked a room on a “high floor” but were given first floor and they wouldn’t move us. Their solution was Lysol spray rather than move us to a new room/floor! Management unavailable to help. Found much garbage under the couch as well. Do not stay here.

    Horrible! We’ve stayed at this property multiple time but the go around was horrible. No hot water in the room they gave us nor the the room they moved us to. No housekeeping and fresh towels the three days we were there. The hotel workers could care less. Will never stay at this dump again.

    Shower floor extremely slippery had to stand on a towel. Dirty corners in the shower. Peeling paint in bathroom on the ceiling. Water in shower was not hot and pressure was mediocre.

    My son and I stayed in rooms 503 and 505. No heat and no hot water. Temperature below freezing . No food as advertised all over hotel and website. NO manager on duty. No .engineer to even check heating.This was the worst experienceI have ever had at a hotel. I expect to pay no charges for this stay in the Tundra. Just awful.C. Williams

    As a mother who experienced a mental breakdown on New Year’s Eve, I sought a quick getaway to clear my mind, rejuvenate myself, and regain a sense of tranquility. The front desk representative was friendly and efficient. The hotel lobby and entrance exuded a refreshing and clean ambiance, featuring an open space with multiple seating areas, a TV, and a shop selling bottled drinks and cupcakes. They also provided curlers, toothpaste, and other necessities that guests could borrow, purchase, or even get for free. The room was spotless and spacious, and I particularly appreciated the swivel mount on the TV. However, I did have a minor complaint about the shower, which was not as clean as I had hoped, as there was hair in it.

    I didnt find out that a King riom was not available until i arrived but the clerk gave me another room at no extra cost. This coukd be improved by customer service contacting the guest ahead of arrival. Overall, the Hyatt was decent. The room was ok. The shower and bathroom fan was loud and disturbing, as I heard my neighbor's as well. My first time staying at the Hyatt. Wont be my future hotel of choice. Not as nice a property as I expected.

    Our king bed room with pull out bed couch was perfect for two adults and a child. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel. The bathroom was small, with the sink separate from the shower. Their outdoor pool is on the back of the hotel property, which backs up to a tree line, so it was quiet and private. The free breakfast was standard for hotels, with scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit and various breads and cereals. No complaints.

    First night while I was sleeping, I discovered a large roach in my bed. This was extremely disturbing and unacceptable for health and sanitation reasons. I immediately reported it to the hotel staff, who moved me to another room in upper lever. The presence of a roach in the bed is a serious sanitation problem and falls far below the standard of quality expected at a Hyatt property. It directly affects my health, my rest, and my confidence in the hotel.

    We booked at the last moment, and the room we were assigned was ready for us and clean. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful all time. It was very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a nice area of town, close to many food options and not too far from Fort Benning. If we come to Columbus again, we will definitely book here again ☺️.

    Everything was good it just smelled like something was dead around the pool. The night stay was good. No interruptions. Although, when we tried to check out they told us that we had a smoking bill of 250. They basically accused us of smoking in the room. It could’ve been anything but she was adamant on accusing us of smoking. I don’t know why but you don’t just accuse guests of smoking in a room just because you can.

    I loved that the hotel was within walking distance of optional dining. Family friendly. I disliked that coming into our room we were greeted with 2 huge water bugs/cockroaches. One that even climbed in bed with me and even after being told they would look into moving us no one ever vaccumed the room during the stay because the bug we caught and killed was there the entire trip. Mold in the Orange juice. Dishes were dirty. Peanuts and trash left under the couch in our room. Elevator does not work properly you can easily get stuck. Also, they advertise a bar and food but they don’t always have some one of age to serve the alcohol and they don’t serve food other then complimentary breakfast and the snacks in the front.

    Staff was more interested in talking and their phones then customers. This was observed more then once Went to bar was told bottles on display were for show that’s not what they really have, they then opened a cabinet and we had to choice from that. They gave about a 1/2 shot per drink and we “said we pd got a shot not a 1/2” Breakfast was really good

    When I checked in, the initial clerk (Desmond) was non-verbal, non-welcoming and seemed bothered I was taking up his time; he was just plain rude and shouldn’t be at the front desk at all. I was relieved when another front desk clerk relieved him and took over…this clerk was welcoming and polite.

    We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 5 of us. When we checked in, they only had a room with a king bed and a twin sofa bed. The twin sofa ended up not being a bed so they brought us 2 rollaway beds that were more like kinder mats on wheels. There were food crumbs in them and they didn’t lay flat. We tried to call the front desk to get sheets for the rollaways but the phone didn’t work so my husband had to walk downstairs. There weren’t outlets next to the bed so we had to unplug the lamp to plug in my husband’s cpap. The breakfast was just ok. The strawberries and butter were frozen solid, the plates were dirty, and the coffee weak. The hotel itself was nice and the room was big but for almost $200 we should have gotten the room we booked including appropriate bedding for 5 people. We asked for a discount but we were told the person to address that wouldn’t be in until the next day. A little more initiative from the front desk staff would have been nice.

    I was told there would be $100 incidentals fee on my card, but would be removed. That fee turned into a “pet cleaning fee” that was NEVER mentioned upon booking the room or checking in. We would have looked for other places to stay if we had known. Integrity is a very important factor when dealing with the public.

Small detail, but we asked for our rooms to be close to each other and were told that were on the same floor so they are close. When traveling with the elderly, you like to be a room or two away, and no attempt was made to try and help us in this way. But other than that, great room, great breakfast, wonderful place to stay. Will stay again.

    Bar essentially closed. Young man at desk said he was too young to make drinks; woman said she didn’t know how (but tried). No breakfast. Woman at desk knew nothing.

    My wife and I were there for a funeral for three days, and they didn't clean our room up one day. Also the wifi was down thru out our stay. The breakfast was not too good. Lastly, You made it sound like it was a restaurant on the premises and it wasn't. Good thing it was restaurants nearby.

    The room was fine with all the amenities you need. The app on hotels.com said I paid for a king bed with a twin sofa bed in the sitting area. We didn't get that room. The front desk said they were given the information as a king bed with a standard sofa. Not what I paid for. The app had those rooms at a different rate. Not happy about that.

    It took half an hour sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to call back the front desk from wherever he was off site to tell the person how to unlock the screen to accept a 15 dollar depost. Very unusual for a Hilton but it happened none the less.

    Clean property and everyone was very nice, very helpful. Shops within driving distance as well as restaurants within walking. Very safe area. The breakfest left a little to be desired but there’s an IHOP within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if needed.

    The system was down when we arrived so I was not provided a room key. Staff had to walk us to our room. Secondly, the elevator was noisy as it was broken. We felt unsafe. Lastly, our room air condition did not work. It was hot. I decided to leave and I will report the issue to the manager once I get back home. Totally disappointed as I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times with no issue.

    This is a great property. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The breakfast and other amenities are very nice. We did have an issue with the front desk staff upon check-in. But, in general, the staff is very helpful and efficient.

    The propery is near the airport so I understand the noise from the planes. I had been giving a room and noticed that the toilet was constantly running around 5am. I had tried to see if the toilet needed resetting inside but the inside was disgusting so I put up with the toilet noise. After leaving for my work day, I came back to see that the issue stopped. Not sure what caused the problem in the first place. Otherwise place is fine.

    Located in a major shopping center, this property is a great place to stay in Columbus. The staff is friendly and efficient. The condition and cleanliness of hotel are also excellent. And, the breakfast was very extensive and feature many fresh, healthy items.

    My stay would have been super. Booking,check in and out, quiet,good breakfast, great parking, room cleanliness. All of those things were great however the room temperature was terrible. We got in and waited for it to get better. We finally had to call and gave us another room.The second room was as cold as the first. We were just glad to make it through the night.

    From the moment we walked into the lobby we appreciated how wonderfully fragrant it was! The room was clean. It was nice that there’s a bar on property but there wasn’t really bartender it seemed the receptionist doubled as one so keep the drink orders simple. The parking was really nice and convenient and the little gym space has enough to get a workout in. The one thing we probably didn’t enjoy as much was that there is only one laundry room, which is located on the third floor and it only had ONE WASHER and ONE DRYER. Other than that we had a pleasant experience.

    The hotel is in an area with various restaurants, gas station and a Credit Union nearby. For motorcyclist or motorcycle lovers, a Harley Davidson shop is a short drive away, plus there is an Extreme Powersports and Indian motorcycle store about a minute walk away. Area is safe and the hotel is fairly new.

    For starters I am happy to say that we used the Klarna app and paid for the room in advance through hotels.com think of it like a lay-a-way. So when I checked in the room was paid for but I had already called and confirmed that.This hotel is pet friendly and certain floors only certain designated floors for people who bring their furbabies as I brought mine. The was very clean there was no strange smells and no carpet stains. It does have the small refrigerator but NO MICROWAVE! The microwave is a "community" microwave designated ON CERTAIN FLOORS. It means anytime you want to heat up something to eat you have to take your food and find the microwave also where you find the microwave you will find the ice machine meaning its not on every floor. The hotel does not leave out hot water for tea or leave out 1 canister of regular or decaf coffee. They have a hot breakfast eggs, sausage, French toast, pancakes, cold cereal, grits. Steel cut oatmel, bagels and bread slices. Fruit slices and yogurt, whole fruit, and toppings of cheese, bacon bits and granola, almonds, brown sugar, raisins, juices, and potatoes. So they do have a small bar in the hotel its not a bar to sit at, you go there order and take your drink with you if you want you can order chicken wings and something else that is quick and easy thats about it for that. The front desk sells candy pastries, soda, water. The area to walk the dog has no doggie bag so keep a few walmart bags to poop scoop
