    Very nice hotel. Staff very welcoming got anything extra we needed like towels and wash cloths. And those complimentary cookies was so delicious. No microwave and the fridge is just that in the room so anything freezer wise will melt and they did have 1 microwave near the front desk. Didn't get to enjoy the bar and restaurant but will keep them in mind next time im in town! Cane all the way from new york but they did not disappoint. They even allowed early check in!

    Overall this was the worst experience i’ve ever had a double tree. I booked a double bed room for two guests and when arrived we did not get our complimentary cookies. Once we arrived to the room and inspected it, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair all in the shower, the night stand was not dusted at all and to top it off they only provided one bath towel. When calling the next day for more (around 11) and advising of the missing towels. We were told someone would come up and bring us more. After 15 minutes someone did come up emptied handed and asking us again what was already advised what was needed. Then we were told that they will bring us hand towels, faces towel however the bath towels would be 30 minute wait. Well 30 minutes turned to me calling back to the actual hotel phone number at 130( i forgot to mention you couldn’t use any of the preset buttons for hide keeping etc ) and was advised they were low on towels. Whatt? How it’s a hotel!!

    The location and the breakfast buffet and that is it! Refused to honor their veteran discount, bed was uncomfortable and way to soft, no extra bed clothing or pillows for the pull out sofa bed, room was very small.

    When we checked in we were not told anything about daily breakfast and that with groups all we had to do was get a voucher at the front desk in the morning. Housekeeping was lax also! Many people were complaining about the room not being cleaned. We called front desk! We had left at 8 am to go out and when we returned room had not been attended too st 3 pm. They did send someone to clean room . No coffee cups left for in room coffee. No updated coffee and creamers either. Opened creamer and it was old. My wife tried to have tea but it was too weak!

    The hotel was warm, no a/c in the hallways and it had a musty smell. They have events in their ballrooms which were too loud you could hear on the second floor. They changed my sheets but not the towels, had to ask for new towels. The front desk staff were very nice. The a/c in room was loud. Only one double hook to hang towels and rags. The staff and maintenance were talking loud and cursing in the hallways while working. With some training and small changes this could actually be a great hotel. No one pays that type of money to here loud music and vulgar language while they’re sleeping.

    Your restaurant sucks. Had dinner then night we arrived ordered a burger “well done” came medium pink in the middle, waitress was told of the 1st problem. Tried to correct by Senting back and came back dry and cold. Didn’t talk with Manager. Our waitress said she would let the manager know.the manager. Told her to give us 1/2 the cost off the burger. The cost was over $21.00 for the burger and chips. After sitting there with our friends already had their meal served,eaten and plates removed and 2 1/2 hours later with a cold nasty burger and chips tried to eat but couldn’t. For anyone staying at this hotel “Don’t eat in the restaurant” go outside the hotel and or order though a delivery service.

    We pick the hotel as it was on our way to long journey ahead. Staff at front desk was very accommodating and courteous. It was Valentine Day and we had beautiful dinner at Italian restaurant in downtown as recommended by front desk. Thank you for making our stay memorable. I will definitely consider staying here again if our future journey crosses the same path someday.

    The room was not well cleaned when i arrived. Specifically, urine spots on the side of the toilet at the base & stained/dirty bathmat. I didn’t makes big deal out of it because it wasn’t like i was standing that close to the toilet, and i flipped the mat over and it was okay. When i left for the day and returned, someone had been in and added fresh towels, but it was weird. I left my shower towel hanging (would have used again) - but it was taken/replaced. The bathmat was replaced, but other used hand/face towels left. The bathroom trash emptied , but not the main room. Bed wasn’t made. Housekeeping just seemed sporadic. The water was never hot, but just warm. And the refrigerator (enclosed in a cabinet, so no air circulation) froze my fruit, yogurt and protein drinks. Used to like Double Trees, but will be hesitant to stay in one again.

    I stayed at DT hotel to attend my sons turning green ceremonies at Ft Benning. The breakfast host was phenomenal she was very hospitable and attentive to guests. My room had a few roaches though which was disappointing. Overall stay I would stay again.

    Checked in on a Thursday and checked out on a Monday. Not one time did we get house keeping. It took 3 different front desk people just to get fresh towels on Sunday evening. House keeping staff hiding behind carts on their phones right by the elevator. Tried to get a manager none on site requested one to call me never did. Failed like their service.

    Room had not been cleaned when we arrived - unmade bed, towels on the bed and on the floor. Staff was nice and comped us free breakfast and assigned us another room.     My trip was amazing I truly appreciated all of the staff especially Nia, Daniella, Lee, and everyone who work at the desk and Keisha, and the cleaning crew along with Melissa, who work in the dining but we will not ever forget them along with Marvin, and Michael who was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and great if there is anything as going over and beyond our expectations they did but truth is all the staff was fantastic.     The ONLY day housekeeping came to our room was the last day, which was the only day we were able to sleep late. They woke us up at 10 on the dot. We have had NO TOWELS, and they have refused to give us any to shower with on our last day (so I am leaving WITHOUT A SHOWER) after we had to use all of our towels to sop up water that condensed all over the hard floor on our first night in a thunderstorm. The service has been terrible the whole time. We checked in to a half prepared room with no body wash or hand soap and items left out all over the desk. The bed is painful and a spring poked me all night in one place. There are only two slow functioning elevators for the whole property and anytime you needed to get to your room you had to wait ten minutes in line. This was supposed to be a nice hotel and cost my teacher income household dearly. I have never hated a hotel stay this much.

    The front desk staff was helpful and professional. I ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was just ok. The hotel is older so I saw small areas of mold and rust in my bathroom but overall it was clean. My biggest issue was the noise, not from guests but from the air conditioning unit!!! It made a clunking noise all night; I felt like I was in a garage!!! It would kick in then all of a sudden there would be like 5 minutes of this loud clanging sound - this cycle went on all night!

    From the moment we entered the front doors, to the moment we left, we experienced friendly, professional people at every turn. From Tiana’s welcome and efficient check-in (with her amazing smile!) to Veronica’s kind care as we departed at 6:30 am with a coffee made by Mr. Nick, the courtesy and care of the entire staff was simply perfection. We needed the toilet fixed and it happened within moments! We requested more towels and they appeared in minutes! Thank you for making us feel so very at home. My only regret is that we could only stay one night. Although the bathroom was frighteningly small, this was the nicest Doubletree we have ever stayed in and they’ve all been lovely.

    The hotel is struggling to stay a float, both elevators for residents were out of order. We used the service elevator. Got to our room carrying all our luggage and the keys didn’t give us access to the room, this was Inconvenience. Smell of marjuina filled the halls.

    We stayed one night. It was clear they have been doing remodeling and everything looked good. The only complaint I have was the ac in the room. It was so loud you couldn't even watch tv. I had the volume on 30 and still could barely hear it. Other than that it was ice cold. They still have some tweaking to do with the remodeling but otherwise it was great. If we're ever in that area again we will stay here again.

    The stay was great with very nice and clean rooms but beware of the breakfast altogether it was pretty good with typical breakfast food items it’s extremely expensive charging us $70 for four adults eating very little.I was thinking that we would have at least gotten a small discount being we were guests at the hotel but apparently not.so as long as you steer clear of hoolihans restaurant attached to hotel you’ll be great.

    I was not given a package on sign ln had to ask a Wi-Fi info no restaurant information ASKED to be put in a room near the front because my wife was on oxygen they put me in for 431 at the back of the building, would not allow me to use my reward points.

    My recent stay was perfect! The staff was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel is currently under renovation, however, this did not interfere with my stay. The Houlohan’s restaurant on site is a delicious touch and you can never go wrong with the yummy double tree cookies! I’m also thankful for the pickup/drop off airport shuttle as well.

    The lady that checked me in was very nice and I enjoyed the cookies. However, I understand that the hotel were made upgrades but carpets in the hallway were soaked from water dripping from the ceiling.

    We arrived and was greeted by a really nice staff person. She had that friendly southern accent that feels like you talking to a family member. She gave us water and warm cookies which was perfect because I was exhausted from the long drive. We went to our room on the 4th floor which was one of the newly renovated room. It was so clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC in the room worked perfectly. I was freezing but my husband was nice and comfortable. We didn't have any problems at check in or check out. They didn't have free breakfast so we didn't stay for breakfast.

    the hotel itself was very nice updated, the floors were wooded and not very clean when you walked on them the bottom of my feet were dirty when walking on the floor in our room.

    I like the area everything was easily accessible. I did not like the idea of not having my room cleaned, after asking the front desk that i would like my room cleaned daily for my entire stay. I got in 9 pm one night after a full day of work to find my bed not made, trash not emptied and towels and things on the bathroom floor. I went to front desk , only to be told would I like someone to make my bed. totally dissatisfied with this stay. I'm an hilton honor members and was treated poorly. asked manager to give me a call after check out , still waiting 5 days later.

    The facilities were as expected. It could've used some more dusting but nothing extreme. Tolerable and forgivable understanding there are staff shortages. The restaurant option was a plus. Great food and beverages. Location and accessabilities very convenient to meet most needs. No evidence of unhealthy or unsanitary conditions as a previous review stated. All was better than expected. Safe surroundings. Breakfast was more of a quick grab n go. Fruit, fruit bars, beverages very simple. Nothing cooked. No complaints. Check in and out has digital key options of which, we chose the physical card key entry. Parking lot accessibility on property and free. That was a plus for us. No hassle there. Bedding was better than average. No wow factor. Extra blankets were in room. That was very important to this cold natured being. All and all pleasant experience. The warm cookies were spot on and sealed the deal! ☺️

    For the price of the hotel, it was extremely dated. There were holes on the ceilings. Breakfast is not included unless you are a member. You can get way more and nicer rooms for less. Very disappointed.

    i like the location. I did not like them not cleaning my room when requested. I did not like them leaving two garbage bags full of garbage outside my door for an entire day. that they put there. even when they say the cleaned my room the toilet and tub was not cleaned soap scum in tub and toilet rim dirty. floor not mopped.

    The staff is very kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel structure itself is in very bad condition. The ceilings, walls, and floors all look damaged, dirty, and in need of some TLC. The room was ok, and smelled clean but also in need of some updates. The ceiling showed water damage with a lot of cracks. The TV didn't work well, also very outdated. It kept shutting off while watching.
