It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great! The pool was closed which was the whole reason I booked there. The drain in the bathtub was clogged

I like that it was tucked away and nice and quiet, and I love how easily accessible it was to the freeway. The staff were great and they allow for a late check out. Always a plus when you have 2 littles to get ready and checked out for a long ride. If you got to breakfast late there was nothing left, you’re SOL because they didn’t make more or check to replenish the breakfast stash and the beverage dispenser was out of juice right at 10:00. Hopefully they change that and have plenty for the late morning guests.

We stayed here in April and returned this month for more Ft. Benning ceremonies. Our original plan was an Airbnb so I could cook, but at the last minute those plans went awry and we returned here. I wrote a lengthy review in April and stand by it. This time we needed 2 rooms. We were on the first floor, but not adjoining. Last time our water pressure in the shower would have blown a small child out of the room, but this time complete opposite...not great at all. Our daughters said there's was okay. Our room smelled like cat urine so we used Febreeze. Our daughters had no complaint on a smelly room. Beds were comfy. AC worked. Every staff member this time was a "10". No bugs!! We had to readjust all of our plans so it was nice being somewhere we were familiar. We like the location. Easy to get to, pretty, and safe. I can forgive an esthetic pleasing room as long as it's clean! I bumped up my rating. Last time I gave a 7 and this time an 8. It was more like 7.8, so I rounded up. As I said in the April review, it is in need of some updates. The rooms need a good remodel. The bathrooms need to be completely overhauled. They are past the point of caulking and reattaching molding. But, just because they need that doesn't mean they weren't clean. Our rooms were very clean or we would not stay! The price point is good for what you get.

Bed was very comfy. My toilet would not stop running the whole time I was there. The people above me sounded like they were throwing stuff across the room.

The Room Was Clean I had 2 rooms The first room had 3 issues that wasn’t up to standard The first one the telephone had hair up under it n a few places needed to be dusted better When I got ready to shower the water in the tub was filling up before I could shower And the water was very slow in going out (2) A Razor to shave ur legs was left on the bathtub It should have been thrown away before the room was assigned to me or any one else So I reported it and they moved me to room number Room 2 bathroom toilet seat was very loose ( I did report the issue to the desk clerk)So I tried to tighten it up but it that didn’t work Also the toilet paper holder was broken when u tried to unrolled it the paper almost went on the floor The other issue was I noticed on Saturday night when I went out some motorcycle s were blocking the entrance of the door When I got ready to check out Sunday morning they were still blocking the entrance I feel management should have asked them to move the bikes to another location on the property

We were there for a Ft Benning ceremony. The price was comparable to the facility. It definitely needs updated, but then price will go up. I encountered 3 different gals at the front desk during our stay. Two were very helpful and friendly(I did not get their names, but they were younger black gals). The third not so much(again no name, but older white gal). The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast on the weekend...an absolute delight and we enjoyed our conversations with him. There was some mold in our sink ledge and our toilet was loose from the floor(Room 318). It was reported, but never fixed during our stay. We were offered another room, but declined due to how much stuff we had to move and our length of stay remaining. No bugs. No ripped furniture. Great location! There was a plastic bag over our smoke detector...not sure what that was all about, but we had a good laugh. We opted to not have our room cleaned daily just fresh towels. We did enjoy drinking our coffee on the front porch each morning. We were also allowed to bring a tabletop grill and grill outside. The hotel served a purpose for the price. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you're looking for a place to sleep and shower and get on with your day, this is the place for you. The room was clean, but not deep cleaned. Very run down in our room...chipped drywall, new caulking needed, good scrubbing on walls.

The hotel itself is located very nicely. It’s 5 minutes from everything that you would need— gas station, Walmart, Publix, the strip mall, and more. The rooms at the hotel are very clean and the showers are nice. WiFi is strong. The breakfast was good— eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice, etc. My stay each night was 73 total with taxes through hotels.com which was a very good rate. I came at the time in which there are a lot of graduations and the rooms fill up quickly. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and the staff are all very accommodating. I’m going to book again when I come back in May. Thank you!!

I didn't like that our refrigerator didnt work in the room. And that booking says its a whirlpool room and they did away with them awhile ago.

The mini fridge collected tons of water, and the microwave door button was missing.

We stayed 4 nights here for my son’s graduation. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, and we slept good on the comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly service. Kids enjoyed the pool. Quick drive to Fort Benning. It was a great experience and will stay here again if in the area!

Front desk staff was absolutely amazing! I was here for a book convention as well as my 40th birthday, they held my cake and balloons outfront until I got there. Service was beyond impeccable. The only issue I would have is possibly the beds. They were not comfortable at all. There was also an odor to the rooms as well as a dampness that only partially went away with turning the air on full blast.

My only nemesis is if the property is going to charge a $50.00 incident deposit after the guest has already paid the full amount in advance via app. If the property is going to charge additional fees it should my mention at the time of booking. I don’t feel that guests should be charged an incident deposit if room is booked and paid in full. It’s really an insulting.

I had to locate an ice machine on another floor. I stayed on first floor. I asked about usb ports in the rooms and attendant said they didn’t have them, they were in the room. The trim mounding was loose on the floor and electrical outlet near bed didn’t have a cover. You lady at desk had to ask someone on the phone for most everything

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Very clean room and property. The outdoor pool was closed and hadn't opened yet for the season. But that didn't bother us as we only stopped to rest for the night on our way down to Florida. We would definitely stay again.

The only reason I rated a 3 was Because my bed was not very comfortable, and I had to run the hot water to shower over 10 min to get it warmed up, never actually got hot.

I've stayed here every time ive stayed in Columbus. Every time has been great. This time my room smelled like dirty water. However the staff is very friendly and the property is very clean.

I've stayed here every time ive stayed in Columbus. Every time has been great. This time my room smelled like dirty water. However the staff is very friendly and the property is very clean.

The staff was wonderful, but the hotel itself was awful. We will not stay there again. The rooms smelled like mildew, there were exposed screws sticking up from the transitions in the floor, water stains in the ceilings, paint peeling from the walls, tears in the curtains, out of service washers in laundry room, and bfast food was literally out of a microwave. . Overall, it felt like a dump.

I was very surprised how clean everything was. Check in was simple and as I headed to the room, I noticed how everything looked neat and clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good and everyone was friendly.

It was fine, could have been cleaner. The floor had wet spots when i arrived and the shelves in the shower had little puddles in it. The bed was also not very comfortable. Other than that it was fine but definitely would go somewhere else.

Rooms were clean, convenient easy access quiet decent price for a work trip

Was given a king instead of 2 beds that I wanted. Couldnt find the clerk to get right room. Standing around with all our luggage waiting for clerk to reappear.

Property was ok for a quick one night stay, room was mostly clean with exception of toilet in the room, that was not thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping but other than that it was a good stay!

The entire experience was greeat

The walls were so thin. You could hear everything from people in hallways to people in rooms next door( cell phones ringing, conversations, extra curricular activities) all over the TV in my own room. The hotel was fairly clean. Poor remodel job. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was basic good options.

Housekeeping didn’t clean room. Front desk called to say we were being loud and we were literally in bed. When we arrived to check in we couldn’t for 15 minutes because computer was updating. Would not stay here again.

We only had two towels in our room. We had four people, we made it work but not very convenient. I've never stayed anywhere that only gave you two towels. The microwave was definitely a fire hazard-plug was not safe and button missing so you had to push the inside of where the button was. Yikes. But overall a decent stay for the price.

It was a quiet, clean and very comfortable place to stay. I was impressed!

Comfortable mattress - slept good.

Room needs maintenance. Lightbulb missing in light. Shower handle loose. Walk enclosure plastic cover would not stay close. No daily housekeeping. Breakfast was good

Receptionist was rude, asked for dresser to be fixed. The drawers were open when we went in and they would not stay closed. They told us they were all like that but changed our room.

Great staff

Bed covers were old, stained and faded. Sheets were stained. Floor boards and corners were dusty. Dresser drawer would not stay closed, it rolled out about 1/4 of the way and stuck out in the walk way. Had a double Queen room but only 2 small towels for showers.

Was disappointed with this property. I usually stay af a country inn and suitrs once a month. Upon check in the room given was firty housekeeping had not cleaned. The second room was clean but proble.s with air and toilet. In the morning eas in shower and housekeeping barged in. Check out was not until noon.

The property is clean and well kept and the one staff member we interacted with was nice. But when we came into the room there were no towels. I had to go to the front desk to get some. Also the batteries to the tv remote were severely low which made navigating the tv difficult. The bed was hard. For one night it was ok but I would def not stay multiple nights here.

One of the front desk lady was very rude to me and my husband and when I complained about it to manager the was no remorse in there poor hospitality. I stayed for 4 nights and 3/4 nights I stayed my key card without any valid explanation as to why. I was in town to celebrate my husband graduating from army and they made our experience bad. Do not recommend.

Room was very clean, the atmosphere was excellent, loved the privacy its in the city but the grounds make it feel more private, rhe view from the room was nice. Comfy beds, good breakfast, the water bottles were a a nice touch in the room. Will be staying again!

Very friendly staff. I even got a call that I had left my jewelry box in the room after ckout. That was very honest!!

Defective microwave , broken item's, staff could care less. Swiched room. 2nd worse than previous.

Arrived at the inn early and was able to get in my room. Very friendly staff.
