The Cleanliness of the room was great. white sock clean lol. That's rare so score high marks. Furniture was modern and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cost of breakfast. It was good just don 't think the value was there if you didn't want the full breakfast.

I like the size of the room, the breakfast was amazing. The place is clean, well decorated and have what people need while away from home, gym, Landry, pool, great location. I extended my stay up to 4 days instead of 3 but after the 3rd day I got locked out, I have to go to the reception to get that fixed, thank you to the gentleman that helped me that day.

I enjoyed the pool area. I enjoyed how it was different foods at breakfast. Didn't feel like i was being watched every time i went in and out the hotel. The staff was fast with check in.

The only 2 things I can say positive about this property is the air conditioner worked and the price was what I expected. The pool wasn't clean (I did not use it), the "clean" towels in my room had long straight black hair in it (not mine), I asked for an extra blanket, I received an extra empty duvet cover, and the most disappointing part of the night was there was no remote to the television in my room. Someone else's name was still on the television, and it took 2 hours to get a working television in the room. the quality of the flatscreen was terrible. I had the volume up to the max and I still couldn't hear the television. I had to turn the air conditioner off to hear the television. After a long day on the road, this hotel added an additional 3 horrible hours to my day. I even asked could I get switched to another room and the staff member told me no,

The hotel was very unorganized and discombobulated. Only one housekeeper who was way over worked and overwhelmed.(needs a raise) As for myself and many other guest had to wait one in a half to two hours for our room. The receptionist was apologetic but still couldn’t accommodate me.

The elevator went down. Plus I’m disabled was on the 4th floor. I had to walk up n down the stairs. I’m on oxygen the desk clerk last night may a joke about my disability.

Lack of greeting at check-in. Employees focused on who’s working the next morning, not guests checking in. Awakened at 10:30 pm by restaurant next door pressure washing roof. Went on for 30 minutes. Front desk should have been in their face instantly. Discovered in the morning that the shower door was hanging by a single roller and couldn’t be budged. This room should not have been in use! When the clerk asked “how was your stay?” at check-out, I replied “pretty awful”. She looked away from me although I was clearly heard and understood. Finally, had to ask to see the bill when I was told it would be emailed to me. Overall, worst stay in several years.

The form desk staff, including the general manager, were rude and unprofessional. I booked a room with two queen beds and studio two months prior to my stay. This hotel refused to honor my purchase and tried to put me a single king room. There reasoning was that “did not have to honor bookings from a third party.” The process to eventually get a comparable room for my traveling family was terrible. Once we had a room the refrigerator did not work, there was blood on the counter tops, and the TV did not work. We eventually got a remote and a new refrigerator, but they never replaced the TV or fixed the issues. The breakfast was decent but all of the “hot” food was cold and the milk was frozen solid in the cartons. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and would caution booking on Hotels.com if there partner hotels do not want to honor their bookings.

Building, room, location and staff is good. The lack of attention to the rooms readiness has gone down hill over past few years. Forgotten linens, door lock acting up, crumbs not cleaned off dining chairs, and bug problems during our stay. Overall things that just need more attention. Say it's more of a 7/10 hotel.

I didn’t stay. They sold my room. I called before I arrived. When I got there she told me they didn’t have a room for me with no recourse. Just you’re out of luck.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. From the outset, the experience was far below acceptable standards. The most basic amenities were missing; unbelievably, there were no towels available. I was told by the front desk that they had no clean towels (I had to go out and purchase my own.) This is simply unacceptable for any hotel that claims to offer even basic service. Adding to the unpleasantness, our room was not clean. We found dead insects in the room upon arrival, which made us question the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel. This lack of cleanliness is a serious concern and made the room feel uninhabitable. Overall, my stay was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of basic amenities like towels, combined with the unsanitary condition of the room, made for a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless significant improvements are made to their service and cleanliness standards.

We were greeted by a sweet women named Mercedes and she was very nice and helpful and it was late and she was very nice which made our long trip feel much better after talking with her! The only thing we didn’t like much was breakfast. I would have hoped for fruit and juice for options for a healthier way to start but the waffles were good!

Check in was at 4:00 pm but I had to wait over an hour plus to check because there was no room clean. Then I wasn’t accommodated to late checkout because of having to wait almost 2 hours to get checked in.

My wife and aunt noticed the pillows had a significant amount of hair on the pillows on both beds. Which made us believe they didn’t change the bedding. Nonetheless, we opted for clean pillowcases because it was late. The following day I asked could they change the linen. The housekeeper said our room wasn’t due until Sunday. I explained we were leaving Sunday and that the bedding didn’t appear to be clean. She said ok and told me the room would be cleaned. We went out for the day and came back and to our surprise the room hadn’t been touched. The other issue was they did not have clean towels available. I seen a woman with a linen cart as I was heading upstairs. I asked for towel and she told me they were being washed. She took my room number and told me she would bring some in 20 minutes after 45 minutes my wife decided to go down to get them. They told us they could only give us two because they were limited. That was Saturday morning. Sunday morning we were told the same thing and could only have two of the big dry towels. The elevator could stand to be mopped. This wasn't a clean establishment.

Walked into my room and the bed wasn't made, the pillows were sitting on the table next to the TV. The bathroom didn't look clean, there were no towels. The room looked as if the house keeper barely started then left the room as is. Front desk associate apologized any offered to make the bed but i was nice enough to do it myself. Overall... this room was below average.

The pocket doors for the bathrooms not functioning was not a great surprise. The extra potato salad in the fridge, while funny, did raise questions about the efficacy of the cleaning processes at this establishment. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but I would try a different hotel the next time we visit Columbus.

I booked a 2 day stay for my Son's Basic training graduation. It was 12 miles from the base, and easily accessible to all the restaurants and activities. It is walking distance to a skating rink, movie theater and a family fun center. I could see it out my hotel window. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa.The room was an extended stay room with all the kitchen amenities you needed except a stove. The room was clean. The beds slept fine, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and they even had shower gel and shampoo on the shower wall for you to use.The breakfast was great. They had a great selection of breakfast items. The lighting in the parking lot was excellent. They served breakfast from 6am to 10am. There was a car dealership right next to it. I felt safe about my car not being broken into. The staff was friendly and accommodated all of my requests. I even asked them if I could have an extended check out time and they extended for another hour. I plan to stay here again in 3 months when my Son graduates from AIT school. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel's lobby smelled terrible upon walk in (as if someone had left dirty diapers overnight). The tables appeared dirty as well. The trashcans near the elevators were overflowing. Once the elevators opened on my floor there was yet another overflowing trashcan with trash and some sort of liquid surrounding it. The room was ok but I doubted the cleanliness of it after what I walked through to get to it. I didn't think that this was an old property and tend to love the Hilton brand but this was just bad.

Everything was great except our room had a wooden sliding door for the bathroom. First of all, who thinks that’s a good idea???? Secondly the door when you try to close and lock it doesn’t line up with the latch on door jamb. We had to have someone hold the door from sliding open every time someone went in the bathroom. Very, very frustrating!!! I told the front desk about it after the first night we were there but nothing was done. This is an issue that had to be that way for a long time. Why wasn’t it addressed??? The General Manager sent me a request for a review of our stay and I told her about this issue. I never got a response from her. So simple to fix this frustrating issue but all it takes is someone to care enough.

One of the bathroom doors had some type of metal plate instead of a doorknob. You had to adjust the “plate” just right for the door to remain closed. Was some annoying.

Great place, would stay again. Very clean, hotel staff was friendly. Only problem was the bathroom door. It was a pocket door and had no latch to close it. It would just drift open unless we wedged the cardboard soap box under it everytime you used the bathroom. We were told it could not be fixed. Other than that, it was great.

Check in time was 3pm. Room was not ready. Was told they were short staffed & to return in 15-30 minutes. Returned at 4pm. Room still was not ready. Waited at the front desk 45 minutes for them to find me a room. I was given room keys but told again that I needed to give them another 15-20 minutes to finish the room. I was given a discount on the room from $133 to $109. We left to go eat. We returned around 6:45. The room was finally done. Upon arrival, we notice that the pocket door for the bathroom did not close or lock!!! Since we had only 15 minutes to leave due to our ticket time at Callaway Gardens, I did not notify staff. We returned to the hotel between 11:30 & midnight. Since we were tired, we just wanted to go to bed. My son went to get a shower. When he came out, he said that there was no hot water. That the water was barely luke warm. Since, I was almost asleep, I didn’t get up to check it out assuming that he must have done something wrong. But when I got up the next morning, I tied the shore & NO hot water!!! Needless to say at this point I was pretty upset!!! I dressed without a shower!!! We loaded up our belongings & upon checkout I told the staff at the front desk about the pocket door & the no hot water. They acted like they had no idea and did not care. They made NO attempt to make the situation right. Totally disgusted I left for home!!!

The Hotel will be a great place to stay once renovations are complete. Unfortunately for us, we arrived at our room late and when we realized that the fixtures needed to make the bathroom door stay closed were missing, there was no one available with maintenance to make the repairs. Because we booked through Expedia, the Hotel indicated they were unable to adjust the rate or make any other accommodations for us.

When I booked the room it said two queen rooms but they were full size beds and not queen. The stay included free breakfast but the hotel clerk didn’t refill the food and we were there early. I was not happy at all with that. I asked for more coffee creamer she said they didn’t have any then we almost most walked out and then she refills them after having a long conversation with another employee. Wasn’t happy with that.
