    The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.

    The location is good. The window in our room was so dirty on the outside that it severely impacted the view. We reserved two rooms. One of them was not cleaned on the second day even though we were out of the room.

    They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!

    The staff was super nice, but the bathroom in our room was very dirty. We also booked a room with two queen beds and were given a room with one king bed and a couch. My husband went down to get a blanket for my son who was sleeping on the couch and they told us they would bring one up, but never did.

    It has a historical charm and a safe feel to the property. We did not have comforters on our beds, only 2 layers of sheets. They brought us a blanket per request the first night. That morning we stopped at the front desk and asked to have comforters put on and were told it would be done while we were out. We returned that evening and it had not. When we asked again we were just handed another blanket. There was no hot water either day in the morning. The first cold and they stated they fixed it when told. The second day barely warm at 0730. The only ice machine that works is in the 5th floor. The others may or may not have an out of order sign on them.

    This should not be a Marriott Property. Not even a small gift shop to to grab a gatorade?. I stayed at a Hampton Inn the night after my stay at the Colmbus Marriott and The Hampton Inn had much more to offer with better service at a lower price

    Dirty dirty and dirty - $598 for hotel more like a motel - dirty rooms , broken door knobs - smelled bad , dirty furniture , BUGs !!’ Staff - after graduation came back around 5pm after asking morning staff to clean the room- came back and room was dirty - no housekeeping - dirty walking shower , carpet and furniture - too late to get a refund - our first night we change rooms 3 times because the first one was dirty ! Second rooms disgusting broken and dirty furniture , bathroom - 3rd room room was half cleaned but the bathroom was disgusting walking shower dirty and stains - too late to get another room #508 12/16-12/18 . My son flew from Houston and stayed at the Hilton paid less $150 and room was cleaned- I flew from Miami our room was $ 255 dirty dirty and dirty !! Worst hotel ever !! Fake picture advertisement!

The staff here is absolutely precious. The bellman was so helpful. Our servers, the club host, and the check in staff were top notch and so warm! We will definitely be back!

    Rooms were so clean! Staff was EXCELLENT and the nicest people ever!! Beds were so comfortable. Lots of Parking. Pool was amazing!! Clean towels and lots of chairs. M Club for breakfast was amazing and the employee running that kept it so clean and fresh!! She was super sweet!! Loved it all around!! Would most definitely stay again if I’m in the area!!!

    The stay was okay. The room was small and there was some rust buildup on the top of the door to the bathroom. The air was not cold and the ice machine was not working on the 3rd Floor. When we spoke to the staff about the ice, he (Otis) was rude to my partner. There was a lot of back and forth about the room number- all over some ice. It was very inconvenient. She asked could he bring us some ice to the room, and he replied, “NO”! He told her to go to the 2nd Floor, and she explained to him that she was disabled. I had to wake up to handle the issue. I was on my way downstairs, when I met Otis with the ice. It could’ve been handled differently with more customer friendly service.

Called the front desk to ask what the problem was and no one picked up. When we went down they did not even pick up their heads to acknowledge us. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Also any food has to be gotten from attached Hollihans restaurant with very high prices. No free breakfast or coffee. The is one of the higher priced hotels in the area. Expected a better experience for the price. Will not stay again and could not recommend.

    On Saturday, June 22,2025. I awakened to a Flooded room & facility at 6:30 AM. I called the Front Desk & no answer. I then called Expedia Escalation team and reported the flooding. I was placed on hold and the Expedia representative called the hotel and confirmed the problem. After reviewing my complaint. I then went downstairs to follow up with the complaint and informed them I was going to check out. The Hotel assistant Manager also stated to Expedia that they were completely booked and no rooms were available. I paid for Travel Insurance and I expect a complete refund and my travel expenses and for an unsatisfactory stay.

I still left 20% gratuity because the employees were all pleasant, just poorly managed. My son's steak dinner was cooked & served before our cocktails.

    This hotel was ‘just ok’. If you’re only looking for convenience to the convention center across the street then you have nothing to worry about. It’s nice that it’s within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but there are other facilities of similar quality/pricing/distance that I’ll stay at in the future.

    This place was very clean and staff were friendly. The check in process was quick and painless. The work out area was a little outdated but served the purpose.     Well we didn’t actually make the booking on the 21st as we arrived at 9am on the 22nd and travelled 15 hours driving because of the conditions but because of Expedia booking we couldn’t transfer to 22nd so we just booked it with Hotel - hotel were great Expedia not so great as we should have been able to use the credit as we didn’t make the booking due to enforceable circumstances

    It’s the middle of winter and after coming back to my room last night when I was done with my event at the trade center next-door I just wanted to take a nice hot shower before bed. Unfortunately my room had zero hot water. I let it run for 20 plus minutes and nothing. I called the front desk and she informed me she let maintenance know but no apologies or resolutions nothing. Even though the venue itself is beautiful and clean you pay too much to stay and not have hot water and when you’ve informed someone of the issue, they don’t offer to fix it or move you to a room that has hot water. It was too late at night so I didn’t wanna argue with anybody. I just took a cold shower and went to sleep. I definitely don’t plan on staying here again, although I loved it initially. Upon check out another guest informed me that they had the same issue. If you guys were aware that you had no hot water, you should’ve had a sign up and warned guest upon check-in and they could’ve been offered a refund to stay somewhere else. Columbus has plenty of nice hotels.

Restaurant is horrible and breakfast buffet was as equally bad. A situation at home came up and I had to leave early…the hotel played into that decision. I am a platinum member and received or offered any upgrade of any kind as well…worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.

    The air conditioning unit in my room was out and since the hotel was full, they could not provide me with a different room. Truly unacceptable when it’s 100 degrees outside. They should have given me a refund so I could have gone to a different hotel.

    Overall it was good. There was a night where there was a lot of yelling and arguing happening outside. It made it difficult sleeping. Also the door to our room was wedged into the door frame and it made it difficult getting in/out of the room. My Mom, who is handicap, was unable to open the door.
