Nice staff, the room was clean, the breakfast area was dirty and a second waffle machine would be a useful thing because we couldn’t get one because the line was too long. But if I was in the area again, I would stay there again.

Property details state Pets Not Allowed. However when checking in I was told they do allow service animals in all rooms. People with alergies rely on the property details when searching for a hotel. This should be changed to reflect the truth.

I liked the location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Was greeted with hospitality. The pool was down and the WiFi password did not work.

Did not like the air unit in room. Room stayed hot no matter how low I turned the air down.

Not clean at all, bathroom faucet wouldn’t turn off, staining on bedding and couch. The pictures definitely do NOT depict what you’re actually getting. We had to leave after seeing the room, the front desk attendant was helpful enough but she was visibly frustrated as there was someone else canceling as well.

The bed was comfortable, perhaps it was the manager who offered to clean the room as housekeeping had left for the day. The property could use a renovation, mainly the rooms. I could see the light from the hallway through door frame, so it didn't make me feel secure. The toilet was old and was dirty around the screws to the seat. The iron had not been wrapped up and there was a zip lock bag of items along with the lid to a cup lying on the closet floor. They had to bring me an ironing board, and there were crumbs between the refrigerator and the dressers. The patchwork done by the mirror in the bathroom was horrible, and there were tiny insects on the air conditioning unit. Scratched up furniture, rusted lampstand and the room we were to move to looked worst than the one we were in, so we endured the one remaining night, but we won't book there ever again.

The location is great. You are close to a lot of food spots and a Walmart. The hot water could have been hotter, and house keeping just comes in your room without checking to see if you’ve already checked out or still there

I had two rooms for over $900 for 3 days. The room had a horrible smell, i had to change it, the staff told me they will give me some freshener they never bring it. No room service doing the bed and changing sheets nothing like that , breakfast with no bread or bagels only waffle, i will never stay again nor recommended it to anyone

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It smelled like weed from the first moment. The pool was murky. The sheets were cheap and would not stay on the bed. The carpet is sticky. The paint is peeling. The AC in our room was dripping in the wall.

Rooms are very equipped and comfortable beds The water wouldn’t get Hot enough to take a shower on the first night so I called the desk and they said we were on the wrong end of the Hotel idk, she said something about the water heater but she said let it run for about 20 minutes smh. That didn’t work so I got up around 7am we got our shower yeah

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff and managers all friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Areas inside building are all clean and freshly painted and good. First impression of outside of building is could use power washed or paint, but really not a big deal. Our stay was for 7 days for NAIA softball World Series and we were happy there. Would stay again and recommend it.

It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out.

We had a misunderstanding at first, but then, after we went over it, Greg was very helpful and got things straightened out, and consequently, I was happy with the outcome. I felt they could’ve served the breakfast a little longer.

Very pleased with our stay. It was very quiet. The only issue I had was that the TVs were not good. The picture quality was poor. Overall a great place to stay for the price.

The shower stall has mold in it. The shower head in room 314 is loose in the wall and is ready to break. The wall that meets the ceiling is cracked and you can see the light in the bathroom when it’s turned on in the bedroom. Hotel smells like cigarettes and is in need of a renovation.

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The rooms were dated but decent. The indoor pool was cold and the breakfast was sub par. The lobby was updated but the scent was a bit overpowering. 4 stars because of the staff. It's not the Ritz Carlton but for a good place to rest it does it's job.

The room was spacious. The back of the door had big gauges from tge apring being renoved, and the bathroom door hits the toilet in the bathroom so you have to stand bside the toilet to close the door to acess the shower and toilet. The pool was very cold and if your room is near the pool you can hear all the screaming as if they are in your room.but it was nice the pool is in doors, and the staff were incredibly friendly the ac worked great

Clean room great staff and indoor pool was amazing 😍 will most definitely stay again. And I would recommend the Clarion pointe to any one look for comfortable stay . Great food places around not far at all and it's in a very great location. I would give them 20 stars if I could.

The tub drain needed cleaning, hair from other customers would come out when the faucet was turned on full speed. Apparently, so.e of the employees had used the bathroom and we saw urine drops on the stool. The reason we said good is because the staff was eager to correct all problems. The room space was more than ample.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, but the bed was heavenly. The sheets instantly surrounded me and submerged me into a cloud of undeniable comfort and relaxation. This was the softest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel.

Property was hard to get into and the gps was unable to help. Odd entrance into the parking lot. Pool was freezing cold, not enjoyable. Breakfast was inedible with the exception of the prepackaged yogurt.

Water never really got hot and the “smart TV” was only smart for 2005. Could not stream and even local cable was blurry/messed up.

Rooms were fresh and clean. Beds were nice a soft... I personally used fitness center and was very pleased in all. Good place ro stay, surrounding area nice and close to shopping and restaurants

I started on the third floor and went to take a shower, there was zero hot water. I ended up having to change rooms where the hot water was basically enough to get by. Neither room was clean, it looked like the floors had not been vacuumed the next day when I woke up in my new room on the first floor with the already not so great hot water. There were dead cockroaches. The finality is when we left, my son accidentally left his AirPod in the room. We called the hotel and spoke with them; they let us know that they found it and would work with us to get it shipped back to us. We offered to pay for their time and we were going to cover the shipping, we have, as of today not yet received the AirPod.

Staff was friendly and the environment was peaceful. For the first time I actually felt safe in Columbus.

The stay was not too good, the rooms were unclean, roaches every where and lights had shortage issues causing them to flicker. The housekeepers were rude, knocking on our door like the police, asking us if we’re leaving or staying when we still had 15-20 min before check out.

Really nasty. Roaches, vomit, dust, dirt. We were so exhausted, we just went to sleep and left super early.

I arrived at facility a strong smell of weed (maijuana) check in was smooth front desk van helped me. She was awesome. Got to room and roaches greeted us and scattered. The sink plus didn’t work, sheets dirty visibly, mini fridge was dirty, I killed roach on wall and said no I cannot. Location was good area but I only stayed 10 minutes and checked out. I have German roach sensitivity so was not staying.

This place was disgusting. The bathroom counter and floor was dirty. There was hair everywhere. The tub wasn’t cleaned. The drain was slow and had hair stuck in it. There was dirty and mold in the grout.The sheets had stains. The tv was analog. They didn’t change our sheets once. We were given one roll of tissue. I had to go down to the front desk to get a new roll every time I needed it. Our rooms smelled mildly and mother’s room smelled like urine. There was a day we had no cleaning staff at all. We even had to take our own trash to the dumpster. The pool was murky and didn’t look clean. The mini fridge had mold in it. The containers that held the food for the breakfast didn’t look clean. Everything about this place was absolutely disgusting. It’s very evident that they just aren’t cleaning. The reviews for this place on Expedia said 7.8. There is no universe where this place is 7.8. It’s a 2 on its best day. Expedia should be ashamed because the reviews that they are allowing are not a true reflection of the quality of this place. There has to be bots making fake reviews. I don’t even know how this place passes health inspections.

Upon arrival for our stay the check in was lengthy because the front desk was changing shifts, the room was very dusty, trash was left in the trash can in the room, the restroom smelled like urine, the pillows and comforter on the bed were dingy dusty and discolored, the indoor pool was dirty the water was brownish and cloudy looking..definitely not the best stay/experience for my daughter sweet 16th birthday!!!

I think the staff was rude, the room was unpleasant that was originally assigned to us. We had to pay extra because the room smelled like mildew.

Our pull out couch mattress cover was dirty, underneath was also dirty (the carpet) the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work, the shower turn off twice for 2 of my family members and the coffee maker was very dirty.

We had 3 rooms. Rooms need repairs. TVs are so old, they are actually blurry. The pool was cold and cloudy. Continental breakfast was good, one waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit,yogurt, oatmeal, juice, and coffee/tea. I wish they had toast or bagels and more condiments. The young girl re-stocking (Jolene) was very efficient and sweet with the young children we had with us. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. The area where the hotel was in a great location. Publix was next door in walking distance, among other great places. Also, I’m not sure what the laws in GA are with weed, but it was definitely being smoked in the rooms. If GA allows it then it should definitely be smoke outside in designated areas and not in the rooms! But overall we were in a safe area and it was quiet.

When we arrived the front desk clerk was trying to get a man checked in and I'm not sure why it took so long but i waited for about 20 minutes. the lady gave us room 102 and I told her i preferred at least the 2nd floor because I don't like people in the rooms over ours because they are always really noisy and she said "oh these people won't be like that. Guess what - they were NOISY!! The carpet was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. when I got ready to get in bed the bottom of my feet were black. The bathroom floor was sticky. I will never stay there again!

But even the new room had stains in chair, dirty walls, rust, paint chipping, can see the separation of the walls, 2 bulbs were blown, refrigerator had old settled dirty water inside.Property showed its age, rust, dirty walls stains on chairs, bugs in chair, faucet and shower knobs loose, and bugs in pool. Sunday morning I woke up with 5 bites on my arm, 4 on the thigh and 2on the ankle. My son had 2 on his face, one on the back of his neck and 1 on his ankle. I do hate to post a not so pleasant outcome, but it’s for awareness, and to provide feed back.

A low budget hotel. Cheap TV, the bath towels were new, could only get hot water from the shower, not the wash bowl.

The hotel itself was clean but a little dated. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had a suite and the furniture (chair) was very wobbly. The bathroom was definitely dated and needs to be remodeled. The closest door was off the track as they had measured for new carpet earlier. Breakfast was good. The indoor pool was great for the kids but is not heated. Overall I would recommend staying here. It was well worth the money

Saw working girls, drug dealers, and thieves using the hotel. Homeless sleeping in their car in parking lot. The hotel should have security.

Outside our room each night there was some sound that continued throughout the night in intervals. It sounded like metal, but no idea what. It did not help sleep at all. The beds were comfortable enough, but bring your own pillow or you will regret it. The lobby pretty consistently smelled like cigarette smoke, which was not a great greeting. The breakfast was not great. And the coffee was really, really bad. I mean really bad. The front staff was nice, however, and I had no issues with them. Overall, I would not return if I have the choice.

Checking in took over 1/2 hour as the lady at the front desk chatted with someone on the phone. The room itself was filthy, sticky spills on the carpet, surfaces not wiped down including the remote, bedside table and bathroom. Bulbs needed replacing in the bedside table lamps but the worst part was the stained pillows. Disgusting!

The hotel is infested with roaches!! I was switched to 3 different rooms and 2 where full of roaches and the other one was with mold.

Recently repainted interiors but obviously same old fixtures, beds, shower, etc. - Everything was "average, typical of a budget hotel.

Cheap sheets, hotel was noisy from other guests, promised housekeeping did not show. Could hear the next door toilet flush and it affected the temperature of my shower. Not sure hotel can be found without gps, entrance is hidden. The beds are hard and I have a back ache. Would not stay again and also not recommend. I could not wait to get home,

The Parking lot was difficult to drive into. The front desk worker was nice but the hotel was very old. We were excited for the pool but quickly disappointed. The frame for the door was eaten away by rust and looked very unsafe. The water was gross as well and still. The bubblers were not on to filter the water. The elevator was extremely slow for only having 3 floors and the trash in the hallway was left for at least a day and never saw any maids during our stay or a cart in the hallway. The walls are thin as we heard someone car alarm go off at 4am. There was small baby roaches in the room. It was utterly disgusting. The bathroom has no exhaust either so that was great. I'd rather had slept in my car or gone elsewhere. The breakfast was nothing to boast about either.

Quiet is the only good thing to say about this hotel. It had pretty good reviews on Expedia but if you look at reviews elsewhere bunch of complaints about bed bugs. I was unaware of the bed bug reviews until we were already there and unable to get another hotel. This sucks because why would you have to strip the beds and check for GD bed bugs. Anyhow, during our stay we had to ask every damn day for toiletries. Toilet paper, wash clothes, towels etc. The showers were subpar. The hot water would just cease and the water pressure would stop also.

After talking to Gary, the daytime manager, he got us moved to a much better room, clean and comfortable, and everything worked much better. Gary was very nice and very helpful with whatever we needed.

Room 122 was just gross. The room smelled of mildew. The bathroom was not clean and had hair in on the shower insert. The sink was leaking and cracked. The shower had holes where water was running into them. The smell of cigarettes smoke lurked in the hallway and the entrance. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I have never left a negative review of a hotel, but this one deserves it.

Thank goodness we stopped at the store and bought multiple cleaning supplies. Had to go straight into the room and clean from top to bottom. Even had to ask for clean sheets and pillow covers. But the staff were very friendly and very nice.

I like the convenience of the property…What I didn’t like about the property the beds in the room had stains on both beds, got transferred to 2 other rooms same problem got moved to the third room it was ok but the smoke detector beeped all night and I had to kill 2 roaches. Couldn’t sleep so I just left 2:30 in the morning 😫

Location was convenient for our stay. Lots of free breakfast options. The bed was comfy. The room wasn't as clean as expected: * the carpet had alot of crumbs on it * the bathroom floor was not mopped & had alot of hair on it * the night stands had circular marks on them. * the wall beside the bed had splatter marks that was sticky & dark like soda I always come prepared to clean if needed I come prepared

Pool needs to be updated rush.. bleach needs to be better regulated.. there was so much bleach on the pool that damaged some of our bathing suits, but we liked that was indoors. Room was ok and clean. Breakfast was mediocre. It’s definitely under staffed and late night employee ignores you while looking at phone.. but convenient location.. overall experience ok.. definitely could be better.
